Centrally located adjacent to the Americana and 12 minutes from North Hollywood, the room was clean and had a great view of Brand Blvd. Breakfast was amazingly fresh and welcoming first thing in the AM on Thanksgiving. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was special. Would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times.

Great hotel in the middle of downtown Glendale. Close to shopping and many great eateries. Parking is a bit pricey for a Hampton Inn, but this is a super convenient location. Staff is great and very professional. Breakfast is predictable but good, but a little more variety would be nice...I miss the biscuits and sausage gravy ;-)

This, on average, is one of the most expensive Hampton Inns consistently in my travels. However, it’s in a great location, the property is well maintained, and there is plenty to do in the area without ever getting behind the wheel. We loved staying at the Xilo! They accommodated us on short notice and gave us a great room. The manager was very nice and obviously passionate about taking care of his hotel and his customers. We have been.to.this hotel before and are usually on the lower available rooms. This time we were lucky to be close to the top, and some friends booked their rooms on two other floors. I Stayed In Room #204 , the spa bath was lovely & the entire bathroom was modern you wouldn’t think it’s that nice from the outside of hotel . Stayed 3 nights here and I can you it's very clean with the hard flooring and I also saw the cleaning lady mop the floor and sprayed soap as I was walking passed another room. It is in a very great location with a mall and tons of restaurants close by. Also has a pool but the water is pretty cold as it is not heated.

This is a motel type of stay. The rooms are very small and tight. If you open a suite case, there is not enough space to use the table and chairs. Car parking fee is $10 per night that is not mentioned during booking. Also not mentioned is room cleaning is only done on the 3rd night. Great location. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. We had no issue with noise. Room seemed clean and updated upon entry, although the floor could have used some extra attention. We are Hhonors Diamond and had two rooms but I'm not sure if either were upgrades. One was internal and overlooked the courtyard with no Window out. The other was a corner suite. Both were a bit cramped. Breakfast was busy but efficient and very good. Went to manager reception one night. There were chips, chex mix and drinks. Nothing too fancy, but fine and better than others we've been to lately....

Stayed at this hotel for a festival. The room was very spacious and the pull out couch was big enough to fit two people. They have complimentary happy hour and breakfast in the morning (the good kind!). They have a pool (but we didn't have time to use it) and the location is very close to the Rose Bowl Stadium. This was a nice hotel. They offer full breakfast services, turn down services every-other-day, and the rooms were pretty standard. The rooms come with a mini fridge but no microwave. However, you can request one at no cost. They have a small outdoor pool but no hot tub. We were very sad about this. They also have a nice gym that I utilized daily. It's open 24/7.

It's in the middle of a bunch of restaurants bakeries and bars. The rooms are quite small but comfy. Each room has an individual AC unit and TV. Everything feels more homely rather than hotel-y.

We needed a hotel room at the last minute close to midnight in July 2017, and we were able to stay in this hotel. It was in a good location and had free parking. Wifi worked great. Glad we called them.

Lot of staircases to get on your room. Room is small. Outlets are not reachable. Wifi is awesome. Bed is awesome. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling light and want to have a nice quiet sleep in the night.

I don't know why Glendale Express still shows as Day Inn. Anyway, it is a good hotel near the 134 freeway. Nothing fancy, just think of a regular local hotel at a convenient location.

I did not expect the hotel to be that big. It’s nice and clean. I just didn’t find the microwave oven. There’s a mini fridge, which is convenient. And you can stream your phone or tablet into their tv so you can watch your favorite shows in the comfort of your bed

This is a great place to stay. They also have a wonderful outside balcony for guests. It is quiet and easy to get to, also conveniently located. I have been here twice in the last year. Note, the nearest airport is the Burbank Airport , right next to Pasadena, California.

By far the best budget option we have used when we visit. Room was clean and smelled fresh, and everything was in its place. The toilet was a little small, but the rest of the room was great. Parking got a little dicey at night because of the small lot, but all in all I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Excellent location for our stay everything was close by to eat and shop. We checked out this morning and received a call that we had forgotten a pill box and returned to get it we thought it was amazing that a hotel did that. I highly recommend this place for future stays.

Stayed here for a weekend. The price for the rooms are great! (Especially with all this inflation, it was hard to find something affordable). The rooms were clean and the office people were polite. Not sure about the bad experiences others have had here, its a basic hotel in Glendale. Worth it, fridge and microwave and fan work. Bathroom fan was not working but still vented smell. You get what you pay for, if you want the four seasons, shouldn't expect

This was the nicest motel experience I’ve ever had. The room was spacious, brand new, and very clean. No carpet! The managers (Manish and woman, I think it’s family owned) were very gracious and kind to me after a frustrating hunt for a decently priced place to stay, they gave me a beautiful quiet room with a kitchen! Simple, straightforward, affordable rooms; nice and competent staff. There is a $50 deposit that you need to leave at the front desk upon check-in (as collateral in case you destroy the room -- which you won't, right?), and I had no problem getting the deposit back upon check-out. If you want a basic room at a decent price, this is a very good place to go.

Room was fine. AC was cold but loud. The pool and hot tub were closed for some reason when we arrived... No workout room. Breakfast was very basic, but at least there was something. No much to do around this area. I had to walk a ways just to get to a gas station to get some drinks.
