Downfalls..owners are not taken care of like we used to be. We receive lower floors and our membership is not recognized. We requested a poolside room on a middle level floor this visit. When we arrived, they had us strip side on the 4th floor. After a tip and some hunting by the front desk we were moved to the 20th floor but not poolside. When we asked the following day if we could move, we were told to pack our luggage and go to the bell desk. They told us they would text when we had a room. Not acceptable so we declined. Please recognize our membership.
The living room also has a projector as well as TV with sound bar.
Highly recommend for families as there is no ****** and the parking is very convenient in the miracle mile self park.
