Some staff were very rude. I had to try the modern 4pm and didn't.

We would like to thank Ms. Büşra, who welcomed us and checked us in quickly. She was polite, caring and very helpful. She explained the hotel in detail to the smallest detail and was very attentive. I would like to thank the entire welcoming team. Also, thank you to bellboy Mesut.

The hotel is located close to Trabzon (by car). The room had a sea view, a very quiet morning with birds singing👍the breakfast was good, there was parking for the car.

The view is beautiful, and the room is classic and its design is plain and somewhat old. Those who are interested in staying at a hotel, I advise them to book in the hotel, but for those who are interested in the beauty of the room and the beauty of the design, I do not recommend renting with them.

They are so welcoming and caring ! The rooms are just ok it felt like I was in Saudi just like most other hotels in Yomra Trabzon all designed for mostly Arab tourists. We were the only Turkish ones staying in the hotel I guess 😅 The BREAKFAST was so so so amazing really great service everything Thank you very much ✨✨✨✨✨✨

It was excellent hotel. We stayed for 5nights and the reception lady was fantastic. The location is perfect near the mall and restaurants. Also there was a beautiful walk beside it. I'll come back again.

My second visit to Bahar Resedince and wont be the last.. the apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms.. beautiful view facing the sea .. not directly on the main road which make it reasonably quite and nice for family’s.. New apartment. Very clean and good service, suitable size of rooms with fully equipped kitchen and spectacular view from the balcony. The location is very good, you can access the nearby places by car. It would be hard to walk because of the almost sharp incline as the building is in a high place. There are near gas station and grocery stores.

We had a pleasant stay at Sandal Otel. The location is perfect. Many stores, restaurants only 2 to 5 minutes away from the Otel. You will enjoy the swimming pool, clean and good size.

Not expensive small hotel. But so close to monastery. Its very easy to go by car (10 min) . very nice view, after crowed City this place is small paradise. So quite and so fresh air. One of the best hotels I have experienced in Turkey. Soumela is magnificent place and resting in this hotel is make the trip unforgettable. The rooms were very clean. We rent an appartment from amwaj the price was great the app. Is spaceious and ther is plenty of room ... there is no food and the kitchen need more equipments ... and cleaning need more attention but in general i was satisfied and will rent from them again

New and clean hotel apartments... The classy treatment of Brother Yassin and their services are wonderful... A special place in the center of the country, almost in front of Al Jawaher Mall... Their prices are special compared to the market... God bless them... It was a pleasant stay 😍

We have stayed at the Dedeman many times but this time it was a disaster. We don't think we will stay there again.

Great stay at this hotel. Everything was well organised and the food was delicious 😋 The location is very close to public transportation. You can easily go to downtown for 22 lira per person. And there's a big supermarket right next to the hotel to pickup some snacks. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I would highly recommend anyone to reserve in your hotel. Rooms’ spaces are very good, breakfast was my favorite, in front desk talk Arabic & English & they’re so kind. My only comment that they have to improve their quality of housekeeping! They don’t add most of disposable things related to personal care when they clean rooms. I had to call reception each time! Overall, my experience was very good

This is the first time for me in Trabzon at the Park Dedeman Hotel. First, the hotel staff are really nice and friendly, each and everyone of them. They would answer every request immediately. The rooms are very clean. Even though their English is not great, but it was very easy to communicate with them. Just fell in love with Trabzon, its mountains and water falls 😍. I highly recommend coming here...

The hotel bathroom in twin room 301 smell stinky and terrible on the second night we requested to change the room there toilet dranage was blocked The windows were not sound proof you can hear the noise of the cars in the room And people from other room and toilet Also the room service is not well the staff is not cleaning the room for three days they didnt take out the trash the room we had to call...

Overall, Nice hotel with nice and friendly working people, breakfast is very good, they make a very tasty homemade burger also. My only concern is that the room toilet needs some little work, It would be better if there was a carpet in the room instead of the cold wood, and it also brings dust. Clean suites and good restaurant. They are following good precautionary procedures. It has a good location although a noisy because of the main street.

I got 2-bedroom flat, the flat is spacious has 2 bathrooms and it is clean and new. Some staff are nice some are not. However, the rate is expensive compared to the services you receive. It's not usually easy to communicate with the receptionist as there is no English/arabic speaker all the time. It's even harder at night. When you ask for something it takes them time to deliver it and in many occasions...

The suit was perfect, big sittingroom with sea view and 3 bed room with all facilities in kitchen. The only problem I can mention is the location it was a little far from supermarket and resturants around 15 min walk.

I was a little worried when we got to it because it seemed to be right in the middle of a bunch of empty buildings, but it’s actually a very great apartment hotel. It seems to be recently built. The rooms are extremely clean which is vital to me. Actually the room was good, reception guy was perfect, but the house keeping service was really bad, you can say it's a furnished apartments but not a hotel because they clean almost every 3 days.

Rooms were very clean and neat. We liked our stay. Beds were comfortable. The location was excellent. Private parking waz perfect. The only thing we did not like is the breakfast. They dont have a restaurant, brrakfast is on the roof of the hotel. Dishes were dirty and staff who serve the breakfast were careless..
