We were here for a conference and spent two nights. Highly recommend room 547 if you want a private bungalow type location but be warned, there's a lot of walking to do on the grounds. Had a spa day for my mom’s bday and it was perfect! The spa was gorgeous (the whole resort is gorgeous), and the food was fantastic. Some staff were a little snooty but besides that, we had a great time! The jacuzzi, steam room, and salt rooms were my favorites! It’s a truly luxurious experience and worth it to unwind.

Family favorite. Great resort with several pools and slides for adults and kids alike. Few restaurants and marketplace on property. Food trucks park on the plaza too Activities for kids and movie nights are fun and varied. Great golf and range for those who 🏌️⛳.

This resort is amazing. The pool is heated to just the right temperature, and the hot tub is very relaxing. Both are open 24 hour. We had nice view of the ocean from our room with a balcony. The room was very nice, A/C was great since the weather was hot. We attended A doTERRA essential oil event in the grand ballroom which was really nice. The food and drinks at the restaurant during happy hour were excellent at great prices. The service was great, we would definitely come back to the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort.

We ended up staying at the last minute after evacuating from our originally booked hotel because of forest fires. Bar was nice but closed pretty early. Big comfy rooms, food in restaurant was excellent. Gym was well equipped, way better than we would expect from a resort gym.

Great location and view! We had problems during our first stay, but the manager did his best to make things right. You can't ask for anything more. We'll be back. I also want to note that the art of surfing in this place is simply amazing. Brent and Kelly Robinson

Beautiful resort!! Had a room with an ocean view & balcony and loved being able to sit outside at night and watch the sunset. The staff was great and the restaurant has excellent food! Will definitely stay there again!

We had a nice room with a great view of the ocean. The balcony was a good spot to sit and watch the sunset while you sip on a drink from the bar downstairs. The spa there is amazing. We had a couples massage...VERY good masseuse! One of the best massages I've had.

Cap Rey, a Hilton resort property, was beautifully situated on the Carlsbad coast and provided a well maintained hotel with proximity to many activities for families. The pool was warm and the food good at Chandler's, the hotel restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful and our stay was perfect.

It's okay. Rooms are clean. Furniture needs an upgrade. Definitely not sound proof room- we can hear every door open and close in the hallway. It's just okay. Nice views of the ocean from upper floors.

The theme was fantastic, and the activities for kids were awesome - our kids had an absolute ball (almost as good as actual Legoland). Proximity to Legoland was so convenient! The buffet breakfast was good and nice to have it included in the price.

The hates: parking not horrible but a walk, the hotel and the park don't seem to work together, the hotel would tell us one thing and the people at the park would say something different. There also dosent seem to be any advantage to hotel guests to the park. Our daughter love her Lego Friends themed room. It is beautiful, big, clean, and fun. :) Separate kids bunk bed quarter with its own TV is clever. We also love the short walk to Legoland and yummy free breakfast buffet. Our biggest disappointment was we prepaid for dinner buffet, buy it was closed on October 31 due to not enough customers. :(

This was our second time at the hotel and it was amazing!! The service was great the park was clean and easy to navigate and the wait times for rides were very short. We will definitely be going again and I would recommend it to any of my friends

We were able to check in really early so our toddler could take a quick nap and the hotel itself was very kid-centric. The restaurant in the main area tasted so much better than it looked. Great resort with beautiful grounds, responsive staff. Room was pretty nice and quite large. Breakfast buffet was also pretty good and Italian restaurant which is located right in the hotel has nice selection of food and wine.

Amazing service. Friendly staff. They make everything easy for you. I ordered room service and wanted to eat outside, and the waiter brought the food to the balcony. I stayed for the 4th of July and the fireworks were amazing! Definitely a 5-star resort!

We did a Memorial Day stay-cation at the Park Hyatt and we couldn't have been more satisfied. The spa was fantastic and our massages were amazing. We had no kids with us on this trip so we really appreciated the adults only pool for relaxation, cocktails, and live music. Dinner at Argyle Steakhouse capped a perfect weekend at the Hyatt.

After a year of challenging stays with my 3-year old, this Four Seasons has shown me how fun travel can be again. Service was INCREDIBLE and attentive, room was spacious and nice (not updated up to the minute), and a ton of special touches made it a really wonderful trip.
