What a shame to say this because hotel structure and views are great. But this is the worst hotel experience i had in turkey.
Briefly:
-Tired miserable staff especially on the pool bars , no service what so ever, grumpy, very bad cocktails , very cheap alcohol for all inclusive.
- Very bad culinary execution for dishes in the Italian & Seafood restaurant low quality food. Average food in the Turkish restaurant.
- Great guest relations “ Annie”, Great service in Turkish restaurant by “ Bilal & Esraa”.
- Reception polite and helpful

I was very disrespected in this hotel. The food was not good at all in the main restaurant You should have booked other restaurants a week in advance !!!!my stay was only 4 days. I had reserved the best room in the hotel, the villa facing the sea, but they did not provide good facilities at all. Last day, when they delivered my car, the car window was broken and they told me that it has nothing to do with us, you should go and file a complaint. I also shared this complaint text so that at least others don't get into trouble. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Before you choose this hotel, read this! This is my 3rd day here and basically from the very first moment I want to go home. I regret not listening to the negative opinions from the comments. The hotel is 5 stars but probably only for the view. It is absolutely not suitable for families with children or older people. Basically, probably for no one. But from the beginning. The hotel is located on a slope, so to change somewhere you have to overcome very steep climbs in the heat. The children's pool is on the sidelines. There is no bar for adults, the pool has 3 mini slides and additionally it is stuffy because it is located in a not very airy part. To get to the kids club, dining room, bar or other pool you have to overcome a narrow and steep path. A small child cannot move on their own because they will probably fall and look at their skin. at best. The bars are also located in 3 different places. Only at 1 are there enough tables. With the rest you have to wait your turn in full sun because there are only 7 tables. The food is from the menu. You can't order anything yourself. When it comes to waiting, that's the key word of this place. The wait for morning coffee is 40 minutes, in the evening only 15 (after 8 pm). Only 1 employee works everywhere. You always have to wait at the pool bar. The time varies from 10 minutes to even half an hour. With ultra all inclusive there is almost nothing. Champagne or prosecco are just cheap wine with sparkling water. The animations are dead. They simply don't exist and when they do, it's ... not worth even talking about it. The same kids party. The same thing over and over. If you go once, you don't have to. In the kids club, within the hours of the animators, the child can only paint. When it comes to the beach, for people like us who paid about 10,000 euros, there is gravel and pebbles. sunbeds disappear at lightning speed and even if you put a towel on them you still have a 50% chance that no one will take it from you. The food is the same every day. The salad buffet is huge but it includes: Tomato, cucumber. Lettuce. Olives. Every 4 trays the same. Ice cream is only available at the lobby bar. If you want it you have to climb about 80 stairs at best. Unless you are at the children's pool and God forbid on the beach. Then you don't need coffee or ice cream. And while we are at it... coffee from EVERY place except 1 (open 10-14 and 18-22) there is water dyed light brown. that's it. There are dirty polka dots in the rooms and poop from swallows' nests on the balconies. After arriving for a family of 2+2 we received 2 towels and 1 bed cover. The beer in the mini fridge was covered in some slime and expired. There is nothing near the hotel. If you need anything you have to take a taxi for at least 25 euros one way. There is no pharmacy in the hotel and the mini shop has shocking prices. No negotiations. The staff, of which there are not many, work probably as a punishment. Most of them do not speak English. German is also average. You can see tiredness and sour faces everywhere. I am not surprised at all. If you stand on a shift, for example for coffee, you are 100% sure that you will not be able to even go to the toilet until the end because the queues are endless. The same in the dining room every day. There is a lack of cutlery. Either there are no forks and none of the staff has them, or there are only a few beds. I feel cheated by this place. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Besides, the faces of the local tourists exhausted by climbing with lots of things up the slopes and stairs also speak for themselves. From today on, I will be posting photos from this tragic hotel on tripadvisor. There are titsnic or lujo nearby. There is really no point in choosing this place. in turkey for half this price you will find hotels that are friendly, with a wonderful atmosphere and facilities.

This should be 5 stars. On paper it sounds lovely and when you arrive the setting is undoubtedly beautiful. It should be easy to make this place a dream destination. Unfortunately it's badly let down by the staff. And as you settle into your stay the cracks soon start appearing.
There was a long list of things that made this holiday one to remember for all the wrong reasons which is shame as it's the 4 time I've been to Turkey and by far the worst time.
This hotel is advertised as having a water park with seven slides. At no point during our 11 night stay were all the slides working, at most there were four, one day there was none! It fluctuated day to day when we asked what the issue was we were told it was a technical problem, I can see reviews on here from months ago where the slides weren't working, I believe it to be a staffing issue as there simply weren't enough lifeguard and as it was half term it was very busy.
Guest relations (other than one helpful woman) were apathetic bordering on rude. They did not want to help.
The bar staff were rude, shouting at us to queue up as if we were children in a lunch hall and then serving people who just rocked up in front of us. I dared to ask for 4 drinks and at the end of the order asked for an extra beer as they were small so to save going back. The barman slammed down the glass in his hand and said you said 4 drinks now 5 and just glared at me.
Our children enjoyed going to Starbucks in the evening for juices and milkshakes and were told after a few days that they were no longer allowed to have the drink they'd been having for days. They changed their mind when an adult went up.
The spa staff were pushy and rude, commenting on how I looked. Telling me I look pale and terrible is not going to make me buy anything. We had to be very forceful with them and say no.
One evening we had ants in our drinks including the children's juices
Another day we watched them hose the steps outside the pool with what smelt like sewage and then was washed into the sea where we had been swimming.
There was so many incidents that really soured the holiday. And it's the most expensive holiday we've ever taken especially as it was in the school holidays.
The plus points were the beach and the A La carte evenings were lovely, great food and wonderful service but we only had one for their for an 11 night stay, we asked for the other as compensation for everything that has gone wrong and reluctantly they gave it.
I wouldn't recommend this place, Jet 2 really needs to send their rep in to look at the place properly.
