The hotel bathroom in twin room 301 smell stinky and terrible on the second night we requested to change the room there toilet dranage was blocked

The windows were not sound proof you can hear the noise of the cars in the room
And people from other room and toilet

Also the room service is not well the staff is not cleaning the room for three days they didnt take out the trash the room we had to call them many time for cleaning the rooms and towels

And not all rooms have the water hose close to WC
The request of change of room was quick

The hotel location is excellent walking distance to many resutrants and close to jawaher mall
And bus transportation is available close to hotel

We would like to Thank Mr Mustafa from the hotel reception who is very friendly and helpful with us, he speaks arabic and english, he made our stay great in the hotel great

Amazing experience. Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Rooms were big and comfy; Very very clean and spotless; and has a beautiful view both to sea and city. Housekeeping were sophisticated. The staff were kind, friendly and respectful. Hotel has a cozy restaurant. Breakfast is self-service, terrific, and free, but lunch and dinner are not free. Served foods are tasty and delicious. Hotel is extremely sanitary. I loved my time in here.

I spent 8 days in the hotel, it was a wonderful experience, the place is very lively and safe, the staff is very nice, the food is delicious, and the location of the hotel is in a very elegant residential neighborhood and close to services,

Overall, Nice hotel with nice and friendly working people, breakfast is very good, they make a very tasty homemade burger also.

My only concern is that the room toilet needs some little work,
It would be better if there was a carpet in the room instead of the cold wood, and it also brings dust.

All the people there are hard workers and very friendly.

I would come again for sure if i went to Trabzon again.

Nice hotel, really friendly staff, great choices of breakfast
Nothing else that its small but good if you are traveling on a budget

A good quite place and close to much places. The room is clean and comfy. The staff are friendly, helpful and very nice. The daily cleaning is an excellent. It is a good place to stay at with an acceptable rate. The breakfast is good. Wi-Fi needs to be improved, at my room, it’s not good. The attached picture is may be the weirdest thing you may see in this room because all the windows shaded with this color. However, it doesn’t change the reality, I recommend this hotel and would love to come back soon.
