Good hotel.
Overall good room for the price and location. Short Uber ride to downtown. Great bbq spot right next door. Clean bathroom. Clean sheets. Tv remote was missing some buttons.

The online photos must have been taken several years ago as the actual property shows wear and tear. If you are a light sleeper the street noise all night will keep you awake. There was no coffee or breakfast in the morning even though that is listed on the website. I needed to check out at 7am but the office was locked and no one available. One of the hand towels in my room had what looked like lipstick and mascara on it. The vending machine didn’t work and I had to walk across the street to purchase a bottled water. Even though there was plenty of hot water at the lavatory, the max temperature in the shower was lukewarm. Also there is no elevator to the second floor. All things considered I don’t think this hotel is worth the price I paid.
On the positive side, the check-in lady was very nice and even helped by carrying some of my luggage up the stairs for me.

Very nice family run place and you just don't see that anymore and it is very appealing

Went to check in late and everything was locked. We found employee sleeping on couch and had to knock on door to let us get checked in.
Pillows were lumpy and had to buy our own.
There was a stain on the comforter.
Location was great and staff was friendly. Just wish the comfort and experience was a bit better. 2/5 for me

Price reasonable...the room clean.but it just had that smell of cheap cologne on the bed but clean bed. Not the most.comfortable bed.but slept good. Will go back again if I need to

The manager and staff here were great! They were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and nice. I would recommend this property to anyone in the DTLA area who is looking for a place to stay!! Stay here!! It was a great experience!! You wont be disappointed!!

Comfy bed, hot shower, beautiful painting in the room (114). At first there was a little noise from cars passing outside, but with the fan on I couldn’t hear it.

I chose this hotel because I was looking for a place to stay near Dodger Stadium to watch the Dodgers games for three days in a row.
I arrived earlier than the designated check-in time, but I was allowed to enter the room (no negotiations).
The room was spacious and there was no inconvenience. It's just under a 30-minute walk to the stadium entrance.
