Surrounded by breathtaking views. We were full board and there was not 1 meal we could say anything negative about. We are already booking a family vacation to the hotel for 2024. I would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at the hotel for a work conference. The room was clean, neat, and very well maintained during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The property is simply amazing

The food was really really good and every night at dinner they had something different for us accompanied by a live orchestra and dancers

Beautiful pool area, nice pier with the opportunity to sit ouside or step into the Ocean Large variety of sporting activities Great Breakfast and Diner Decent Garden, very clean and well maintained

The only thing that misses this place is a beach, a beach where you can really swim

First time and day in Zanzibar? And guess what ? Its the most beautiful lodge that i ever seen , we booked twoo bedroom villa , and we are shocked wow wow everything is speechless, please dont miss the chance to stay here , 5 stars for the stufffff specially happiness ! Thank you

Very efficient and welcoming resort manager (South African national). Don’t come here if you’re after a resort vibe, a la minute American style butler service, hotel rooms a la Accor hotel group, animation teams, etc

This please was very relaxing and the views were breathtakingly beautiful. The staff were amazing and very friendly, helpful and understanding. Probably one of the best guests service I’ve ever experienced

The place is really nice, but noisy and at some point especially from 3pm as there several sports activities around the beach area. The beach is really dirty and not taken care of.

I stayed at this resort for weeks and it was worth my money spent. Amazing service by the staff. Delicious food! Not forgetting the fresh different types of juice served in the morning . I will definitely go back there.

the only other slight issue was that there was no alcohol served at this hotel. It wasn't really a big deal as there is a bar right next door but being able to have a glass of wine with dinner would have made it better

The staff and location are great. The room has a nice but historic decor. However, the building is very old and smells musty. Had to buy incense for the room to smell better.

It was a really lovely place and the staff were very helpful and friendly but there was no lift and we were on the top floor. And also the food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was average at best

But they will take your luggage all the way from the hotel to the apartment. I really enjoyed my stay here the location was perfect and close to everything

This place is incredible. I stayed 2 nights here and the staff, amenities, and activities are all amazing. The eco-friendly aspect of this resort added to the experience in a way I think everyone should experience

Visiting Chumbe and staying for one night was a dream. The island is breathtaking, the staff is lovely and knowledgeable, and the activities (snorkelling, forest walk and crab walk) were very special

A slice of paradise in amongst busy Zanzibar. The rooms and shared areas are lovely and comfortable. Food is delicious. Activities are well run, really enjoyed the snorkelling.

Chumbe Island is an amazing destination, whether you are staying for a night (or more) in one of their amazing eco-lodges or just heading there for a day trip

The views from the historic lighthouse are breathtaking. You’ll learn a lot from the rangers who will lead you around the island’s forests as well

Perfect get-away location for those who want to chill in peace and unbothered after spending time in a busy beach location full of guides and masais

The bungalows are very stylish, located in a very green area where you feel the nature has been untouched, with great food and very nice staff! Wifi is super strong, good also for “home office” if you need to :-) Nicely cleaned swimming pool makes up for the strong low-high tide

The location is on the beach too. The room was clean had air conditioning. There was a mosquito net on the bed also but we didn't need it

Access is to a very public beach with stoney sand as opposed to the common white sand

My wife & I had an excellent experience. All the hotel staff were so friendly. They also arranged a spice tour, city tour and a boat ride to prison island. The food at the hotel was very good too

Beautiful setting, private restaurant to enjoy the sunset from. The check in lady was very kind and upgraded our rooms to seafront for free! Rightly priced, restaurant prices the best of the hotels, and food is good too
