The bed was comfortable, no bed bugs to be seen. However, the room left a lot to be desired. There was no secondary safety lock on the door, the reading lamps didn’t work, the pillows were hard and flat, there were not enough towels or blankets, there was no safe, and the TV didn’t work. The shower was moldy and the water smelled like sulfur. The bathroom had bubbles in the drywall from water damage, and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Staff was friendly and accommodating, but I expected more for the price

Nice clean rooms. Nice staff. Good place to take photos or if you need a nice area to be in. You won’t get any sleep here. Extremely noisy especially in the mornings. Housekeeping in front of the doors as well sometimes smoking when not allowed. For the price I’d expect a quieter place

The room did not match the description on the website. The whole wall windows were leaking water from the rain. Could not sleep hearing the water dripping inside the room. So when I opened the certains there was a whole row of soaked rolled up towels on the window seal. Some lights didn't even work correctly. Alarm clock was not even plugged in. Refrigerator door kept opening. The glass shower door has gaps that allowed water to seeped out, soaking the bathroom floor. Not worth the $300 for one night stay at this hotel. NOT WORTH IT!!!

The pictures do not match what you actually see when you walk in. It’s as if the landlord / owner just doesn’t care about the upkeep of the building. If that’s the case sell it to another party who does. The room felt as if it was slightly overhauled to “just pass” an inspection. Seriously the price here should be cut in half. It’s not a hotel. It’s a motel with an H. Oh and here is bonus: I found a roach in the room! Ha. Top tier!

This was a last-minute stay, and I'm glad we came across it.
Think motel but nicer. At least, that's how it looked to me. The front desk employees were very kind and helpful.
The room itself was better than I expected. In fact the whole place was. I've booked places like these before (it says it's a hotel, but it's a motel or used to be), and the pictures always look so much better than the actual place. In this case, the photos match the site!
The only thing I will say was that it was evident that it had been some time since they remodeled the property, and it was starting to show. Also, the shower was not properly clean. It wasn't dirty, it just had a sprit of shower gel on the shower walls. An oversight, I'm sure, but nothing I felt strongly enough to complain about.

I booked this hotel for a family trip because of the pictures they posted and it was a nightmare. It was shown to be nice seemed big it was small. We checked In to some guy that seemed very scripted. We went into the room and within seconds looked at the bed and there was bed bugs just crawling out in the open. The bathroom was so small and had a sliding door that was hanging. It was dingy and smelled of smoke. People walking around the cars looking suspicious. I went back to the front desk to tell him he apologized and that was it. I advised wanted my money back he said he couldn’t do that and had to call a manager next shift cause I checked in and the manager would call me next day. I said check me out I’m not staying he refused saying he couldn’t only manager could and printed me a receipt of what I already had. I waited a few days and no credit so I disputed it. The same day I disputed they issued credit back and I closed the dispute. Overall this is a horrible place not sure why it had good reviews.

We loved staying at the Xilo! They accommodated us on short notice and gave us a great room. The manager was very nice and obviously passionate about taking care of his hotel and his customers. We had a great sleep on a comfortable bed in a quiet room. The complimentary breakfast was great as week! If you are looking for a hotel stay with a great pool or workout room then I would not recommend this. But this was not important to us so we loved our stay!

Awesome rooms! Stayed in the Jacuzzi loft and suite as well as a regular room and all 3 were great! Really nice about a late check out and just all around pleasant experience.

Ben, at the front desk, is pretty much the nicest most professional hotel dude I've ever encountered. Extremely friendly, thorough, and nice. The rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy. Showers are wonderful. Great spot. Great price. Great location. Excellent choice!!
