I am forever grateful to the staff at Virgin New Orleans for their hospitality and gorgeous accommodations. Let me first say that this hotel is absolutely stunning, the rooms, the art, the ambiance, the food, the COCKTAILS!!! The staff is superb, friendly, informative, and joyful. The hotel has an amazing energy and a delightful aroma that carries through all the way to the rooms. During our stay New...
Quirky, perfect fit for the city. Excellent location on Baronne near Poydras; Rouses is nearby for groceries, if needed. Service was outstanding for opening weekend - attentive and caring (and I love the 'Yes' button on the room phone). The room has modern conveniences (built-in charging station for phones on nightstand, TV- controlled services, including in-room dining ordering), nice touches...
Beautiful and unique decor. Every detail handled very professionally. Staff super attentive and professional. Service exceptional!

Loved our stay here! Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the area. I wish I had gotten the name of the maid that cleaned our room, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
This is a really nice hotel. The staff here has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of interesting locations. The health club is stunning with 8 full size tennis courts(4 of which can be used as basketball courts).
It’s a great place to launch from. Plenty of shops for that item you forgot at home. Convention space is awesome. The views from the suites are amazing. Concierge has the tips for the hidden gems.
Great location and great restaurant on site.
Average hotel. Some rooms overlook the lobby.

Centrally located in French Quarter but far enough from Bourbon St not to be noisy.
Clean, comfortable, affordable. Wonderful staff. Erica at the front desk was great! She went out of her way to help us and recommend places to visit in the city. The next day she still remembered us and referred us again. A personal touch that you don't see too often anymore! Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time in NOLA as always. This hotel was located in the perfect location for us and had a GREAT view of the city and the Mississippi River. The room was small with a two year old but we really enjoyed it. The room was clean and well stocked. Judging by other places we explored, the entire hotel was well maintained. TV and cable were fantastic. Keith, the bellman was absolutely fantastic...
Thank you for the comfortable room, great view and courtesy shown during my stay.
It was a great place to stay. I loved everything. We have early check in and late check out. Valet was amazing. The bartender was great!
To be honest, this is not our usual choice for a downtown New Orleans hotel. But we are very pleased with the experience. The rooms were very good and each one had a good view of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did an excellent job sanitizing the room. The use of masks is reassuring, etc.

Great location just up from Bourbon Street but we couldn’t hear any noise from our room that was lovely. two big double beds and a fantastic shower. old style hotel at a great budget price - we couldn’t fault it! lovely music in the Bombay Club attached to the hotel - happy hours makes the drinks more affordable- after 7pm they go up! Music was great - spoiled a bit by loud mouthed visitors talking...
The hotel service was great. Our room (king suite) was spacious and clean. The hotel was located in the French quarters without it being too close to the action (although you can occasionally hear the street ruckus at night). It's a lovely hotel that certainly lives up to its historical name.
Quaint. Excellent location. Strange lights turning off and on and water appearing randomly. We chalked it up to the ghost lore and enjoyed the stay. :-)
The hotel is in a great location with a terrific lounge on the property. there is a coffee shop type restaurant but the service is really weak. since there are hundreds of other places it is easy to skip.
The hotel is super old and needs renovation. The carpet was stained, the walls flaking, the switches need to be replaced and you get a general feeling that the room is not as clean as it should be. I even found black hairs on the bathroom tiles. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. The beds were comfortable. One lady knocked on our door, but didn't give us enough time to answer and she...
Good location for the hotel. Not even a minute to walk to Bourbon street and have a nice time out. Room was old-fashioned but homey and clean. A/C worked great. Bed was very comfortable

The Hyatt is the go-to hotel for our family vacations to New Orleans. It's a great location along the street car route, next to the Super Dome. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. We love the variety of restaurants and bars inside the hotel lobby and the 360 views from the gym at the tippy tip top will inspire any workout.
The room was small but very clean. Noisy, as neighboring rooms closed their door it would be heard in our room. We could hear the person upstairs walking, running water, etc. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. May want to pack some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Great location, excellent staff, with a great view of the Superdome. From a technical logical standpoint this hotel is superior to most others in the area; however, you will likely get lost and this hotel on your first attempt trying to navigate through it. Highly recommend asking a staff member to show you around this hotel. When we first arrived we were given a one bed room when we were supposed...
This hotel is amazing! The service is incredible here. Everyone from the valet to the front desk. They have gone above and beyond for our stay. Explaining the valet pricing and safety to letting is check in early. I would highly recommend this place for any visit to New Orleans. I will certainly be back!
Stayed here for a conference and loved it. Very close to many attractions, including the NFL and NBA sports complexes right around the corner - a couple minutes' walking distance. Parking is expensive and is not directly owned by the hotel, but there is plenty of street parking for up to 2 hours if you're just stopping by. Lots of spacious meeting rooms, east access to everything, hotel rooms are...
The hotel was really nice, but the hotel room wasn't that great. I was expecting a better room than I received. The room needed updating bad. We travel a lot and Marriott is our go to hotels. But overall we enjoyed the hotel and its location. The parking is a nightmare.

The hotel was very pretty just a couple blocks from the French quarter, the casino and most of the attractions. It's in a good spot to get to pretty much anywhere in a few minutes walk! The staff were very friendly and have better information on restaurant, if you don't want to get stuck in a tourist restaurant and you like the hole in the wall places. For the room it's self I wasn't as excited after...
This hotel is great for anyone who wants to be close to the action of New Orleans. It’s walking distances to bourbon street. The fitness center is one of the nicest I’ve seen. The hotel needs to add a few things to be perfect. 1. It would be great if the rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator in the rooms. 2. At this point I'm at day 4 of a 9 day stay. The room is on the 43rd floor with a view that is a bit overwhelming for a person with issues of height. Great hotel. You can safely take!
Had a great view of the city. The room was clean and the staff was nice when we checked in. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked great. Short distance to french quarter and bourbon. Would definitely stay here again
Looks nice from the outside. Stepping into lobby comes along with an overpowering scent of perfume - much like certain stores at the mall. The room itself was fine, but small details show through. Things like the toilet missing the covers for the seat hardware and the backing peeling away from the mirrors really kill the illusion. A few positives about the accommodations, the full length windows in...

Very nice and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and updated. The rooms are updated, spacious, clean, and well organized. The pool area was clean, fun, and relaxing. We ordered food from the Dominica Restaurant in the lobby. Everything was delicious; however, the Fried Tuscan Kale was phenomenal. The only drawback is parking. Have fun!
The service is impeccable - we had some reservation issues early on, but Ashley in concierge went above and beyond to make it right. Comfortable rooms, but similar feedback as others on the size of the bathrooms (a little cramped). Pool deck is small but lively and the restaurants/food is great
The Roosevelt, Waldorf Astoria hotel in New Orleans was a luxurious place to call home while we explored the French Quarter. Awesome live jazz music every Friday and Saturday night on the 3rd floor. Great food and swanky venue.
My husband and I stayed in the Club Level. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating but unfortunately there were a few staff members who were not as friendly to us ` we are African American`. M-Bistro was a nice experience. Good food for a decent price. I had the 3 course August Deal which was worth it. The food like most of the food in New Orleans was relatively salty but not a deal breaker. Beignets were top notch.
This is an amazing place. My hubby and I got to New Orleans early and our room wasn't ready. We upgraded to the Concierge floor. Highly recommend! Danielle was so sweet! Loved everyone in there! The location is perfect and the jazz in the Davenport Lounge is top notch. We do not want to leave as the hotel, amenities and staff are fantastic! Thank you so much!

Price is very decent . You get what you pay for . Don’t expect it to be a fancy 5 star hotel .. It has what you need and that’s good enough. The staff is really helpful . I had lost my room key at 3 am and they help me right away . I have no problems with this motel oh and it’s gated !! Which is good .
Very nice and spacious room for cheap prices and it was clean and neat. We had some trouble getting into our room after leaving the card inside and the employees/owners were extremely helpful and understanding and we appreciated their help at that hour.

One of the nicest places I have stayed. My toddler, baby and I were there for a week and the accommodations were perfect but more than that the staff was amazing. The restaurant was also lovely and the jazz evening at the bar had a great little band which was a definite plus
Not exactly what you'd think a 5-Star Accommodation would look like. Needs updating. I get that the furniture is antique and in a Victorian setting... The only pluses are the the size and layout of the room. Room service was good, until we startled a housekeeper on her way into our room MID-DAY?? She started to stutter as we came up behind her. She placed her cart at the end of the hall (there was...

Great prices! A block or so from the Quarter. Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms! I've stayed here twice and don't have a bad thing to say. And the coffee house in the lobby is pretty great too!
Front desk staff Donna was awesome. Felt like family. Made sure we were well taken care of. Hotel was small though. Great location. 3 stars if it wasn't for Donna.
Very nice place right in the center of the city. They have nice rooms and the service is great. Excellent service at the front desk. I had an injury during my stay and they were very helpful and accommodating, especially Tim, Joseph, Omar and Dexter. Also, Matt at the bar was great, and Sandra the concierge. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location of the hotel was convenient.
Omar and Caitlin at the front desk were great. Juicy, our car parking consultant was excellent. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was so clean and welcoming. All the new renovations and the Starbucks girls and staff were a hit too. We stopped at a gorgeous sweet spot and my girlfriend was delighted. I'll stay here just now.
My boyfriend, three kids and I stayed here on March 7th and 8th, 2021. It was wonderful. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The room was spotless. The rooms were huge. Very nice and convenient to everything. Valet parking like every hotel in the area is ridiculous. Used a parking garage 2 blocks down for less then half.
I stayed at the Pere Marquette for a weekend vacation trip. The bed was entirely too comfortable and I wanted to spend all of my time sleeping instead. The hotel is really nice. The location of the hotel was great! Everything was in walking distance. The only problem I had was the $75 per night fee for incidentals. I stayed 3 nights so that was an extra $225 per room!!
