Great location! Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Fun atmosphere at Legacy West, great nightlife! This was our second stay and we will be back again. The staff is outstanding!

Sadly, there’s no good hotels in Plano, but this is the best we have. It’s ok for a low-end kind of place, but nothing great. You won’t be disappointed, but also not impressed.

The breakfast was good but pricey. The hotel is right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops and not far from Granite Park.

When it comes to the hotels in Dallas, Marriott at Plano is my number one choice. Number 1, it is very pretty and very clean. It has a great breakfast. It is located in a very peaceful area with 10 minutes walking to the restaurants. Then it has a great service and clean rooms. I recommend you to grab your morning coffee from Starbucks at the hotel and take a walk around the beautiful pound right out...

I stay in a lot of Marriotts for work and this was probably one of my favorites. The lobby is super open and welcoming, the location is great and the rooms are well appointed. The bathrooms have great lighting and the shower water pressure was heaven.

This was the best Marriott room I recall staying in. Spacious, contemporary and comfortable. Since I was traveling solo, I appreciated being within a mini town of shops and restaurants. The lobby was very, very busy with multiple functions.

Was charged the $100 deposit. It cleared my account instead of coming off. Was told that was their policy when I called, that you are charged the deposit and then refunded 2-5 days later. The GM (David) & his associates Roger, Carl, etc went out of there way to make my Stay at Motel 6 N.E. Plano very nice. Not my favorite Motel 6 stay, but not my worst. I didn't like that my room was behind everything in kind of a dark alley type situation. Once I saw the area in the daytime, as I arrived at night, it was fine, but it was pretty creepy before that. It was quiet and I slept well. If I stayed here again I would request being more in the front of the complex.

Perfect stay for the money we spent. We weren't asking for much, but they delivered on all the important pieces. The only thing that bothered me was that the area around the hotel had a lot of litter and food trash, which wasn't great when I took my dog out for exercise in the morning. Great value for the price. Close to a lot of great restaurants. We stayed with our dog and it was convenient; we had a ground-floor room. The area around the hotel is sort of messy, with litter that made walking our dog a little precarious (she likes to eat trash, if we're not watching carefully). I stayed here for three nights and four days. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked for toothpaste and they supplied it. Awesome hotel. Great bang for your buck since all the rooms are suites. The staff is responsive and amazing. I love the Embassy Suites. And normally I enjoy my stay. However, this location had an issue with their heat in the lobby , on one of the coldest days of the year, which was also NEW YEARS EVE. The location is very Central to the attractions of the area and very easy to find. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The pullout couch was horrific and so very uncomfortable, I would highly suggest that you sleep on the floor instead. Also, there are two live swans who were raised in the hotel and know nothing else, which struck me as an extremely sad life for two beautiful birds. On the plus side...

Great place to stay. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always good. I ate an omelet every day. The rooms were clean and up to date. Beds were great. The owner must have an obsession with swans. There were real swans in the common area and swan decor everywhere you look but it wasn't necessarily a bad thing.

During both ice storms I stayed at the hotel once for 9 months and I am here now for the 2nd flood of my condo. Perfect hotel. This Residence Inn is attached to the AC Hotel and the two hotels share some of their amenities, including a lobby. The staff and the hotel quality made this visit excellent. They care and it shows. The staff wants you to know how important you are and they are definite about it. Your room is mere steps to the mall which opens onto the hotel. Your stay will be marvelous.

This place was great. Room was very comfortable with a spacious walk in shower. Staff were very friendly and definitely went above and beyond during our visit. I wish we didn't have to pay for parking, but we parked with the mall's garage a few feet away. Will look forward to a future visit.

This hotel offered a really good experience. Most of the people there seemed to be business travelers, so the employees there are really good at anticipating needs. I didn't love the parking situation. If you wanted to avoid paying exorbitant valet costs, you had to park in a deck and then walk back. While not terrible, this wasn't ideal either. Copper is a top of the line clinic, fitness center, hotel, and research institute. The staff and facilities are first rate and there is something for everyone. Come in for an assessment or get fit with one of their professional trainers. Highly recommend!

The room was wonderful. All of the furniture and beds were brand new and super comfortable. Everyone working on the property was helpful and addressed any issues immediately. I will definitely be back and recommend the Cooper Hotel to friends visiting Dallas.

Unique hotel on a lovely health campus. Was only here for 1 night business. Didn't take advantage of all the health amentities. But room was great, very comfortable bed, good value that includes breakfast.

Great little boutique hotel tucked away on an AMAZING campus with running trails, ponds, and access to one of the nicest gyms in Dallas. The rooms are very nice and come with complimentary continental breakfast. The surrounding area has a bunch of great restaurants and things to do as well. This is one of the hidden gems of Dallas.

Very nice and quaint hotel. I was staying for a week to attend a conference so also experienced quite a bit of the food. The food was very good and well prepared. The room was nice and well kept. Staff was always acimidating and friendly. I did not use to much of the centers amenities so can not comment on them.

Its okay but not 4 Star Worthy. There was no ice on our floor had to go to the other floor to get that. Room was clean. A lot of activity the weekend I visited but overall a pleasant stay. Parking is $20.00 per day which we were not told, but you can park off street. That will be a good walk though.

Very beautiful place with pool spacious rooms. No microwave or similar appliances and no mini refrigerator or similar. Coffee maker and great room service. Paid parking a little pricey, but definitely staying in style. I highly recommend for business and small family stays. Plenty to do in the immediate surrounding area.

Really a nice revamping of the entire building. Have a great breakfast menu. In the room service is second to none. There is a great View of the North Dallas Skyline. You're very close to the local high end shopping. An extra incentive is the close proximity to both of Dallas' Premier airports.
