Stayed here for the Eras tour and had an amazing experience. Staff was so nice. The hotel had free friendship bracelet making and glitter before the show. Good location near the French quarter, louis Armstrong park and tram stops for further afield and bourbon street for a little jazz and people watching. Large room, comfy bed, good air-conditioning. Visited in may 2023. Just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very central location in the French Quarter. The rooms were fabulous. The pool was clean. The security was great. Loved our stay here! Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the area. I wish I had gotten the name of the maid that cleaned our room, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff here has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of interesting locations. The health club is stunning with 8 full size tennis courts(4 of which can be used as basketball courts).

This Holiday Inn Express was remarkably clean. The room was slightly smaller than I expected but the accomodations were nice. The hotel staff were very friendly. We love Bienville House! We come here annually and it's fabulous every time. The staff are wonderful--we have a 7 year old daughter who they remember every time and treat like royalty (Beverly is the best, and we also love the breakfast staff). I had a great time staying at this hotel. It's very chic and modern, and its location is prime real estate as it is walking distance to everything. The only concerns were the low water pressure and the frequent breakdowns of the small elevators. My reason for the visit was for dining at the Copeland's cheese cake bistro connected to the hotel.. the food was amazing, and the appetizers were also good.... The desserts, especially the cheese cake are really really good... The overall atmosphere were comfortable and welcoming. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because customer service can be a little bit better.

The Hyatt is the go-to hotel for our family vacations to New Orleans. It's a great location along the street car route, next to the Super Dome. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. We love the variety of restaurants and bars inside the hotel lobby and the 360 views from the gym at the tippy tip top will inspire any workout.

Check in was smooth. Receptionists are exceptional! Room is traditional and not overly large as is expected for a historic venue. It is close to Bourbon Street and is in the historic French quarter. We stayed here for our wedding, and it was the perfect setting. I love the courtyard pool and the quaint bar attached. Our room was enormous, and we had a balcony overlooking the street, which was nice spot to sit and sip wine in the evenings. Had a great view of the city. The room was clean and the staff was nice when we checked in. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked great. Short distance to french quarter and bourbon. Would definitely stay here again

Looks nice from the outside. Stepping into lobby comes along with an overpowering scent of perfume - much like certain stores at the mall. The room itself was fine, but small details show through.
