Nice hotel, great new renovations. Rooms are still needing to be upgraded but I'm sure they will soon. Location is great and near great restaurants.

Overall great experience. Internet sometimes is slow. But you can get premium for about $8. Parking is $8/day too and located 5 min away. Optional is vallet. But... club level offer great breakfast, afternoon snack, coffee station and space to relax with friends. We love the place.

Nice hotel. I'm surprised it was only rated 3.5 stars at the time of this review. I've been many other 3-3.5 star hotels and felt like this one should be rated higher. The location of the hotel is great with lots of places within walking distance nearby with the added bonus of a great view of the water. Everything at the hotel was comfortable and clean as well.

Pros: The hotel is extremely nice inside. The rooms are large. The beds are conformable. The staff is really nice and helpful. My iPhone charger broke and they were able to sell me a new one. I normally stay with Hyatt hotels as I am a member but this one has been the worst one I stood at. They are not that big at keeping the place clean. You can see the stains on the couch as soon as you walk in the lobby. My room was on the first floor and the bathroom had mold in the grout. The walls are thin. Comfortable, quiet, well appointed rooms close to where you want to be. The surrounding area is being developed so it will only get better. The staff was pleasant and attentive. If I had to make one gripe, it's that the toilet on the 4th floor ran a little slow. Not exactly a small complaint, but not trip ruining either. A great experience.

I had no issues with my room, everything was clean. My issue is the $10 fee that is not included in your bill for using their parking lot. There is no parking deck and you have to take steep stairs from the parking lot up to the lobby. So you’re paying an additional $10 to use a parking lot with no valet that is not clearly stated on the booking website. Fabulous.

Just a one night stay for a business trip but it was nice enough. Some things need to be fixed or updated. A lamp in my room was missing the switch to turn it on. But there was one on the other side I could use. The staff was very nice with quick check in service.

Yesterday was my birthday so it was a very comfortable peaceful stay. She was courteous and informative. (Young lady at the front desk) the male staff are always on the move. My room was clean, bed was comfortable. Carpet stains in the hallway are of course from spills and etc so no complaints about that. The front desk staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean, but could use some serious updating. The carpet looked gross and the sofa did as well. Bed was comfortable tho. Furniture was old, but it was an ok stay.

Decent hotel. Arrived for late check in. Manager was kind and very efficient. Hotel is older is just not what I am use to with a Hampton in property. Smoking area adjacent to the front door is a big no go. 35$ taxi from the NAS pax terminal.

Nice hotel with a decent breakfast. AC machines need to be cleaned I believe there was mold forming in the vents of both mine and another member staying at the hotel. I wiped mine down with a disinfectant wipe while I was there but this needs to be checked throughout the hotel.

Rooms were small but clean. There are plenty of free parking spaces. Location is safe. The receptionist didn't use our Hilton membership so I couldn't get points for my stay, and also the breakfast was terrible. The products were overwhelmed but they didn't refresh for a long time.

Me and my fiancé drove from WV to Norfolk and when we checked in and went to the room, there was already someone in that room! They switched us but there was no apology, then on top of that the day after we checked in the cleaning service never put the trash bags back in the room, and again no apology from staff. Staff was great! I received a text from Anyia just asking how everything was and if we needed anything. Our room, although very clean, did have a funky odor. The staff for this location and the service provided was amazing. The staff made us feel comfortable and welcome our whole stay. Reservations lied and made false promises about what this location have to offer as far as upgrades and availability.

Amazing customer care from the entire staff. I usually carry my own aromatherapy products for scenting my room, but I didn’t need it here. Stay was ok. They were renovating and our room was not what was told to us. We weren't able to change and my husband and I and our 3 kids had to be cramped in the little suite.

The staff are very welcoming and always ready if you need anything. The rooms are spacious and include a kitchenette and small sitting area.

We were looking for a clean and comfortable value for a weekend concert in Norfolk VA and this fit the bill! It had what we needed to enjoy our weekend away from home. I love the decor and the bed was comfy. It was close to stores and restaurants! The front desk was responsive and everyone was friendly! They only have a minimal breakfast but Pop's Diner is only 4 minutes away! I'd definitely stay again

Awesome hotel, I got more than I asked for. The rooms were clean, they had a microwave, mini fridge, and the shower was walk-in. The pool was nice, I did see a dog swimming in it though. Try to get a room not directly about the bar, it can get quite noisy. I would stay here again though.

Thank goodness for great customer service. Aliyah was super awesome! She works the front desk. I had an issue and she quickly jumped in and resolved my problem without a sour face! The staff is very attentive and caring for different needs, I felt like they enjoyed the work they did. It feels a lot more homey then any 5 star hotel, it's also right next to base for any body in need of a quick and easy commute to the main gate.

I thought the service was great, both at check-in and when I needed a document emailed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff Umfort was helpful and nice. He made sure we had everything we needed in our room and also suggested food places near by.

My stay has been very enjoyable, mostly because of the responsive staff at the front desk. Any question, request, or advice was met with answers, fresh towels, or whatever else I needed, and always with a warm smile and friendly attitude. Every time I need something, they make sure that I get it in a timely manner. What could be better?!

I stayed here for work and I would say it is a nice hotel. The front desk staff is very friendly and the hotel in pretty clean. I would recommend them as a place to stay if staying in Norfolk. However if you are looking to go to the beach I would recommend maybe staying closer to the beach as this hotel is about 25-30 minutes away.

The location is ideal. Its in walking distance of plenty of fast food, taverns and grocery stores. It also has a restaurant on property. The rooms are at a great price. Our room was sub par. It's old and needs renovation. It smells like cigarettes and the carpet was dirty. So we asked to be moved to a non smoking room, reception said all rooms are non-smoking rooms. okay so I went here 8 years ago and still remember Walter. he exceeded our expectations and I went to the city for a concert, however, walter was the most iconic person in the trip.

It was what I expected which is a rink-a-dink motel with a basic layout and our usual suspects floating in and out of rooms. Never was in fear of anyone or towards the room itself. Sheets were clean including the floors, bathroom and the microwave in the room was also clean.

Great place. Our rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was always clean. The pool size was a real bummer. Wasn't to excited about the pool. But, the shore line was about 15-20 minutes from us. So that was a great substitute.
