Oh boy this place is a treat! Creates a whole diffrent atmosphere, that takes you away from the vibe of the city! Super clean and well kept! The best hotel to date that I've encountered. Excellent service, amazing staff, clean rooms, gorgeous building! The view is also something to pay for!
Excellent environment, great service, great bars, lively pool area, all for a very competitive price. This place is neat and clean. Rooms were to be expected, good size and well maintained and well kept. Bars are not overpriced, and neither is the restaurant, but both offer great service and quality product. Great location and easily accessible. Being that I was only there for one night, I didn't really...
The room was fine. We were here for a work event on a random weeknight and they have a seriously bumping bar area. Not very many beers on tap, but two different people made us cocktails and they were good. the seating is really nice in the bar area and very good for social situations. Also, right across from the bar area is their hotel store. The hotel store is more like a little 7-Eleven. They have...
The overall experience was good. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The bar was good and had a happy hour. The red bar offers karaoke on Tuesdays but I personally didn’t go. I heard it was fun. The front desk was a little sloppy with the room charges but everything was right in the end.
The hotel is truly excellent with immensely helpful staff in every area.. The hidden gem that elevates any stay is the added perk of Club 12. Coffee at sunrise and drinks at sunset.
I loved this hotel. My family and I arrived at midnight and our room was ready. The place is beautiful and very cozy. The staff was nice and I especially liked one of the valet guys. I believe he was a manager. He was so friendly and inviting, he even gave us some good places to tour. The only think I didn’t like so much was the restaurant. The breakfast bar was great but when we decided to have dinner...

The hotel is beautiful. We went to the Floor lounge and specifically YNK. The server was amazing. The drinks they made are awesome. I love that they constantly are changing their menu so when you come you can expect something new. I suggest hanging out here after work.
Top notch business hotel. Came here for a conference and it was simply lovely. The rooms are very nice and spotless. All amenities are top of the line, and they have modern technology wherever one would want it.
The hotel was great. Super customer service, very clean, and the room was comfortable. Lounge was nice with a conference room. Food was OK in the lounge but it was nice that it was always open and was stocked with a few snacks
Absolutely love the service, amenities, and location of this hotel. The rooms have recently been remodeled and are very chic and spacious. The entire experience with the staff including people at the front desk during check-in, housekeeping, valet service, bartenders, and the employees at Starbucks is always above and beyond. The location is very convenient to the major freeways as well as John Wayne...
Love staying here. The hotel and grounds are very well taken care of and very clean. The lobby area is very welcoming and modern, and the front desk staff are very courteous and friendly. Rooms are modern, yet comfortable and very clean. We had late night drinks and appetizers in the bar area late Friday night and everything was great. Room service for breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommend...
I absolutely love this hotel. The check in staff is very friendly and efficient. The bar is great and Bento is my favorite person to see there when I sit down. The updated rooms are spacious and clean. The gym is the best hotel gym I have ever seen and they have a lot of great equipment.

This is pretty great hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are quiet and comfortable if a bit small. Parking is $35/day for self park and $42/day for valet. Make sure to factor in the parking cost to the night stay. Also factor in the $28 + tip cost of the breakfast Buffett. When I booked the room it seemed like a good value for the location. After paying parking costs and exorbitant cost of...
This hotel was amazing! I haven’t been to a hotel this nice in while Really clean rooms The food was pretty good! Drinks were good Most of the staff was very very kind and helpful In the morning for breakfast (Luis) and (Martin) and a few others helped me and my family out and they were the best We had some drinks at the bar and (Julie) was great The next morning (Jaime) helped me out for breakfast...
Absolutely loved the space and the non-carpeted flooring!! The smell of the hotel was amazing, and the design was beautiful too. Bathroom shower wasn’t totally scrubbed clean(just like that orange mildew) but still gave it 5 stars for the price and the everything else. The inside exceeded my expectations and I’m just so happy to not have carpet!
Such an amazing stay at Renaissance Newport Beach. This hotel has such an amazing vibe. The entire place is so nice and clean, the decor was very hip and modern. Every single person who works here was so friendly and eager to help. We stayed in a 2 Queen room that had a Mountain View. The room was spacious, clean and very well kept. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting
Stayed at this hotel for three nights with the family. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to Disneyland and about a 20 minute drive to Newport Pier. The hotel is definitely a business class type of hotel. The hotel is very clean. The pool is very nice. No free breakfast but that is to be expected at a hotel that is more of a business class hotel. My main complaint about this hotel is the ...
Did not stay at hotel but attended for meeting. Had breakfast, it was good but expensive. Breakfast should have included a kids menu. The hotel looks at little aged. I believe the there was construction going on. I feel parking should have been free. Only valet parking available. Decided to stay else where, glad I decided on that. Not sure why this hotel is so expensive?

The restaurant had good food with quality service. Construction happening at the front entrance makes navigating the main floor a bit difficult. The pool area is nice and kept clean.
Very close to John Wayne. It was nice before the remodel, can't wait to see it after it's all done. Staff was very nice.
The location of this hotel is convenient being right across from John Wayne Airport. The downside of this is that if you are placed in a room facing the airport you will have the constant noise of jet engines. Rooms opposite the airport didn't have this issue. The hotel is nice and it was clean. It is under construction, but it didn't seem to affect our stay at all. Both rooms we were in had issues...
Attend events here regularly. The catering staff could do better when serving, as many times they miss bringing plates of food until others at the table are nearly finished eating. Better to have several servers attend to one table until done then proceed to another. Seems very chaotic at best usually. Refilling of water glasses would also be a nice gesture.
Our room was really nice, but one whole section of the hotel was closed for construction. Very nice area around the hotel. Jets are a bit loud flying out of the airport across the street!
Really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable linens and pillows, clean, and friendly staff. Being 6 months pregnant I was a little extra needy and the staff didn't make me feel bad for asking for extra accommodations. The parking area was a little crowded but I think that had to do with some recent construction.

I did not like NOT knowing there was a parking fee - $45 for valet and $37 for self-park? It should have been stated in Booking.com. It was not. The reception desk gentleman was fantastic. I wish I got this name. He was so helpful!
Location was very convenient to the airport - can't beat that. Easy and quick hotel shuttle to/from the airport. Hotel lobby was really crowded at times. Walking through the middle of the restaurant to get to the check-in desks was very awkward. Just an overall really awkwardly designed hotel. While the rooms were clean and decently modern the room, furnishings, and carpets felt worn. I was hoping...
Had a very nice stay here. Every single staff person I encountered made me feel welcomed and appreciated. A rarity these days. Also, the food was really good, a pleasant surprise for hotel food. I really appreciated the breakfast bar offerings. Grab and go and good! The fitness room is nice, with a great assortment of equipment. Hotel was very clean. Not going to lie, it’s not a quiet hotel due to...
This is my default hotel that I go to when I'm in the area. They charge a lot for the parking which doesn't seem to make sense but I guess it's pretty standard. They have a nice bar and they have a nice pool. The rooms are standard that I have experience for the Hilton brand. It's not a super fancy hotel but it's a good place to stay. I think I'm giving it a three-star only because I'm annoyed about...
this was a great hotel. Only stayed two nights so we didn’t get to use the amenities but the pool & hot tub looked great & the inside of the hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable & the rooms were in good condition. Nothing too fancy but definitely does job if you’re just out exploring all day. Room service was friendly. They have a Starbucks right in the lobby along with a bar & restaurant. Would...
I dropped a client off here to spend two nights. I literally walked into the lobby and dropped him off and then came back and pick them up. So what I can tell you is the lobby looked great, the staff was super friendly and even though parking in that area is usually a bear, they let me leave my car there and help him get checked in. My client loved the room said it was super comfortable. I will definitely...

I checked in a few weeks ago. The rooms are huge, very clean, and comfortable. I felt like I was at home. I really liked their happy hour. Their breakfast was amazing. The staff are very nice. The front desk agent that checked me was was super nice. She was very friendly. Will definitely come back again. :)
Embassy Suites is in general a good hotel to stay at. It had a wonderful complimentary breakfast and I heard from many people that the bar and restaurant was enjoyable. The best parts were the free shuttle that took us to and from the airport, the outside seatinf area around the hotel side, and that there was a Starbucks located in the hotel lobby. The rooms are okay, but they definitely need to work...
I came to this hotel. The manager and the shuttle driver are very nice and most of the employees are extremely nice except Victoria. I stuck in this hotel due to airline cancelled. And the manager extremely helpful to me. I do not even want to give bad reviews but because Victoria the way she treat me, give me no choice to write a bad review. She is extremely rude. Could not believe she act like that...
Pleasant 3-night stay. Clean & modern hotel & suite. Breakfast was nice & included made to order omelets, sausage, pancakes, scrambled eggs, potatoes with peppers & onions, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins & yogurt. Drinks included tea, coffee, milk, juice hot chocolate, and soda. Only complaint was our sink was slow to drain and thermostat would not cool room temperature below 72 degrees which...
We are usually very happy with Embassy suites overall… this last visit they lost a few points with us…. However , they did try to rectify it, so that was good. The bed in the room had some hairs on it and their breakfast finished at 9am on a Sunday. But overall, it is a good location and they did try hard to make it a good stay
We recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. We were overall satisfied with the hotel but there were a few things that we wish could have been different. outstanding breakfast. Menu very limited, not a choice of dessert . However, one of the managers, Melanie made up for the issue. She found something and served it. She made the whole issue disappear.
Stayed for 3 nights over a weekend in January. Check-in was quick. I don't like the fact that it is valet only. Room was nice and spacious. TV had Showtime for free. The food is overpriced, with even a water bottle being 7$. The pool is nice. I didn't go in, but read by the poolside when the afternoon was sunny. Hotel staff was friendly. I wanted to be on the top floor but they informed me that there...
First I have to start by saying I did not stay in the rooms here, my review is in regards to the hotel staff and the bar ambiance. From the moment I arrived at valet I was greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel bar has a nice chill vibe... There is a huge wall of flatscreens to watch the game if you'd like, but also the night that I was there ( Saturday), there was live music....
This hotel is well maintained, has a great gymnasium and provides friendly service. The location is easy to get in and out of from the highway. The fitness center has dumbbells from 5-80 lbs., 5 life fitness adjustable benches and a pin select cable machine (functional trainer). The treadmills have a nice view out of long windows. The room was clean and well designed. The cons: There is one restaurant...
Modern, attractive hotel rooms. Valet, front desk, and housekeeping services were great. The bars get extremely busy, and the hotel quite crowded. The bartenders were quick to serve some folk, but others were waiting more than 30 minutes to place an order for a drink - even on a Thursday night. If you're looking for modern, updated rooms and don't mind the price, I recommend the Marriott Irvine Spectrum...
We stayed for 5 nights and everything was perfect! The staff was friendly, the room was nice and roomy and the valet was quick and convenient granted it was kinda pricey. The hotel is great and in an excellent location - just far enough to be a bit a ways from a lot of traffic congestion, but close enough to everything that anything you want to go to is a very short trip. The on-site restaurant has somewhat limited seating so finding a place may be difficult if the hotel is hosting a large group, but it is worth it as both the dinner options and breakfast buffet were...
From checking in to checking out, the service was awesome. Very friendly and personable. Don't forget to get some extra cookies, so good. I didn't know till now, but you can buy tins of the cookies!!! Ask about it. They supply free shuttle service to and from 5 Point Amphitheater, for concerts. That was a great benefit!
Don't get rooms at least three units to the elevators. They make an audible noise in the rooms. Also try to get a room high enough above the pool loud speakers as they play throughout the night. If you have a shower that leaks water into the room carpet, ask for another room. Be assertive asking for what you pay for. Other than that, I think you will enjoy your stay. Comfortable beds, good sound dampening...
Stayed here for a business trip and it was incredibly pleasant. The 24 hour coffee bar/convenience store was very helpful. I also had the breakfast buffet one day and it was delicious; it included bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes, an omelet bar made fresh by request, and your typical muffins, bagels and cereals. There was also a shuttle available for most of the day and evening that took us to local...
The breakfast portions are just too large as are all the portions served. It would be better to ask the guest the size they would prefer and then it would cut down on wastage which is huge driver of costs. The customer can also given the opportunity to top up if the portion size was too small.
Decent rooms that are very clean with a refrigerator to use. No comp breakfast or drinks. Friendly staff too. Has a bar, restaurant, and quick service area all on 1st floor. Not in a great location as far as toll roads are concerned. Ended up spending $5 in toll fees. I am sure there is a toll free way to get here but might spend more in gas

I have stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Irvine Spectrum several times and hope to return. Good value for the money. We had an excellent stay here. No complaints. It is a nice quick walk to the Spectrum, and we went across to the rooftop bar at the Marriott, which was really pretty at sunset. The room was modern, clean, and the window opens a little which is always nice in a hotel to have fresh air! My hamburger from the bar was great as well. I would definitely recommend.
We’ve loved our stay here. The amenities were all great. The pool had a lot of seating options including cabanas with TVs in them. The kids loved the putting green, ping pong table and corn hole. We stayed outside using these amenities for almost the whole day. The hotel is clean, feels newer and in a safe area. Overall we were really happy with our stay.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST stay I've had in a while. Some places within the brand really pushed the relaxation COVID procedures presented to the max! Beautiful updated hotel and rooms. Courtesy staff. Wonderful accommodations in and around.

Reading the reviews you’d be scared to stay here but my overnight was pleasant enough. The common areas are bright and clean and the reception staff was friendly on check in. I only stayed a night due to a flight cancellation but the room was large and clean although the bathroom was a bit outdated.
Our stay was awesome! We stayed for 2 nights. Free parking and free breakfast! Their price is very reasonable. Friendly staff and clean room. We were worried if it would be noisy, but we did not hear anything. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet.
Mid-range business hotel with large swimming pool and free breakfast I booked this hotel for one night as the penultimate stop on a bike trip between Vancouver and San Diego. Overall, I had the positive impression of a mid-range business hotel with a good value for money. The reception was friendly, the check-in was quick and straightforward. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy. There...
Rooms were dated, plenty bugs, and mirrors everywhere!!! Bed was comfy enough, patio of the room needed to be de-webbed! AC is very loud and you can hear all the plumbing from each room around you. The door had gaps all around making us believe it wasn't closed all the way! The pool area was beautiful with lots of covered space and up to 9ft deep!!
I love staying at the Atrium Hotel, I've come back three times this summer for relaxing weekend getaways. The rooms were a perfect size, clean and had all the amenities I needed. The pool area reminds me of a tropical resort and I spent most of my time in the beautiful cabanas. The staff was very kind and accommodating and I will definitely be coming back!
Right across from the airport, quick access for those red eyes. Very nice lobby interior and pool area. Enjoyed the waterfalls and pool lounges. Room was as expected with the exception of the bathroom door. Sorely needs an upgrade and or maintenance as it was non functional.

We stayed 4 nights for a quick visit with friends. The staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. We didn't have our kids with us but noticed they had a movie night by the pool which was a nice bonus for families with kids. I would recommend.
Marriott always provides a great experience. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was a fantastic location with a wonderful nature trail to walk. The hallways had a musty smell, and I would recommend it's time to rip out that carpet. The pool area was small, and they had a movie night for the kids.
The rooms here were perfect for our family of 4 with 2 college-aged kids. The people were superb! Everyone we encountered was so friendly. They have beautiful grounds. The restaurant and bar are a little overpriced. Paid $25. For 2 beers. But overall, it was a great experience.

Nice, clean, modern efficiency rooms. Nice kitchenettes for extended stays. Nice breakfast, filtered water dispensers so you have good water to drink in your rooms and to make coffee and tea with! Enjoyed our stay
I stayed here for 3 nights for business. The room had a small kitchenette with an island that is perfect to work from. The employees were all very friendly & responsive to guests. The breakfast has a wide variety that has something for everyone. I would recommend them for an extended stay!
Second stay here and one of the best hotel stays I ever had. Staff is great and friendly and hotel super clean. Beds are comfortable, rooms are modern. Great breakfast (love the provided gloves so you don't touch the same serving utensils). If you are staying in the area this is the one to go. Self-parking is steep at $20 but that might be comparable to other hotels.
We picked this hotel for 1 reason, the kitchen! When we first got into the room, we were so excited to see a fully stocked kitchen! There's pots and pan, utensils and even salt and pepper! The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the service. I received greeting email twice prior to our stay. The breakfast was good. Excellent experience. Wonderful amenities, great customer service. Also with bonus free drinks/snack/beer events TV throughout the week. Good location, close to the airport, decent on-site marketplace to buy snacks and drinks and reasonable prices. However the whole weekend we were there they had issues with the elevator. Either not working or people getting stuck in them. Not ideal.
Very nice hotel. Clean and modern. Parking was nice. The front desk guy was funny and had great customer service skills. A-plus to you sir and with the glasses- did not catch his name. Buffet breakfast was way above average for a hotel and tons of selection.
Great place to stay. User-friendly, polite and attentive staff! The desk folks and restaurant staff were all great! Food and drinks were very good! The room was perfect!

Customer service was great too and they were able to accommodate my needs.
Great room and service was everything you'd expect from here. The only setback that docked them a point was that they didn't check us in until about 3:30. Check in was at 3:00. Nice size and comfortable rooms, most service was great, mix feelings on the coffee bar. The location was kind of a pain to grab food each day, and the shuttle was only for the air port.
Great and friendly service. Reception, Bar, and Bistro, everyone kind and attentive. Although I left behind my tablet at the room, the receptionist Alyri immediately retrieved it and arrange the delivery to my home! This place is my right choice for the trip to OC.
Good location, centrally located,, easy to find ample parking which is rear in Irvine. The hotel needs to be remodeled, the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The bathroom floor was sticky. The electrical outlets on the desk lamp are worn out, so none of my devices charged overnight. I asked for a quiet room and the put me along side Jamboree, the very busy and noisy road. Not a happy stay...

Rooms were large. Proximity to our event at the Great Park was awesome. Train and Freeway noises (look at map) where not noticeable unless you were trying to pay attention. Lots of parking. Great restaurants nearby. Staff was extremely responsive and proactively helpful.
Staff was friendly. We had a late check in and they were accommodating. Our room was clean and quiet. Hotel is in a convenient location. The room had a microwave & mini-fridge & a decent complimentary breakfast, nothing too fancy but just what we needed for our stay & was nearby lots of restaurant options
The La Quinta Inn & Suites at the Irvine Spectrum center was a great experience. We were provided with a spacious room with all the necessary amenities provided for us. I appreciate the courteous staff and clean environment.
Unique bunker type style. I guess we lucked put and didn't get the side with the trains running. Was good for the price. Dennys and back in the box next door was great.
Staff is very friendly and I could go swim in the pool after check out, they even gave me a towel:) And I loved breakfast here, they even have a waffle machine!
la quinta is good. I stay here for 45 days, the price is good, clean and big room. There is a train on my dreans but I think that is not real... rsrs

They have a real true full breakfast!!! Omg so many great choices and you can go back for more they don't mind. All the staff and managers were very friendly and helpful. This facility is very clean and so I hope that the patrons respect the facitliy and keep it this way! CA needs more clean hotels like this one. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay or two. But again, Patrons please...
I really loved this hotel! Upon my first night arriving, the front desk lady immediately knew me and greeted me very professionally and kindly. She also let me know of the amenities offered here, breakfast times, and specifically where my room is, etc. Getting into my room, it was pretty spacious and everything was in order. I will have to say, if you are someone that can’t sleep to some road traffic...
Pros: Friendly staff that is accommodating. We had to make some changes to our room situation and the service was great. They really took care of us. Decent breakfast with different options. Welcoming lobby and cool fireplace outside in the patio area. The location is super close to the airport and other common areas such as grocery stores and food. I really enjoyed the couch/desk area in the room...
Came in for a family wedding and booked at another hotel. Was surprised by the atmosphere considering how close it is to the airport. Kristina was awesome when I decided to switch hotels. I had a king size bed and the rooms are clean and I like the fact that the toilet is in a separate room from the main sink in the shower. The shower is walking which makes it great no tub which is fine by me
We had a extremely comfortable stay after a long week travelling. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Kristina and Mariam. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
We stayed at Spring Hill Suites to celebrate my son's 10th birthday. It was the perfect location with the indoor pool and miniature golf on the premises. The manager on duty Justin provided a warm welcome and other staffers like Kristina and Mariam were just as kind and professional. The room was perfect for our little family of three. We will certainly return for a special occasion or staycation...

Great location, room was clean, didn't try breakfast because it sounded kind of bad. Overall would recommend!
A decent budget hotel with ample car parking. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was provided but that only consists of Apples, Cupcakes, energy bars and Cookies. There are a couple of eateries around the hotel.
The best service people there were so helpful and very polite couldn't ask for a friendlier staff great bunch of people Thank you
I try to stay at extended stay America when traveling for work. Having a small sofa, refrigerator, microwave, and cook top available while traveling seems to make being away from home a little easier. Extended stay America in Orange county was on par with what I've come to expect from this chain.
The staff here are certainly exceptional people. EVERYONE is very friendly and accommodating. We are always greeted in a cheerful manner by employees who are ready and willing to do their best to make our stay here a wonderful experience. I have to mention four staff members in particular. Bridget and Nutzia (front desk clerks) Geysa (manager) and of course David (maintenance). Each of these individuals...
The rooms are clean and comfortable with a little kitchen. A good place to stay even if you are disabled because there are rooms right on the ground floor. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I enjoyed my stay here and I'd come back again.

AC is the perfect place to stay in Irvine. The bed is comfy, the room is spacious, the gym is nicely equipped and there's a neat pool with an outside seating area. Everything you might need for a business stay.
Nice hotel but it is LOUD. I was ready to give this hotel 5 stars until 11p when I was woken up by my neighbors talking in the room next to me. Could hear every single word of the conversation, clearly. The outside noise is loud too. Cars coming and going from the surrounding restaurants shops is very noticeable.
Close to airport. Relatively updated gum is well equipped and decent spread for breakfast. They provide water at each floor ; sometimes it helps a lot. Close to few dining options and Starbucks What can make me give it five stars Room cleaning- attention to detail is missing in few spots Parking- while doing self parking, each time tickets needs to be validated. This adds to your to-list
Way too many other better options nearby. This place had some of the thinnest walls I’ve experienced at a hotel in Irvine, and I’ve stayed at many of them in the area. Woken up in the middle of the night by people simply walking in the hallway. Woken up in the morning by people next door simply talking. Hearing every movement above and next to you is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel charging $20...
Excellent Chilled Vibe! Jennifer and Justin run the lobby bar like no one else could:) neighborhood hangout, which is always a stellar sign of service and style!
