The manager Hassan was extremely helpful, always smiling, ready for an advice, feedback and joke. Saumu handled my tours/excursions and she was also great!
My room was spacious and very clean. For breakfast they offer an entire menu.
Loved every second of it, definitely recommend it!
Additionally to the horrible old rooms, the hotel management seems to like to rip off their clients: As I had some stomach problems, I kindly asked for some porridge for breakfast instead of the fatty, sweet and unhealthy breakfast they offer. They asked me to pay 10 USD (!) for that porridge, which is unbelievable because it's like the cheapest breakfast you could have! What a scam! Furthermore, the Nepali guy at the reception is very disrespectful and has no manners! He should not work in tourism.
This is a hotel for backpacker and not worth more than 10 or 20 USD a night. I really don't understand the good reviews. Avoid it!
