Front desk staff was very thoughtful during our stay. We stayed here for our anniversary and received a wonderful gift and upgrade to a beautiful view. Definitely will be staying here again!

Rooms are acceptable, location is nice enough, but do NOT stay here if you want or need reliable internet. In my two week stay I did not have a single day where my internet/wifi was stable for more than a few minutes at a time.

Well everything was great but the pillows are not that good. Flat feather pillows yuck! 👎. Shuttle to the pier was late. Was told 10:30 not picked up until 10:45. When you’re excited to get vacation started it’s a big deal.

Friendly service albeit suite upgrade request was not honored. Showed on the app during check in that suite was still available but was told suite was given out already.
Ordered take out breakfast (steak and eggs) and it was pretty good. However, buffet doesn't look too appealing.

This used to be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the Bellevue area for work (Now I have a new go-to which is the Marriott half a mile away 😄). The rooms are always clean and tidy. And very spacious. Staff friendly. I have not had any issue after 3-4 stays now totaling probably 15-20 days.
Great views are not a strength of this hotel, but I never spend much time in the rooms anyway, so it doesn't matter.
This most recent stay, in March, was slightly disrupted mid-shower by hotel employees knocking on doors trying to locate a room that was smoking. Some other guest reported to hotel employees so they were going around looking. Minor inconvenience for me (disrupted shower 😄) but doesn't change my rating.

Very good hotel. Big rooms, great staff. Coffee maker in the room, control over AC, great desk. Big bathroom with bath tube. Near convenient bus transit center.

Nice hotel. Good location. Near some shops. Parking is $12 + tax per day. free wifi throughout the hotel. Comfortable beds...nice size bathroom.

Good location, very nice downstairs area. Stayed here for the Seattle Rock N Roll Marathon. There was no microwave in the room however, and no one changed the sheets or the towels during our five day stay. Three stars for the location but poor amenities for a Marriott. Was disappointed because I stay in Marriott hotels for work typically but won’t stay in this one moving forward due to services.

We passed through for a layover at the hotel. The staff is not trained to handle the simplest of requests and instead end up snowballing any issue. When I tried to voice my concerns they were not heard either by staff/management. I am writing this review to have a voice as no-one has even once considered hearing the customers side of things. I'm not sure if this stems in the organization as a whole. I wish there was an equal system by Marriott, that can handle concerns directly instead of putting it right back on the hotel. Which becomes a bias opinion. I wish the hotel/origination success, however will not be returning to this location as the experience I had - I do not wish upon any valued guests or Marriott Bonvoy members.

I’m a new local and come here for the bar often because a) it’s close to where I’m staying and b) the bartenders. They are awesome.
Everyone knows you pay more at a hotel bar. But this hotel’s management is super cheap on the pours and super high on the prices. A glass of wine is &15.95 for four ounces. I mean come on. You get more than 4 oz in an airport!
