When it comes to the hotels in Dallas, Marriott at Plano is my number one choice. Number 1, it is very pretty and very clean. It has a great breakfast. I’ve stayed at many Marriotts both local to US and abroad, but Legacy Place is easily a top favorite of mine.
What’s most striking about this Marriott is its sheer size as you enter the lobby — and the unexpected tranquility of the hotel grounds if you stay during a weekday.

I stay in a lot of Marriotts for work and this was probably one of my favorites. The lobby is super open and welcoming, the location is great and the rooms are well appointed. The bathrooms have great lighting and the shower water pressure was heaven.

This was the best Marriott room I recall staying in. Spacious, contemporary and comfortable. Since I was traveling solo, I appreciated being within a mini town of shops and restaurants. The lobby was very, very busy with multiple functions.

Excellent service, spotless room. All the employees I interacted with were helpful and courteous. Our stay was nice and quiet. My only complaint was that we were told there was complementary breakfast in the mornings, but there was none. Other than that, great stay!
The beds were comfortable. We liked the couch in the room. The shower was large. There was a fridge. All good. We liked that the room was on the bottom floor, and was non smoker.

Nice hotel friendly stay good breakfast, been there 4 times in last year. 2 items to get to 5 stars for me, 1) only one working elevator which means during the morning you can wait quite a while to get up or down to the first floor, two the curtains don't close very well and on the side of the hotel that faces the parking lot it is very bright.

You wouldn't catch me staying here on my own dime; thankfully, I am away on business and the company is paying for it. Unfortunately, it is the closest hotel to the location with which I have an engagement.
First off: I have been here for 9 weeks. You can say, I have been here long enough to give you valuable feedback.

The hot breakfast was great with quite a few options even for vegetarians. The location of the property is also pretty convenient.
Only because my neighbors were so loud and noisy. I was exhausted and did not get to rest well. I also had to contact the front desk for assistance with the television which was disconnected from the cable. Staff was nice and helpful.
Stayed at this place which was enjoyable. However, I left my belongings there including Bose noise cancelling earbuds. I called next day after realizing they were gone and the guys there had them saved and ready to send back to me. Thanks for the good stay and great service. Highest regards.
The location and staff are both excellent but the hotel needs a face-lift. The decor is a few decades behind, no USB chargers, and the elevator (singular) pretty much forces you to the stairs due to its speed.
Stayed in Dallas for a week. Room was super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast spread is quite extensive. Coffee is always good an hot. The employees were very nice. I would and I probably will end up staying here again.
The rooms aren't bad, but my phone didn't work, and I had no way of calling out other than my personal mobile. Worse yet, there is no box to lock your valuables in the room when you are away, making my jewelry and medication accessable to the cleaning staff, which speak absolutely zero English.

The rooms were different , but amazingly unique. Enjoyed the stay and restaurant that is on sight was amazing. The food was outstanding, They even have a delicious Homemade Bread pudding. From the start, Sonnie (spelling?) was incredibly sweet and well mannered, and made sure my stay was as comfortable as could be. The bathrooms are a little awkward, but because I was traveling alone, the lack of privacy in the bathroom didn't bother me. The sinks are too small and too close to the mirror, so water gets everywhere. Not a big deal, but it does happen. Now, the restaurant staff was...
Overall good value. Staff was very friendly, especially the chef (Kenneth) and the person who checked us in our first night (Colton). Both were incredibly genuine and kind and made us feel welcomed.

Very clean rooms, cool interior design and super friendly staff. The biggest downside was the funky bathroom…it was narrower than a subway car so the sink was narrow and right up against the mirror and the barn door was poorly designed as it doesn’t fully cover the door opening when closed. There isn’t a vent in the bathroom, either. The rain shower was great, however. I’d still stay here again if...
Stayed here for my anniversary trip. I would like to start off to say that the front desk attendant, Toya, was so friendly and helpful! It made us feel very welcomed. Secondly, it is a very beautiful, modern hotel. My only complaint is that the bathroom is kind of small. Finally, it's in a great location! It is so close to so many shopping and food places. Over all, this is a wonderful place to stay
The experience of staying in this hotel was good. I liked the way the interior is designed, it was unique so far.
Light arrangements was super cool. Availability and attitude of the staff was good. We had a 3:30 AM check out and it was hassle free and quick.
An area of improvement is the food options for vegetarian people. These options are very very limited.

It's brand new, so everything is in good order and clean. It was fun to view the finish-out choices; fabrics, wallpapers, built-in furniture. (I have a real estate background, so it's my thing...) The staff was very friendly. There was someone on duty all night, so I felt safe on the first floor. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the dining staff was very attentive. A++++ to the dining...
Good location for places to eat. Decent accommodations for the price. Rooms were clean. Large refrigerator with separate freezer in rooms.
Staff is friendly and helpful. There is daily maid service if you desire. Cleaner than many places I have been by long way. Quiet, there are families here, and entire work groups. It's an excellent value.
The staff is great. It's not a 5-star hotel, but everyone there makes up for it in all the other things that make a stay great. Thank you.
I stayed here for several months and really liked the hotel. It's pretty clean and they are updating the rooms. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to take care of anything that I needed. I will stay here anytime that I am in town.
I think the place is worth it's price. Only $51 included tax per night with two double twin bed. the wifi is not bag i can online smoothly.
