Well it’s super spendy for a smallest room I ever stayed but good job on the promoters making it looks awesome and huge!!
—Wasn’t the biggest fan of not able to wash your and after using the bathroom cause their is not sink in the bathroom crazy first time!!
-Absolutely no privacy with the bathroom you can hear yourself breath!!
-King size bed??? It’s smaller than queen size!
I am 6.1 and my feet were sticking out!!
-valet Guy was awesome very professional!!
-Reception lady gave us the card key which took me about 4 min to walk to on other side of the hotel and ended up not working, with all the luggage back to the front desk, excuse was machine didn’t work right of course!!
-AC when on you freezing when off you cooking!
-Parking only Valet get ready to pay!
-Rooms are just too small way to small the no sink in bathroom triggered all this hahah!!

Reception agreed to late checkout over the phone, when i reached there management disagreed and denied honouringl their word.
They came around eventually but agreeing to something and then charging 100$ for it is just trickery. Definitely not coming back.

Staying at the AC Hotel was a delightful experience. The modern and stylish ambiance added to the overall appeal. The well-appointed rooms, along with attentive and friendly staff, made for a comfortable stay. The hotel's commitment to providing a refined guest experience was evident in the attention to detail and overall quality of service. I would recommend it for a satisfying and enjoyable stay.

I was unable to shower in my room, because the shower was clogged causing it to flood the bathroom. Which led me to believe this shower was NEVER CLEANED (empty shampoo bottles, and amenities.) Had the shower been cleaned this would have been noticed right away.
I was looking forward to my stay here at this Hotel.
I was EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED in the the service of this place. I have contacted the manager multiple times without a single call back.
I let the front desk know right away in regards to the shower, and was told maintenance would come up to look into it. I ended up leaving this Hotel without being able to shower.
One of the worse places that I have ever stayed! I would not recommend it!

Clean, minimalistic, and very good location. But it's very expensive for a small room, mine had no kitchen (which i knew). Only parking option is valet which is 50 dollars a day, and expensive market with very mediocre food/snacks in it. The breakfast is very good, and most staff was very kind. Front Desk did not know their own policy and had to call the manager. But other than that it was a good stay if you have the money.

We stayed here and requested an early check in due to me not feeling well. They accommodated us so nicely. It is a good location walking distance to the mall and major stores. A king room is spacious for two individuals. Tv is a really nice size. Washroom is amazing clean and just overall the feeling of this hotel felt like you would rest and feel good. They have a hydration room where there is water so you can refill water and there is a microwave so you can warm up food. A very comfortable stay this hotel is so clean and just is perfect for a getaway.

Nice, clean, large rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. I stayed in a room with two queen beds. The hotel has a bar but no restaurant. There’s a happy hour at the bar starting at 4pm. It is located near several nice restaurants in walking distance. The hotel is also in walking distance to most of the Amazon Bellevue buildings (I.e., Everest is only 700 ft away).

We travel to Bellevue several times a year and this is where we stay. It’s very close to downtown so you can walk everywhere. Rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The hydration station has free water and a microwave so it’s also convenient for reheating or making simple foods, if you need to. Convenient when traveling with kids.
