Loved our stay here! Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the area. I wish I had gotten the name of the maid that cleaned our room, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff here has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of interesting locations. The health club is stunning with 8 full size tennis courts(4 of which can be used as basketball courts).

It’s a great place to launch from. Plenty of shops for that item you forgot at home. Convention space is awesome. The views from the suites are amazing. Concierge has the tips for the hidden gems.

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I didn't like was that the rooms are kinda small, and the bathroom is extremely tiny. Other than that it was very nice.

The Riverside Hilton is a decent hotel. It's pretty big and the rooms are about average. There are nice views as well if you stay in the right rooms. The location is very good as it's close to Bourbon Street and a lot of other things.

The Hyatt is the go-to hotel for our family vacations to New Orleans. It's a great location along the street car route, next to the Super Dome. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. We love the variety of restaurants and bars inside the hotel lobby and the 360 views from the gym at the tippy tip top will inspire any workout.

The room was small but very clean. Noisy, as neighboring rooms closed their door it would be heard in our room. We could hear the person upstairs walking, running water, etc. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and updated. The rooms are updated, spacious, clean, and well organized. The pool area was clean, fun, and relaxing. We stayed here. It was quite nice. Across the street from a Cascio, which pleased my wife. Also accommodated our cat, which pleased him. For me, I'm easy. It's all good. Service was quite good and price was well within reason.

It's my home away from home. Hayward is your man if you need ANYTHING. Darrius and Heather are your bar peeps and take good care. Morgan is sweet and she manages the food and beverage areas. The athletic facilities are the best in the city. If you want to stay in Nola and in style, this is your place. Only knock is the valet. Close to all the places you want to go when in NOLA. There was a small issue with a package we booked with and the hotel front desk more than made up for it. Rooms were a little smaller but clean and quiet, definitely worth the money. We also had a bathtub which is nice, considering most hotels are going shower only. We will absolutely stay here again.

We only stay here as the suites are fantastic. We stayed there once and the band The Cure was there and we were headed to their concert. If millionaire bands stay there...why not you? The clearance of the parking garage was only 6 ft 4in, so our vehicle and several other trucks could not fit and we had to pay additional parking down the road and still had difficultly finding a spot. Didn't stay at the hotel. Had Sunday breakfast though. Friendly, personable, attentive, and polite staff. The food was fresh and tasted great. My suggestion would be (as a diner) ask for a table near the windows, and have the added benefit of people watching. 😉

Our go to hotel on New Orleans! Right where we went to be, too blocks from so much fun and great food. Love The Rib Room and the rooftop bar. Alex, the bartender at the bar mixes delicious drinks and is a true pleasure! Hope to be back soon!

I happened to come across a really good deal for this hotel when I was looking, so it seemed like fate that we would stay here. The Jung looked great in the pictures, but you never truly know. Best part of our New Orleans trip. Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious room for a great price. There's a rooftop pool that guest have access to, the view from there during the evening was really nice. I had a delightful stay at The Jung . Everything was brand new , The Executive King Room super spacious , big bathroom with all essential amenities. Wonderful surprises in the kitchenette all new stove, refrigerator with an awesome ice maker, dishwasher dishes and utensils provided. I don't know what mattress they had but I need one of those in my life, so comfy. I highly recommend you visit.

Great rooms with great amenities. In the heart of the French Quarter (intersection of Bourbon Street and Iberville Street). Don't be surprised by lots of noise and traffic outside the hotel and your room. The Bourbon Street party goes 24/7 and never really lets up. If you're looking for a more peaceful stay, consider a hotel outside of the French Quarter.

It is in a fantastic location. The restaurant attached to it is The Red Fish Grill. We ate there it was amazing! The service was exceptional in the hotel and restaurant. The room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable.

Service was great, employees were mindful of our privacy as well. First day of service was a little shabby but great afterwards. For the price the hotel isn't amazing, but you can't beat the convenience of the location. It is in the epicenter of all the partying and tourist attractions. Lots of good eats in the area as well!

It feels like a maze going to your room and the signage could use some help, but it's a nice clean and quiet place considering it's at Bourbon....i wish there was a microwave to use esp since they have a fridge in the room. i love the magnolia scented lobby!
