Had a spa day for my mom’s bday and it was perfect! The spa was gorgeous (the whole resort is gorgeous), and the food was fantastic. Some staff were a little snooty but besides that, we had a great time! The jacuzzi, steam room, and salt rooms were my favorites! It’s a truly luxurious experience and worth it to unwind.

We did a Memorial Day stay-cation at the Park Hyatt and we couldn't have been more satisfied. The spa was fantastic and our massages were amazing. We had no kids with us on this trip so we really appreciated the adults only pool for relaxation, cocktails, and live music. Dinner at Argyle Steakhouse capped a perfect weekend at the Hyatt.

The Aviara is a special place. A great hotel for events, for family get togethers and easy stays. There are a lot of kids. ALOT. It is not quiet - but the families give the hotel a great positive energy. The staff was great, the services were great - and we would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The front desk service was okay kind of oddly angled from when you first walk in.. it is nice they have a private Legoland entrance. The theme was fantastic, and the activities for kids were awesome - our kids had an absolute ball (almost as good as actual Legoland). Proximity to Legoland was so convenient! The buffet breakfast was good and nice to have it included in the price.

We had such an awesome time at the Hilton Garden Inn at Carlsbad Beach! The pool area was very relaxing, and we ended up there for most of the day even though the beach was right across the street. Affordable hotel with shuttle to Legoland. The rooms do not have carpet and make the floor very cold. There is also no elevator so if you're handicapped or have got a big luggage reconsider staying if it will be a huge inconvenience.

The room we got was pretty big, with a gas fireplace that was part of the wall between the jacuzzi tub that was big and the bedroom. We also had a pretty deck/patio. The staff are just lovely and the location is perfect.

Unfortunately I didn't spend much time at the hotel as I was in and out for work. From my limited experience, the hotel staff seemed friendly and accommodating, and the hotel seemed to have nice amenities (the outdoor pool area seemed beautiful). My room was clean and very spacious. I would stay here again the next time I'm in Carlsbad.

Kids free hotel! Heaven on earth!!! Rooms are modern, not super spacious but they made the most out of the space. Rooms come with convection microwave so you can do a small roast or get your cooking on. In-n-Out is about 13 min walk from the hotel. If you can’t find nothing to eat, it not a bad option!!! Breakfast hours end@9:30am during the week, so make sure you don’t miss it!
