Check in was easy and polite. Room booked through Expedia was in a high floor, clean, functional, comfortable with everything in perfect working condition. Nice view of the strip during F1 was a bonus. Easy walk to Venetian for Delmonico and other good food.

This hotel needs a through makeover. The air quality here is horrible. It’s either the smell of truck stop toilets, when passing by the restrooms on the casino floor or you’re knocked over by the smell of smoke coming from the casino floor. Rooms are outdated and the furniture shows wear. The sheets were far from 100% cotton and felt more like a starched restaurant dinner napkin. My skin wax itchy and irritated by the horrible quality. AC thermostat was old without a digital display. You had to use the lever on the side and just guess on the temperature. The hotel lacks quality restaurants making us leave for each meal. The pool looks like something you’d find attached to a run down Days Inn. This is Vegas people. Try harder.

My husband and I were married there 28 years ago. We go back to visit every couple of years. The rooms are beautiful, the food is amazing. I just wish that they hadn't taken the pirate ships away. That added so much to it.

Room was good. No smoking issue at all. Check in was smooth. We did it via self check in kiosk. They have mini fridge in the room which is a great plus. Casino and Pool are great. Also CVS is around the corner.

Loved the location of the hotel and customer service. Room is extremely clean. Our carpet was very wet in the corner. Reported it, hope they find out why. Casino wasn’t busy. I thought it was because it was a Wednesday, but the Venetian was hopping and had a lot of fun energy.

They played right here. Why? Free parking for casino visitors. It's a rarity for Strip hotels.

Visited in July. The prices were reasonable. We booked a standard room with one large bed, when they saw that I was celebrating my birthday, they offered a room with two beds and a wonderful view. But the air conditioners work very loudly, milking us was not a problem, we fell asleep immediately after a hot day, the air temperature outside was 128. We agreed, I recommend taking a room on the 25th floor, the view is beautiful. The pool surprisingly worked from 9 am to 9 pm - on weekends, on weekdays from 9 am to 7 pm. The pool was not great depth of 1.5 meters. There was also a jacuzzi. Both were crowded with children, it was problematic to be stingy, as they were expected to jump into the water from all sides. Restaurants are good in this hotel. In general, we were satisfied.
