I was checked in by a young gentleman named Reese. There was an issue with the availability of my room, but he and another gentleman cleared it all up quickly. Customer service was exceptional.

Nice stay Easy check in and we got to our room and all looked good. The rooms are quiet except our toilet was loud when it filled back up the tank after flushing. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well especially with the blackout curtains.

Awesome stay. Handicap room requested and response was exceptional. I asked for a wake-up call and I didn’t answer on time. They actually sent someone down to knock on door to see if I was okay. This happened two days. Exceptional kindness!! The only thing was there was no hair dryer in room. (and I didn’t call for one but I’m sure they would have brought one down)

Location is excellent, the king size room is not that big and the bathroom has little space to place your necessities.

Stayed here for a night with my bf. It was surprisingly very clean and modern. The only issue I had was with customer service. We called to reserve the room and charged our card over the phone. When we got there we were told they were out of the room we literally just reserved on the phone and waited for confirmation for about 20 mins…to make sure that room was available… cuz the lady said there was...

The GM (David) & his associates Roger, Carl, etc went out of there way to make my Stay at Motel 6 N.E. Plano very nice. I ‘ll certainly be back as this was my 2nd stay at this Corporate Property..definitely not my last! My only suggestion would be if Motel 6 could develop a Customer Loyaty Rewards program.. Not my favorite Motel 6 stay, but not my worst. I didn't like that my room was behind everything in kind of a dark alley type situation. Once I saw the area in the daytime, as I arrived at night, it was fine, but it was pretty creepy before that. It was quiet and I slept well. If I stayed here again I would request being more in the front of the complex.

I wasn't staying for luxury, it was for a one night business trip, and it met all the important expectations. I got one of the Smokers' rooms. That means they furnish the beds with bedspreads looking like a Swiss cheese in precaution since all smokers are careless about their surroundings. I stayed here for three nights and four days. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked for toothpaste and they supplied it. This hotel is seriously underrated. The rooms are big and are practically suites. The hot.is beautifully designed, has a good bar and provides good breakfast. Parking is available for free. Easy access to freeway. Would rather stay at Wyndham than at kimpton.

Awesome hotel. Great bang for your buck since all the rooms are suites. The staff is responsive and amazing. We hosted a national conference here for a week and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would come back and stay as a regular guest because they were just that awesome. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. You can get on the highway right outside. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is large enough, but the facilities are relatively old and there are not many types of breakfast.

I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.

The location is good and the room is clean. The shampoo in the room was empty, the curtains could not be opened, the coffee machine was broken, and the towels were very worn. All in all, this was the worst hotel experience. Not recommended.

Quick family visit We have stayed here many times before. The hotel was packed! But somehow the front desk was able to accomodate our needs and found us a quiet spot. This location is central to all we do when in Dallas.

Nothing but the basics You get what you paid for basics. No morning coffee other than what is provided in the room. No complimentary breakfast other than what you pay for.

Overall, it was an average stay It was hard to get service at the coffee Café in the morning. The place was under construction, so it was a little limited on what we could access. And the cost for parking was high.

We’ve stayed here a number of times. Probably about 8 stays. The rooms and staff are great. Very quiet. Bill the bartender is very friendly and engaging. Only complaint is that for the second consecutive time did not receive a wake up call. Glad I set alarm and it worked because otherwise would have missed the flight this AM.

It's a Motel 6 in a rough-ish part of town. If you're staying here, you're doing it because its cheap. The staff was great; very friendly and helpful. The rooms have all been upgraded to the new Motel 6 look, but someone always has to mess up nice things. TV looked like someone tried to take it home with them. All in all, you get what you pay for and you can't beat their rates.
