Stayed here for the Eras tour and had an amazing experience. Staff was so nice. The hotel had free friendship bracelet making and glitter before the show. They had bottles of water available for when we returned after the show. Room was clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable. They made our stay so nice and catered to us Swifties 💓🫶
Good location near the French quarter, louis Armstrong park and tram stops for further afield and bourbon street for a little jazz and people watching. Large room, comfy bed, good air-conditioning. Rooftop pool is nice to have but very small. Loads of cafes close by for breakfast and dozens of restaurants walking distance.
My stay was absolutely flawless. From check in to check out the hotel provided excellent service. Every aspect of our stay went smoothly. The valet was always quick and polite with retrieving our car. A special THANK YOU to Mark at the front desk who helped me locate my suit that was left behind at check out. Thank you again. Would highly recommend this hotel for your business or vacation trip to New...
I’ll start with the positive being that it’s within great distance of bourbon street and good places to eat. However, upon arrival for our family reunion, our room was not ready. We were specifically advised that our room was cleaned but had yet to be inspected. We advised the concierge that due to the reunion, we were told we could check in earlier than 4PM, but to our surprise that was not the case...
This hotel was very nice and clean. It was easy to park and check in. We were greeted by friendly staff who helped us with parking and luggage. We were in a deluxe room and it was very nice and spacious and we especially liked the bathroom because the sink was behind the toilet door and it had a separate vanity. It was also close to Bourbon Street and many other local attractions, so it was easy to...
Personal visit 05/19/05. This hotel was fantastic and I highly recommend. Before arriving, we prepared a tray of gifts for the significant anniversary. Check-in was quick, easy and very friendly. The room was a good size, very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There are a few restrictions on breakfast and room service due to COVID-19, however they were quick to help with...

What a great hotel only a few block from the French quarters. You're close enough yet far enough that you don't experience a party until 4:00 am. Valet was great, nice upgrade to an executive sweet overlooking the super dome . The bed was great after a long day . Amenities offered were great in the bathroom and enjoyed the M club and pool/ gym area. Wonderful stay
This hotel is all about the location and the staff. Beautifully renovated, it could not be more conveniently located, literally across the street from the Convention Center and the Boardwalk shopping mall. The staff is amazing! Everyone is cheerful, helpful and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Special mention to Adam Ramirez who was super helpful when we needed to box and...
I want to start by saying that the hotel is extremely clean. The person that checked us in did an incredible job to accommodate any needs we had and blew me away with her great attitude. We weren’t a problem, but she was just so amazing so I have to say that, and then Danielle at the bar was very attended to everyone and she blew my mind by watching her take care of everyone, especially us, of course...
Ive stayed at this location the past 4 years as I traveled to New Orleans rather on business or family trip. This will be the only hotel I will stay at anytime I visit
Easy check in. Mclub closed but gave credit for parking. Friendly staff. Rooms were nice. Pool was pretty small. Only 1 mile walk from everything. Would stay here again.
What a wonderful vacation! The hotel is beautiful, beautifully decorated, clean, fresh air, just wow! The staff were amazing, I believe the gentleman named Tim who checked us in was a godsend! I mean from the moment we walked in the door he took great care of us. So helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! We walked a few places...

I stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert and it was such a magical experience! Mike is such a kind soul and helped us figure out transportation and the beach. David was so helpful too in helping the whole time. It really did feel like a home away from home - felt so warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and historic but our room was renovated and so beautiful and clean. The Swiftie gift bag...
I loved this little spot! Super amazing staff they gave us recommendations on everything and did not let us down! The bar here was super cute and drinks were great. Room was very comfortable only downfall was the shower pressure was not great I would give hotel a 9/10 only negative was the shower pressure
We stayed in this hotel before and after a cruise. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave great advice on where to eat and what to do. The hotel was within walking distance of much of what we wanted to experience. Rooms were being renovated in part of the hotel, but we were placed in a renovated room. It was beautifully furnished. The 11/12 foot ceilings in the historically rich...
We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Location is amazing, we valet parked our car the first day and never drove it out until we checked out because we could walk to every destination on our list. Price is great especially for how close it is to the touristy areas of the french quarter. In a quiet location, nice amenities provided, gave us coupons for the bar and for nearby attractions. Rooms...
Beautiful lobby, nice pool. Although the bar was not very appealing in ambience and decor, the barman made excellent cocktails. Decent shower pressure and thick towels
Great location, friendly staff. Water pressure was more of a drizzle, otherwise lovely room! Very happy with my stay here.

This is a great hotel for being on bourbon. Actually getting updated as I type in the lobby. Rooms also have been updated. It’s an older hotel so things are a bit funky in terms of layouts but it works. Can’t beat the location. Hotel pool also was really nice. Blocked well from the wind so can use more than expected. Decent hotel bar. In walking distance to all the action of the French quarter...
A great location, minutes from anything you'd want to do in NOLA, and the rooms are fine... the insulation against the inside is great, but inside... housekeeping starts cleaning at 8am sharp and all you hear after that is doors REPEATEDLY slamming against the security bolt. I would've thought a family of 12 was moving out of a 3 story apartment with the amount of noise. That said, they were sure to...
If you want to be in the middle of everything but also be able to get away from it all, this is a great hotel. The needs were comfy and the balcony overlooking the courtyard was cute. We wanted to be overlooking Bourbon St with a gallery (covered balcony), but I think we probably got more sleep where we were. However, they should have told us that the cockroaches in the trees will get into your room...
If you are looking for a quality hotel in the French Quarter, I definitely recommend Four Points. The people working the front desk are especially nice and helpful. The wait staff was pretty good. The pool was enjoyable. I wish they made a bit more shade around the pool, but it was still fun. Our room was a little run down, like the toilet didn’t flush right and the water faucet in the bathroom sink...
Great location and great hotel. Definitely a deal if you want to be in the French Quarter.
Central location, in the heat of the action. Restaurants are at within a 2 minute walk, bars, shops, the Mississippi River is 10 minutes away, Congo Square as well. If you want to enjoy all the vibes of the city nightlife, get a room on Bourbon Street. If, like me, you want to sleep before 3am, book a room with a garden/pool view. All the staff is very helpful and accommodating.

First time here in New Orleans. I was very impressed with the quality and the security of this hotel. Valet parking was so nice, car was secure and returned promptly when requested. Walking distance from all of the restaurants and bars. The employees were so very polite and helpful with all of our needs. I will definitely be returning to explore more and this will be the hotel I book at.
Great location. Staff was nice. Hillary checked us in, she was really quick and personable. Only few complaints : window view lol not ideal at all, had us thinking it was muggy and raining all day, the air doesn’t feel like it working throughout the night, and no pool, but overall great experience. Would stay again, really close to bourbon, same street really. .always felt safe walking as well..
Overall a positive experience. The location to bourbon street was great. The room was clean, but our room was hot. We couldn’t turn the air down anymore. The main reason I stayed here was because I brought my dog with me to go to a specialty hospital in New Orleans. My biggest issue was that there was no where for my dog to use the restroom. When I asked the front desk staff if there was an area for...

Enjoyed our stay, great location, and patio pool ambiance! My partner complained the service door near room 304 was a bit disruptive, audibly getting access through the night, but I slept through it! And I mentioned to the manager and he was concerned and investigated. So 5 stars from me.
Visited this past weekend with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. The staff was beyond kind and accommodating. From the front desk to the bartender. To the employees that you passed on your way up to the room. Always a smile and a hello. Taylor the bartender was so so sweet and helpful! The manager made sure to have a special treat in the room with the birthday boy. Everything was wonderful...
The staff at the W was among the friendliest I've ever met. Everyone, from the bartenders, waitresses, front desk personnel, manager, and even the cleaning crew were wonderful. The rooms were clean, unique, and comfortable. The pool and garden areas were gorgeous. Almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.
This place is the meaning of luxury! Located in the famous French Quarter Downtown New Orleans smack dab in the middle of where you need to be if you travel to New Orleans! Literally walking distance from everything important in the city. The staff is nice and friendly also very helpful. Me and my fiance were there for work and I can say hands down one of the most comfortable beds I've EVER slept in...
Visited in may 2023. Just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very central location in the French Quarter. The rooms were fabulous. The pool was clean. The security was great. Staff were quick to close gates at any hint of trouble in the neighbourhood. The restaurant at the hotel has suck delicious food and great entertainment.
I sent a gift to a colleague who is on holiday - Frankie (who works for W) was amazing at helping me out successfully. His recommendations were spot on! Thank you!

Loved our stay here! Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the area. I wish I had gotten the name of the maid that cleaned our room, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
This is a really nice hotel. The staff here has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of interesting locations. The health club is stunning with 8 full size tennis courts(4 of which can be used as basketball courts).
It’s a great place to launch from. Plenty of shops for that item you forgot at home. Convention space is awesome. The views from the suites are amazing. Concierge has the tips for the hidden gems.

Clean, comfortable, affordable. Wonderful staff. Erica at the front desk was great! She went out of her way to help us and recommend places to visit in the city. We had a great time in NOLA as always. This hotel was located in the perfect location for us and had a GREAT view of the city and the Mississippi River. The room was small with a two year old but we really enjoyed it. The room was clean and well stocked. Judging by other places we explored, the entire hotel was well maintained. TV and cable were fantastic. Keith, the bellman was absolutely fantastic...
Thank you for the comfortable room, great view and courtesy shown during my stay.
It was a great place to stay. I loved everything. We have early check in and late check out. Valet was amazing. The bartender was great!
To be honest, this is not our usual choice for a downtown New Orleans hotel. But we are very pleased with the experience. The rooms were very good and each one had a good view of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did an excellent job sanitizing the room. The use of masks is reassuring, etc.

The Hyatt is the go-to hotel for our family vacations to New Orleans. It's a great location along the street car route, next to the Super Dome. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. We love the variety of restaurants and bars inside the hotel lobby and the 360 views from the gym at the tippy tip top will inspire any workout.
The room was small but very clean. Noisy, as neighboring rooms closed their door it would be heard in our room. We could hear the person upstairs walking, running water, etc. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. May want to pack some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Great location, excellent staff, with a great view of the Superdome. From a technical logical standpoint this hotel is superior to most others in the area; however, you will likely get lost and this hotel on your first attempt trying to navigate through it. Stayed here for a conference and loved it. Very close to many attractions, including the NFL and NBA sports complexes right around the corner - a couple minutes' walking distance. The hotel was very pretty just a couple blocks from the French quarter, the casino and most of the attractions. It's in a good spot to get to pretty much anywhere in a few minutes walk! This hotel is great for anyone who wants to be close to the action of New Orleans. It’s walking distances to bourbon street. The fitness center is one of the nicest I’ve seen. The hotel needs to add a few things to be perfect. 1. It would be great if the rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator in the rooms. 2. At this point I'm at day 4 of a 9 day stay. The room is on the 43rd floor with a view that is a bit overwhelming for a person with issues of height. Great hotel. You can safely take!
Had a great view of the city. The room was clean and the staff was nice when we checked in. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked great. Short distance to french quarter and bourbon. Would definitely stay here again
Looks nice from the outside. Stepping into lobby comes along with an overpowering scent of perfume - much like certain stores at the mall. The room itself was fine, but small details show through. I am an SPG platinum member and I have stayed all over the world in SPG properties. This one has a great view of the city but the rooms were dingy and smelled damp. the double beds were the tiniest I have ever seen and the pillows were not up to typical Weston standards. Wonderful hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed here for 6 days. LOVE the restaurant right in the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
The rooms were huge. Very nice and convenient to everything. Valet parking like every hotel in the area is ridiculous. Used a parking garage 2 blocks down for less then half.
I stayed at the Pere Marquette for a weekend vacation trip. The bed was entirely too comfortable and I wanted to spend all of my time sleeping instead. The hotel is really nice. It has a restaurant as well as lots of space to hold functions. Every morning my lifestyle club was offered a large spread of complimentary breakfast in their pre-function room. Was driving past New Orleans on a road trip home and had to stop for a night as I've never seen the city. Booked this place based on reviews and was very happy. Location is amazing and the room was very clean. Staff was also very nice especially valet and security. The convenience store across the street is a little rough at night but we had no problems. We knew the rooms did not have a refrigerator. We requested a room with a refrigerator. The front desk said the upgrade would be an additional $ 15 per night. I said “wonderful”!! Close to all the places you want to go when in NOLA. There was a small issue with a package we booked with and the hotel front desk more than made up for it. Rooms were a little smaller but clean and quiet, definitely worth the money. We also had a bathtub which is nice, considering most hotels are going shower only. We will absolutely stay here again.
Room was clean, king size bed, safe for valuables included. No mini fridge. Located centrally within French quarter with everything you need within a mile. The location of the hotel was great! Everything was in walking distance. The only problem I had was the $75 per night fee for incidentals. I stayed 3 nights so that was an extra $225 per room!! (I had two rooms) There was nothing in the room or the hotel in general to justify a $75 per night fee. Go back to a $100 flat rate incidentals. That makes more sense. Other than that, the hotel is nice

Great location, beautiful hotel. We saw service people at all times of day and night, cleaning and maintaining the facility. Nice toiletries. They don't provide water, which I thought was crummy. The hotel messed up our reservation, but gave us a bar tab to make up for the inconvenience. All in all, a good place to stay.
One of the best hotels I stayed at without a doubt! Service and accommodations don't skip a beat! Beautiful, spacious room with a killer view of the city with all the bells and whistles. I also enjoyed the whirlpool and sauna during my stay. Breakfast by room service was incredible! Will definitely be back!
Wasn't impressed by the quality and cleaniness of the room, especially the bathroom. I literally put a towel down in the shower so my feet wouldn't touch the shower floor. It was my first time staying here and I expected better. Staff was helpful and nice which is why I have 3 stars instead of 2.
Excellent bend-over-backwards staff. Quiet 2-night stay. Valet parking only can make for a slow car retrieval (allow 10 minutes even if you request in advance). Convenient walk to the French Quarter. Killer view from room 2112.
I got a very good rate while staying here. In fact I paid more to park my car than to sleep in a bed on the top floor. The view was not the greatest looking out over the city (not towards the Quarter). While I was there the weather wasn't really the best. So I would sit out the rain and catch up on some work while the TV was on. However due to the Direct TV, there was a lot of no reception with plenty...

New Orleans, 330 Loyola Avenue 🧭 Map
Out of the hustle-and-bustle of the French Quarter, but an easy walk. Walking distance to good food and shops, with an easy streetcar ride directly to the French Market.
Loved this hotel. Close to everything. Clean. Safe. And the staff was wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again. I've seen other reviews complain about the parking fees, for that I suggest booking through the ihg app. I booked w/ parking included for only an extra $10 a night instead of $35
I really enjoyed my stay. I left my air capsules at the hotel and they sent them to me. Appreciate it. Thank you very much! Def will be back!
Had a great time, loved the little balcony, bar and restaurant - an added bonus. The elevators are a bit complicated, I loved sitting by the pool. This is a very busy hotel. Also rented a banquet hall and it was acceptable
This is New Orleans and the location of the hotel is everything
Decent room, okay location. Check-in no problem. Used the shower the next morning and was up to my ankles in water that would not drain. Put in a request that am, got back in the PM and no notice that it was dealt with. Contacted front desk and they advised it had been dealt with. Next morning in the shower, same back up of the drain, when I mentioned it at check-out clerk said nothing she could do...
Room was newly renovated so everything was new. Very comfortable. Friendly staff at the front desk. Location is short walk to French Quarter and streetcars on Canal St. and St. Charles.
Charged fees that were not disclosed at anytime until checkout. They called it an amenity charge, which was charged on a daily basis - about $8.50/ day total including taxes. Many things broken in room, like shower curtain rod, desk leg, drawers would not stay closed and more. Complained about amenity fee at checkout, stating it was never told to us, and they said they would remove the fee. However...
I wish I had caught her name but the concierge that checked us in was so friendly! We were there for a concert and she knew the bands music. After the concert I stopped back by the desk just to chat. There’s nothing I love more than personable staff!! The room was clean, beds were so comfy I didn’t move all night! The view from the 9th floor is amazing! This is a safe/secure location that I would not...

New Orleans, 800 Iberville Street 🧭 Map
Great rooms with great amenities. In the heart of the French Quarter (intersection of Bourbon Street and Iberville Street). Don't be surprised by lots of noise and traffic outside the hotel and your room. The Bourbon Street party goes 24/7 and never really lets up. If you're looking for a more peaceful stay, consider a hotel outside of the French Quarter.
It is in a fantastic location. The restaurant attached to it is The Red Fish Grill. We ate there it was amazing! The service was exceptional in the hotel and restaurant. The room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable.
Service was great, employees were mindful of our privacy as well. First day of service was a little shabby but great afterwards. For the price the hotel isn't amazing, but you can't beat the convenience of the location. It is in the epicenter of all the partying and tourist attractions. Lots of good eats in the area as well!
My stay was pleasant. The bed, bathroom, and carpet were clean and there was no odor of smoke. The building itself is pretty unremarkable. It's kind of an odd space for the hotel. The architecture makes it somewhat functional but it's still not the best building. Their meeting areas are fine but I would not recommend this venue for large gatherings of more 200 people. The catering was decent but definitely...
No matter if you are staying here for business, family, or just to party this is the place to be. I want to give a special thanks to the management team , especially Matthew Rogers. He went above and beyond to ensure my family's complete comfort and satisfaction. Great room service, great room. Everyone from the valet, desk clerk , to house keeping were impeccable.AMAZING STAY.
It feels like a maze going to your room and the signage could use some help, but it's a nice clean and quiet place considering it's at Bourbon....i wish there was a microwave to use esp since they have a fridge in the room. i love the magnolia scented lobby!
