The compound was beautifully maintained, and the food was delicious. My room had a stunning view of the golf course, and the cart service was fast and convenient. The ambiance was perfect for both work and relaxation

You can request for a golf cart but times can be delayed depending on how busy they are. Absolutely clean and lovely staff. Not a single person did not have a smile on their face or were not super friendly

We were here for a conference and spent two nights. Highly recommend room 547 if you want a private bungalow type location but be warned, there's a lot of walking to do on the grounds

Since I was there for a conference on site. I did not get to use many of the amenities, but the marketplace was great to grab a quick bite, the restrooms were clean, no complaints

I attended a conference at Omni La Costa in October and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, especially Jacob at the front desk, who was very helpful

The rooms are so spacious and worth vacationing to. It has a beautiful courtyard and the pools are great to relax in. I love that I can walk around the resort to get my 20 min of workout in

The service here was excellent. We were treated like royalty! The food here is good and both of the pools are nice. Our stay was amazing!

Breakfast buffet was also pretty good and Italian restaurant which is located right in the hotel has nice selection of food and wine

We had no kids with us on this trip so we really appreciated the adults only pool for relaxation, cocktails, and live music. Dinner at Argyle Steakhouse capped a perfect weekend at the Hyatt

All the staff and amazing and friendly. Very clean and classy location. Gold club was very maintained. The landscape was perfect even in the rain. Had an absolute amazing experience here and would highly recommend it.

As it turns out, Four Seasons personnel will happily shuttle you to and from the guest house and deliver ice to you upon request; however, who wants to be in a position to provide a gratuity every time one needs something as mundane and essential as ice? Because of these accommodations (or lack thereof), the AmEx FHR booking is not worth the points or dollars if you don’t receive the complimentary...

Without the upgrade, one is better off staying at the Park Hyatt where you have easy access to their amazing pools, spa and services

If one is booking through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts there are some things to be aware of: First of all, these are two bedroom units with a door separating the primary bedroom and ensuite bath from the rest of the unit

The primary bedroom has a separate entry door that allows the space to be marketed as a “studio” with a kitchenette when closed off from the rest of the unit, which is essentially a one bedroom condo that does have a full kitchen

just a bar sink with a microwave and stocked with a few dishes but no bowls; no range; no toaster;  and no ice trays in the small dorm fridge. No laundry machines in the “studio” side either

We had enjoyable meals in Seasons restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed by the thoughtfully attentive staff who greeted me by name and ensured my guests and I wanted for nothing

The bread to innards ratio in the poolside bar and grill sandwich deal was off, other than that, fantastic

The place is beautiful. It's very calm. They gave multiple things and activities for kids and adults. Service is wonderful. Great WiFi. You can even bring guests.

Amazing resort. Family friendly with lots of events. Rooms are beautiful. Service is great. Great place to stay during vacation. Close to a lot of places.

Taryn  allowed my friend to decorate a few lounge chairs at the pool before I arrived for my surprise birthday. Most places wouldn’t have allowed that, and I was very appreciative

I would recommend the Westin or Hilton, not this one. The spa is at the Westin… The water dispenser in the gym was broken. The pool slide was closed so we had to use the Hilton’s. Our coffee in our room was not refilled

The second room was in a quieter area. The rooms seem a little outdated. The towels in the rooms and pools felt like sandpaper. This is not a 4 star hotel though

The coffee machine at the restaurant broke on our last day. There was construction going on during the day. Although not loud in the room, it was next to the pool and outdoor eating area so not relaxing

We did get access to the Hilton’s pool but the key the hotel staff gave us didn’t work. So we just got a key from the Hilton staff. Someone else in another review said the walls seem paper thin and I have to agree

The hotel is wonderful, but what sets it apart, is the amazing customer care. Liz at the front desk went above and beyond to provide our family an excellent and memorable experience

Michael their new bartender was so incredible this trip, he made my night! So helpful and funny all night! The hotel staff is always helpful, they looked for my sons lost blanket we left in the previous nights room for us, and although no one found it, they really spent time trying to locate it for us

The housekeeping service brought me missing items from when we moved rooms as well. I love the early entrance to the park, it allows us to go on the long wait time rides first thing and then enjoy the park

We were able to check in really early so our toddler could take a quick nap and the hotel itself was very kid-centric. The restaurant in the main area tasted so much better than it looked

We will definitely be going again and I would recommend it to any of my friends

IT is perfect when traveling with kids, the hotel has things for the kids to do, the staff is so friendly

Really pretty outside garden area and pool. Carlsbad cliffs across street. Breakfast at restaurant was really good. We had dinner take out one night and food was not good but got right before close

Very nice room, had a minor plumbing issue, they moved us quickly to another room. Stay was great, staff checked in daily with us. The beach is across the street. The location was very close to downtown/ restaurants

We met lots of interesting people by the pool and everyone was friendly! The hotel location was perfect with the rocky cliffs leading to quiet, private beaches that aren’t packed

Chef Ricardo Vargas was really nice. He approached us with smile and find us table for breakfast for me anf my family. I really appreciate that. Really good service. The rest of the staff was very helpful.

My boyfriend and I were long overdue for a vacation and Carlsbad is one of my favorite places. I found the Carlsbad Beach Hilton Garden Inn had all of the amenities we were looking for

We were on the top floor but we couldn’t fall asleep. The pool/ jacuzzi area was nice. You can play connect 4 on the side garden outside. You can’t walk to restaurants, coffee shops, or grocery stores near by

Customer service was the best we have ever had at any hotel/resort we have stayed at. All staff from front desk to all the house keeping that helped us were so nice and friendly. Property and pool were also very clean

So they made the bed but didn’t change the sheets. They also only provided three shower towels, in a 2-queen bedroom. So should the minimum be 4? They also didn’t replace the shampoo and conditioner

At first glance I was very pleased with this motel. The landscaping is nice and pool appears nicely maintained. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But lots of things they can improve on

At one point my husband accidentally spilled his red drink on our bed, so the following morning I called to request our room service (you have to request it, it is not automatic) and when we returned the following evening there were still red spots on the sheets

Fortunately they actually upgraded our room but all I could think was. what if there was a real issue and we arrived to no room… they had no way of contacting us. Seems like poor planning with the Legoland contract

Staff has been great. Especially Sherry at 3am local time, 6 am my time, making me fresh coffee.

Clean helpful staff overall great stay

The sanitation and environment are all good, there is a swimming pool, vending machines at the front desk. It is not far from the beach.

The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, suitable for business trip Although it is close to the sea, the hotel is well maintained and there is no feeling of humidity at all Breakfast is also ok Will come back next time on a business trip

Good location, quiet. Not many breakfast varieties. Not far to walk to the beach. Heavy fog.

It was nice and clear. Area was really nice.

The breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, with bagels, muffins, waffles etc. , all of relatively low quality, but included. The pool are looked nice and sunny

It doesn't have a restaurant or bar on site and you do have to drive a little to get to one, but it had plenty of snacks and beverage for sale at the front desk

The check in process was very easy and quick when we arrived late. There was someone there waiting for us at the front. The rooms were spacious and clean. The best was the wonderful continental with hoy items breakfast

Some other points : Pros : Nice clean rooms Quick Elevators Lots of Parking short drive to Flower Fields and Carlsbad Outlet Excellent Customer Service. Cons: Shower-head or shower pressure could be better

We stayed here on the weekend of 17th-18th Feb when every hotel in San Diego was sold out. It really worked out well for us and we were most impressed with customer service we received at the hotel

Overall , we loved the room , cleanliness and most important reason we would come back to this hotel i s the customer service we received from Lorraine and Paul

The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities, and the overall cleanliness was good. The staff was also friendly and quick to respond, so I was able to stay comfortably throughout my stay

The room is ok, but it faces the highway, which is a bit noisy. The soundproofing is about 85 points. It is next to the highway and very convenient to find, with a gas station right outside.

Ive been to other motel 6 in my time n honestly great customer service rooms are clean n cozy n comfortable. I think location is great! Everything is always clean. Ive come back 3 times here. Today is my 3rd time

From my limited experience, the hotel staff seemed friendly and accommodating, and the hotel seemed to have nice amenities (the outdoor pool area seemed beautiful). My room was clean and very spacious

Nice pools and separate adult and kid pools for those wanting to swim laps. Arcade for kids and a small play structure as well

So much closer to Legoland than I expected and there is a great brewing restaurant closely. Wish I have stayed here at the very beginning instead of legoland's castle hotel

I would stay here again the next time I'm in Carlsbad

Would have given 5 stars if room was clean. Bedding had not been changed just remade from the previous guests. Given that you would think housekeeping is not on it but they were pestering us the hour before check out

1) Art Haddock - the manager is a total professional. He is very easy to talk to and is extremely customer focused. I appreciated his efforts to make my stay pleasant and problem free

I have been staying at this location on all my visits to California since 2010. This has been the most pleasant due to the efforts of two individuals who went the extra mile

2) Vanessa (sorry - cannot recall last name) at the front desk is a very energetic and caring individual. She is also very approachable and is customer oriented

My only request to the management of Motel 6 is to offer weekly rates for regular customers who book long stays at this location, such as two weeks or more

She has the potential to take on a management role since she is a self starter and anticipates customer needs and knows how to handle tricky situations

The Wife and I visit this area regularly and only wished we had found this spot first. Very clean and the staff is always cheerful and relaxed

Great hotel pool that was perfect for the kids after the beach. Clean rooms, friendly staff all in all a good stay

Very nice spot for the family footsteps across the street from the world famous state beach. The ocean was a little rough from the swells coming in. Definitely keep a little ones close

The pool was not available, the service was shoddy, the worst part was the smell. Stepping into the building I was hit buy a wall of a horrid smell. I think it was the combination of everyone's cooking

Great for construction workers and travelers. I have stayed at several Extended Stays this year and this one seems that a lot of trash in the lot and back of the hotel

Stayed and booked 9 rooms for a family event. Came 1 month before to get the rooms on 1 floor only and was assured the it is set. But now the rooms are far from each other and different floors

Decent, quiet hotel in the dumpiest location Carlsbad has to offer. Watch out for the locals. Though they are comprised mostly of homeless drug addicts, they do keep to themselves.

Rooms are nice & well-maintained. Boogie boards, umbrellas, & chairs available to take to the beach. Pool was not available during our stay & hot tub was not as hot as it should have been

Didn't get to the pool and Spa but they looked very nice in the middle of a tropical jungle-like courtyard with firepits, which we enjoyed sitting by with a glass of wine

Reminds of a Hawaiian Resort. Well kept rooms, walking distance from many fine dining and fast casual restaurants. Walking distance from the beach. About 12 minutes away from Legoland Resort. What more could you ask for?

The people at the front desk, specifically Mark, really go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly and your stay is comfortable, I would absolutely come here again, clean beds, hot water and a great staff

We saw our waitress when we ordered and when we had to pay. They screewed up my friends burgers but they fixed it

Loved it. Nice Beach view with great vending machines. You can rent movies here and play pool and table tennis.

They provide so many amenities, like coffee in the rec room, movies to watch, books in the little library, games, etc. The resort is also centrally located to everything. There are shops, restaurants, beach, etc

The room was spottless! I got to see inside 4 other rooms and the conference room and all of them were also very clean. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows in the closet

Super happy with our stay at Tamarack. Even though we were there without a reservation & with kids in tow, Jose offered us a great deal on 2 nights that really couldn't be beat
