Loved our stay here! Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the area. I wish I had gotten the name of the maid that cleaned our room, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
This is a really nice hotel. The staff here has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of interesting locations. The health club is stunning with 8 full size tennis courts(4 of which can be used as basketball courts).
It’s a great place to launch from. Plenty of shops for that item you forgot at home. Convention space is awesome. The views from the suites are amazing. Concierge has the tips for the hidden gems.
Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I didn't like was that the rooms are kinda small, and the bathroom is extremely tiny. Other than that it was very nice.
The Riverside Hilton is a decent hotel. It's pretty big and the rooms are about average. There are nice views as well if you stay in the right rooms. The location is very good as it's close to Bourbon Street and a lot of other things.
Nice place but expect to pay a lot of high fees for basically anything. They know you're staying in a high priced hotel and they want that money too. Not just in the hotel but everywhere in this particular area. All the store and restaurants will charge you more for standard items & food, and they can because everywhere that sell anything at standard value will be farther than most want to walk or...

The New Orleans Marriott meets expectations in terms of location and convenience, being ideally situated along Canal Street and within walking distance of Bourbon Street, which was a great advantage. The added convenience of having a Starbucks in the building was also a plus. That said, I noticed some areas for improvement in comparison to my experience at the JW Marriott in Mexico City. While the...
“Everything was incredible! 🌟 I stayed in a corner room with breathtaking views of the Mississippi River 🌊, enjoying stunning sunrises 🌅 and sparkling nightscapes 🌃. The breakfast and evening snacks at the Executive Lounge were top-notch 🍴✨. Even had a relaxing nighttime swim for some light exercise 🏊‍♂️🌙. The location? Absolutely perfect! 🏨👌”
Stayed with my sister during a busy conference. Location is right on Canal St. and close to EVERYTHING! Food, bars, and Bourbon St. I am a walker on vacation, so we walked everywhere. We had a corner room, which had a fantastic view! The bathroom, however, was extremely small. The gym was surprisingly pretty full, but had a lot of machines. The bar area was always packed with people (which means it...
Clean, comfortable, affordable. Wonderful staff. Erica at the front desk was great! She went out of her way to help us and recommend places to visit in the city. The next day she still remembered us and referred us again. A personal touch that you don't see too often anymore! Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time in NOLA as always. This hotel was located in the perfect location for us and had a GREAT view of the city and the Mississippi River. The room was small with a two year old but we really enjoyed it. The room was clean and well stocked. Judging by other places we explored, the entire hotel was well maintained. TV and cable were fantastic. Keith, the bellman was absolutely fantastic...
It was a great place to stay. I loved everything. We have early check in and late check out. Valet was amazing. The bartender was great!

location was great, walking distance to the French quarter and easy access to the garden district rooms were clean and bright several dining options incl Starbucks on site
The Hyatt is the go-to hotel for our family vacations to New Orleans. It's a great location along the street car route, next to the Super Dome. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. We love the variety of restaurants and bars inside the hotel lobby and the 360 views from the gym at the tippy tip top will inspire any workout.
The room was small but very clean. Noisy, as neighboring rooms closed their door it would be heard in our room. We could hear the person upstairs walking, running water, etc. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. May want to pack some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Great location, excellent staff, with a great view of the Superdome. From a technical logical standpoint this hotel is superior to most others in the area; however, you will likely get lost and this hotel on your first attempt trying to navigate through it. Highly recommend asking a staff member to show you around this hotel. When we first arrived we were given a one bed room when we were supposed...
This hotel is amazing! The service is incredible here. Everyone from the valet to the front desk. They have gone above and beyond for our stay. Explaining the valet pricing and safety to letting is check in early. I would highly recommend this place for any visit to New Orleans. I will certainly be back!
Stayed here for a conference and loved it. Very close to many attractions, including the NFL and NBA sports complexes right around the corner - a couple minutes' walking distance. Parking is expensive and is not directly owned by the hotel, but there is plenty of street parking for up to 2 hours if you're just stopping by. Lots of spacious meeting rooms, east access to everything, hotel rooms are...

The hotel was very pretty just a couple blocks from the French quarter, the casino and most of the attractions. It's in a good spot to get to pretty much anywhere in a few minutes walk! The staff were very friendly and have better information on restaurant, if you don't want to get stuck in a tourist restaurant and you like the hole in the wall places. For the room it's self I wasn't as excited after...
This hotel is great for anyone who wants to be close to the action of New Orleans. It’s walking distances to bourbon street. The fitness center is one of the nicest I’ve seen. The hotel needs to add a few things to be perfect. 1. It would be great if the rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator in the rooms. 2. Our room and the floor our room was on smelled like wet carpet. 3. The room was hot even...
At this point I'm at day 4 of a 9 day stay. The room is on the 43rd floor with a view that is a bit overwhelming for a person with issues of height. I really can't look down without feeling a bit queasy. Now the stay has been delightful... Starbucks in the lobby. Front desk personnel are so helpful as are the folks at the concierge service. This is my second visit to NOLA and my second stay st...
Had a great view of the city. The room was clean and the staff was nice when we checked in. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked great. Short distance to french quarter and bourbon. Would definitely stay here again
Looks nice from the outside. Stepping into lobby comes along with an overpowering scent of perfume - much like certain stores at the mall. The room itself was fine, but small details show through. Things like the toilet missing the covers for the seat hardware and the backing peeling away from the mirrors really kill the illusion. A few positives about the accommodations, the full length windows in...
Very busy. Rooms are nice. Nice city views. The water pressure was not great on the 21st floor. Overall, very nice hotel. Will use again.

Was an excellent location, right in the centre of town. Not even a minutes walk to Bourbon Street. Our room was a little bit small for three of us but that was expected. All facilities were great.
Nice 4 star hotel right on the edge of the action on Bourbon Street. So you don't have the ruckus but you're steps away from the action. I'd definitely stay there again. If you fly in DO NOT buy the shuttle bus to the local hotels! It took FOREVER to even get close to my hotel...people where bailing left & right every time the bus stopped even if they were 3-4 blocks away! I had to bail 3 blocks away...
The hotel is very nice! Surprisingly, the staff especially around the main entrance can be a bit crabby.
This place is so nice! Every one of the attendance we're so polite, and we're there to address all of your needs. The bar here is fantastic, definitely try to get a drink from Chris! The rooms here are nice, but it seems a little dangerous out front of the hotel. Just walked by anytime after 6 p.m. and you'll understand.
I liked my stay here. They allowed me to check-in a few hours early. The room I booked wasn't ready so I took what was available, of which they said was a "similar room." It wasn't. More like a downgrade when I compared the room descriptions and type later on. Especially for the amount that I paid. Though, the room was very clean and smelled great! One concern was there wasn't a refrigerator, microwave...
Hotel room was a suite and nice looking. Though, it needed more decor and a mini fridge to store drinks/leftovers. The pull out couch mattress was uncomfortable and thin. Our conference rooms were really nice with water coolers available. The lunch and snacks were delicious in between meetings. The staff was nice and helpful.
I called and called to get maid service and no ine came. I think 3 times in one day. The front desk wouldn’t answer after that. I spoke to the maids the next say and they were never told. I fond it unacceptable for a front desk at a hotel this large to not answer calls. There is also a bunch of hidden fees at this hotel. INCREDIBLE stay and experience! I've stayed at numerous Ritz Carlton properties and this was as good as it gets! My wife and I spent our 5th wedding anniversary in New Orleans and we could not be more pleased with our stay. Thank you to All of the staff and associates for the impeccable service and the experience we had! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You all are the best!
Stayed for two nights for a wedding reception in the ballroom where Iwas the live painter. I loved the beauty of the historic building. So many gorgeous original oil paintings. As an artist, I appreciated all the attention to detail from the ceiling to the floor in every space. The valets were so courteous. It was wonderful to have the car tucked away and to load and unload in the lovely covered driveway...

Traveling to New Orleans for Essence music festival with friends and family. I would like to say thank you to Jasmine at the front desk, Dylan, the doorman, and Al/Alvin/ Albert the bellman. Very nice and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and updated. The rooms are updated, spacious, clean, and well organized. The pool area was clean, fun, and relaxing. We ordered food from the Dominica Restaurant in the lobby. Everything was delicious; however, the Fried Tuscan Kale was phenomenal. The only drawback is parking. Have fun!
The service is impeccable - we had some reservation issues early on, but Ashley in concierge went above and beyond to make it right. Comfortable rooms, but similar feedback as others on the size of the bathrooms (a little cramped). Pool deck is small but lively and the restaurants/food is great
The Roosevelt, Waldorf Astoria hotel in New Orleans was a luxurious place to call home while we explored the French Quarter. I am an SPG platinum member and I have stayed all over the world in SPG properties. This one has a great view of the city but the rooms were dingy and smelled damp. the double beds were the tiniest I have ever seen and the pillows were not up to typical Weston standards. Nice and clean, staff very friendly. Good location and views of the river. Came back from a run, was greeted at the door and offered a bottle of water straight away. Never had that at any of the many other hotels I've stayed at. Very impressed!!
We had a great stay here. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfy. The location was perfect. Within 10' walking distance from the French Quarter. The staff was friendly and made us feeling welcome. There is a beautiful lounge with a good view on the city too.
A very decent place. Clean and comfortable. Really liked the view on the Mississippi River from the lobby. One complaint: no extra power outlets near beds.
Killer amazing location, overlooking Mississippi River, NOLA centrally located, modern clean rooms, with awesome staff. Hotel shares ground floor shops and nearby restaurant & attractions. No car need as walking anywhere is just minutes away.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of New Orleans. Very clean rooms, beautiful decor, and staff was pleasant and friendly. I did not give 5 stars simply because of the parking attendants. After a recent convention there, they had several people leaving at once (and patrons not attending the event) requesting cars. We were the first ones to ask and almost the last in the group to have our car brought down...
The Best Hotel in New Orleans. Top notch service and amazing friendly staff. The hotel is gorgeous throughout. Our room was beautiful and the history behind the hotel is amazing as well. We have found our new favorite landmark in New Orleans. The famous Carousel lounge is in the lobby as well.
Hotel Monteleone is a transcendentally wonderful place. I stayed there for two nights last week, and came away rejuvenated. The hotel’s ambiance, the staff’s gracious professionalism, the delicious range of food and beverage services -- everything I experienced there to the smallest detail (even my 12th floor room's awesome river view) was thoughtful, and the epitome of kindly New Orleans hospitality
Hotel Monteleone is a jewel of a hotel. Ideal location for those wanting a luxurious weekend in the heart of New Orleans. Upscale without being presumptuous. Newly renovated and contains the must-do Carousel Lounge, a real treat aesthetically and boasting the birthplace of the Vieux Carré, a 1930s cocktail you've got to try! Despite all I've mentioned, there is one thing that exceeds them...or one...
Beautiful hotel, excellent service, Nolan took incredible care of our family, helping us find great restaurants and delivering our luggage. I’ll start with the positive being that it’s within great distance of bourbon street and good places to eat. However, upon arrival for our family reunion, our room was not ready. Went in to have a jazz brunch at the restaurant. This restaurant is a must if you are looking to have a great meal and cocktail. Everything we tried was very well done and the presentation was also amazing. The wandering jazz band was a great touch and really enahanced the atmosphere.
Royal Sonesta is right on Bourbon street in the center of the French Quarter. I loved being across from the Jazz Legends Park and several amazing restaurants. The hotel staff was always helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel wasn't too loud to sleep. The pool was nice to sit by during the day. The hotel restaurant Desire had wonderful food.
It is located in the perfect spot of the French Quarters. The service is excellent! The rooms were great and clean. The food is excellent!! I will be back here again!! I love it here!!!
My family and I visited for Easter brunch and it was absolutely fantastic. There was a large spread of quality New Orleans style dishes that could definitely compete against some upscale restaurants in the area. Though the purpose of my travel was for work, it felt like I was on vacation. The goose feather pillows were divine. Bar staff, Mr. Jamie and Ms. Debra, were very accommodating and knew our drink orders. The reception staff were knowledgeable and were able to help us fix our invoice issue.
Decent place. Concierge was great! Bathroom is nice size but not a lot of room to unpack toiletries. Bell staff did not seem overly happy to assist us. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff friendly.
The check-in was great. I like that it's on the back street which allows for ease of unloading and parking. The facility is immaculately kept. The room and the view is very nice. They have a grab and go breakfast station in the lobby and Marriott Rewards members get internet for free. Score!

Really beautiful hotel. Very nice location. Accessible to shopping, dining and sight seeing. Walking distance to the cruise ship terminal. We stayed here. It was quite nice. Across the street from a Cascio, which pleased my wife. Also accommodated our cat, which pleased him. For me, I'm easy. It's all good. Service was quite good and price was well within reason.
Best hotel in NOLA! Don't stay anywhere else but here. Very modern style rooms. Great parking across the street in lot P151! Service was excellent. One down fall was that our room did not have a ventilation fan, but that is not enough to lower my 5-star rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's my home away from home. Hayward is your man if you need ANYTHING. Darrius and Heather are your bar peeps and take good care. Morgan is sweet and she manages the food and beverage areas. The athletic facilities are the best in the city. If you want to stay in Nola and in style, this is your place. Only knock is the valet. It takes a long time to get your car and runs $50 plus tax/day!!
Solid 4 star hotel. Lobby and rooms sleak and clean. Booked through Hotwire at a great discount. Having the riverside streetcar at the head of Poydras helped getting back and forth to Frenchman Street. Mini bar prices were steep but this hotel isn't alone there. Didn't try the hotel bar or pool but both looked inviting. w.
Location is great, really close to the French Quarter but far enough away from the activity. Rooms are recently renovated and very classy. Every one is fantastically nice and helpful.
Very nice hotel and amenities. The location was convenient for the parades and within a 15-20 minute walk from the French Quarter. The layout of the hotel is interesting, we had a corner room sandwiched by 3 or 4 other rooms, which made it very easy for us to hear our neighbors. The room was nice, although we couldn't shut our bathroom door and there's no exhaust fan to get the steam out after a shower...

Our go to hotel on New Orleans! Right where we went to be, too blocks from so much fun and great food. Love The Rib Room and the rooftop bar. Alex, the bartender at the bar mixes delicious drinks and is a true pleasure! Hope to be back soon!

+ Room super spacious and very clean. + Great location in the heart of New Orleans, directly at Canal Street, and right next to it the Avis/Budget car rental as well as the Tulane hospital incl. Emergency Room. + The staff members were super friendly and helpful!!!
I happened to come across a really good deal for this hotel when I was looking, so it seemed like fate that we would stay here. The Jung looked great in the pictures, but you never truly know. When we checked in (a little early) and got to our room, it was a pleasant surprise! The room was huge! The bathroom was huge and bright, with a great shower! We all showered and never had a lacking of hot water...
Very spacious, modern room with all the amenities you will need during a short stay. Very clean and the staff was helpful as well. Would recommend!
Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a hotel. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure! Our room was very clean. We liked that it was a code for our room door and they had added...
Best part of our New Orleans trip. Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious room for a great price. There's a rooftop pool that guest have access to, the view from there during the evening was really nice. There were limited free parking spots right in front of the hotel that we parked our car at during our 5 days stay. We got to all the main attractions by foot. We took the public transit one day...
I had a delightful stay at The Jung . Everything was brand new , The Executive King Room super spacious , big bathroom with all essential amenities. Wonderful surprises in the kitchenette all new stove, refrigerator with an awesome ice maker, dishwasher dishes and utensils provided. I don't know what mattress they had but I need one of those in my life, so comfy. I highly recommend you visit.

Great rooms with great amenities. In the heart of the French Quarter (intersection of Bourbon Street and Iberville Street). Don't be surprised by lots of noise and traffic outside the hotel and your room. The Bourbon Street party goes 24/7 and never really lets up. If you're looking for a more peaceful stay, consider a hotel outside of the French Quarter.
It is in a fantastic location. The restaurant attached to it is The Red Fish Grill. We ate there it was amazing! The service was exceptional in the hotel and restaurant. The room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable.
Service was great, employees were mindful of our privacy as well. First day of service was a little shabby but great afterwards. For the price the hotel isn't amazing, but you can't beat the convenience of the location. It is in the epicenter of all the partying and tourist attractions. Lots of good eats in the area as well!
My stay was pleasant. The bed, bathroom, and carpet were clean and there was no odor of smoke. The building itself is pretty unremarkable. It's kind of an odd space for the hotel. The architecture makes it somewhat functional but it's still not the best building. Their meeting areas are fine but I would not recommend this venue for large gatherings of more 200 people. The catering was decent but definitely...
No matter if you are staying here for business, family, or just to party this is the place to be. I want to give a special thanks to the management team , especially Matthew Rogers. He went above and beyond to ensure my family's complete comfort and satisfaction. Great room service, great room. Everyone from the valet, desk clerk , to house keeping were impeccable.AMAZING STAY.
It feels like a maze going to your room and the signage could use some help, but it's a nice clean and quiet place considering it's at Bourbon....i wish there was a microwave to use esp since they have a fridge in the room. i love the magnolia scented lobby!
