Quiet area but close to French Quarter. Rooftop swimming pool was great.

My partner and I booked three nights at this hotel thinking as a Hilton, it would be fairly decent. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
We arrived fairly late on Friday night and greeted by a staff member who at least made our experience fairly decent. Easy check-in with a great staff member.
When we got to our room, everything seemed tidy but the shower/tub did not look sanitized and the towels did not smell fresh or look clean. I don’t even think the staff vacuumed before our arrival as there was dirt on the floor. The toilet stopped working at one point too and it took forever for maintenance to come fix it.
If you’re looking to book a hotel with a rooftop pool, DO NOT book here. The pool water is green and it just doesn’t look like it does in the pictures. And there’s no atmosphere.
I will say the location is great as it’s close enough to bourbon to easily walk over and far enough that you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of the city.
Overall, if i’m heading back down to Nola, I’ll find a different accommodation.

Excellent customer service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Front desk representative Karliyah definitely needs a raise. She went above and beyond her duties and responsibilities once she was notified about my delayed flight.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone just because of the people who work there . I had an unexpected emergency that happen that prevented me to get there. It was a non refundable reservation and they could had easily said no but they gave me a full refund. This right here because of the people and managers I talk to that have empathy and are about the customers is priceless. Thank you to all the awesome people I had talk to and you good deeds didn’t go unnoticed. You know who you are. You got a customer for life

This place is a little older and not necessarily the most up-to-date place, but it's within walking distance to Bourbon Street (among many other things) and that was worth the stay. Be aware that you have to pay $40 for valet parking for 24 hours but it's nice knowing your car isn't on the street. I'd stay here again.

Nice spacious rooms. Hotel location was somewhat convenient for Bourbon Street and other tourist sites. Disappointing for a Garden Inn though. TV “system” did not work properly. Could not get key cards and smart phone key to work simultaneously. Our king bed had a full size sheet on the bed turned 90 degrees- go figure - so the sheet only came up to our stomach. We picked our own room but got assigned to a different room which was a known possibility. We were surprised since the hotel didn’t seem very busy at all. Our friends we were traveling with had issues with their room also. With all the other options to stay in the area, I would definitely consider staying elsewhere next time.

Everything was wonderful, except I was expecting a room with a view of the city and all I got was the face of another building and a peep at the Superdome. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

Great, comfortable rooms. The hotel is just south of Canal - easy to get to Bourbon Street & excellent restaurants. Despite the closeness to the french quarter, it wasn't noisy or overrun with drunks. The rooms were well insulated and quiet. Breakfast was great, with good fresh fruit!

I visited this hotel on business. It had good clean rooms. Beds were firm but pillows way too soft. Workout and pool on the top floor but make sure you know the hours. Breakfast was an extra charge. I didn't drive but it also seemed like parking was an extra charge too.

Very nice hotel! The rooms were clean and bathrooms were spacious. They have an evening social hour were you can get drinks. The location was close to everything as well. I really enjoyed the view from the rooftop pool.
