The lobby is beautiful but the rooms need updating. The bathtub was old with some missing grout and the shower was small for $1000/night room rate.

The hotel is beautiful however, the commode in our room ran all night. You could not put the AC down far enough to cool the room.

For what they charge for this room, it should be stellar condition.

We were attending an opera concert in Dallas and had found this nearby! The rooms were a bit expensive at $900+ for a King suite. The rooms are a simple ‘Modern’ style, yet beautiful designed. They did have wonderful staff and service. Everyone was very kind and helpful, we even checked out the fitness area and was impressed with the size of it and the range of workout equipment they had, as most Hotels don’t. Breakfast was lovely, and the Bar had a wide variety with a beautiful lounge area. Would definitely recommend if you’re okay with spending the money! Definitely doesn’t disappoint, but nothing too crazy that makes it stand out from other higher end Hotels!

Pretty disturbing experience overall to be honest. Managers and supervisors were the worst. Supervisor named John and associate Oliver was rude and demeaning and assumed we were not staying at the hotel and tried to say the lobby was closed and for us to leave. I’m shocked at how bad this was
