I wish I had gotten the name of the maid that cleaned our room, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay
Loved our stay here! Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the area
Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I didn't like was that the rooms are kinda small, and the bathroom is extremely tiny. Other than that it was very nice.
The Riverside Hilton is a decent hotel. It's pretty big and the rooms are about average. There are nice views as well if you stay in the right rooms
The staff here has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of interesting locations
The health club is stunning with 8 full size tennis courts(4 of which can be used as basketball courts)

This is a very busy hotel and there is lots of noise and lots of people in the lobby so that was surprising to me but I still loved it! The outdoor pools area is gorgeous too! It was a wonderful stay!!
The New Orleans Marriott meets expectations in terms of location and convenience, being ideally situated along Canal Street and within walking distance of Bourbon Street, which was a great advantage
The added convenience of having a Starbucks in the building was also a plus. That said, I noticed some areas for improvement in comparison to my experience at the JW Marriott in Mexico City
The breakfast and evening snacks at the Executive Lounge were top-notch 🍴✨. Even had a relaxing nighttime swim for some light exercise 🏊♂️🌙. The location? Absolutely perfect! 🏨👌”
While the service was generally good, the rooms in New Orleans were smaller and lacked certain amenities, like robes and slippers, which were provided in Mexico City
“Everything was incredible! 🌟 I stayed in a corner room with breathtaking views of the Mississippi River 🌊, enjoying stunning sunrises 🌅 and sparkling nightscapes 🌃

Great beds, nice environment and amenities. Convenient to French quarter and other attractions. Mercedes Benz Superdome and Smoothie King Center are across the street. A bit clumsy to navigate initially
The Hyatt is the go-to hotel for our family vacations to New Orleans. It's a great location along the street car route, next to the Super Dome. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly
Lots of spacious meeting rooms, east access to everything, hotel rooms are clean and well-appointed. Check out the outside heated pool on the 5th deck - the nighttime view of the lit pool is also really cool!
Stayed here for a conference and loved it. Very close to many attractions, including the NFL and NBA sports complexes right around the corner - a couple minutes' walking distance
Highly recommend asking a staff member to show you around this hotel. When we first arrived we were given a one bed room when we were supposed to have a two-bedroom
We love the variety of restaurants and bars inside the hotel lobby and the 360 views from the gym at the tippy tip top will inspire any workout

For the room it's self I wasn't as excited after a couple days (yes it was a good size) but there was only a tiny closet to hang nice clothes in, 5 drawers to put clothes in, there's no microwave or mini fridge, the thermostat is connected to a sensor in the room so if it doesn't sense you it turn off to sleep mode and the room heats up again and lastly the shower had no temp control, it would sway...
At this point I'm at day 4 of a 9 day stay. The room is on the 43rd floor with a view that is a bit overwhelming for a person with issues of height. I really can't look down without feeling a bit queasy
The hotel needs to add a few things to be perfect. It would be great if the rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator in the rooms. Our room and the floor our room was on smelled like wet carpet
The room was hot even after turning the air all the way down. We also had a ruff first day with our room. My roommates bed had a stain on the comforter and our tub was clogged
This hotel is great for anyone who wants to be close to the action of New Orleans. It’s walking distances to bourbon street. The fitness center is one of the nicest I’ve seen
Now the stay has been delightful. Front desk personnel are so helpful as are the folks at the concierge service. This is my second visit to NOLA and my second stay st the Sheraton, this is a much better stay

This place is so nice! Every one of the attendance we're so polite, and we're there to address all of your needs
The bar here is fantastic, definitely try to get a drink from Chris! The rooms here are nice, but it seems a little dangerous out front of the hotel. Just walked by anytime after 6 p
people where bailing left & right every time the bus stopped even if they were 3-4 blocks away! I had to bail 3 blocks away too!
If you fly in DO NOT buy the shuttle bus to the local hotels! It took FOREVER to even get close to my hotel
They allowed me to check-in a few hours early. The room I booked wasn't ready so I took what was available, of which they said was a "similar room
More like a downgrade when I compared the room descriptions and type later on. Especially for the amount that I paid

Bathrooms are marble and well appointed with toiletries & fluffy towels. I appreciated body wash & shampoo being provided. Hallways, lobby & meeting areas are spacious & well lit. We felt very safe at this location
Live entertainment 5 days a week in a classy & comfortable atmosphere. Bar tender is knowledgeable & friendly. Pool & hot tub looked like fun but we didn’t partake. I made two stops at their spa
INCREDIBLE stay and experience! I've stayed at numerous Ritz Carlton properties and this was as good as it gets! My wife and I spent our 5th wedding anniversary in New Orleans and we could not be more pleased with our stay
It was wonderful to have the car tucked away and to load and unload in the lovely covered driveway, out of the pouring rain! Even waiting for the car there was pleasant with a stately lion head fountain
I’ve stayed at a few Ritz Carlton’s in the past couple of years. The NOLA location displayed outstanding service with ultra friendly, professional & outgoing staff who all went above and beyond throughout my entire stay
Stayed for two nights for a wedding reception in the ballroom where Iwas the live painter. I loved the beauty of the historic building. So many gorgeous original oil paintings

The room was upgraded and was overlooking the pool. The room was beautiful, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The staff at the fountain lounge was phenomenal. The cleaning staff was beyond expectations
The hotel is well maintained and updated. The rooms are updated, spacious, clean, and well organized. The pool area was clean, fun, and relaxing. We ordered food from the Dominica Restaurant in the lobby
Comfortable rooms, but similar feedback as others on the size of the bathrooms (a little cramped). Pool deck is small but lively and the restaurants/food is great
From valet to rooftop swimming pool, from beautiful lobby to cozy rooms, the Waldorf was a breath of fresh air in a city of adventure
We stayed in an upgraded room and enjoyed the spacious sitting areas, comfortable beds, and clean and well apprortioned washroom. Staff was pleasant and kind, and attentive to our needs
From the time I arrived till I left, the hotel and the staff were above and beyond my expectations. The only thing missing from my experience was my family, as I travelled for business

Never had that at any of the many other hotels I've stayed at
Killer amazing location, overlooking Mississippi River, NOLA centrally located, modern clean rooms, with awesome staff. Hotel shares ground floor shops and nearby restaurant & attractions
The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfy. Within 10' walking distance from the French Quarter. The staff was friendly and made us feeling welcome
There is a beautiful lounge with a good view on the city too
No car need as walking anywhere is just minutes away
If you're not sure where to start go chat with him!

Wonderful service! The concierge booked a room with Irene after my efforts were in vain. Nicely furnished room with a wonderful view. Love the pool and rooftop bar. The doorman was always friendly and helpful
Stayed here three times over the last five years. Impeccable service starting at the parking garage, getting our luggage up to our room. Nolan, you are the man! Our suite was very nice
Whether you’re staying here for a family vacation or bachelor party just talk to the doorman he knows what’s up and has a pulse on the city! Location is definitely at the front gate of the city for whatever activity you may want to do
They also held our luggage after we checked out until it was time for our train to depart. The bar downstairs was very chic. The only downside was that the carousel didn't work
The service at the carousel lounge was definitely top-notch and accommodating as well
We visited the bar for super expensive drinks and had a good time. The guy at the door was very nice. We decided to use valet parking which was very expensive ($45 - it could have been ok and I'm just cheap)

Rooftop pool is nice to have but very small. Loads of cafes close by for breakfast and dozens of restaurants walking distance
Stayed here for the Eras tour and had an amazing experience. The hotel had free friendship bracelet making and glitter before the show. They had bottles of water available for when we returned after the show
My stay was absolutely flawless. From check in to check out the hotel provided excellent service. Every aspect of our stay went smoothly. The valet was always quick and polite with retrieving our car
Good location near the French quarter, louis Armstrong park and tram stops for further afield and bourbon street for a little jazz and people watching. Large room, comfy bed, good air-conditioning
A special THANK YOU to Mark at the front desk who helped me locate my suit that was left behind at check out. Would highly recommend this hotel for your business or vacation trip to New Orleans
I’ll start with the positive being that it’s within great distance of bourbon street and good places to eat. However, upon arrival for our family reunion, our room was not ready

The hotel staff was always helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel wasn't too loud to sleep. The pool was nice to sit by during the day. The hotel restaurant Desire had wonderful food
My family and I visited for Easter brunch and it was absolutely fantastic. There was a large spread of quality New Orleans style dishes that could definitely compete against some upscale restaurants in the area
Went in to have a jazz brunch at the restaurant. This restaurant is a must if you are looking to have a great meal and cocktail. Everything we tried was very well done and the presentation was also amazing
The wandering jazz band was a great touch and really enahanced the atmosphere
There was a child's buffet, at child's height, with kid favorites. The staff were all professional, kind, courteous, helpful and more than we could've hoped for. The facilities were well-kept and clean
Absolutely amazing staff. Answered all questions with thorough knowledge. Everyone we've met at the hotel is ready to assist, personable and delightful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Check-in was amazing, Room was a really nice size for one or two people. They don't pressure you for housekeeping. When they say they will come back, they actually do
Executive Lounge has a decent breakfast, it also has games and a pool table. In walking distance of most of the sites in downtown New Orleans
The reception staff were knowledgeable and were able to help us fix our invoice issue
I like that it's on the back street which allows for ease of unloading and parking. The facility is immaculately kept. The room and the view is very nice
The room was cleaned perfectly!!!! Nice view of the city with a last minute registrations. Also, the late checkout was PERFECT

It's one of those little things that I don't think I've ever seen another hotel do--who seeks to amuse you for that fleeting couple of moments while your elevator car comes? That's a level of service that deserves acclaim
Hayward is your man if you need ANYTHING. Darrius and Heather are your bar peeps and take good care. Morgan is sweet and she manages the food and beverage areas. The athletic facilities are the best in the city
Mini bar prices were steep but this hotel isn't alone there. Didn't try the hotel bar or pool but both looked inviting
If you want to stay in Nola and in style, this is your place. It takes a long time to get your car and runs $50 plus tax/day!!
One down fall was that our room did not have a ventilation fan, but that is not enough to lower my 5-star rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Location is great, really close to the French Quarter but far enough away from the activity. Rooms are recently renovated and very classy. Every one is fantastically nice and helpful.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the amazing pool is beautiful. As someone who was in the service industry for 20 years, I am blown away by the staff here
Staff was also very nice especially valet and security. The convenience store across the street is a little rough at night but we had no problems. I plan to stay here again next time we visit
My stay was almost two months ago and I’m still in awe of the service I received from everyone I interacted with. A special thanks to all of the guys who valet and work their butts off
Especially to Zeno and Toriano who went out of the way to help me when I had a flat tire. I’ve been to New Orleans a handful of times and this was my favorite place I’ve stayed
To those that complain about the area, well… it comes with the territory. Yes, you are going to have people sleeping in the streets, much like every city’s downtown area
We knew the rooms did not have a refrigerator. We requested a room with a refrigerator. The front desk said the upgrade would be an additional $ 15 per night

We felt awkward, so we sat on the patio overlooking the pool discussing the incident, & didn't leave the room until later that evening for dinner, but came RIGHT back
The Windsor Court Hotel is located in downtown New Orleans, just far enough away from the French Quarter to avoid most of the noise, while still allowing it to be well within walking distance of bourbon street, Cafe Du Monde, and the other shops in the French quarter
Rooms are cleaned every day and the room service will leave something like a chocolate or a praline on your nightstand. In the rooms, there are two televisions. There is HBO available at no additional charge
The Windsor Court Hotel is a wonderful place with wonderful rooms and excellent service. During my stay there, room service was excellent, the bellhop was fast, and the in-house restaurant was amazing
The restaurant was also lovely and the jazz evening at the bar had a great little band which was a definite plus
The rooms at the Windsor Court Hotel are amazing, spacious, clean, and well stocked with coffee and snacks

Great rooms with great amenities. In the heart of the French Quarter (intersection of Bourbon Street and Iberville Street). Don't be surprised by lots of noise and traffic outside the hotel and your room
The restaurant attached to it is The Red Fish Grill. We ate there it was amazing! The service was exceptional in the hotel and restaurant
Service was great, employees were mindful of our privacy as well. First day of service was a little shabby but great afterwards. For the price the hotel isn't amazing, but you can't beat the convenience of the location
The architecture makes it somewhat functional but it's still not the best building. Their meeting areas are fine but I would not recommend this venue for large gatherings of more 200 people
The bed, bathroom, and carpet were clean and there was no odor of smoke. The building itself is pretty unremarkable. It's kind of an odd space for the hotel
The catering was decent but definitely nothing extraordinary. If you are hungry, I recommend eating at Red Fish on the first floor

If you are into modern/newly renovated rooms in a historical building and town, this is the place for you! Fantastic stay with a large clean room, friendly staff and great food! Exactly what you would expect from a Hilton
We will be back again!
Ps- if you drive, plan on $42 valet parking at the Hotel or $20-$25 a day off site parking with about a 2-3 block walk
We went to Luke at the Hilton for a last-minute Christmas breakfast. Because my M-I-L isn't very mobile, we couldn't wait super long. The hostess was lovely and accomodateing and sweet
The food was delicious and the service was terrific!
This was a bit frustrating after driving for 9 hours that day. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. The fitness room was sufficient, the room was clean and nice, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was divine
Great location near the Quarter. It was also quiet, which is a plus for the late night NOLA traffic in hotels. Parking was on the expensive side ($42 overnight, per night) so factor that into your stay

The room has modern conveniences (built-in charging station for phones on nightstand, TV- controlled services, including in-room dining ordering), nice touches to occupy time (games, mini-coffee table books), and a unique layout/ design
Just returned from a lovely 5 day trip to NOLA where I stayed at this hotel. I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was friendly, checking in and out was a breeze, and the room was comfortable and spacious
I didn’t end up having time to use the pool, however the staff up there were incredibly welcoming and it looked like a great spot to relax and take a dip or use the lounge chairs. Thanks so much for a great stay!
It felt like a home away from home. As an early riser I appreciated being able to acquire espresso at 7am at the Funny Library
I was travelling with a friend and we had separate reservations; the hotel was able to accommodate my request for us to be on the same floor and this was greatly appreciated
Controls for lighting and AC on the TV were super cool. Dual overhead/wand shower, awesome. The view from the pool bar is fantastic. Had a postcard sunset our last night
