Carlos, who was working in the breakfast area, truly stood out. He was constantly on the move—cleaning tables, helping guests, and making sure everything ran smoothly. What impressed me most was his positive attitude. He had a smile on his face the entire time and was so kind and professional. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work, and it really added to the atmosphere.
During dinner, our server Juan was just as fantastic—kind, attentive, and welcoming.
Way to go, Embassy Suites Glendale, for hiring such incredible staff! You can really feel the difference when people love what they do.
We stayed for 3 nights and the only thing I didn’t like was that our room was never cleaned. Nothing was refilled, but when I called front desk to ask for more toilet paper and towels they were brought to our room immediately. I wonder why housekeeping skipped our room🤔
