Clean and cozy. Helpful and polite staff. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and everything needed in the room. Close to the beach and good amenities by the pools.

My experience here was amazing. This hotel is huge of course. They have so many things for you to do. And the rooms are just amazing. Everything is spotless. Nothing compared to any other hotel I have ever stayed at while

Club Wyndham is THE BEST, it's such a neat resort with so much to do!! The whole staff is INCREDIBLE!! My husband and I worked here as pool concierges 3 yrs ago and loved it!! We returned this year as our own entertainment business and the crowd was AMAZING, we had everyone jamming!! The vibe was EVERYTHING!!

Absolutely a great place to stay. Not one single complaint. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Grounds are kept very clean. Beach access was perfect and convenient. Absolutely loved the swings they had in place overlooking the ocean. A++++

I really enjoyed the 5 day vacation with family. People were nice, atmosphere was good. I intentionally never go to north Myrtle but this time I was extremely satisfied and actually was more than happy with the overall trip. Easy 4.5 out of 5 stars. I'm promise I'm easy going but rarely give 4 to 5 stars.

Very nice hotel and extremely clean. Very spacious and can also sleep multiple people in the double rooms two bedrooms. I liked the fact it had a pullout couch in the living room area. The only thing that I would change is if they could have maybe provided a Roku stick because the TV channels don't have a good variety and couldn't really find any movies. But all in all still great 👍 very pleased

Wi fi was working fine during my stays in the last 3 years. Building 4 is the best. Best balconies, pools, and hot tubs. As well as a sauna. Try to stay up high for a good view and breeze.

The room was not very clean, all appliances and kitchenette were available. My child's feet were dirty from walking in the room for a while. The balcony is small. Both bathtubs were dirty. There was old popcorn lying around on the floor.

BUT watch out if you complain about noisy movies in the pool area playing at around 11 pm, the front desk suddenly loses the remote control over the volume. You can hear this movie from the moon. Why??? There were 2 people in the pool watching it. They decided to please those two people and annoy the majority of the clientele. We have one year old and I was afraid the whole time he will be woken up. I thought this was supposed to be a family friendly place. Also, why aren't there blackout blinds in all rooms? What if one of the guests wants to get a good nap?
Also, outdoor pools are kind of gross. Kiddie pool had garbage in it. Literally garbage. It was so gross. My complaint also refers to customers. Guys remove your garbage, be respectful to a place where you stay. Let's not be pigs. The indoor pool was okay.

I am NOT calling to complain about your personality, I am complaining about the noise that doesn't let my family go to bed early and get some freaking rest. This is supposed to be a vacation. What a great place to stay. There are so many pools and hot tubs to enjoy, and it's located in a pretty central location to area attractions. The rooms are very well laid out and beds are nice and comfortable. The full kitchen is great to help keep the cost of eating out down and having a washer and dryer sure makes things easy when you get back home!
