Sheraton Hotel

my stay at the sheraton was lovely! the staff upon arrival were incredibly warm and attentive. Marwan specifically went out of his way to help me with my bags, ask all my questions, and personally direct me to areas I wasn't sure of where they were. He was smiling everytime I saw him and was sure to make me feel like I was at home. I had no issues in my room and room service was also amazing. Would stay here again if I ever come back to dallas!

Marwan and Ayo took such good care of all our bags and handicapped equipment with a smile on their faces! Tyra at the desk was very personable and helpful. John went over and above to help us get our room to how we needed it to help my handicapped husband . Staff is top notch and made us feel welcomed and important. I couldn't ask for better! Our ADA room however was not accessible for my husband . The roll in shower was not roll in . The marble threshold and metal track added to the shower makes it inaccessible for someone who uses a shower chair to bathe. My husband had to go without a bath due to this incorrect shower. Also the extra marble threshold going into the bathroom made it where I could not get my husband even into the bathroom area for toileting. It will not let me roll him into bathroom because of the thickness and extra height. I could not navigate my molift on the carpet and it wouldn't fit in bath. The bathroom should be redesigned making it larger with tile being in the hall area at least. Take out those thick marble thresholds to bathroom and shower. It was very frustrating and caused a lot of anxiety. Our friend had to leave early because she could not get her husband into the bathroom either

I stayed here on a business trip. Since I checked-in online and used the mobile key, I didn’t have to interact with the folks at the reception. But from my limited interaction with the staff at the hotel, they are very friendly and courteous. Hotel is in a great location and has multiple restaurants inside and there is a gift shop as well. Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There were complimentary water bottles inside. Since I stayed in the 29th floor, I had a great view as well. Overall a very positive experience.

The facilities are complete and you can check in. The facilities are quite comprehensive, such as restaurants, gyms, and small supermarkets where you can buy breakfast, so you don't need to leave the hotel. The swimming pool is a little small

Amazing stay!

When visiting Dallas, I chose this Sheraton. The hotel is very good in all aspects, with warm service, rich and varied breakfast, complete facilities, and clean rooms. It would be perfect if the windows in the room could be cleaned. Living on the 36th floor, I originally had a good view of downtown, but it was a pity that the view was blurry because of the window.

I always stay at the Marriott, but this particular hotel is one of my favorites! Comfortable beds and view, and unmatched customer service. Check-in was a breeze. The Draft Sports Bar & Lounge has amazing Servers, especially Mr. Jose! Let me tell you about this guy! Over my stay, Mr. Jose serviced me with “THE” best Sidecar drinks I’ve ever had. He was very attentive and ensured I was overall happy with my experience. The lounge has Mr. Ron in the mornings and Mr. Keith in the evenings holding it down! Hands down, give this Hotel a try! And no one is paying me for this. I ALWAYS have an amazing experience when I visit!

This is a great property for events and being downtown. The Open Palette restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. The hotel does seem a little tired in the restrooms, but overall seemed like a great venue for a place to stay while hosting a large event.
