The host Mr Halil and family are very warm, helpful and friendly! Every room is uniquely designed and decorated, a blend of cave house , modern and antique design! Wish we can stay here longer than 2 nights.

This wonderful gem boasts a charm and a sense of calm that one would have difficulty finding in larger hotels in any larger city, The rooms are prepared with care to preserve the antique quality of the structure while also having every modern amenity needed. The food served is outstanding, and the location has an elegance and peace that has to be experienced first hand. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a perfect blend of ancient cave residence of cappadocia and modern hotel. It is decorated with wood, carpet and ornaments as well as equipped with excellent heater and bathroom that provide an unique comfort living.
The quality of food is excellent with fresh food materials and delicious taste combination between french and turkey ingredients.
The owners are very friendly to guests that make me feel like home.
I highly recommend this hotel when you visit cappadocia.

We are in big group and we have more than ten room in this hotel everybody is so happy when we check out the time everybody said the room is so clean and the restaurant staff is good and everything is good…

This place is magical! Classic old Seljuk era Cappadocia architecture, with 200 year old doors and 800 year old stone carved from tufa looking up at ancient caves carved out of a cliff. The courtyard is a taste of paradise and the food is incredible!

This hotel was chosen by the organizers of a group trip. We stayed 4 nights. The hotel has very beautiful architecture. It is not large. Our room was a good size (others were very large). It had a double bed. The bathroom was large. The air conditioning was weak. The Wi-Fi was average. The staff speaks French. We had lunch and dinner at this restaurant. They were buffets that were complemented by BBQ dinner. There was a good variety and it was good. The price of beer and wine was rather high.

What a gem of a hotel. Hosts Halil and Bridgette go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Amazing breakfast and dinners both days. Super clean room, filled with antiques and objects of art and interest. Very helpful with laundry, and they even drove me to city center when I needed an ATM for cash. Highly recommend and I hope to return for a longer stay.

The atmosphere at this place is so overwhelming - beautiful yard, ancient pieces of decoration, music at the restaurant during breakfasts and dinner made us feel like we’re back to the past of this fantastic region. People that hosted us are truly devoted to what they do for the tourists and are very helpful and patient. We were late for breakfasts (very sorry for that) but it was served anyways. Halil and his wife Brigitte organized a welcome cheese and bread +drink when we arrived at midnight which was so needed after a long trip with kids. They also hosted a dinner with delicios local food and a guided tour for the 5 of us - it was professional and comfortable. Same for the transfer from and to the airport. My two night stay at the Selcuklu Evi Cave was delightful. My room was in the smaller hotel attached. Lovely and Qpquaint, - the view of the hills was gorgeous. My favorite hotel in Turkey. The food was also delightful and varied. Staff were very helpful. The owner was such a lovely man who was so accommodating.
