The hotel facilities are very old which can’t match the price. They charges parking &40 per night. The Bed for the pull out couch was the most u comfortable thing to sleep on. We asked to upgrade to real beds, they wanted to charge an additional $50 for the exact same room. Needless to say we won’t be coming back here. For $300 a night I’d expect for a comfortable bed to sleep on.

I have stayed here before and had a good experience so I am surprised the quality has dropped so steeply. I had asked for early check-in and they told me to come in at 1 PM and see if there is a room available. I came at 3:30 and they said there were no rooms available but they would call me when my room was ready.

Nobody called me and when I came at 4:30 they finally gave me the room. No apologies, no explanation and not very nice about it either.

I went to my room that night to go to sleep and I had an unexpected guest. There was a 3 inch cockroach walking on my bathroom floor. I killed it with the waste paper basket. I took a picture of it and went to the front desk and showed it to them and they just said that they were sorry. I asked if there was anything they do to lessen my disgust like free breakfast and they did not answer me.

I received a survey from the hotel manager asking me how my stay was. I explained my disappointment with the cockroach and I never heard a word back.

This hotel clearly does not care about it’s service or the satisfaction of it’s guests. Maybe they are so busy that they don’t have to be nice anymore. For $350 a night I expected more. If you have other options I would suggest you explore them.
