Loved our stay here! Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the area. I wish I had gotten the name of the maid that cleaned our room, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff here has been nothing but amazing. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of interesting locations. The health club is stunning with 8 full size tennis courts(4 of which can be used as basketball courts).

It’s a great place to launch from. Plenty of shops for that item you forgot at home. Convention space is awesome. The views from the suites are amazing. Concierge has the tips for the hidden gems.

To be honest, this is not our usual choice for a downtown New Orleans hotel. But we are very pleased with the experience. The rooms were very good and each one had a good view of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did an excellent job sanitizing the room. The use of masks is reassuring, etc.

The hotel service was great. Our room (king suite) was spacious and clean. The hotel was located in the French quarters without it being too close to the action (although you can occasionally hear the street ruckus at night). It's a lovely hotel that certainly lives up to its historical name.

The hotel is in a great location with a terrific lounge on the property. there is a coffee shop type restaurant but the service is really weak. since there are hundreds of other places it is easy to skip.

The Hyatt is the go-to hotel for our family vacations to New Orleans. It's a great location along the street car route, next to the Super Dome. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. We love the variety of restaurants and bars inside the hotel lobby and the 360 views from the gym at the tippy tip top will inspire any workout.

The room was small but very clean. Noisy, as neighboring rooms closed their door it would be heard in our room. We could hear the person upstairs walking, running water, etc. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed here for a conference and loved it. Very close to many attractions, including the NFL and NBA sports complexes right around the corner - a couple minutes' walking distance. Very nice and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and updated. The rooms are updated, spacious, clean, and well organized. The pool area was clean, fun, and relaxing. We only stay here as the suites are fantastic. We stayed there once and the band The Cure was there and we were headed to their concert. If millionaire bands stay there...why not you? The hotel is in need of some money ninor property maintenance. Lighting in the rooms are dim not sufficient if you are working. The light switches were temperamental. Sometimes there worked and sometimes they didn't. Also the housekeeping did not leave enough shower gel. Generally staff are pleasant and helpful.

Close to all the places you want to go when in NOLA. There was a small issue with a package we booked with and the hotel front desk more than made up for it. Rooms were a little smaller but clean and quiet, definitely worth the money. We also had a bathtub which is nice, considering most hotels are going shower only. We will absolutely stay here again.

Royal Sonesta is right on Bourbon street in the center of the French Quarter. I loved being across from the Jazz Legends Park and several amazing restaurants. The location of the hotel was great! Everything was in walking distance. The only problem I had was the $75 per night fee for incidentals. I stayed 3 nights so that was an extra $225 per room!! (I had two rooms) There was nothing in the room or the hotel in general to justify a $75 per night fee. Go back to a $100 flat rate incidentals. That makes more sense.
