Kansas City Marriott Downtown, Kansas1 / 50
8.8
Kansas, 200 West 12th Street 🧭 Map
Higher priced being downtown and targeting business conventions, but a nice hotel with friendly staff. Valets were very nice and so little cost between self part and valet that it's smart to use it. The most interesting elevator call system with touch screen to request the floor you want and then it directs you to that elevator. Worked very well once you understand it. Fast and smooth elevators too...
My stay at the Marriott was incredible! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Every staff member was a pleasure to interact with, the room was beautiful and had every amenity you could desire plus more, the bed and pillows were top of the line, the location was very convenient to local entertainment, and the parking garage was clean and felt very safe. I had dinner and drinks at BarCentral in...
had an amazing stay at the Marriott Kansas City Downtown! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. I also loved the fitness center and the on-site dining options. Can’t wait to stay here again!
Location close to auditorium. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Parking was fairly easy. Staff was more than happy to answer any questions and give directions. Buffett breakfast had good choices.
Wow, what a stay! From the moment I pulled in I had a great 360 degree experience: valets came up to my window to say hi to me and my dog, the lobby area was massive and immaculate, rooms were spotless (and huge), room service food made me feel like I was home instead of on the road, showers had a ton of water pressure, response time from the front desk on the Marriott app was 30 seconds. Perfect stay...
I went to assist at one of my company's biggest annual corporate events in KC. The staff was wonderful! The ballroom looked amazing. All of the participants had a great time. Don't forget to tip your bartenders! Even if there is no tip jar and the bar is paid for... Drop a dollar or 2.

It may seem minuscule but I love the fact that check in takes literally 60 seconds when booked online. Also it’s the small things like complimentary bottled water and a coffee maker in the room. Would definitely recommend! Stayed on the 27th floor out of 40 floors and the view of KC is still spectacular. Pool and hot tub are both heated and open YEAR ROUND!
Great hotel. Problems with maintenance of the equipment in the gym. Cable machine is missing all attachments but 1. (Another handle seems to have been provided by the hotel but it does not work with the equipment due to the proprietary nature of the machine) Also is missing hardware and has broken plastic wheel. Causing the cable to become jammed. 1 or 2 adjustable benches is missing hardware causing...
Rooms were clean. Refrigerator didn't cool great and neither did the a/c in the room, but it was tolerable. Rest of the hotel, hallways, and conference rooms were conditioned well. Conference rooms were very nice, including audio and video. The hotel catered breakfast buffet was good, but the lunches were lacking. They also seemed to pay no mind to potential allergies as many things had nuts with no...
Short walk via indoor link to both Crowne Center as well as Union Station. Everything is kept clean & updated & staff is always helpful no matter what your question is. My recent trip, I needed to page a friend who's room number I didn't know & they weren't answering their cell. They were happy to assist me & quickly connected me to them so I could let him know the info I needed to pass on. Even...
Of the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed in, the Sheraton at Crown Center is by far one of the best. Customer service is off the charts. (No one asked me to write this, it has just been so wonderful I was inspired to write!) Everyone is smiling and happy to be working there. Restaurant is great. Gym is huge and equipped. They made it easy to extend my stay, offered late checkout, and honored all my other...
Everyone went out of their way to be helpful - this hotel has great food, a good bar and their gym was clean and had a lot of options

Cost if the room is a little steep for outdated rooms.. Sorry but tge smoking and non smoking rooms looks like where still living in the own 80s or 90s. Dim lighting stained chairs, thick layer of dust on vents and furniture. On top of that winnings odds i feel are less than other casinos I've been to.
We came here for a summit that was hosted in the hotel conference. The room had the faint smell of smoke, and they do not clean the room for the duration of your stay. It was sparsely furnished with no desk even though there is a large open space for it. Given the price point (and we even had a discount as summit attendees), I would expect more for our money. The casino is decent, but the food...
I gave the location five stars because we were specifically visiting the casino on a junket. They have nice restaurants and the service was excellent. Not a great location if you are visiting the area because you will have to drive everywhere for non-casino food, drinks and fun. The walkable area is across the river.
This was a WONDERFUL respite after 10hrs on the road. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed the easy access from the parking lot to the elevators. All the staff were also super friendly and the room price just couldn’t be beat.
The room I was given had some cosmetic issues if you looked closely and over scrutinized. However it was also a smoking room which tend to be rough around the edges to begin with. All things considered it was nice, the beds were clean and comfortable and i loved the deep soaking tub in the bathroom and the fact that the toilet was separated off in a stall/WC keeping any smells in that room. I wish...
I would probably give it one star but staff is amazing. The restaurants are also decent. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of a makeover. The casino is a decent size and there were plenty of tables and such to play at. The casino floor itself was clean and looked well maintained. We weren't expecting Vegas style rooms.....but at least something a little nicer for the price.

First the front parking lot was completely packed. But they were busy so I didn’t judge. Took about 15 minutes to get checked in. Once we could find our room, I was SO disappointed. Wallpaper pealing off the walls, SO hot, nasty around the toilet, and the ceiling above the shower was dirty and nasty. Also, as soon as you walk in, the ceiling looks like it has water damage that was just painted white...
My daughter had a birthday party here. She says it was the best slumber party ever. The staff was nice and gave us whatever we needed. The room was huge, we had 14 girls total and there was more than enough room.
They give a nice appearance in the lobby. But the rooms weren't very clean. Check the bedskirt because ours looked like they had some "fluids" on them. The staff was extremely nice though. If it wasn't for them it would probably be a 1.5. There's also no fridge or microwave.
My family and I stayed with our dog at the location. We had two rooms connected and an amazing view! We stayed the entire weekend and it was fantastic!! The staff were always available and helpful whenever we needed help. We had a great time and will be back soon!!
The staff was great at this hotel. I gave three stars because while it was great to face the stadium since we came to see the chiefs the room was pretty run down. Small areas of wall paper were peeling off, no fan in the bathroom. Both my stepson and husband had cold showers which much of the hotel experienced the morning of the game. I had a hot shower the night before. The pool and arcade were super...
This is a great, inexpensive getaway if you have younger kids. The hotel and water park are old and a bit run down. Our room had dirty sheets on one of the bed, but the staff changed it within 10 minutes. The carpet was dirty, things were dusty, the bathroom was dark. There is a arcade, but the games are lame and several were broken. The hot tub in the pool area was out of service. The staff was super...

The beds are small but fine. No fan in the bathroom is sort of a problem. If you think you have control of your room AC, news flash: you don’t. Room set at 60° on high blast the entire duration of our stay, didn’t get below probably 74°? The high & low fan settings blow the same amount of lukewarm air. Starbucks in the hotel is overpriced, and while there is a long list of what you could order on the...
Anytime I stay at this Hotel everyone is very friendly & welcoming. The maintenance guy was very nice & helpful. I think his name was Jeff. I stay at this hotel a couple of times a year so I can take my kids to swim. The pool is always clean & warm.
It was okay at best. The finish was coming off. I called multiple times to tell them we needed a king bed and they assured me there would to arrive to 2- double beds which would have cost me less. The room was OK nothing what I have come to expect from Hilton. I was given a free late check out at 1:30 which was great. I won't stay here again in the future most likely.
Room was clean for the most part. Bed comfy. Furniture had a visibly worn out, used feel to it, past it’s due date to be replaced. I never use a coffee pot in any hotel I’ve stayed but did look into the water reservoir on this one and had debris inside. Hotels should remove these and centralize hot water accessibility. Shower didn’t drain properly and mentioned to GM who happened to be available while...
The room and front desk staff were amazing. The eatery was phenomenal. The only bad part was housekeeping. Even after saying "no thank you" to them, they still tried to enter my room. If I would not have engaged the door lock it would have been a very uncomfortable situation as I was trying to shower.
The room was moderately clean. Looked like someone sat on the bed and all glass was smudged and dirty in bathroom and left us feeling uneasy. If you are OCD about cleanliness, skip this hotel. Light bulbs burnt out. Front desk was polite but nothing extra in kindness. Didn't seem to care either way that we chose this hotel. Not on par with Hilton brand. Water stains in shower, shabby furniture. ...

I can only comment on the casino as I have never stayed at the hotel. They have a big selection of games, old and new. Have won on a lot of machines here. They keep everything very clean. Never smells like I have been smoking cigarettes all day when I leave.
My first time in a casino and it wasn't too bad. However, I don't have much to compare it to. It's pretty. The blackjack dealer actually walked us thru the game and the process. It was fun. Went with $5 and left with $200.
Easily a lovable experience. The room (129) was excellent! Cleaner than any I've stated...the bathroom and shower was outstanding. That is actually the feature I enjoy most at a hotel stay and compared to the Argosy, none hold up. Dual head shower, easy to operate, excellent lighting, plenty of room... the only reason I didn't rate a 5 was one particular desk person was not friendly or engaging. There...

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and well stocked. There was no hair dryer, so I called the front desk and someone brought one within 5 min. The front desk manager checked on us each day. The free breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food.
The stay was nice. Kids loved the pool and the atmosphere of the main lobby makes it a nice place to sit and have happy hour drinks. Breakfast is a few notches above the standard continental breakfast at other hotels. The rooms are very dated and in my opinion gives the overall impression of being unclean/run down. It was hard to get past that first impression. Our room advertised sleeping for...
I was only there for a social event but the hotel was very nice inside of the atrium. It has like a really nice Spanish feel to it with polished stones and terracotta tiles around the inside of the atrium. My only problem was that they had one of the elevators turned off for some reason and there was like a fraternity party there or something which was causing issues with wait times but I could take...
I attended a family event at this Embassy Suites. I found that the hotel was fairly clean. Parking is horrid however. The parking garage is the worst I've seen. Elevators were particularly slow coming up from the garage and even more so going back to it, but in the hotels defense, they did have a couple large scale events happening. The banquet room was clean well lit and a decent size. Overall, it...
This is my favorite hotel chain and my favorite hotel to stay at in KC. I love the proximity to Westport and the Plaza. However I feel like this particular Embassy Suites has seen better days. One of the 3 elevators was out of commission the entire duration of our visit (we stayed 5 nights). This became quite an issue on the weekend when the hotel became busy. The air conditioning was adequate but...
Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. On site security guard. Great hot breakfast in the morning. Could use some more elevators though. Better off taking the stairs at checkout time. Fairly convenient location - within walking distance to some bars that serve food and a short ride to downtown. Would definitely recommend.

We love staying at this hotel....I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed tho...but my grandson love staying there..
I love this hotel. Great food and complimentary breakfast, the open atrium view, the great bar stocked w/ an assortment of cocktails, close to all the downtown action. Clean hotel, highly suggested!
Great rooms and great staff. The omelette bar chef was very polite and made awesome food. Overall the hotel was a beautiful stay for the price.
The food was good and the snacks were good. They could have used some snacks in the late afternoon, but they were packed up from early afternoon, when they were not needed (just after lunch). Dinner snacks were really good. Tea and coffee were always adequately heated, so that was good, too.
This embassy suite was pretty good. The rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The snacks at happy hour were a little underwhelming as was the breakfast Buffett. The hot tub at the pool was kinda foamy and gross, but the pool was fine. Overall a good experience but not as good as I've had at other embassy suites hotels.
So far night two into my stay. The staff especially at the front desk are super friendly. House keeping is a little slow but the can come early if requested. Very nice breakfast set up. Cook to order if you make time to wait and clean interior except that the floor in the food area and common bathrooms is extremely sticky so curious to know what's going wrong there? But all in all they have All been...

The positives, this hotel is in a great location, plenty to do within walking distance. The building is beautiful, with early 1900's charm. The lobby is exquisite. Our room was clean. The parking was easy to access. The not so positive, the rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt old and outdated, the don't have refrigerators and microwaves, you can request them but they have a limited amount...
Let’s start from the beginning. We originally made a reservation for two nights at the Hampton Inn down the road. Due to work, we had to leave late and arrived at the Hampton at 5 AM after a 5-hour drive. When we arrived, I discovered that the Hampton had canceled our reservation without any notice. At 5 AM, we had nowhere to go to get some sleep, and the front desk at the Hampton didn’t care at all...
Had a junior suite, front desk was very accommodating getting me in early. No fridge in the room, not a big deal though. Nice quiet old school hotel. Beautiful lobby. Apparently the bar is pretty hopping too, but I was there early in the week so not so much.
I’m really not sure why so many people are knocking this hotel. Stopped at valet and asked directions to the garage, he was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable only miss is no mini fridge. Location is incredible. View of power and light district from our room. Didn’t interact with a lot of staff but when we did they were incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing lobby, terrific bar, wonderful staff! We loved the style and feel of the President. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.
The hotel is exactly as you'd expect a hotel called "President" to be. Dignified and... have you seen many hip, energetic young presidents lately? There were a couple but generally these have been old dudes with lots of character. As is this place. The restaurant was closed (for good?) however the bar served food and it was very reasonably priced and of exceptional quality... try the mashed potatoes...

We loved the hotel. Very clean. Other ratings complained of a smell but we thought it smelled fabulous and even asked what they do to make it so. They were very welcoming and helpful at the front desk. We ate at the Great Plains Cattle Company restaurant and highly recommend. We went for a local overnight stay/getaway. I highly recommend it for just that.
I'm so happy I came across this hotel! It was definitely a last minute endeavor as I found it right before we made the drive from Chicago on T-mobile Travel. I didn't book through the site just in case we were too tired and we ended up making it out here just fine. ANYWAYS.. Great establishment! The rooms have been updated since my last stay. They are very nice and clean and the staff was all super friendly. The casino was large enough that I didn't feel overwhelmed by all the smoke and the crowds. It's one of the few casino that still offers a variety of restaurants too. Attended a meet-up in the Prairie Room. The room was clean and easily accessible as long as stairs are not a problem for you. After the meetup, we went for dinner at the sports pub. We had a great time! First time to a Casino, it was all a bit confusing at times for n00bs like us! We REALLY enjoyed the ceiling and the way that each individual area looked like a completely different building inside of the main building! The food was amazing & the crab legs and shrimp were spiced perfectly so there was no need for butter!
Friday night all you can eat crab legs! And the rest of the restaurants has all you can eat around the World Buffet! So Friday's when we like to go and then gamble little bit afterwards to try to make them money back. If you get there early or around an hour before the restaurant closes. You don't have to wait in the long line

What a great place to stay because of the surrounding area and the cleanliness of the hotel. Room service was right there to help us with anything we needed. The front desk staff is very helpful as well. We will be back again.
I stayed here a few weeks ago for the Beyonce concert. Prices are reasonable. It’s located in a good area. The staff was great, the hotel was nice, & the rooms were clean and comfortable. I also didn’t get everyone’s name but, every single front desk worker that I communicated...
This was a recommendation to me from a friend who found it on ghe AAA site. The room was fabulous, plenty of room for granddaughter and myself. Very comfortable bed. This was our 1st time staying at Sonesta and we will definitely be back! The hotel, and our room, was very clean and smelled nice. Our room was so spacious and the bed was amazing! We felt very safe as there was a rather loud gathering in the parking lot and security was right there keeping it all under control. There were lots of sitting areas, inside and out, for just relaxing with friends or family
It isn't a bad place if you're wanting to get-up-and-go, But if you're wanting to lounge I wouldn't say this room was big enough for that. Most of the staff was really great very cordial with the exception of 1 or 2 , I would say it's not a bad place to stay. It is off of the highway far enough that you don't really see it, And it's close enough that you hear all the traffic. So if you're a light...
The rooms are clean, with very nice beds. The refrigerator is awful. They run for 2 hrs and turn off for 8. Makes no sense. I've stayed in three different rooms at this location and the refrigerators are all the same way.

At one time, this was probably a real nice hotel. It appears it is maintained pretty well but appears dated. The room was clean and beds were comfortable but we were unable to regulate the temp. The doors to the balcony had been replaced with a fixed window. Evidently it wasn't sealed properly because it let in a huge draft. The ice machines on all but one floor were inoperable. The pool had been...
We stayed for an event at the T-Mobile center, and really enjoyed our stay. It was about 10 minutes from the event which was why we chose the location in the first place. The parking lot had security which is always a plus. The breakfast was included with the cost of the room and I'd say there...
Nothing fancy here. Everything in our room worked well enough that we could live with it. Shower didn't drain well so i was standing in a few inches of water, the shower head was like a pressure washer, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling (see photo). We loved the view of the stadiums across the street. It was a short walk to Kauffman Stadium. The counter staff was the highlight of the hotel...
The workers were friendly and the rooms were clean and well-kept. The short walk over to Kauffman Stadium was THE BEST! One really big disappointment was that the pool was closed for some health inspection. This was not indicated on their website or updated on social media and was not communicated to us at check-in. We were quite bummed about this when my son and I walked down in our suits and asked...
Ate dinner at the in house restaurant. Food was good and my drink was made well. The staff was friendly and professional, especially our server Arnaz. The manager stopped by several times to make sure we were having a great dining experience. I believe her name was Lindsay and she had a beautiful smile on her face the whole time I was there. I would recommend to my friends and family.
An acceptable stay. Very convenient to highways and stadiums. Overall a decent stay but our room in particular, the shower didn't drain well and located on the bottom floor could easily hear passing car, people and music from the parking lot. We have mixed feelings about our stay. The room was nice and clean which is important so they do get a plus for that, but found it odd there was no dresser or place to put things that don't hang. Also no counter in the bathroom, just toilet tub and sink. Had to put on makeup and do hair over the kitchenette ,sink and counter area that had a mirror. We were there 6 days and had to call on day 4 for...
Positives were very clean, friendly staff, good location. Disappointed that there was no microwave in the room and nothing at all for breakfast, not even coffee. Never been to this nice of a hotel without these basic amenities. Also our 2nd floor room had central HVAC units on a balcony right outside the window and they were very noisy all night long.
Hyatt Place Kansas City airport is a very nice hotel. The main draw for us was the location, as it was very close to the Zona Rosa Shopping Center. Other draws for this place are the free breakfast, with hot menu items, the pool which was perfect on a very hot day like our stay was, and the price was very affordable. This location will be at the top of our consideration list for the next time we're...
Berry nice. Troy the shuttle guy was really good. Love their shuttle. Great breakfast too. Stayed here to move to Hawaii
Our room was accommodating to a grandma in a wheelchair ♿, the coffee bar was amazing, with non-dairy milk options for me as a vegan. I had a wonderful stay here, although I did bring my own bagels and vegan cream cheese for my breakfast. The place was clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff at the breakfast was the best. Very modern rooms, quiet, nice.
Nice place but quirky. The rooms were fine, but the shower door opened into the corner of the towel bar and a bigger person would not be able to pass through the available space. Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The staff was very accommodating and polite, and the look/feel of the hotel was great. Two things to note if you stay here: 1. The room was small and not fancy, which was fine with me because I was just staying overnight. Nice 32" TV, good selection of channels. Bed was excellent! Very comfy but supportive. Great location and very helpful staff. I was there for conference this past weekend. The staff was very helpful in accommodating all the guests in the room. Only thing lacking was a microwave and fridge would be nice touch for guests staying for a couple days. Also, the rooms were smaller than expected...
The staff was excellent and friendly, and the restaurant manager was great. The location is also perfect if you're going to the convention center. However, the quality of the room cleaning was "spotty". The rooms are small. And in our room, we were able to hear the conversation in another room, through the vents, crystal clear. It was fairly loud, general.
it was fine. Not sure if it's worth the price but you're paying for the location. Not super fancy but decent and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest advantage is the location, lots of stuff within walking distance.
I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and what a gem. The atmosphere was just grandiose and fabulous. Our room was amazed and I never knew this hotel existed down town. It is centrally located and in the heart of downtown. We didn't explore the hotel during our short stay but, will definitely take the time to do so if we stay again!

Unfortunately due to covid, breakfast was not available. Also there were no cups for the coffee in our room. otherwise, the room was very satisfactory.
Stayed for two nights and was disappointed in a few things: 1 - plugs in the rooms are hard to find or in random places that don't allow me to charge my phone and lay in the bed while using it. I don't have a 20 foot cord to extend across the room. Instead I moved furniture around to find the plugs closeted to the areas I needed them. 2 - the main entrance is stairs. This is an older hotel but a nice place. The patio on the lobby level is a great place to relax. Since it is older the rooms are not modern by any mean but still meets your needs. Could stand an update on the furniture. Great place to stay if you want to explore t The Plaza.
Oh my gosh, I love this hotel! Friendly staff, great location and beautiful view out front. Parking kinda hidden in the back (sucks it's an additional $20) the bed was super comfy and I slept amazing! Very cute and clean room. Everything was perfect. We were on the 6th floor at the very end of the hall. I'd definitely stay again.
This hotel is in an incredible little area, great park across the street to get some exercise and views of a great little city area. Tons of eating choices from nice restaurants. The hotel is almost 100 years old, but it is still very nice and rooms are great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, pillows were fine. Whole place was super clean. They get you for parking as is usual...
Visiting from out of town for work and stayed three nights here. The hotel is very nice; from the outside it looks rustic, but the rooms are very modern and have nice look to them. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are awesome! The price wasn't too bad and area isn’t too bad; walking distance from a few restaurants on the Plaza. Parking is directly in the rear of the hotel, so you have...

Good location, very good breakfast, and the room had everything we needed. The lobby area was underwhelming and I understand that the hotel will be renovated soon - the building is definitely looking 'tired.' The only true negative was the $12/day parking fee for hotel guests - especially since the site is some distance from the entertainment districts!
This was a good stay, with some caveats. First, the building needs updated. Nothing wrong with it and the rooms were comfortable, but still needs updating. The breakfast was ok, would recommend improvement there (especially the eggs). In room service was also ok, but they didn't provide me more coffee and just folded the used wet towels and put them back. I had interaction with the staff, who...
January weekend stay. 5 minutes from KC convention center. Clean, quiet rooms, plenty of free parking, great hot breakfast including eggs, sausage, waffles, greek yogurt, etc.. Refrigerator and microwave in the room, useful for traveling on a budget. Bathroom was clean, beds comfortable, staff helpful and polite. Neighborhood feels a bit 'run down', but we felt safe at all times and access to...
My husband and I visited Kansas city during the last week of March. This place is very near to downtown. The hotel room was in good condition and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. At the same time we were celebrating my husbands birthday and few days before our reservation I called the reception to check if they can help me in decorating the room. It took a few calls as their manager was...
This place worked great for my trip to KC. It's really close to some of the cool neighborhoods but it's still affordable. The location is a little separated from the rest of the neighborhood so it's not exactly walkable but it's a short uber ride. The parking lot can fill up but there is a secure lot across the street. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean with plenty...
The staff are courteous and friendly with good suggestions for out-of-towners. The place is clean and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. More parking would be helpful. The breakfast looked great, like they went the extra mile with it, although we did not eat it.

Has dog friendly suites! And they’re adorable. The bartender was great, the rooms were clean and didn’t smell of animal. And the hotel itself is pretty cool
This was a great place to stay. Thermostat for the heating and air. Updated rooms with pictures and info about Kansas city and its history. There's a small bar on site and you get a free drink for each guest over 21. Breakfast in the morning included a waffle station and a manned omelette station, made to order. Very impressive overall.
Loved my stay at the 816! I stay here any time I go to KC. It's close to anything fun you want to do while in town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too, which goes a long way when you are traveling. The rooms were clean and I would recommend this place to anyone coming through Kansas City.
I am pleased to say we had a very pleasant at the 816 Hotel last week. Having stayed here before, I went in expecting a solid experience and that is exactly what was delivered. The complimentary cocktail from the hotel bar upon check-in is a great way to acknowledge the completion of a long day's drive. The rooms are modern and comfortable with new showers and cozy beds. From the upper floors, some...
The views of Westport was amazing! I stayed in the Uptown themed room. It was nicely decorated, but, a bit on the cheesy side with just some flyers of past concerts and celebrities on the wall. The bath was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very spacious room too. I'm interested in revisiting once they complete the remodel. I hope the bar is remodeled too. Overall, it's a fantastic boutique...
Love this place! The artwork is absolute beautiful! Staff was very friendly and accomodating.Perfect location in fun and trendy Westport!

Location is perfect. The breakfast was very nice. The only problem we had was related to the temperature of the room. The staff was able to remedy the situation.
The hotel is ok, more of 3.5-4 stars. Clearly not super updated but this is an economical option for the area. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Parking is a bit odd but there. Overall this isn’t a bad option for the area especially if you are trying to stay for an extended period of time. There are nicer options but they are more hotel life less apartment long...
You are definitely paying for location with this property. I have had way nicer rooms for half the price, they just aren't right next to such great shopping and restaurants. -The staff who checked us in was very friendly and helpful -Breakfast was your standard free breakfast, but the dining room was very nice. -Our room has an outside entrance, similar to an apartment building. So to get to the main...
Great location if you want to do some shopping right next to the plaza. Literally a one or two minute walk. Apartment style hotel room. If you’re not in the main building, you will be expected to carry luggage up the stairway. Lots of reviews about the odor, I could smell it but wasn’t the end of the world. For 250 bucks a night I would expect a little more higher end room quality but with the location...
Pros: Good location, free breakfast, free parking, safe, plenty of options to eat and shop nearby and friendly customer service. Loved having the option to have an outside entrance to access my room. Room was spacious, clean, no bed bugs, smart TV, and all the utensils needed to have an extended stay. Cons: lack of good hot options for breakfast (they did have fruit, cooked eggs, sliced ham or Canadian...
Very nice facility with accessible parking. 5-minute walk to shopping and restaurants. Staff very, very friendly, clean, courteous, even charming. A wonderful location from which to explore!

The staff at the front desk all were accommodating, personable, polite and courteous. The cleanliness was above observable personal standards.
Sayda and Richard were amazing. My family and I had a great Table right by the bar. Manager Mary was also a big part of our awesome experience. I frequent the chaz and send clients over all the time. Just another reason why i do so. Always phenomenal
My goodness this hotel deserves 6 stars! Beautiful, clean, super comfortable bed, amazing staff, and overall would stay again. I was in town for a funeral, and multiple family members stayed. While a sad reason to be there, it was a great place for us to gather and have some good time together. The Chaz was amazing too!
Superb service from exceptional staff, delicious room service, and the in-room massages were outstanding! As a first time guest at the Raphael Hotel, I was beyond impressed! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us at the front door and led us into the beautiful lobby,, until the moment we left, it was perfect! I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else but the Raphael Hotel!
Stunning historic hotel in a central location. I love the Bonvoy locations and having their amenities and services in this classic hotel is fantastic. Every staff member went above and beyond. Value for money and central placement near the Plaza district make this a must stay.
Friendly helpful staff, great location and atmosphere. Spent two nights for our anniversary. Food great in restaurant, a little expensive for the size of the servings.
