3.7 (rounded to 4) Very nice decor and pops of color. The layout was easy to navigate, and the food was good as far as breakfasts go. Overall it was a bit better than standard as far as hotels go. Luck of the draw had kids in the pool the entire time splashing around so I was unable to utilise that in my free time, but the layout of where it was was convenient and nice. Plenty of outdoor space to lounge, just a bit loud.
Room was spacious enough and the full sized shower supplies was a really nice touch. Much needed for long hair!
The staff were friendly and helpful everytime.
A big downer here were no sb charging ports! It seems so silly to say that but in this day and age. USB charging ports are too easy to install to not have that feature available, especially since the Hilton I stayed in the evening before had them and does not score as high as this one overall.

The service at this Hilton garden inn location is less than 1 star. Half the time no one is at the front desk to ask for help. We requested room service for the next day the night before, as we were instructed to do, and no one serviced our room despite asking multiple times. There is also a broken tile on the pool deck right in-front or the pool entrance that multiple people have tripped over. I will not be surprised if someone breaks a bone after tripping over it and sues Hilton. No one should ever stay here

The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. I had no problems during my stay. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants to go to and things to do.

Listen Rhonda at the Front Desk saved my life big time. I recently came to a place in Charleston and immediately had to leave because of not only their reviews being true but myself and my husband having a bad experience. We called and Rhonda picked up and was so helpful and got us a room quickly. Thanks so much Rhonda for accommodating us and making our one year wedding anniversary special. She is amazing and I would highly recommend anyone staying here. We will be back.

My stay at the Hilton was great. I didn't have any issues and the staff was very nice and hospitable. The 4 star is because breakfast was not included. I actually did consider purchasing the breakfast but it was very unlimited for an unreasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience! Room was perfect! Delicious breakfast in Garden Restaurant in lobby area for our family of 12. Great location for touring Charlotte. 4 Rooms for our group. We will be back!

Stay here every time I come home to Mt Pleasant. I love this hotel and the location couldn't be better! Especially if you need to head to MUSC. (Less than 10 minutes away!!) The staff are all fabulous and are always willing to go above and beyond to help you in anyway possible. The manager is pretty amazing as well!!! You won't be disappointed. It's quiet, cozy and you have easy access to everything you'd want to see and do!

Great hotel just over the bridge from Charleston with quick access to Mount Pleasant and Sullivan's Island. Hotel is on the new side, the rooms are modern and clean and the amenities are top notch. The staff was great but truthfully we spent most of our exploring the area... We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect if you don't mind a 15 minute drive into Charelston. The hotel was very nice, staff was accommodating, and the rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel, and stay here again.
