Only the location is good
The room is average
The breakfast is a disaster and the employees are rude and btw they don’t have a breakfast place it’s just the near cafe with limited options

The welcome was warm and friendly, especially from the staff member ( Sevgi S.), who showed great professionalism and ensured all our needs were met with a constant smile. Our experience at your hotel was wonderful thanks to her efforts and the efforts of the entire team.

They are so welcoming and caring ! The rooms are just ok it felt like I was in Saudi just like most other hotels in Yomra Trabzon all designed for mostly Arab tourists. We were the only Turkish ones staying in the hotel I guess 😅 The BREAKFAST was so so so amazing really great service everything Thank you very much ✨✨✨✨✨✨

It was excellent hotel. We stayed for 5nights and the reception lady was fantastic. The location is perfect near the mall and restaurants. Also there was a beautiful walk beside it. I'll come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Aselia Hotel Trabzon. Ms. Sevgi was exceptionally lovely and helped us throughout our stay, offering a complimentary special welcome. The hotel is located in a very nice area with all amenities conveniently nearby.

Great, Hotel near to trapzon, 10 km from the center, Yomra, but its very comfortable place for stay, outside is 24/7 restaurants, Best meat restaurant iN Trapzon 👌staff is very helpful, always ready to assist 👌 I been many times in this Hotel and mane recommendations to all staff ✌️

I had a very bad experience someone got into my room while sleeping and he was stranger not from hotel staff.
Thinks god my family was not with me as I told him to get the hell out.
I informed the reception later on, how did someone come into my room and how he opens the door. And who opened for him.
They just say sorry and we don’t really know.
I was very angry and upset.
No security & no respect

Great hotel everything is clean and tidy,wonderful food.Friendly and kind staff. Lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket right in-front of you. Also as a bonus the public transport is 100m from you.
