Rooftop pool is nice to have but very small. Loads of cafes close by for breakfast and dozens of restaurants walking distance
Stayed here for the Eras tour and had an amazing experience. The hotel had free friendship bracelet making and glitter before the show. They had bottles of water available for when we returned after the show
My stay was absolutely flawless. From check in to check out the hotel provided excellent service. Every aspect of our stay went smoothly. The valet was always quick and polite with retrieving our car
Good location near the French quarter, louis Armstrong park and tram stops for further afield and bourbon street for a little jazz and people watching. Large room, comfy bed, good air-conditioning
A special THANK YOU to Mark at the front desk who helped me locate my suit that was left behind at check out. Would highly recommend this hotel for your business or vacation trip to New Orleans
I’ll start with the positive being that it’s within great distance of bourbon street and good places to eat. However, upon arrival for our family reunion, our room was not ready

Valet was great, nice upgrade to an executive sweet overlooking the super dome. The bed was great after a long day. Amenities offered were great in the bathroom and enjoyed the M club and pool/ gym area
The staff is amazing! Everyone is cheerful, helpful and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Special mention to Adam Ramirez who was super helpful when we needed to box and ship some things home
This hotel is all about the location and the staff. Beautifully renovated, it could not be more conveniently located, literally across the street from the Convention Center and the Boardwalk shopping mall
I was definitely annoyed when asked to pay $50 for early check in (what? early check in fee? the room is just sitting there waiting for us!) but we were too tired to contemplate the alternative
Uber is a bit of a hassle because they pick up at the "Convention Center pickup location" which is not really close to the hotel entrance. So you have to communicate with your driver
Or get a cab - much easier and less stressful, especially if you're trying to catch a 6am flight back home! All in all, we would most likely stay there again!

Beautiful lobby, nice pool. Although the bar was not very appealing in ambience and decor, the barman made excellent cocktails. Decent shower pressure and thick towels
I stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert and it was such a magical experience! Mike is such a kind soul and helped us figure out transportation and the beach. David was so helpful too in helping the whole time
It really did feel like a home away from home - felt so warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and historic but our room was renovated and so beautiful and clean
Rooms are clean, hot water, nice pool. Only downside we noticed was our room didn’t have a microwave for our leftovers, but not a big deal to us. The hotel has a historical, classy hotel feel for an affordable price
We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Location is amazing, we valet parked our car the first day and never drove it out until we checked out because we could walk to every destination on our list
The hotel was within walking distance of much of what we wanted to experience. Rooms were being renovated in part of the hotel, but we were placed in a renovated room. It was beautifully furnished

Hotel pool also was really nice. Blocked well from the wind so can use more than expected. In walking distance to all the action of the French quarter
I wish they made a bit more shade around the pool, but it was still fun. Our room was a little run down, like the toilet didn’t flush right and the water faucet in the bathroom sink was hard to maneuver
If you want to enjoy all the vibes of the city nightlife, get a room on Bourbon Street. If, like me, you want to sleep before 3am, book a room with a garden/pool view. All the staff is very helpful and accommodating
Well this is the hotel to do it from! It can be a bit of a puzzle to find where to get the car into their parking area - it will be valet and 30 bucks a night - It is so worth it as everything you can think of is walking distance from here! So we parked the car and checked in
This is a great hotel for being on bourbon. Actually getting updated as I type in the lobby. Rooms also have been updated. It’s an older hotel so things are a bit funky in terms of layouts but it works
Especially Ronita who went above and beyond to help figure out some details for me. We had balcony room and definitely needed the earplugs to sleep

Ricky at the bar definitely made our day several times! His drinks were SO GOOD and the conversations were great! Learned more from Ricky at the bar drinking and eating gumbo (which was very good) than on the tour
First time here in New Orleans. I was very impressed with the quality and the security of this hotel. Valet parking was so nice, car was secure and returned promptly when requested
Walking distance from all of the restaurants and bars. The employees were so very polite and helpful with all of our needs. I will definitely be returning to explore more and this will be the hotel I book at
Only few complaints : window view lol not ideal at all, had us thinking it was muggy and raining all day, the air doesn’t feel like it working throughout the night, and no pool, but overall great experience
A block away from Bourbon Street. Parking is available via the Hilton around the corner but check in early for your parking or you will be walking a couple of blocks extra

Enjoyed our stay, great location, and patio pool ambiance! My partner complained the service door near room 304 was a bit disruptive, audibly getting access through the night, but I slept through it! And I mentioned to the manager and he was concerned and investigated
Parfait! Everything was perfect! nice hotel, nice rooms, nice pool... Frankie greeted us like a VIP, he was very attentive and friendly, gave us a lot of good recommendations! 10/10 it was great!
The rooms were clean, unique, and comfortable. The pool and garden areas were gorgeous. Almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel
Visited this past weekend with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. The staff was beyond kind and accommodating. From the front desk to the bartender. To the employees that you passed on your way up to the room
Taylor the bartender was so so sweet and helpful! The manager made sure to have a special treat in the room with the birthday boy. Thank you for an all-around great experience
I sent a gift to a colleague who is on holiday - Frankie (who works for W) was amazing at helping me out successfully. His recommendations were spot on! Thank you!

I wish I had gotten the name of the maid that cleaned our room, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay
Loved our stay here! Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the area
Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I didn't like was that the rooms are kinda small, and the bathroom is extremely tiny. Other than that it was very nice.
The Riverside Hilton is a decent hotel. It's pretty big and the rooms are about average. There are nice views as well if you stay in the right rooms
The staff here has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of interesting locations
The health club is stunning with 8 full size tennis courts(4 of which can be used as basketball courts)

It provided us with a variety of delicious options to start our days off right. The 6th-floor laundry area, pool, and workout room were remarkable additional perks. The pool area was overly crowded
We loved the place! Breakfast and complimentary dinner (which we did not expect!) with drinks were great. Outdoor pool and fantastic gym
The roof top outdoor pool was very nice! The front desk staff were just awesome when we checked in with our large group, especially Dee, Ricky, Alex and the manager, Slade
But all of that was surpassed by absolutely phenomenal staff! The hotel boasts that it's family-owned and we indeed felt that employees were like one family, not only to themselves, but also to guests
Our stay at the Drury Plaza was great! The rooms were clean, the entire hotel to include the common areas (lobby, dinning room, pool, jacuzzi, outside patio, parking garage) was immaculate
Great hotel! The rooms were very clean. The staff provided excellent customer service. I really like the daily breakfast and evening kickback. If you leave something behind, do not expect it to be in the lost and found.

Pros: convenient location to popular tourist spots, small workout room with free weights, small pool, price point. Cons: breakfast is limited, room layout, room cleanliness
This is a nice clean hotel. Great location as it is walking distance from the French Quarter. Very nice staff as Angelica was very hospitable at the front desk.
My experience was great. Staff was very nice. Rooms were up to date and clean. The kids loved it. Will definitely be back
This Holiday Inn Express was remarkably clean. The room was slightly smaller than I expected but the accomodations were nice. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was quiet without distractions during the night
Hotel was nice and rooms were updated but small. My room had a lovely view of the AC unit, but it was fine. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was a pretty standard continental buffet set up.
The sliding bathroom door was different, offerimg less privacy than I am accustomed to but it was adequate. Complimentary breakfast was a nice treat also

Our room was beautiful with a window facing Decatur st, a comfortable king size 4 poster bed, the bathroom had a huge walk in marbled shower. The desk clerk printed our boarding passes and the bell man called us a cab
The room was not quite ready when we got there but they kept our luggage for us. The breakfast lady was a little bit hovering
Everything turned out great! I booked the room through Southwest vacations
We love Bienville House! We come here annually and it's fabulous every time
We came in late from burbon st and the front desk attendant was MIA, got stuck outside for around 10 minutes. Its a gorgeous hotel, everyone is friendly, its kept nice and shiney.
The staff are wonderful--we have a 7 year old daughter who they remember every time and treat like royalty (Beverly is the best, and we also love the breakfast staff). She loves the pool, which is lovely

We had a great time in NOLA as always. This hotel was located in the perfect location for us and had a GREAT view of the city and the Mississippi River. The room was small with a two year old but we really enjoyed it
Clean, comfortable, affordable. Erica at the front desk was great! She went out of her way to help us and recommend places to visit in the city. The next day she still remembered us and referred us again
To be honest, this is not our usual choice for a downtown New Orleans hotel. But we are very pleased with the experience. The rooms were very good and each one had a good view of the city
Excellent staff. Great room. We were in for a conference and really enjoyed our stay. The bar is nice. Mike was very personable and made us a drink to try, on him.
The room was clean and well stocked. Judging by other places we explored, the entire hotel was well maintained. Keith, the bellman was absolutely fantastic
It was a great place to stay. I loved everything. We have early check in and late check out. Valet was amazing. The bartender was great!

Location and service was excellent. the outside pool was tremendous. Guest next door 🚪 after walking out the zoo plus aquarium them had dinner
It had all the amenities I look for in a hotel, and the staff was really friendly, helpful, and courteous which I always love and adore about this great city! I was pleasantly surprised how upscale it was for the price we paid
wanted to sleep 😴 the next guest door,it like they were watching super bwol from 8 until 1am. i had leave and drove 2hours back home. But otherwise the resort is excellent excellent
Front desk representatives that works Thursday 4:00pm 08. She checked me in as well the other young lady that tells me about that wonderful restaurant you both represented well
It was great! Very nice, clean, and quiet. The location is great and close enough to everything. The room was unique in its layout which was cool and different
It had a very comfortable bed and pillows, and a very spacious shower with abundant hot water and power behind the spray which I appreciate so much

Spacious, very clean, room very well equipped, great facilities ( loved the huge heated pool, hot tub great) the foyer/atrium/ reception area said it all… “this is a great place to stay”.
As stated in the comment before, yes this is part of the hospital. Yes it's an old Hospital, but it's an excellent hospital!!! Handles specialty cases from all over the world and a leader in medical procedures
Recently stayed here while a family member was in the hospital. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds and bedding were comfortable. There is a very nice atrium as well as a pool.
Fortunately this Hospital has a hotel for patients and their families!!! Not having to drive and find parking in NOLA and transport back and forth to be with a loved one. Brent House is a blessing for those who need it
I truly enjoyed my stay at the Brent House. The staff was so friendly and inviting. They went the extra mile to make sure our stay in New Orleans was awesome
Very nice service and location for us as out of town visitors. It's part of the hospital, but the hotel itself is a seperate area which was not busy or loud

Great beds, nice environment and amenities. Convenient to French quarter and other attractions. Mercedes Benz Superdome and Smoothie King Center are across the street. A bit clumsy to navigate initially
The Hyatt is the go-to hotel for our family vacations to New Orleans. It's a great location along the street car route, next to the Super Dome. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly
Lots of spacious meeting rooms, east access to everything, hotel rooms are clean and well-appointed. Check out the outside heated pool on the 5th deck - the nighttime view of the lit pool is also really cool!
Stayed here for a conference and loved it. Very close to many attractions, including the NFL and NBA sports complexes right around the corner - a couple minutes' walking distance
Highly recommend asking a staff member to show you around this hotel. When we first arrived we were given a one bed room when we were supposed to have a two-bedroom
We love the variety of restaurants and bars inside the hotel lobby and the 360 views from the gym at the tippy tip top will inspire any workout

The staff was super friendly and sweet. It is an older hotel so of course it's not going to be super up to date
We stayed here for our wedding, and it was the perfect setting. I love the courtyard pool and the quaint bar attached
The TVs can be updated but the room itself was comfy! The shower was a little weird on how to get it running but was a great shower
The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is because the carpet felt dirty and smelled a little, and the old windows had gaps that let the air conditioning escape so it was difficult to keep the room cool
the bar next door - May Baileys is the best!! we loved the music and the drinks. Jennifer behind the bar was the best hostess. will definitely return to the hotel and the bar
I loved the location, the staff and the bed was super comfy. it has the old new Orleans feel so Dont expect a modern property. but why would you want modern in New Orleans

Room was absolutely FABULOUS!! Beds were comfortable and the view was really nice!! Really enjoyed being by the poolside @ night with all the colored lights!! It was so beautiful!! I will definitely be back!! (Pic of me by the pool!!)
It's in a good spot to get to pretty much anywhere in a few minutes walk! The staff were very friendly and have better information on restaurant, if you don't want to get stuck in a tourist restaurant and you like the hole in the wall places
Now the stay has been delightful. Front desk personnel are so helpful as are the folks at the concierge service. This is my second visit to NOLA and my second stay st the Sheraton, this is a much better stay
Like this year last year it was an extended time, but no housekeeping due to signing up for Green Choice. so yes I did sign up again for Green Choice but did mentioned that on day 4 I would need new towels
The room was clean and the staff was nice when we checked in. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked great. Short distance to french quarter and bourbon. Would definitely stay here again
For the room it's self I wasn't as excited after a couple days (yes it was a good size) but there was only a tiny closet to hang nice clothes in, 5 drawers to put clothes in, there's no microwave or mini fridge, the thermostat is connected to a sensor in the room so if it doesn't sense you it turn off to sleep mode and the room heats up again and lastly the shower had no temp control, it would sway...

The room was upgraded and was overlooking the pool. The room was beautiful, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The staff at the fountain lounge was phenomenal. The cleaning staff was beyond expectations
The hotel is well maintained and updated. The rooms are updated, spacious, clean, and well organized. The pool area was clean, fun, and relaxing. We ordered food from the Dominica Restaurant in the lobby
Comfortable rooms, but similar feedback as others on the size of the bathrooms (a little cramped). Pool deck is small but lively and the restaurants/food is great
From valet to rooftop swimming pool, from beautiful lobby to cozy rooms, the Waldorf was a breath of fresh air in a city of adventure
We stayed in an upgraded room and enjoyed the spacious sitting areas, comfortable beds, and clean and well apprortioned washroom. Staff was pleasant and kind, and attentive to our needs
From the time I arrived till I left, the hotel and the staff were above and beyond my expectations. The only thing missing from my experience was my family, as I travelled for business

We are currently spending our first anniversary here in New Orleans and picked The Ritz Carlton for our hotel. The location of the hotel is right on Canal St with plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance
It is the perfect hotel to stay in. The food is great in the restaurant. I had the M Bistro salad, 14oz Bone in Ribeye with banana bread pudding. I had the Mens massage with hot stones and talk rest and relaxation
The lobby and front desk are located on the 3rd floor which was a bit confusing if you weren't told. The front desk was great and upgraded us to a garden view, which the view in this town are nothing special
You can pretty much walk to any place if you have the right shoes, but you can also take the trolley. Upon arrival to the hotel the valet was friendly and let us know a bit about the city
Bartender made me an old fashioned. I told him he's great but I didn't like it. He said "I understand everyone likes them different, here is a new drink on the house" totally awesome guy about it
Awesome live jazz music every Friday and Saturday night on the 3rd floor. Great food and swanky venue.

We felt awkward, so we sat on the patio overlooking the pool discussing the incident, & didn't leave the room until later that evening for dinner, but came RIGHT back
The Windsor Court Hotel is located in downtown New Orleans, just far enough away from the French Quarter to avoid most of the noise, while still allowing it to be well within walking distance of bourbon street, Cafe Du Monde, and the other shops in the French quarter
Rooms are cleaned every day and the room service will leave something like a chocolate or a praline on your nightstand. In the rooms, there are two televisions. There is HBO available at no additional charge
The Windsor Court Hotel is a wonderful place with wonderful rooms and excellent service. During my stay there, room service was excellent, the bellhop was fast, and the in-house restaurant was amazing
The restaurant was also lovely and the jazz evening at the bar had a great little band which was a definite plus
