AMAZING!!! super clean and beautiful! Although the location is a bit isolated, it was very pretty!

I've been here many times, and it's still wonderful! However, it's a shame that the counter for Japanese people that used to be there is no longer there, but I still think this is the No. 1 hotel on Maui. There are very few photos of the hotel, but they are of the club lounge or the restaurant next to the golf course.

BEWARE HIDDEN FEES! They force you to valet for $50 a night (don’t forget to tip). At the end they surprise you with a $40/night resort fee. My husband and I spent our honeymoon here in October. Beautiful, relaxing, and gorgeous paradise! Staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Lots of things to do at the resort as well as the surrounding areas. Make sure you grab some food from the Sea House Restaurant, delicious! Beautiful place to stay in Maui, easy to get to other parts of the island also.

This is my husband workplace before as a cook. We just meet and greet his old colleagues. Wherein all the kitchen staff are such nice people especially chef alex. I would love to go back and maybe eat here too. The place is excellent.

We got married at Napili Kai on 10/2/22. Working with Melissa was a dream. She helped with everything and gave my in laws, on our behalf, a detailed tour of the property. This resort was a 5 star for me and my wife we spent our anniversary here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The resort is very well maintained nice and clean has a lot of amenities to offer . There are 3 different pools to choose from. Access to the beach is a couple steps away there’s also a restaurant on the premises it’s called the Sea House restaurant amazing food 🍱

I Highly recommend Napili Surf! The property and units are wonderfully kept, a true tropical paradise! The beach and pools are steps away. I thought long and had before doing this review. We stayed here last week for 5 days. the issue isn't with the condo but more so the cleaning staff. Have stayed in 309 and 209 and loved our amazing views from the lanai being right on the ocean. We watched whales from our lanai in January and sea turtles swim just past the seawall everyday. For a property with a kitchen there was not a way to get groceries easily and no one in the area took Uber eats or DoorDash. Also the televisions are outdated with local cable, and terrible internet connectivity that is part of the local town versus having something on property so it was even impossible to watch anything on a computer screen

This beautiful resort on the beach is outstanding in every respect. I am an original timeshare owner at this resort. I have been an owner since 2001 and have seen many changes over the years. I will admit the last five years the resort was poorly managed and maintained, partly because of Covid, but I believe because of poor management as well. Great family resort and amazing location for snorkeling at the beach. Spacious villas are very convenient for larger families. Access to grill is limited and on first come basis, so don’t plan on grilling often. Resort could use some minor updates, starting to show its age.

We had a delayed honeymoon here and it was AMAZING! The room was beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous, and the staff was super helpful. We had a maintenance issue in our room and they came right away, took care of it, and made sure nothing else went wrong. This Westin and the south buildings never disappoint for any vacation. Honeymoon, family reunions or a solo stay, this resort is outstanding. It was such a beautiful hotel with Black Rock Beach right in front. You can see turtles at Black Rock Beach.. Every evening, there is beautiful music and sunset.

The check-in desk is important in any hotel. The facilities here are good, but the check-in desk and parking lot manager's service is poor compared to the price.

One of the traditional hotels on Kaanapali beach, great location, although is been there for 30+ years is still in good conditions. Only the price is exclusively expensive

Great location, hotel private beach

So many issues I have with this place. May have just been here too long working. Most of the staff are wonderful people who have been through much turmoil due to the fires. Some others could use some " hospitality" training more demonstrations of " Aloha" for those at the property ( long term) for work trying to help the community. Never too much to ask as hospitality is the business.

This is the only resort we stay at when on Maui. The pool water should be a little warmer. Have experienced cold water in the pool for 15 plus years. Please consider increasing the temperature of the pool water. Truly enjoy the Sheraton Maui for all other resort aspects.

The front desk receptionist was very upset. Although I requested to arrange twin beds in two rooms more than two months in advance, Ctrip obviously did not do its job well. Three generations of grandparents and grandchildren came out for vacation, but they only arranged two large beds. How could people sleep? I was choosing between here and the Sheraton Maui Resort (Black Rock) but went with the Maui Ocean Club as they don't charge resort fees and their daily parking was cheaper. We love this resort but the Napoli Tower is old and run down. It’s a lovely resort with great amenities and friendly staff. The biggest issue is for Marriott vacation club points holders. You book a reservation a year in advance but you don’t get to pick your room location which is an issue when you are at the top of the points program holders and you get a poor location or the Napoli tower. ...

We (wife, 17 and 18 y.o. boys). spent the last week of 2024 in a mountain facing, 2 br, 2 bath unit. We've stayed in the Napili Tower several times over the past 18 years and it never disappoints. These self-catering units (full kitchens and in-unit laundry machines) can easily accommodate a family/group of 4-6 people. Other than the furniture, and kitchen and bathroom cabinets looking a bit tired...

Loved My Time at Maui Ocean Club I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. The property was beautiful, the "aloha's" were abundant and the service was impeccable. We had a great Thanksgiving vacation that we are grateful to Kaanapali, Lahaina and Maui overall!

The Hyatt Resort I stayed at this time was not very nice. The hotel facilities were old and the garden was still under repair and in a mess. The restaurant was very dirty, flies were flying around the room and there was no management. The breakfast was limited in variety and the service was very poor. I had to wait 20-30 minutes in line for breakfast every day. The high price was really not worth it

Although it is a mountain view room, you can still see the beach on the side from the balcony. The room is average. For self-parking, you can just use the room's card and pay directly, which is quite convenient and no registration is required.

It’s a nice resort in a great location, however plenty of hidden fees, we paid for breakfast which wasn’t anything special, scrambled eggs from powder, coffee was pretty bad and weak and you had to pay extra which we only learned about when we paid 160$ for breakfast. Lack of healthy food and not suited for people who eat healthy unprocessed food. I really liked the towel service, it was very convenient...

If you are traveling to Maui, this is a great place to spend some time. There are several pools, which is nice, and you can work out at the gym. There is a golf course nearby, and there is also a driving range, so you can practice a little bit.

We really enjoyed our family vacation here. It is about a 10 minute walk to Black rock where you can swim with turtles. The walk is easy and there is plenty of places to eat and drink along the way. The pool and facilities at the Hyatt are really nice. The animals including the birds are a nice touch and fun for kids.

The hotel has complete facilities. There are penguins, swans and ducks near the lobby and swimming pool on the first floor. They all look well taken care of. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day and parking is not too expensive at 25USD a day.

Really awesome place, rooms come with a full kitchen. Pool was great and has a nice water slide. It's right across the street from the beach.

Nice place to stay. We stood from Sunday to Sunday. They have no AC in any of their rooms. It gets hot if you cook in the kitchen as you would expect it to. Had to visit the pool frequently to cool off. Shops were near by. Costco & Walmart not to far. About a 15-20min drive. I suggest driving out to Bully's Burgers 🍔.

Beware: NO AIR CONDITIONING. I realize this is somewhat common in Hawaii, but I would expect this type of facility tonhave air conditioning, especially in an area which is often 90 degrees. We had a great stay at Koa Resort. I loved opening the doors in the morning to listen to all of the birds. The courtyard was so pretty, the kids loved the pool and playing ping pong. They also had barbecues, shuffleboard and tennis courts. It was just a short walk to the beach across the street.

This resort is in the heart of kihei and right by the water. The resort had a amazing pool and hot tub. Our townhouse was very nicely updated and our owner was very responsive to our questions. The grounds are kept up and very quiet. We would stay here again!

We rented an upper unit at Koa Resort and because each unit has a different owner, some of this review is not applicable to all units. Good hotel, good location, old, but reasonable for a hotel like this.

The hotel is not too far from the airport, so it is very convenient. Opposite is the beach. It is a good choice to take a nap and go to the beach to stare blankly. There is a swimming pool downstairs. It is also very convenient to shop and eat around. It takes less than ten minutes to drive. The lady at the front desk wrote a small note very carefully.

I came here with my boyfriend for our first trip. The front desk was so nice! The view from the room is so beautiful, and the room is new and clean! The location is convenient, there is a nice beach just across the street. We'll definitely come back again! Highly recommend!!!

The hotel is in a very good location, a 20-minute drive from the airport. It is also very close to the shopping mall. If you come to Maui Island for a trip next time, you can consider staying in this hotel!

Free parking is really good. In Hawaii, where the cost is so high, I paid a lot for parking in Oahu before! The service and facilities here are good! It is worth recommending! The door card is in the shape of a bracelet, which is very special and convenient!

Absolutely gorgeous property that is situated perfectly close to a beach/park. It's an excellent location for families and most of the rental units have everything you need, including boogie boards, lawn chairs and all the sand toys. The units are completely stocked with all the amenities one could ever need if you like to cook. The sunsets are spectacular. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Maui Kamole. We were first timers in Maui and our Condo was wonderful. It felt like home. Condos are great and the gardens are beautiful. The HOA is very strict and will enforce quiet hours and pool rules but the rules aren't difficult to follow.

We had amazing hosts at this condo rental. There is a communal pool and hottub and it's a quick walk down the hill to the beaches. Rooms include fully stocked kitchens, BBQs, lounge chairs, sitting areas, wifi and TV. (2 different condos shown).

We attended a wedding in Wailea and this was a great alternative to staying in a large hotel.

I stayed here for 6 days for my honeymoon. The room was fairly comfortable and served us well. The positives: full size kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer were provided, along with necessary materials, such as soaps, shampoo, detergent. Easy parking and room access with a keypad... no keycard is needed. The negatives: bathroom has no isolating door or ventilation fan. All noise and smells...

We had a very amazing stay, it’s a very calm ,quiet area that makes it enjoyable for relaxation, we had a view of the ocean and about a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach , there’s lots of shops and eating places within a 5 min drive which made it very convenient, would 10/10 recommend.

We had an amazing view from our balcony and got to enjoy the nightly sunset. The grounds were immaculate. It was a very peaceful and serene setting

My stay at the Andaz Maui was overall very pleasant. Check in was smooth and welcoming, with the ladies receiving fresh flowers and the men brown beads, which made for a warm first impression. The staff also offered special lemonade at check in, and it was honestly one of the most delicious drinks I had on the trip. I’d recommend upgrading to a room with an ocean view, as it really makes a big difference...

3 star service for a 5 star price. It’s also unfortunate that you can’t use sauna/ steam room etc without booking a spa service. Again, this should be standard and an expectation for those used to staying at 5 star resorts. Views and property itself are beautiful - come for a drink or dinner but no need to stay here when you can get a nearby Airbnb for half the price!

The hotel was very clean. The beach was very nice as well. This hotel is audaciously expensive. The food is expensive, room service is expensive, the resort fee is also expensive. It boggles my mind that an all inclusive in Jamaica, with actual amenities, entertainment, and better food costs less than this place. For them to charge so much it should be an all inclusive. Especially with not many options...

The hotel is gorgeous with lots of different pools and areas to explore. The beach has beds / umbrellas and we were even able to borrow body boars. Sadly the excursions included in the stay were fully booked when we arrived and we weren’t there long enough to book for future days. Everyone that we dealt with while checking in and while on the grounds were wonderful people and very nice. The grounds themselves are beautiful and there is very easy access to the beach and to a walking path along the water connecting to all of the hotels. The unit we were in was another matter. Apparently you can view pictures of the units that you can book if you are using the Destinations website...

At the time of this writing we are still enjoying the village. We love the two pools, grilling area and a two minute walk to the private beach!

very nice beach resort. the pool and hot tub utilities are very well kept and clean. there is a very beautiful view throughout. the greenery and plants throughout the resort are very luxurious. the whole village shares a very beautiful message of aloha throughout the entire experience.

We were a multigenerational group ranging from 2-68 years and found the Villa to be a perfect choice. The pool at Hoolei and the slides at Grand Wailea provided endless entertainment. Luxurious spaces with all kinds of facilities one could imagine. They also provide surf boards and beach chairs kept at the garage.
