I would say overall it’s a great hotel. Especially the location. There is things can improve like changing the breakfast menu a bit.

I often stay at this hotel during business trips. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, so there are plenty of attractions, shops and restaurants around.

Very nice and specious room and very polite people in the restaurant plus clean rooms.
Unfortunately, mosque is jest behind the window and walls are not soundsproof. Therefore the morning pray will wake you up at 4am.
Closed spa - this information was not included on their website - I purchased a stay for a full price, not a discounted one, it means I have received misleading information before the purchase… it should not work like that.
Price for one hour jacuzzi for 2 people cost - £80…. A stay for 12 days already costed €1440… so this is overpriced.
To sum up, this placed is overpriced. If you need something for £300 in the central city then the best choice is mysuits… just 20 m from this hotel. You will not have spa there too.

The hotel was centrally located and easy walking distance to multiple shopping and the waterfront. The rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean. The staff spoke English well and were very friendly. We really enjoyed the hotel stay. We stayed in family suite, which had the two bedroom, two bathrooms, and a living room.
We drove and, at times, the parking situation was difficult and took some getting used to. There is a parking lot offsite, but it was a dance to get our car there with both directions of traffic sharing a one-lane alley. Nevertheless, the staff was very accommodating in helping us navigate it. It was uncomfortable to have to leave our key with the front desk or the parking attendant, but nothing bad happened to the rental car.

We booked the deluxe room and it was spacious and lovely with picturesque views of the river. Breakfast was nice as was the service. Fantastic location. Would book again should i return to Yalova.

The view is Great, the location is good, the stuff is friendly and helpful, but ... Yes there is always a but lol, I feel that there is always something to fix (remote control's battery or something tiny little bit...)

Clean facility my room number is 406 with a wonderful view, the check is was fast and easy done by a very nice receptionist,l liked this hotel although it is a small one

Great and welcoming staff.
Nice breakfast with warm atmosphere,
Attention requires by the management to maintain/upgrade rooms to leverage the location and attract customers, AC struggles to operate, refrigerators barely cooling, bathroom mirror is missing etc. etc,
If I was the owner, I would invest and take advantage of being the best hotel in the center.
