The hotel is situated right on the ocean near Stone Town. Stunning view and large comfortable rooms, very friendly staff!! The hotel also has a nice little pool and is overall very comfortable. It is in need of some attention with regards to maintenance and design (bathroom fixtures, the large balcony could use a bit more furniture etc). The only downside for us was the breakfast with terrible coffee and overall not great quality. Because the roof on the restaurant terrace is being rebuilt, there was furthermore no place to sit outside when it rained and the breakfast was served in a windowless room which was cooled down to freezing degrees.Some discount should be given to guests for this maintenance time by the ownership of the hotel.

Hotel is okay and a step above the rest you’ll find in Zanzibar. Very little variety on the menu and for breakfast. Taxis are a bit on the pricy side. The only bad thing I will say is that their bedding is really dirty. You can tell they don’t wash the covers and throw pillows put there for decoration. Aircon also doesn’t really work well and is very noisy. Our shower also had to be fixed because it broke as my husband took a shower but the staff were so nice and fixed it quickly. Overall some maintenance on the premises would make a big difference.

The area is quiet and secure.
At the beach site we had a fantastic view especially sun up and under.
The drive from the hotel to the old town is about 20 minutes. Ali a taxi chauffeur recommended from the hotel is a experienced driver. We went with him to all the places we wanted to see.

The room is huge, the view of the ocean is perfect and great service♥️
What I didn’t like:
Rocky beach
The restaurant is so so small, smaller than the rooms 😀, and no varieties in the breakfast.
The road to the hotel from the main road is unpaved.

Simple, great, high quality boutique corner.
Good for 1-2 nights, air conditioning is perfect.
Food in restaurant is great and just a bit I'm precise - be careful if you have allergies, they didn't mention cheese for example in some portions..

We booked this to sleep close at the airport since we had an early flight next morning. Boy what a surprise, best food we had in 10 days on this island. Highly recommended for comfortable matresses (also best in 10 days cruising) and great great food, go for the tempura prawns and you will know what I mean :-)

The location may not be in the center of town, not would you be able to swim in the sea. But the hotel and the staff are fabulous. The manager takes personal care of the guests.

5 stars, almost because of staff. I really loved them, they were such a polite and always smiled! Food was great, but people in this hotel.. I will not forget them. ❤️

(. If you are a pure vegetarian then dont choose this hotel, no
indian food available over there, after knowing all this if you want
refund of your money they don't give you refund as well basically
if you arrived to the hotel and you found nothing as your
expectation there is no chance for refund
In short no indian food, no bar if you choose that hotel you can only enjoy the view thats it. Which is not worth it.

If you need a nice hotel 5 min from the airport, right on the beach, choose this one. Nicely designed rooms w/A/C, very accommodating staff, good food, no complaints!
