Virgin Hotels Dallas

This hotel is a trendy boutique-style property with a distinctive design and an intimate setting. I love the use of red throughout; it adds a charming touch. It's quaint in many ways, which I really appreciate--it's not overly large or crowded. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

I spent 2 weeks at the virgin for a conference and it was amazing. Although I didn’t stay on property, the venue was beautiful and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. By day two the valet team knew me by name. Gavin, Rob, Tanner and Evan ( and others on the valet team), as my first and last impression of the Virgin every day, you all were amazing! I still can’t believe yall took the time to remember me by name! Troy at the lobby bar is a must see! His cocktails and company will make anyone’s day better. And if you get to taste Chef Marta and Chef Andy’s food you are in for a treat! They kept a large group well fed for TWO weeks and some how never repeated a dish. Thank you for the wonderful food it definitely added to my experience there.
Just go, you will not be disappointed.

Amos helped us check in after a red-eye flight and he helped us get settled in our room quickly so we could rest before starting the day. The hotel is very luxurious and has a unique style. The staff was always friendly and helpful and they truly made the experience special. There are more amenities than we got the chance to enjoy but what we saw was clean and well maintained. The pool gets busy quickly so get there early to claim a spot.

What a great hotel! The atmosphere and the decor/theme is amazing. It's very unique and I appreciated all the design details in the hallways and the common areas. The rooms were great loaded with style and technology too. Great pool and pool service also. Nice coffee shop near lobby amd also great bar options at night up and downstairs lounges.

Virgin does amazing and fun style. Although I'm not a fan of the soap/shampoo smells and that red is intense, I gladly welcome new ideas and atmosphere in a hotel since I live in them. The bedding is the best and my corner window room was excellent. The staff even took care of some inconsiderate drunk non-guests in a room partying after midnight in the most proper way. Cheers to the staff.

Cutest hotel ever! Everything is so beautifully designed inside and out. They have a club/lounge for those who like to party and right outside they have a beautiful pool, cabanas, with food and drink services! They are pet friendly and even brought a dog bed and treats upon request. I should have taken more photos but I was too busy enjoying my mini stay. I brought my friend and she said she felt like we flew to another city. The garden outside by the jacuzzi is so gorgeous. They also have an upscale restaurant downstairs called the Commons Club. I need to come back and explore the rest of the hotel but I was in awe with all of the amenities and beautiful views. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

I'll start by saying I've managed and worked in hotels for 13 years, so I'm a little more critical than most...

Location was right in the heart of the Design District and the vibe was on trend for Virgin. We booked it because they have a nice outdoor hot tub we were excited to use. Front desk told us it was open until 9pm at check in, but when we got up there at 6pm they said it was closed for a private event...bummer. Instead, we just walked across the street to Meddlesome Moth and had some killer beer and small bites. Rooms were small but very cool. Went for a nightcap after our dinner at Town Hearth and the hotel bar was closed at midnight, not a big deal. We had our 2 dogs with us and they stayed free, which is awesome.

Overall, it was a good stay but a little pricey at $300+ a night for our experience.

REAL PEOPLE, REAL FUN, A REAL HOTEL. I'm so tired of looking up hotels and finding the same pictures, commercialize pictures out of a magazine of some sorts. On top of that, no one really speaks on the importance of your stay like things that really matter. So let's get into it, shall we? 1st of all, valet does not procrastinate. They get you out of your car safely, swiftly, and without slamming your doors. HUGE PLUS. I was here on business meeting up with clients. From the front desk to the kitchen was a VIBE. Everybody was so on point it was amazing. There wasn't a single person who was not having a fun time doing their job. Even the manager jumped in and offered assistance, that was cool. Beautiful artwork.... delicious food.... fun music, yes fun music. They even have a live dj who knows how to spin the hits. The entire establishment was clean. It's almost as if a team of people were cleaning every 30 minutes 😆. Now let me put an emphasis on clean: The pool area CLEAN. The weight room CLEAN. The restrooms SUPER CLEAN. Once again I am speaking on a real life experience because you are a real person reading this and I am a real person who had the chance to enjoy this majestic building called Virgin Hotel. I had a blast. I would like for you to have one as well. REAL PEOPLE. REAL FUN. A REAL HOTEL.

Very cool and funky hotel! The aesthetic was so great!! The pops of red everywhere, all the artwork/patters and design was very modern and cool! Beds were super comfortable and the pillow options were a plus! My biggest complaint was how everything has weathered so fast in the (I think) 3 years they've been open. I just think there are items and materials that are built much more durable. So I don't know if it is the quality of the stuff purchased or lack of upkeep. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the lobby was the black velvet looking chair with the fabric rubbed clean off. There were several things around the whole hotel like this and in our room... Another example was all the wood on the pool deck furniture. Just small details that someone is overlooking and it's making the hotel look more run down than it should.

+ The yoga mat in the room was awesome. The design and beauty. The management and most of the staff was great. My toilet was broken and they never came to fix but the housekeeping lady named Laura fixed it herself.
- I was extremely disappointed in the vulgar loud music. The attention to detail was amazing except the ghetto style music. I are most meals in the hotel. The food was amazing. It’s was Wednesday night at 7:00 and they had this up noxious loud dj with horrible music and I nicely asked if she could turn it down or play something else and she said I was rude. So much for the customer being right. I had to leave and cancel my friends coming back. I stayed 3 nights snd spend about $1000 dollars above room cost and am wondering if this place will make it. Music is everything and they completely missed the beat. I also thought 40$ a night for vale parking was way to much.
