We felt right at home. We booked a car to a lot of places and each time there was fresh water bottles for us inside. Also, every night they knocked to ask if we needed ice or more water. The abundant free water is a HUGE perk. We also loved the staff who were very friendly and happy to help. the bed was very comfortable and clean and bathroom was very modern and spacious.

We had a great experience our family took our first vacation and drove 14 hours. Just got back from three wonderful nights at the Mill House Grand..and "Grand" it is...we used one day to drive into Savannah and back because of the short distance. Quality hotel experience in a good location. The rooms were of good size, but the bathrooms we're not laid out as efficiently as many of the Marriott properties we have stayed in. The best part of the stay was the manager Donna. She was one of the nicest people we've ever met and gave us plenty of recommendations and insights about the area.

We stayed for 2 nights in the State Room. The room is nice but very noisy. There is no insulation between the room and the street or the room and the courtyard, so you hear everything going on. The TV is too small for the room but it works and has all the cable channels you'd expect. The WiFi was disappointing. Of the 2 networks listed for guests to use, one had a good signal but wouldn't accept any...

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Easy walking distance to everything.

Have stayed twice now. If you have a larger family, more space and multiple bathrooms are needed. Well maintained and nicely equipped.

Location on King was great, so convenient to everything historic Charleston has to offer. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't use it again til departure. Everything was very walkable. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and the amount of space was unbelievable. Large open living area and kitchen with 2 comfortable bedrooms with en suite baths. Everything was clean and updated. good place to stay. location is great. absence of elevator made it a bit difficult to get the luggage in and out of the unit. The unit itself was immaculately decorated and everything was very pleasantly clean.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service!! The rooms were beautiful, it's in an amazing location with shops/great restaurants near by and close to the water. I had excellent service for the few days I stayed there. It was a great place to get away but also feel like I'm at home. Would recommend 10/10 to choose this hotel to future travelers. Fantastic experience!

Marion and Lori and their staff created a wonderful experience from the start. Communication is superb, their welcome, their service, their attention to detail, the hospitality was first class. 86 Cannon is perfect for a vacation in Charleston. We used the bikes for an easy cycle downtown to explore the historic sites, their restaurant recommendations were superb. We will definitely come back

Beautiful room...quiet and restful. Near all the hustle of downtown Charleston. Staff was amazing...smart, informed, accommodating, open to helping with whatever you needed. Loved all the extra touches. Would highly recommend.
