Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
The environment is first-class, and the kitchen and living room are convenient, which is very suitable for friends and family gatherings. The tennis court and pickleball court are particularly standard and fun. The golf course is even more pleasing to the eye.
It is such a treat to go to the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa. The spa is large and fabulous with so many self-care menu options. I really love the new Himalayan salt therapy room and the meditation room with fab massage chairs that you can enjoy while you're waiting for your service. And the best part, with any spa service you get to use the beautiful property. I love this place. It's definitely five...
I attended a conference at Omni La Costa in October and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, especially Jacob at the front desk, who was very helpful. The compound was beautifully maintained, and the food was delicious. My room had a stunning view of the golf course, and the cart service was fast and convenient. The ambiance was perfect for both work and relaxation. I highly recommend...
We were here for a conference and spent two nights. Highly recommend room 547 if you want a private bungalow type location but be warned, there's a lot of walking to do on the grounds. You can request for a golf cart but times can be delayed depending on how busy they are. Absolutely clean and lovely staff. Not a single person did not have a smile on their face or were not super friendly. Since I was...
A Guest of a friend attending a Hospitality Trade show. I had not been there in years! Mistake on my part!! I wish I had a week to spend exploring & enjoying this beautiful property!! * WOW The employees are wonderful!! All smiles & just want to make sure your experience is Great! Not force but true Hospitality!! Thank you 🙏 I can't wait to come back!!
Had a spa day for my mom’s bday and it was perfect! The spa was gorgeous (the whole resort is gorgeous), and the food was fantastic. Some staff were a little snooty but besides that, we had a great time! The jacuzzi, steam room, and salt rooms were my favorites! It’s a truly luxurious experience and worth it to unwind.

Great property!! Would come back again
It was amazing! Staff, food and beverage top notch, as well as grounds.
Friendly staff, kid friendly, very nice place to visit
We absolutely loved the hotel. It was nice and clean, friendly staff and loved dining at Ponto Lago.
5+ Beautiful Property Beautiful property, excellent service, very clean. Food was great. We had high expectations and were impressed. We had a great family weekend!
They were very accommodating in allowing me to check in early. The facility and the rooms are excellent. Because it is a large resort in a residential area, there is not much to see within walking distance. My only complaints were the parking charge and resort fees at $60 each were somewhat excessive.

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara delivers the premium level of hospitality the brand is known for. Kaitlyn is a Four Seasons treasure! She ensured we were well cared for during our weekend Legoland getaway. She showed exceptional kindness and gave a goodie box with Legoland swag to my five year old. We had enjoyable meals in Seasons restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed by the thoughtfully...
The Aviara is a special place. A great hotel for events, for family get togethers and easy stays. There are a lot of kids. ALOT. It is not quiet - but the families give the hotel a great positive energy. The staff was great, the services were great - and we would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
After a year of challenging stays with my 3-year old, this Four Seasons has shown me how fun travel can be again. Service was INCREDIBLE and attentive, room was spacious and nice (not updated up to the minute), and a ton of special touches made it a really wonderful trip.
Amazing stay in Carlsbad!! One of the best Four Season’s we have ever stayed at. This was our first time doing luxury travel with our two kids and let me just say that this FS set the bar extremely high. They made sure our kiddos and us had a great stay throughout our visit. Jessica and Kaitlyn from the guest experience team went above and beyond. Henry from the bell team was fantastic helping us...
my family and I have been coming here for over 20 years. I come for a weekend but my parents stay for 5 weeks every year. Home away from home
You know when you love a place so much that you almost want to keep it a secret? This is one of those!! Location, suites, cleanliness, amenities, attention to detail, and above all, a team that’s laser-focused on making the guest experience stellar. Jessica and Caitlyn consistently checked on us, and had our room decorated with balloons and a banner and fresh flowers to celebrate an occasion my husband...

My stay was from 5/17-5/21. I would recommend the Westin or Hilton, not this one. They are closer to Legoland. Their pools are better. The spa is at the Westin… The water dispenser in the gym was broken. The pool slide was closed so we had to use the Hilton’s. Our coffee in our room was not refilled. The coffee machine at the restaurant broke on our last day. There was construction going on during...
The hotel is wonderful, but what sets it apart, is the amazing customer care. Liz at the front desk went above and beyond to provide our family an excellent and memorable experience. She was warm, friendly, empathetic, and so helpful. She went over and above to care for us. We love this property along with its great relationship with its sister properties. The grounds are very peaceful and beautiful...
Luckily I found a good deal from Groupon that waived the daily resort fee. Otherwise, i would likely be more upset. The front desk service was okay kind of oddly angled from when you first walk in.. it is nice they have a private Legoland entrance. The walls are paper thin and no fan in the bedroom area or exhaust fan in the bathroom. Pool and hot tub were nice with a waterslide. Very nice area around...
stayed 1 night, staff was so friendly n attentive it was quiet n clean perfect getaway
I liked this hotel. Service was friendly, beds were comfy and the hot water stayed hot for a long period of time. They do have a cute bonfire area at night which came in handy for those chilly nights. The outside restaurant seating had heat warmers which was a plus and the pool was nice. Also the private entrance to Legoland was a plus. The only downside for me was no walking distance for food/stores...
We had a great time at the Carlsbad Sheraton for my birthday staycation! I loved Taryn, the front desk gal; she was helpful and friendly. Taryn allowed my friend to decorate a few lounge chairs at the pool before I arrived for my surprise birthday. Most places wouldn’t have allowed that, and I was very appreciative. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were roomy. Unfortunately, some noisy...

We stayed one night ao that we would not go back home due to a tournament my kids had. Loved our room. We opened our terrace door and were right at the pool. Easy for us and convenient.
The service was great however the cleanliness was not. There were hairs and dirt all over our bathroom and floor and the phone in the room did not work.
It was great. Nice and clean with a beautiful patio and good channel selection. Nice floors and cool art.
I loved my stay everything as wonderful will definitely come back
The Ice Machine was broken, the only working one was on the other end of the hotel, phone in the room diid not work So I called their number from my cell and it rings twiceand hangs up. The shower drain did not drain so I had to clean it. The price is at a premium but the accommodations are sub par
We stayed here on a quick trip over Memorial Day weekend. It worked for what we needed, mainly to sleep. Overall, it was okay, and we would consider staying again, it wouldn’t be our first choice. The location is definite plus-centrally located and convenient to nearby attractions. The room itself was just average and could use a deep clean. There were noticeable stains on the walls, ceilings, desk...

Wonderful experience even at 71 yrs old! I Love LEGO and it was so much fun! Electric cart rental was reasonable @ $80/day and friendly team members every where. Food was good and fairly reasonable. Note: they will slow down the Submarine ride so you can safely get on and off.
The most expensive hotel we stayed at in the US, it’s worth it for the experience, easy entry to Legoland and an amazing buffet breakfast but I was shocked the pool closed at 8PM on the dot when families usually leave the park late & you can’t just pick up the phone to call reception!
For the price as expensive as a 5 stars hotel, I was a bit disappointed. The room is a bit dated but kids probably don’t mind that much. Food and restaurants are just average. But the location is unbeatable, less than a min walk to Legoland from the hotel. The only reason staying this hotel is for Legoland, so I can’t mind too much. Overall 3.5 out of 5.
As a mom of three young kids visiting Legoland solo, I was a little nervous about managing it all—but I was blown away by how smooth and fun the entire experience was! Every single employee we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. From ride attendants to food staff, the customer service was top-notch. The park is super family-friendly, with tons of attractions perfect...
Always a fun time. Reasonably priced and close to home. So many things to see and do all in one place. With bottomless drinks available and value priced food options, it is ideal for families with young ones. There are also two themed hotels available should you decide to stay longer. A night at one of the hotels will run about $500 but includes a breakfast buffet for all of your family. With...
1) hotel check in and out was very easily, you can pre-check in online and get the key at front desk. Our room was ready 3 hours earlier ! 2) you can request room service by calling or texting the main line , very convenient ! 3) ninja themed was new and well design ! We loved it . Room was clean, with a small play area and legos! The only problem is poor soundproofing, I could hear people / children...

Girl at lobby front desk was very helpful and nice. I think her name Olivia . Her name was short as in few letters to her name . Very sweet and kind.
Andrew, the manager, was very helpful. However, the hotel was extremely noisy—I had to move rooms three times during a 2-night stay. First, it was loud near the pool with a noisy softball team, then by an exterior door with constant noise. The third room was finally quiet, and I was able to rest.
This is my third stay at the Hilton Garden and the same results after each visit was an excellent one. Staff are amazing and the rooms are so clean and easy to locate.
The check in staff was incredible. They were very accomodating for a busy weekend! I only had a couple of complaints that I mentioned to the front desk - The water smelled like sewage and the toilet makes a screaming whistle sound. The restaurant service was very slow - and was not busy, so I wouldnt recommend that, but the accomodations were great for our room!
Overall ok Overall was good, Just for our luck there was a big group with kids team. Couldn’t really enjoy the amenities of the hotel since they took over most of the amenities around the hotel during our stay so couldn’t really enjoy much of the hotel. Night time was just a party of kids running and playing around the hallways close to our room so was hard to go to sleep. Hotel was not bad, just...
The hotel is right on the beach, very beautiful! Unfortunately, it was foggy the day we arrived, so we couldn't see much of the sea view! The breakfast was nice, the kind you order, but it was included in the hotel room rate and was very good

Clean helpful staff overall great stay
The sanitation and environment are all good, there is a swimming pool, vending machines at the front desk. It is not far from the beach.
The room is old, probably because it is close to the beach, and the carpet is damp! Parking costs an additional $13.
Good location, quiet. Not many breakfast varieties. Not far to walk to the beach. Heavy fog.
The elevator sounds like it’s going to break, Air conditioner is poor and bad odor.
The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, suitable for business trip Although it is close to the sea, the hotel is well maintained and there is no feeling of humidity at all Breakfast is also ok Will come back next time on a business trip

The property is a no frills place to stay the night. Clean, yes! But we were woken up by housekeeping knocking on our door at 8:00, then again at 9:30, then again at 10:30. Check- out wasnt until 12:00.
Great Hotel Great customer service. Fast and easy check in and check out. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again :)
Very close to the airport, very quiet hotel, good breakfast
The front desk service was very warm and friendly, and enthusiastically introduced the local attractions. There were many types of breakfast, which was quite rich! The best impression was that after the table was used, the waiter carefully sprayed it with detergent and then wiped it clean with a rag!
It was a good place to stay, including facilities and room condition. I used it on a business trip, but it would also be good to use with family or friends. I will visit again later.
Affordable hotel with good service. We stayed there on our Legoland trip. It's close to Palomar airport, just a few miles from Legoland. It doesn't have a restaurant or bar on site and you do have to drive a little to get to one, but it had plenty of snacks and beverage for sale at the front desk. A breakfast buffet is included and they provide waffle station, bagels, croissants, muffins, variety of...

Had an amazing time for my little one’s birthday party. Great views and friendly staff. Huge rooms to comfortably fit everyone!!
The hotel was great! Room was clean and they accommodated side by side rooms for my big party! Ohhhh and they allowed us to check in slightly earlier! Service was just great!
The property presented its self nicely. It was very kid friendly. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. There were parts of the condo that you could tell it was an older.
Pool was nice, property was quiet, walking distance to Lego land, friendly staffs. Possible rodent in room (food left out on kitchen counter was found bit into when return to room), obvious stains on chairs and sofa (needed to cover with towels before sitting). Water pressure can be a bit stronger (didn’t feel completely clean even after showers). BIGGEST COMPLAINT OF PROPERTY: I FOUND IT VERY RUDE...
Love staying here with my family. So much to do after a day at the parks/museums.
Stay here and enjoyed my stay. Staff was pleasant to deal with and it’s walking distance to the park

Perfect for biz trips! Outstanding customer service (forgot my razor and the lady at the lobby provided me with a free shaving kit). Nice building. Great location close to everything. Breakfast is solid: your typical scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, and related. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Great value overall!
This place is amazing. I flew in from jersey for a wedding, arrived on Friday. Pool was open, food and drinks were available. As soon as I checked in, I was made welcome. I ordered some food, was sent up to my clean room and was called when my food was ready. I ate and had a beer, took a nap and came down at what would have been 11 eastern time. I could still eat. They accidentally put meat...
Nice hotel. Could have a better pool for the area. Breakfast buffet is the same every day so it gets boring if you're staying multiple days. Other then that it was a nice hotel.
Great for staying closes to Legoland the room was perfect. Slept 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Wish there had been an indoor pool or at least hot tub. Breakfast was great. Clean, easy to find, friendly staff. Overall great stay.
Enjoyed overall. Service was fine and the rooms were nice. Breakfast is pretty good and there is free parking. It is a short drive to legoland. Would definitely stay again but for what it's worth would also prefer staying in the grand Pacific palisades if the option was there and cost efficient.
Kids free hotel! Heaven on earth!!! Rooms are modern, not super spacious but they made the most out of the space. Rooms come with convection microwave so you can do a small roast or get your cooking on. In-n-Out is about 13 min walk from the hotel. If you can’t find nothing to eat, it not a bad option!!! Breakfast hours end@9:30am during the week, so make sure you don’t miss it!
