From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were at home. The Inn is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It is also very clean and easy to get to. We have a very large dog and they had no issue allowing us to stay there. The staff are just amazing!! They are friendly, accommodating and just overall lovely. We will definitely be back!! Gorgeous 17th century house with a beautiful courtyard garden. Walking distance to downtown Charleston. Delicious breakfasts every morning and the most kind, friendly and helpful staff you could hope to find. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all 3 ladies we met were absolutely lovely. What a fabulous little place! Great breakfast, quaint rooms, very clean, (bed wasn't exceptionally comfortable, but adequate) close to almost everything. We were able to walk everywhere and didn't have to drive to get around. Highly recommend!!

We booked last minute. This is an old historically beautiful house understand rooms are not big and new but well appointed. Quiet neighbors were appreciated. Cold air and a clean room. The welcome goodies on the bed were appreciated. The breakfast WAS AMAZING. So, so, so GOOD.

We arrived very late on a Sunday afternoon to depart before breakfast was available the next day on a 'red-eye' flight from the airport. We only used the hotel's shuttle and its bed for a good night's sleep before departing - we were not in the hotel long enough to be able to give a fuller review of its facilities - we had no complaints at all about the hotel.

I recently attended a work event at this facility. It was a very enjoyable time. The meeting room was very spacious and provided plenty of room for the group meeting. Lunch and refreshments were very good

Location is ok for airport access, convention access and outlet mall. Rooms could use an update. Breakfast is great, the omelette station is really good. Food service only until 11 pm and drinks served only until midnight.

We LOVE this hotel. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are taken care of. Bar on site, restaurant on site, both are amazing. Complimentary bar/snacks AND hot breakfast. We can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be returning.

Great stay to explore Charleston and sourroundings

It's a relatively new facility So it's beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased with my room. It was spacious, very clean and the bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had some thing for everyone. I can't wait to see how long it will take before guests destroy the furniture. But right now it's nicer than some of the high end hotels.

I don't know when it opened, but it seems brand new. Room was clean and spacious, staff were all polished and professional, highly recommended. Honestly I stay at a lot of hamptons, and this is probably the best one I've seen.

Excellent service, impeccably clean. Everything about my stay was convenient and top notch service. I especially appretciated the shuttle driver Mike who gave us a card to have us get picked up from a concert when we needed him. He was just one example of a staff that went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay with them. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very busy location. But as soon as you enter the lobby with its beautiful colors and design elements you are whisked away into another world. A bright, shiny, new Hampton Inn very close the the airport. The lobby is beautiful and very comfortable., The rooms are modern, new, clean & quiet. Loved the shower! Mike the Shuttle driver is fantastic. The breakfast was typical Hampton inn, but very fresh & good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Had a really nice stay! Hotel staff was extremely nice and I had my room cleaned every day which I wasn't expecting, so that was a nice touch. Liked that there was a ceiling fan over the bed, you don't usually find that in a hotel room. Felt safe as a young female staying here alone for a business trip. We loved staying at this hotel because of the cleanliness of the room and entire hotel, friendliness, of the staff, and the excellent hot complimentary breakfast. It is also in a great location in Charleston and within walking distance of the horse & carriage rides, market, and all of the awesome restaurants and shops in Charleston. Hotel is close to restaurants and historic sites which is where we were wanting to be. It was clean and had excellent customer service. Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had different “hot” items every morning so it wasn’t the same thing every day which was nice. Beds were comfy. We would book here again.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. They have a decent free breakfast, but no free coffee once breakfast is over. Tv is in a pretty rough location for the two beds. But overall, a really fine stay.

The hotel was nice. But I have 2 complaints with my room (207), the thermostat had a motion or light sensor so it would turn off if I wasn't in the room. Which meant it got hot while I wasn't there. The shower was nice but the water pressure was weak and the temperature was impossible to set. It was either scolding hot, hot, or off. The elevators were really slow, sometimes faster to use the stairs...

It took quite a bit of time for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport even though we called ahead. We booked a double queen room and were told once we got to the hotel that they were all booked and we could take a king with a double pull out. That was frustrating. We were able to move to a double queen for our second night. The rooms are set up so that the bathrooms include just the tub and toilet...

Decent room, being close to the airport is not my favored location. Breakfast was fairly standard. Unfortunately they also lock down the TV inputs so you cannot use a person device like Google TV. One set of the stairs was blocked for painting, which seems a bit of a hazard, and something that should be easy enough to make happen quickly.

This was by far one of the best hotel stays that I've ever had. The staff were great and welcoming, the amenities were perfect, breakfast was great, and the hotel was very clean. We went for a family vacation, and even though it was cold, the hotel made our trip that much more enjoyable.

3.7 (rounded to 4) Very nice decor and pops of color. The layout was easy to navigate, and the food was good as far as breakfasts go. Overall it was a bit better than standard as far as hotels go. Luck of the draw had kids in the pool the entire time splashing around so I was unable to utilise that in my free time, but the layout of where it was was convenient and nice. My stay at the Hilton was great. I didn't have any issues and the staff was very nice and hospitable. The 4 star is because breakfast was not included. I actually did consider purchasing the breakfast but it was very unlimited for an unreasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

I visited this Hampton Inn for one night. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Make sure you arrive early for breakfast because they stop making food a hour before breakfast ends(10 am) and they have most everything cleaned up and put away by then.

The hotel is very clean and the front host Wendy was extremely nice and she shared with us all the things to do in the area. The hotel is located in a shopping center so it is close to food,shopping, a nail place and a grocery store , we did not hear a lot of traffic while we were sleeping so its prefect. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend it to friends .

Great location, clean rooms, might need a little attentions on the bathrooms ( wheb we arrived it was not really greatly clean). Love the staff, really helpful. Downside no private parking lot, so if you stay for a long period of time that may be expensive.

Hilton really does cover all the little things. The room was very clean the shower outstanding and the service excellent. It's the little things like having blinds that truly block out the light. The landscaping was immaculate and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Customer service was great. The reason for 4/5 stars was the pool. The area around the pool could have been kept up nicer and pest control services are needed for the ant problem.

The food at the hotel restaurant was oh so yummy, especially breakfast. They have these praline flavored French toast...wow!

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Charleston. The room is very clean, breakfast is delicious, and I love being just a 10 minute drive to Isle of Palms and less than 30 minutes to downtown Charleston. I always plan to stay here when visiting this area.

The staff could not have been any nicer. Everyone from the front desk, house keeping, van drivers, all greeted me, and were a pleasure to be around. The suites are not very big, but everything about my room was in working order, and clean. The free breakfast had many good selections. The staff made sure we didn't run out of any thing. Great location but it can be easy to drive by. The small size means it's convenient to get in and out of. Room was generally clean but the bathroom wasn't spotless. Breakfast in the morning was good but there isn't much space to have a meal so it's nice that the rooms are spacious enough to bring food back. Being a pet friendly hotel leads to an occasional bark but didn't bother my state at all.

Everything was excellent the girls didn't like the waffle mix but it was other things to accommodate them. The room was clean and beautiful.From entering the parking lot to walking inside i was impressed.Thanks for making our stay well worth it.
