Was a lovely hotel food was abit of a let down but I must say the bar staff was brilliant I’d like to say in particular onar and hygsen was amazing to me and my partner will be returning next year

Dragut Point North is a very nice location, the staff was very helpful and friendly, highly recommend.
Everything was perfect, the accommodation and staff, especially the receptionists and bartender Onur, all waiters especially Husseyn and Serhildan Jiyane, very polite.Their hospitality was exceptional and always glad to help. They were kind and helpful at all times. The room was very clean each day. Nothing was too much for the staff. Food was fresh and abundant every day. Absolutely disgusting. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy — stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, a horrible smell that made it hard to breathe. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It felt more like a dirty roadside motel than a hotel. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping. We couldn’t sleep because of loud noises all night and paper-thin walls. I wouldn’t wish a stay in this place on my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs — this place should honestly be shut down…

The newly refreshed rooms are not only beautiful but also meticulously cleaned. The hygienic and delicious food options surpassed my expectations. The hotel's staff are well-organized and friendly, making every interaction enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's location right on the beach offers breathtaking views. An unforgettable experience!

I had an amazing time at Dragut Point North Hotel. The beach and sea were incredibly clean, the rooms were newly cleaned and comfortable, and the meals were hygienic and delicious. The staff's friendly and professional service added to the overall positive experience.

I really like this hotel, especially the price! Room service good, every day cleaning, also room is small but for two people it’s enough space. Food good nothing special, only chicken and fish. If you don’t expect from 3 star hotel luxury service than you will spend good time there.
Sea is close because it’s 1 line, have own pier.
The staff is friendly and always help you, but not all of them speak English or Russian.
