Absolutely loved the space and the non-carpeted flooring!! The smell of the hotel was amazing, and the design was beautiful too. Bathroom shower wasn’t totally scrubbed clean(just like that orange mildew) but still gave it 5 stars for the price and the everything else. Attend events here regularly. The catering staff could do better when serving, as many times they miss bringing plates of food until others at the table are nearly finished eating. The breakfast portions are just too large as are all the portions served. It would be better to ask the guest the size they would prefer and then it would cut down on wastage which is huge driver of costs. The customer can also given the opportunity to top up if the portion size was too small.

We had an excellent stay here. No complaints. It is a nice quick walk to the Spectrum, and we went across to the rooftop bar at the Marriott, which was really pretty at sunset. We’ve loved our stay here. The amenities were all great. The pool had a lot of seating options including cabanas with TVs in them. The kids loved the putting green, ping pong table and corn hole. We stayed outside using these amenities for almost the whole day. The hotel is clean, feels newer and in a safe area. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

Reading the reviews you’d be scared to stay here but my overnight was pleasant enough. The common areas are bright and clean and the reception staff was friendly on check in. I love staying at the Atrium Hotel, I've come back three times this summer for relaxing weekend getaways. The rooms were a perfect size, clean and had all the amenities I needed. Considering that a lot of hotels in the area, charge a significant amount of money for lower quality, I find that this courtyard location has ample parking, quick, access to services and food, close to the freeway and easy to locate. I appreciate the rates being consistent for both my business and personal...

Nice size and comfortable rooms, most service was great, mix feelings on the coffee bar. The location was kind of a pain to grab food each day, and the shuttle was only for the air port.

Great and friendly service. Reception, Bar, and Bistro, everyone kind and attentive. Although I left behind my tablet at the room, the receptionist Alyri immediately retrieved it and arrange the delivery to my home! This place is my right choice for the trip to OC.

Good location, centrally located,, easy to find ample parking which is rear in Irvine. The hotel needs to be remodeled, the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The bathroom floor was sticky. The electrical outlets on the desk lamp are worn out, so none of my devices charged overnight. I asked for a quiet room and the put me along side Jamboree, the very busy and noisy road. Not a happy stay...

Rooms were large. Proximity to our event at the Great Park was awesome. Train and Freeway noises (look at map) where not noticeable unless you were trying to pay attention. Lots of parking. Great restaurants nearby. Staff was extremely responsive and proactively helpful.

Staff was friendly. We had a late check in and they were accommodating. Our room was clean and quiet. Hotel is in a convenient location. The room had a microwave & mini-fridge & a decent complimentary breakfast, nothing too fancy but just what we needed for our stay & was nearby lots of restaurant options

The La Quinta Inn & Suites at the Irvine Spectrum center was a great experience. We were provided with a spacious room with all the necessary amenities provided for us. I appreciate the courteous staff and clean environment.

Unique bunker type style. I guess we lucked put and didn't get the side with the trains running. Was good for the price. Dennys and back in the box next door was great.

Staff is very friendly and I could go swim in the pool after check out, they even gave me a towel:) And I loved breakfast here, they even have a waffle machine!

la quinta is good. I stay here for 45 days, the price is good, clean and big room. There is a train on my dreans but I think that is not real... rsrs

They have a real true full breakfast!!! Omg so many great choices and you can go back for more they don't mind. All the staff and managers were very friendly and helpful. This facility is very clean and so I hope that the patrons respect the facitliy and keep it this way! CA needs more clean hotels like this one. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay or two. But again, Patrons please...

I really loved this hotel! Upon my first night arriving, the front desk lady immediately knew me and greeted me very professionally and kindly. She also let me know of the amenities offered here, breakfast times, and specifically where my room is, etc. Getting into my room, it was pretty spacious and everything was in order. I will have to say, if you are someone that can’t sleep to some road traffic...

Pros: Friendly staff that is accommodating. We had to make some changes to our room situation and the service was great. They really took care of us. Decent breakfast with different options. Welcoming lobby and cool fireplace outside in the patio area. The location is super close to the airport and other common areas such as grocery stores and food. I really enjoyed the couch/desk area in the room...

Came in for a family wedding and booked at another hotel. Was surprised by the atmosphere considering how close it is to the airport. Kristina was awesome when I decided to switch hotels. I had a king size bed and the rooms are clean and I like the fact that the toilet is in a separate room from the main sink in the shower. The shower is walking which makes it great no tub which is fine by me

We had a extremely comfortable stay after a long week travelling. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Kristina and Mariam. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Spring Hill Suites to celebrate my son's 10th birthday. It was the perfect location with the indoor pool and miniature golf on the premises. The manager on duty Justin provided a warm welcome and other staffers like Kristina and Mariam were just as kind and professional. The room was perfect for our little family of three. We will certainly return for a special occasion or staycation...

A decent budget hotel with ample car parking. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was provided but that only consists of Apples, Cupcakes, energy bars and Cookies. There are a couple of eateries around the hotel.

I try to stay at extended stay America when traveling for work. Having a small sofa, refrigerator, microwave, and cook top available while traveling seems to make being away from home a little easier. Extended stay America in Orange county was on par with what I've come to expect from this chain.

The staff here are certainly exceptional people. EVERYONE is very friendly and accommodating. We are always greeted in a cheerful manner by employees who are ready and willing to do their best to make our stay here a wonderful experience. I have to mention four staff members in particular. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a little kitchen. A good place to stay even if you are disabled because there are rooms right on the ground floor. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I enjoyed my stay here and I'd come back again.

AC is the perfect place to stay in Irvine. The bed is comfy, the room is spacious, the gym is nicely equipped and there's a neat pool with an outside seating area. Everything you might need for a business stay.

Nice hotel but it is LOUD. I was ready to give this hotel 5 stars until 11p when I was woken up by my neighbors talking in the room next to me. Could hear every single word of the conversation, clearly. The outside noise is loud too. Cars coming and going from the surrounding restaurants shops is very noticeable.

Close to airport. Relatively updated gum is well equipped and decent spread for breakfast. They provide water at each floor ; sometimes it helps a lot. Close to few dining options and Starbucks What can make me give it five stars Room cleaning- attention to detail is missing in few spots Parking- while doing self parking, each time tickets needs to be validated. Way too many other better options nearby. This place had some of the thinnest walls I’ve experienced at a hotel in Irvine, and I’ve stayed at many of them in the area. Woken up in the middle of the night by people simply walking in the hallway. Woken up in the morning by people next door simply talking. Hearing every movement above and next to you is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel charging $20...

Excellent Chilled Vibe! Jennifer and Justin run the lobby bar like no one else could:) neighborhood hangout, which is always a stellar sign of service and style!
