This was a really nice hotel. The lobby was super nice. You can tell it’s an older hotel. It had an old city hotel feel but kept up to date. Glass elevators that go up through the main lobby. The hotel is separated. It has two main buildings that are connected by a walkway between the two buildings. I believe the one building is the original hotel and the second building where the lobby is located...

The hotel is very beautiful and elegant, but the room itself was pretty basic. We expected more from the room. It is in a great location and the amenities that it does have to offer is very great. The one restaurant inside that serves the pizza was not good. Service was good but food was not but the hotel overall is very beautiful and in a good location for visiting Louisville.

We stayed in the East Tower - suite. Rooms were a great size! Location was perfect!!! We were able to walk everywhere. Front desk was a bit eh. And while the rooms were nice they were great. Now! The valet staff were top notch amazing!! Nick and Chance were especially fantastic. 100 times over recommend using their valet services.

The location was superb. Right in the middle of everything. Good in walking distance. Great murals painted everywhere.

Stayed 3 nights, each day they cleaned the room, fresh towels. TV wasn't working they fixed quickly. Staff all very nice as well. This hotel is bar none, my absolute favorite and I was so sad to leave. We booked a 2 bedroom suite with private balcony in the east tower. The view of the Ohio River was spectacular. The hotel is conveniently located across from the convention center; there’s even an enclosed walkway to utilize in bad weather. The rooms are updated, clean, and spacious. I was disappointed they didn’t offer breakfast included. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop in the lobby. There’s also a club Marriott on the ground floor.

I'm checking out later today. My plane got me in early and they were able to graciously offer me an early check-in. I have had a great stay at the Louisville Marriott Downtown. Here for a three-night work trip. Service has been stellar. I am particularly impressed with the folks in the concierge/l lounge/M Club and with the valet staff. In particular, Briana on the valet team was a delightful person and very helpful! Would definitely return and stay here.

The hotel was beautiful! Our room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice view of the river. The staff was friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Very helpful staff, the place was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I took an unguided tour, even played a couple of games of chess. The room was spacious so was the bathroom. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Aloft is centrally located in town and has lots of things to do close by. It’s a very short walk from Waterfront park and the Big Four Bridge. It’s a lot to be desired for as far as having a river view or even a city view but that is the only thing negative I can say. I had a great stay at the Marriott East. The cleanliness of the hotel was great from rooms to public areas. I used their meeting room space for a meeting and they had an excellent partner for audio visuals , they were very professional, customer service oriented and very proactive with our needs during our event, overall a great business experience for our group. The hotel is beautiful inside and outside. The beds were so amazing I was trying to find a way to smuggle the mattress and boxsprings out to taken them home. Lol. The food was really delicious. It’s peaceful, and the food’s alright. However, room I stayed in (303) smelled like feet or cheese or something. Either way, the smell was unpleasant. The towels didn’t smell totally clean, and there was some fuzz on them. I didn’t expect them to smell super aromatic or anything, but the smell was a bit off. Also, on the first night the bed made me all itchy.

We had an incredible time at this hotel. My daughter and I spent an entire week there and loved it. The staff was super friendly and exceptionally accommodating. The rooms were very cozy, the beds were extra comfy, the bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed (my daughter disagrees with me, but I think the lighting could be a bit brighter in the bathrooms). Very cool museum. Took my 2yo as part of the cultural pass program. Guided tour was great. And the museum is a nice size - enough different things to look at but not too much to lose the attention of the 2yo. He especially loved the pieces that involved video screens.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were passing through town. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed at while traveling this was the nicest and cleanest. It is located in a nice area, up-to-date, good price, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend and visit again next time we are passing through town.

I stayed at the Louisville Kentucky Holiday Inn. First time visiting Louisville. I was there for a wedding. The hotel was nice and clean. Comfy beds. The breakfast was great. The guy behind the counter was simply amazing. I got stranded an hour away from home with a flat tire and they were more than willing to help and even offer a discount. The rooms are not bad. They are not dirty. They have a cute little tv and mini fridge

First place we stopped and with no hassle and no hidden fees, we had room key cards in hand and were in the room in no time. Crummy motel room, affordable with really nice staff. The rooms aren't the best but they're a place to shower and sleep. The tub didn't drain but management said they were going to handle it. Honestly if you have something to do in Louisville this place isn't the worst. It's close to Starbucks and a bunch of restaurants and like I said it's affordable and the staff was amazing.

The guy working there was very good in managing and handling things/concerns. Good customer service!! The amenities provided at Red Carpet Inn is good, but more priority needs to be given to the cleanliness. Apart from bed bugs, didn't have any other complaints.

Listen, this place is cheap, so it'll feel really cheap. Cost me a little over sixty bucks for a night and the place was kinda shady, smelled weird, had scratches on the mirror and cigarette burns in the blankets. But the staff is nice. So that's cool.

I ordered a two bed, ground floor for 2 handicapped guests room. I got a single bed in a heavy smokers room. The night shift person corrected the error and gave us a very clean, updated, smoke free room for handicapped persons. The area looks to be a bit sketchy. The regular room was very smokey and very out dated.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel; however, there are many areas they can improve upon. We had a queen suite and noted the following: The bathrooms need an exhaust fan and towel rack, the beds need end tables on both sides, there need to be electrical outlets on both sides of the bed, and the hotel was full so we could not get extra pillows. Most are small details. We enjoyed our stay

Actually better than expected. Room was clean, had a fridge, and did the job. Looks like some major construction is starting across the street, so keep that in mind. Nice location and the room was decent. Only complaints I have are with the heating system and the bed. We set the thermostat to 72 degrees and it really never got warm in the room, even the air blowing out was cool air. The bed was a big king sized one, it just wasn't very comfortable. Barely got any sleep at all because of comfort issues.

This is hands down one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. It was very well maintained, we didn't have to ask for much, but all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and there were many many options. Very good value for the cost. Located next to everything you need. Nice little Candlewood, extremely over priced and not updated. Recently stayed here for a night and all of the laundry equipment was working. If I remember correctly they have at least 4 washers and several more dryers and all free of charge. Small gym but at least they have weights and a bench. Friendly staff too.

There's a ton of hotels in this area very close together. Parking was not the greatest. Continental breakfast and gave quite a few different options. The lady that worked in the morning at the front desk she was amazing and very helpful. The guy at check-in kind of had an attitude when we checked in. My daughter and I stayed one night here and for the price it was nice. We were on the top floor and the very end of the hall so we didn’t hear a thing and slept very well. The bed was comfy but it was disappointing that they gave us 4 small sofa size pillows for a king size bed. My daughter wanted to swim but the pool was as hot as a hot tub and so cloudy you couldn’t even see the bottom 🤮 Overall...

Staff is extra helpful. Been stuck here for awhile cause my truck broke down and it's been okay cause the breakfast is good along with rooms being really nice. Had my family down to visit...such a family friendly place.

No alcohol on premises. No shuttle to get alcohol when you are on a five day bus trip. Good chocolate chip cookies! Kevin was friendly and helpful at the front desk. Sink was cracked and door lock was loose, but the room was clean and the beds we're comfortable.

The breakfast (eggs) are not g cooked thoroughly, it takes a few minutes to get service at the front desk because of work being done. But overall it's a pleasant place.

This hotel has a cool decor vibe. Almost a speak easy feel. The staff was friendly and everything was very clean. This location is a bit of a stretch if you want to walk anywhere. Also felt like it is a bit on the cautionary edge of safety for some. It kinda sits out on its own without much else going on neat it. I enjoyed most of my experience. Parking was a little tight. Could use another area in room for a chair. The shower in the studio room waz odd. I felt on display. I can't complain. The service was exceptional, location, price, welcoming feel, wow. I couldn't ask for much more. A boutique hotel.

The Hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The check in was a little rough because there was one lady that had to work the bar and the front desk and it made it difficult for her to be attentive and any customer. The heat and a/c unit is not very user friendly. No mini-fridge or micro wave in the room and you have to get your ice from the front desk because they do not have ice machines...

The evening staff is amazing. The lady at the bar and front desk is so friendly and helpful. She made a great day better. Nice to have a bar and we were able to take a glass of wine up to the room. Breakfast is very good

I was very happily surprised. Breakfast was late but there was only 1 man for setup. The portable frigerator had a loud buzz;management said they would check it after I checked out.

Highly recommend. Shannon was very welcoming and helpful during check in and check out. My room and everything in it was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from the Exposition Center. I will be staying here again. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.
