Kuhla Hotel

The hotel is very nice, and the employees are incredibly sweet and helpful. My stay was very pleasant and lovely. The only comment I have is about the curtains in the room — I wish they were darker so I could sleep in a bit longer. Otherwise, it was a really great stay with a perfect location. There were some nice coffee shops around, and we enjoyed our evenings with delicious sweets.

Naslie was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our meal. Her service really made our visit special.

The hotel bathroom in twin room 301 smell stinky and terrible on the second night we requested to change the room there toilet dranage was blocked

The windows were not sound proof you can hear the noise of the cars in the room
And people from other room and toilet

Also the room service is not well the staff is not cleaning the room for three days they didnt take out the trash the room we had to call them many time for cleaning the rooms and towels

And not all rooms have the water hose close to WC
The request of change of room was quick

The hotel location is excellent walking distance to many resutrants and close to jawaher mall
And bus transportation is available close to hotel

We would like to Thank Mr Mustafa from the hotel reception who is very friendly and helpful with us, he speaks arabic and english, he made our stay great in the hotel great

Overall the hotel is good but needs to be improved for cleaning

Amazing experience. Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Rooms were big and comfy; Very very clean and spotless; and has a beautiful view both to sea and city. Housekeeping were sophisticated. The staff were kind, friendly and respectful. Hotel has a cozy restaurant. Breakfast is self-service, terrific, and free, but lunch and dinner are not free. Served foods are tasty and delicious. Hotel is extremely sanitary. I loved my time in here.
