Just returned from a week at La Pension . Its old world charm is captivating. From the moment you enter the lobby, you are transported to a European hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our 1 bedroom unit though small was adequate. It had a small kitchenette, living room and bedroom. The balcony overlooking Decatur was lovely to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The location in the French Quarter was ideal to explore the city. Only a block from the street car line on Canal provided easy access to the Riverfront attractions as well as the French Market. Bourbon street was a couple of blocks away.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at this location the next trip to New Orleans.

The location and staff were excellent. You are close enough to walk to everything in the quarter. My only gripe was I stayed on the side of the building opposite Decatur.. don't do that. At 3 am, sometimes 4 am, sometimes 5 am each day must be a garbage truck haul because the metal banging is very loud and you wont get a single good nights rest. Id return definitely, but never to stay on that same side. Staff was friendly and excellent. They have a temp parking spot in fron on Decatur so you can go in and secure your reservation. Parking is 3 blocks away 24hr valet but costs.

Very nicely renovated old building in the French Quarters . The service was excellent. The furnishings in the room were less than desirable. There was no table to sit at. The seating was terrible, consisting of 1 chair and one 2-person couch that was absolutely uncomfortable. The furnishings were themed after Alice in Wonderland movie. (????)

First time in NOLA
Had a great stay staff was great, the room was nice, my bed was comfortable although my friend said the pull out not so much. Nice rooftop area with a grill and access to a vending machine & ice machine. The walls are paper thin though my friend sneezed and someone in the hallway said "god bless you" we laughed it off. There is more than one building to this hotel so I'm not sure if other rooms are quiter but all & all had a great stay!

Stayed in a one bedroom suite. Interesting decor that suited the vibe of the French Quarter. There was a lovely rooftop deck (with a smoking area) Would definitely return if we visit New Orleans again.

So this is a time share. However, staff is very nice. Jimmy & Mikelle in the sign-up office are very nice. I did not become an owner, but they were respectful and kind. Rooms here are very nice and spacious.

Fun and cute place. Convenient and close to everything. Will stay there again. Only 2 issues...bed was really small for us (was expecting a queen nit full) and the toilet was running alot.

Great weekend retreat or extend stay
We loved this hotel. It was very accommodating. Easy to access and accessible to lots of venues in and around the quarter and downtown area. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
