I had a delightful stay at The Jung . Everything was brand new , The Executive King Room super spacious , big bathroom with all essential amenities. Wonderful surprises in the kitchenette all new stove, refrigerator with an awesome ice maker, dishwasher dishes and utensils provided. I don't know what mattress they had but I need one of those in my life, so comfy. I highly recommend you visit.

I've read a lot of negative reviews about this place and I don't get it. I found the staff very attentive and friendly. They made me feel welcomed. The hotel was in great shape. The elevator worked and the room was clean. The A/C worked very well, which is important in New Orleans, especially August. We'll be back.

Great location! Short walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter. Breakfast was decent and I liked the fact that it was served to you. The room was clean. The only con was the water pressure was very low and at times you couldn't flush the toilet. I would stay again.

Spacious room, lovely big bed, very homely. Room comes with a small kitchenette with a fridge and mini freezer. We had a small issue with the fuse in our room which led to us not being able to use the light or the fan in the bathroom but this was dealt with immediately when we reported it. This was such a good experience. The staff was so helpful and nice... I've never had such personable staff. It was super easy check-in and check-out so it allowed me to celebrate my birthday without many worries.

This Holiday Inn Express was remarkably clean. The room was slightly smaller than I expected but the accomodations were nice. The hotel staff were very friendly. This hotel is located on the trolley line on St. Charles so it's very convenient. They have a wonderful complimentary breakfast and the folks are friendly. The beds are clean and comfortable. It said on their Info that it came with free parking while you stayed there.. that was a lie. It was around 30 a day. Also it says it came with free breakfast.. It did not!! The St. Charles streetcar stops directly in front of the hotel, so getting around is easy. They offer private parking for $25/night but there's plenty of street parking right next to the hotel for free. The room was clean, the A/C was cold, and the beds were good.

We love Bienville House! We come here annually and it's fabulous every time. The staff are wonderful--we have a 7 year old daughter who they remember every time and treat like royalty (Beverly is the best, and we also love the breakfast staff). Staff was very helpful and kind. I wish there was a bartender available when we were there. The stay itself was great. My only complaint is the room had so many ants. Not sure if anyone else has ever encountered that, but the room was full of ants. The restroom, the small kitchen area, the window sills just full of ants.

Used this hotel for a birthday party with a group of 22 people. The hotel was great and the staff was very accommodating. Continental breakfast was helpful every morning. Seconds from Bourbon Street and having the Copper Monkey right next door was a great meeting place for our group as we headed out for our daily excursions. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic hotel! It is located between Bourbon St and Royal St which is an ideal location. The beds were huge and very comfortable. The rooms were very clean with a nice bathroom.
