Fabulous hotel, beautiful clean, and modern rooms. A warm welcome at reception which carried through to the bars and restaurants. The food and drink is excellent with a massive choice of buffet , from fresh fruits and salads to many hot meat and fish dishes. Don't plan a diet while you visit. Note..

Swimming pools are beautiful. The beach is a little stony but gently slopes on soft sand once in the water. Highly recommended, we will return.

First time visiting Turkey and we had a lovely time at this resort. The staff were mostly all really attentive and lovely especially the guy in the bar downstairs (a couple of instances reception staff were a bit grumpy but maybe they had a bad day). The room was very spacious, modern and clean. And we had a nice view of the resort and the sea. Drinks were all great, the range of coffees, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks was excellent.

The main downside was the lack of overall diversity in food. By day 4 you could predict what was going to be served and it got a little tiresome. Maybe with a bit more seasoning and flavour there could be some improvement. We missed garlic and chilli! But the gentleman making the breads was amazing! There was one brilliant night of food which was when livers and mantis were served. That was incredible. But overall not impressed with the food.

Decent gym though the hours changes halfway through the stay and they opened a bit later than the first few days. The indoor pool was freezing though!

The entertainment could’ve been better. The dance shows in the evening were good fun, as was the bingo. But other than that there wasn’t much else. I feel for the poor girls who had to do the same 10 min dance by the pool every single day!

Overall a very pleasant stay though I wish the food was a bit more exciting.

We stayed in Samara for a week mid-October and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is impeccably clean, with so much greenery and amazing views of the sea. There is no possibility to take a walk outside of the hotel, but buses to Bodrum are just €1.5 and they come and go every 20 minutes.
The room was very spacious and even though we were close to the pool area, it was still calm.
I wouldn’t agree with other reviews here that the food was not too diverse. Of course, some things stayed the same, but each night we had something else to eat. There was a lot of vegetarian food as well, however not everything had a description. I would recommend adding allergen cards next to the dishes as many people have dietary restrictions and it’s easier to choose a safe meal that way.
The staff all around the hotel was sooo friendly, it was a pleasure to have them around each day. There aren’t many animations, but we opted for a more relaxing holiday, so that was not a flaw for us personally.
That being said, I would totally recommend taking the hotel boat trip. It’s only 5 hours, which is why even after you come back you can still enjoy some time by the pool, and the guys who organise it are perhaps the most amazing people we met here in Turkey. The trip also includes freshly prepared lunch and 3 stops at the nearby islands which are very picturesque.
Probably the only flaw I can point out is that if you don’t reserve a sunbed early in the morning, you won’t get a good sunny spot. I know that these are just bad manners on the guest’s side, but I believe the hotel staff should be more attentive to it - there were many instances where the sunbeds were empty for hours but still had towels on them.
Overall, we had a fantastic time here and would definitely recommend it for people who enjoy a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings :)

Excellent customer service by all staff but exceptional service by Catharina the concierge. The catering staff were great they had gluten-free bread but their knowledge on other gluten-free food was very limited. I was offered veg option that was not gluten-free
Dairy free milk was available as well.

Overall I would go again to samara again.

We stayed at this hotel last autumn in October after our wedding. It was a big company, and all of us had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and big as well as the territory and the beach. The food was good, as in a decent Turkish all inclusive. We enjoyed staying and would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, the region is very beautiful with mountains and amazing sunsets. The only problem is that there is not much to see around the hotel, so we had to take a taxi to visit Bodrum.

All the staff were very friendly and kind. Meal diversity in open buffet was good and there was nothing with a bad taste. Dessert and ice cream variety was good. Room location was perfect with a garden table and chairs. Cleaning was done properly every day. Bartenders were quick and friendly, special thanks to Omer Faruk for his kindness and cheerful attitude. Activities were fun, thanks to entertaining team and Humeysa. Some utensils in the bathroom were like broken, towel holder or paper holder for example would fall off easily. English knowledge of the staff in general was not enough. There could be problems even with the basic phrases and words.

You can drink all kind of drinks,but if you want great coctail,only one man can do it! Omer Faruk is the best,look for him

To find a table in restaurant,specialy for dinner Güven and Ersin will help you,also with the special requst or anything whats is happening with hundreds of guests,they are managers who takes care about all.Many Many thanx to them

I have been to Turkey and the bodrum area many times, and I can confidently say this is the best hotel we have stayed at in this price bracket.

The staff are amazing, and there are plenty to ensure there is never a wait for anything.

Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily.

Food is of a high standard.
Facilities are plentiful and, as with everything else, cleaned immaculately. There are lots of staff keeping everything spotless at all times.
Waiting service to every table by the beach.
I honestly can't fault this hotel after a week of being here !

Note to Management : You need to enforce a policy for your sunbeds. People putting a towel and not coming back for several hours or even all day is not fair to everyone else !!!!

Although marketed as a 5* hotel, it doesn't have the same level of quality that I've come expect. If you come expecting luxury 5* you will be upset.

Accommodation is ok. Rooms are perfectly adequate but not wow.

Food is very much the same with little variation. After 3 days I was struggling a bit to be fair.

What there was seemed reasonable quality, perhaps not the best but just quite repetitive.

What I mean by that is that the cherry tomatoes consistently tasted old, the oranges were not the freshest although the apples were mostly ok and pears were perhaps a little under ripe.

A lot of the fish did not have much taste and was a bit chewy which suggests it had perhaps been frozen for a while.

The gym I managed to use on 2 days was just about ok and the usual small hotel gym that you see.

The hammam however was great and a very relaxing place to spend a few minutes as it wasn't very warm morning and evening.

TV doesn't offer much except foreign channels and CNN.

Cocktails were diabolically bad and I found it difficult to drink the Pina colada I was served and the gin and tonic I ordered on another occasion was undrinkable.

The J&B whiskey is ok but not great.

The staff cannot be praised enough. Every interaction I had with any of them was excellent. Very well trained and pull this hotel from 3* to 4* I think.

Shame that they haven't invested a bit more in the bars and improved the showers. Making good cocktails takes a bit of care, you can't be sloppy with them.

Along with that and upgrading the bedroom decor it could just push it up a further notch.
