Oh boy this place is a treat! Creates a whole diffrent atmosphere, that takes you away from the vibe of the city! Super clean and well kept! The best hotel to date that I've encountered. Excellent service, amazing staff, clean rooms, gorgeous building! The view is also something to pay for!
Excellent environment, great service, great bars, lively pool area, all for a very competitive price. This place is neat and clean. Rooms were to be expected, good size and well maintained and well kept. Bars are not overpriced, and neither is the restaurant, but both offer great service and quality product. Great location and easily accessible. Being that I was only there for one night, I didn't really...
The room was fine. We were here for a work event on a random weeknight and they have a seriously bumping bar area. Not very many beers on tap, but two different people made us cocktails and they were good. the seating is really nice in the bar area and very good for social situations. Also, right across from the bar area is their hotel store. The hotel store is more like a little 7-Eleven. They have...
The overall experience was good. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The bar was good and had a happy hour. The red bar offers karaoke on Tuesdays but I personally didn’t go. I heard it was fun. The front desk was a little sloppy with the room charges but everything was right in the end.
The hotel is truly excellent with immensely helpful staff in every area.. The hidden gem that elevates any stay is the added perk of Club 12. Coffee at sunrise and drinks at sunset.
I loved this hotel. My family and I arrived at midnight and our room was ready. The place is beautiful and very cozy. The staff was nice and I especially liked one of the valet guys. I believe he was a manager. He was so friendly and inviting, he even gave us some good places to tour. The only think I didn’t like so much was the restaurant. The breakfast bar was great but when we decided to have dinner...

The hotel room is not very big, the service is very good, breakfast can be ordered for two people within 50 US dollars, stayed for three days, the breakfast is delicious, the parking fee is 42 US dollars per day, it is quite convenient to go anywhere. There are no slippers and toothbrushes, and the hair dryer is old-fashioned. There are free bottled water, you can ask for it if it is not enough. I...
The price/performance ratio is quite high and the transportation is very convenient
Facilities: The air conditioner is not hot, it doesn't work to adjust it a few times, the colder it gets Hygiene: OK, large customer flow, not demanding Environment: The first floor is very nice and lively Service: Good, attitude and professionalism are OK
Overall it's ok, but the breakfast is relatively monotonous. There is no need to book breakfast in advance, otherwise the variety is too monotonous, you can only eat one kind, and the price is not discounted.
It’s great and the breakfast at the lobby is great too
Overall, the location is quite quiet, and the internal environment is not bad. Irvine is a wealthy area, so the security is relatively high. The hotel is also quite comfortable and good. It is suitable for business trips, travel, and sightseeing. The food is also delicious. There is a Starbucks inside, which is very suitable for workers~~~

I booked the wrong seat, but they helped me cancel it. This is really great in the US.
Hotel was lovely, even though exterior seemed a bit dated. Room had been renovated and was great. Service was excellent. Breakfast in dining room was terrific--food and service both.
The room is nice, but there are no shops around, which is not very convenient
The room is spacious and bright, there is lemonade and orange juice in the lobby, the service is thoughtful, and all other aspects are very good. I will stay here again next time I come to this city.
The bedding has some minor stains, everything else is fine
Thank you for the good service. I had a good rest. I intend to visit again. Please continue to provide good service. thank you

Lady on reception was very friendly. Great size room and convenient parking.
Reading the reviews you’d be scared to stay here but my overnight was pleasant enough. The common areas are bright and clean and the reception staff was friendly on check in. I only stayed a night due to a flight cancellation but the room was large and clean although the bathroom was a bit outdated.
Our stay was awesome! We stayed for 2 nights. Free parking and free breakfast! Their price is very reasonable. Friendly staff and clean room. We were worried if it would be noisy, but we did not hear anything. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet.
Mid-range business hotel with large swimming pool and free breakfast I booked this hotel for one night as the penultimate stop on a bike trip between Vancouver and San Diego. Overall, I had the positive impression of a mid-range business hotel with a good value for money. The reception was friendly, the check-in was quick and straightforward. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy. There...
Rooms were dated, plenty bugs, and mirrors everywhere!!! Bed was comfy enough, patio of the room needed to be de-webbed! AC is very loud and you can hear all the plumbing from each room around you. The door had gaps all around making us believe it wasn't closed all the way! The pool area was beautiful with lots of covered space and up to 9ft deep!!
I love staying at the Atrium Hotel, I've come back three times this summer for relaxing weekend getaways. The rooms were a perfect size, clean and had all the amenities I needed. The pool area reminds me of a tropical resort and I spent most of my time in the beautiful cabanas. The staff was very kind and accommodating and I will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is rather new and the room is clean. The location is convenient.
Quite new, very good, a bit expensive compared to other Marriott hotels, the room is not big
Among hotels in the United States, the environment and service are considered to be great. I think many American hotels have outdated facilities, but the environment and facilities of the courtyard are really great, and the service is also very good.
The room is nice. There is a laundry room. It is very close to the Spectrum Center. There is a kettle. The microwave on the first floor is also very convenient. It takes five minutes to get to the train station by taxi. It is also close to the South Coast.
The hotel is more than 10 years old, and the bathroom is very clean, without any mold spots, which is really beyond my expectations. But I booked a large pool room, but I could hardly see the pool from the room
The room is new and clean, and the corridor is quiet. The front desk is also very welcoming. There are many places to rest in the lobby. There is also a self-service store on the first floor. You can use the microwave, buy water and instant food. It is very close to the Spectrum Center. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the room. I will come again if I have the chance.

American hotels are really rubbish. This one is rubbish. There are no facilities. Parking for hotel residents is $43, WiFi is $16, and there is no hot water. It's really not good.
Great location and service. the family room was a bit small and I didn’t like that it was all carpeted. The parking is expensive at $40 a night. There is also a lovely trail walk nearby.
The room is relatively large, and the entire bathroom is comfortable and bright. The disadvantage is that the suite has more doors, so it takes some getting used to. If you want to organize activities near Irvine, this is a good hotel option. If you are traveling to Los Angeles, it is not recommended to stay here. It is too far from downtown and Beverly, and also far from Los Angeles Airport. A taxi...
The room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is polite and enthusiastic. It is suitable for business trips or family vacations⛱️. The bedding is comfortable.
It is another hotel with a magical layout. There are two beds in the room description. When we entered the room, we only found one bed. Then we turned around and saw that the other bed was actually in the living room and needed to be pulled down from a high place to use it. Moreover, the vending machine in the corridor only accepts cash. I had no change and was thirsty, so I had to drink the $7 water...
Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Lovely pool and not crowded.

location & proximity to Disneyland, shopping & church
This place is so clean, accommodating, great food, location is close to many things. We are a family of 6 and the suites are perfect for large families without having to get two rooms. Loved our stay and we will definitely be back! Their staff is also great! I ended up loosing my diaper bag at Disneyland with all our wallets and keys in it. The girl at the desk when I returned (a total wreck) was so...
My stay here was excellent! I stayed here and hosted a Rehearsal Brunch for my sister's wedding. Hayley was very easy to work with over the phone, she gave me options discussed what would work best for our gathering and Caroline along with the rest of the staff were very helpful. The room we used for brunch was set up already easy to navigate and close to lobby. The room Islept in was spacious, comfortable...
Really enjoyed our stay in the one bedroom suite with two queen beds. We were on the third floor. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and in good shape. No airplane noise although close to John Wayne airport. Pool was clean and barely anybody used it so we had it to ourselves. 20 minutes from Disneyland. Free breakfast was convenient. Highly recommend.
I’ve stayed here a while back and comeback regularly, and on top of the cleanliness I can proudly say that this is one of the best hotels I’ve resided in due to the customer service. I’ve had a couple inconveniences that would have turned my experience, and this review south which I won’t mention since it was handled quickly, extraordinarily, and professionally by Sam. The front desk staff is also...
Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was overall good. Front desk and housekeeping was really friendly. Has a nice little basketball court for the kids. Gym looks nice. Has a outdoor pool that looks decent and was busy at night. Love that it had free parking especially that being in California. My family was happy😁!

Residence Inn Irvine Spectrum
Irvine, 10 Morgan Street 🧭 Map
This Residence Inn was ok. I would give it a 3.5 if half stars were available. On the plus side the staff was very nice, we were able to use the entire lobby, there was ample parking, and the rooms were clean. On the down side, the pool was freezing, there is nothing anywhere close or within walking distance for food options, and the only options for the bed type was one king.
Everything in the room was nice and new. The HVAC airflow was powerful, making it a bit noisy. There was no Iron or ironing board in the room. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast had the expected hot meal staples: scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. Overall it was a nice experience.
Grounds and location are decent . However for $300 a night , If you're on the first floor you can hear the people above you walking around all right . The shower has two settings Very Hot and cold . The electronic door lock sticks and does not work well . At ten am without notice, They decided to test the fire alarm right outside my room . One more thing if you book through pericline or and another...
Nice clean rooms. Would be better if it was closer to stores and restaurants. Also could use some dressers in the bedrooms. Most guests are staying for an extended period and need somewhere to put their clothes. There also are no cabinets to put any groceries in in the kitchen.
Great place to rest, Staffs are very nice, first night had a chat with Rachel (very friendly lady), I got the penthouse suite since my house had water damage (basically flooded) so I needed to be in a bigger place so the place was great! and I didn’t even feel away from home. Is quite and far from all the crazy places in Irvine, very close to the Irvine Spectrum. Free breakfast is also a good thing...

Newport Beach, 4500 MacArthur Boulevard 🧭 Map
The Valet team is excellent, setting the tone for the wonderful hospitality the Renaissance team delivered during our stay. Tyler and Triston are identical in both appearance (because they are twins) and world class hospitality. They treated us like guests and made us feel at home. I noticed they did that consistently with other guests too, which is important because consistent guest service is hard...
Our room was spacious and housekeeping was the best. They kept our room stocked with a lot of towels and did an awesome job cleaning our room daily. Had a nice large balcony as well! The valet attendants were especially friendly, fun, and greeted us professionally yet with a personal engaging welcome upon departing and arriving many times a day. The restaurant food was very good and we quickly made...
The AC in the room was too noisy and disturbing sleep at night. Others amenities are well served.
I love this city so much so I booked this hotel. But i did't know why the housekeeping just used the key and opened the door directly after knocking twice. I haven't walked to the door yet and he just opened the door and came in. I was pissed. Can you please just call first or maybe wait for a second till i open the door for you?!
Great property! Super clean and lots of space. Staff is friendly too.

Excellent clean Hotel and Customer service! Great amenities and walking distance to the Irvine Spectrum.
Don't equate Marriott in the United States with Marriott in China. They are not of the same level at all. This one is relatively new in Irvine. The indoor and outdoor areas are OK. I forgot whether the parking fee is 40 or 50 a day, but I still parked for safety. It would be troublesome if the car was smashed. Parking is valet parking. I didn't see anyone tipping, so I don't need to tip. Foreigners...
Ctrip upgraded the hotel, it was ok to stay in
Big room, good service, good location
A decent hotel, nothing to say. But the parking fee is too expensive, 55 US dollars a day.
Just like that, Marriott International should not have the same expectations as Marriott China.

Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Irvine Spectrum, Irvine1 / 25
Irvine, 30 Technology Drive 🧭 Map
It’s your standard ESA. I do Like the layout of this location the rooms are set up in an “apartment” type situation where there are multiple buildings with just two levels. No elevator nor do they have carts so carrying everything upstairs is pretty annoying. The day time staff are so great so friendly (Lori is a gem!) and the maintenance crew are always so kind and quick to address issues (which is...
I like this place. It's one of the better Extended Stays in the area, but it's the staff that I enjoy the most. I really do like just about everyone there, but Lori, really stands out the most for me. She is personality plus and always so sweet. Her attitude can really turn my bad days around for the better. I can't help but be in a good mood when talking with Lori. She really has bent over backwards...
To be exact, this Stay America in Spectrum is better than the average motel and Inn. It is a 5-minute walk to the very good Outdoor World and Costco, and the Spectrum Center is also very close. Breakfast is self-made oatmeal porridge, coffee, and small desserts. The staff is generally responsible At this price, you don’t stay in the room for a long time every day, just come back to rest at night, it...
I stayed here for a while on a business trip. It was nice and convenient.
1st room bed wasn’t made door was open, 2nd room shower head didn’t work but was fixed right away. Breakfast was mid great location though
The overall feeling is still OK, but the room card can't open the door after swiping for a long time
