W Bellevue

Our stay at W was just amazing!!! The staff provided implacable service, from check in to check out. They upgraded our room for no additional cost and generally were very personable and polite. The amenities were top-notch, making it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable stay. We loved our room and just an experience overall. Huge thank you for a hydration station on the morning of January, 1st!!

Recently stayed at W Bellevue and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Kudos to David at front desk, he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Even went the extra step to help check wait time for a restaurant we were planning to head to and gave us a call about the update.

We paid an extra $150 a night to upgrade to a fantastic suite and it was truly fantastic and well worth the spending. 2 washrooms, massive living room and a comfortable tub in the bedroom. Probably not the best room to request if you’re travelling with someone you’re not comfortable being naked with. If that’s the case go for the 2 Queen rooms that have a door to close off the shower area.

Room was clean and quiet. Well stocked with all amenities. Their shower gel makes the best bubble bath ever according to my daughter. She was blowing massive bubbles with the shower gel with her own fingers, I have to agree with her.

We ordered the in room breakfast one morning and the food was just OK and very pricy including the 28% service charge and $7.50 delivery fee. But there are so many restaurants around and a food court right outside of lobby area so there are plenty of alternative options.

Arrived on a weekend day so parking was actually free for our Monday to Tuesday stay to my surprise. W parking is on level 4 and level 5 of the parkade for those that mentioned it’s hard to find where to park.

Convenient to have Nordstrom Rack right below and short walk to cheese cake factory and the mall as well. Safe, clean and well lighted shopping block. 15 min walk to the kids museum. Great location. Would definitely come back.

Enjoyed an evening here just before New Years. Excellent attention on check-in and followup throughout the evening by the staff.

One comment, we had drinks in the bar and had a staff member come by, take our order and credit card, and then forget about it. That was the only time during about 90 minutes that anyone gave us any service on the terrace. The bar seems to need better/more service staff.

The room was great, complete with a glass shower in the middle of the room!

W Bellevue provides the level of service, luxury, and uniqueness that one expects from the W line. I received an upgrade to a suite as a Titanium Elite member, which was spacious, beautiful, and much appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered breakfast daily from the on-site restaurant which was delicious, but had major delays multiple mornings. The front desk staff did offer what they could to rectify the situation, which I appreciated. The hotel is well-appointed with nice decor and daily housekeeping did a great job. I visit the Seattle area often and will definitely stay here again when in the Bellevue/Kirkland area.

The W in Bellevue is a very comfortable modern hotel.

The staff were friendly enough but nothing stood out on this stay.

The room was modern, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The glass shower in the middle of the room is fine for a solo traveler or a couple but may not work for a family or others.

The facility is well appointed and good looking though the "business center" printer was not working, and the conference room did not compare to the quality of the rest of the property.

The main lounge with the outdoor balcony was not well staffed, but was a good looking space. The speakeasy night spot on the first floor was a much better more lively spot and was fantastic. The selection of mixed drinks and diversity of liquor options was deep and high quality and tge service was swift, attentive and unobtrusive. This is a spot worth revisiting.

Overall this is a good choice for a hotel in the area, but I don't like how buried into the surrounding building this hotel is because it makes it difficult to locate and cumbersome to walk out of into the surrounding neighborhood. Overall this is a good but not a great choice for lodging in the Bellevue area.

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location! Very impressed to receive an email from a hotel manager before our two-night stay. He wanted to know of any special requests we had. My husband asked if we might have a room on a higher floor with a view of the Seattle skyline. Not only were we given an upgraded room on the top floor, but we had a beautiful view of the city.
Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us. If only all hotels were like the Bellevue W...traveling would be so much more enjoyable.
