W New Orleans - French Quarter

Visited this past weekend with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. The staff was beyond kind and accommodating. From the front desk to the bartender. To the employees that you passed on your way up to the room. Always a smile and a hello. Taylor the bartender was so so sweet and helpful! The manager made sure to have a special treat in the room with the birthday boy. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for an all-around great experience.

Enjoyed our stay, great location, and patio pool ambiance! My partner complained the service door near room 304 was a bit disruptive, audibly getting access through the night, but I slept through it! And I mentioned to the manager and he was concerned and investigated. So 5 stars from me.

The staff at the W was among the friendliest I've ever met. Everyone, from the bartenders, waitresses, front desk personnel, manager, and even the cleaning crew were wonderful. The rooms were clean, unique, and comfortable. The pool and garden areas were gorgeous. Almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is the meaning of luxury! Located in the famous French Quarter Downtown New Orleans smack dab in the middle of where you need to be if you travel to New Orleans! Literally walking distance from everything important in the city. The staff is nice and friendly also very helpful. Me and my fiance were there for work and I can say hands down one of the most comfortable beds I've EVER slept in at a resort. And I have been to plenty of them! We had a nicely stocked mini bar with everything you might need while there. Oh and the ESPRESSO MACHINE..... SO FREAKING DELICIOUS!! MY FAVORITE PART OF THE ROOM! We stayed there for 2 weeks and I didn't want to leave ! Can't wait to go back one day.!

Visited in may 2023. Just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very central location in the French Quarter. The rooms were fabulous. The pool was clean. The security was great. Staff were quick to close gates at any hint of trouble in the neighbourhood. The restaurant at the hotel has suck delicious food and great entertainment.

Parfait! Everything was perfect! nice hotel, nice rooms, nice pool... Frankie greeted us like a VIP, he was very attentive and friendly, gave us a lot of good recommendations! 10/10 it was great!
