Great location! Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Fun atmosphere at Legacy West, great nightlife! This was our second stay and we will be back again. The staff is outstanding!
Sadly, there’s no good hotels in Plano, but this is the best we have. It’s ok for a low-end kind of place, but nothing great. You won’t be disappointed, but also not impressed.

The breakfast was good but pricey. The hotel is right in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops and not far from Granite Park.
When it comes to the hotels in Dallas, Marriott at Plano is my number one choice. Number 1, it is very pretty and very clean. It has a great breakfast. It is located in a very peaceful area with 10 minutes walking to the restaurants. Then it has a great service and clean rooms. I recommend you to grab your morning coffee from Starbucks at the hotel and take a walk around the beautiful pound right out...
I’ve stayed at many Marriotts both local to US and abroad, but Legacy Place is easily a top favorite of mine. What’s most striking about this Marriott is its sheer size as you enter the lobby — and the unexpected tranquility of the hotel grounds if you stay during a weekday. Walkable to pretty unique restaurants, cinema and local shops is kinda rare in Texas. The M Club is easily one of the most...
I stay in a lot of Marriotts for work and this was probably one of my favorites. The lobby is super open and welcoming, the location is great and the rooms are well appointed. The bathrooms have great lighting and the shower water pressure was heaven.
Hotel was nice they have a Starbucks. The staff was very friendly service was great. They have a very nice gym. They are walking distance from a lot of good places to eat. the bathroom situation, however was kind of unique. They have a sliding door on the bathroom I stayed with a friend of mine, so he didn’t really have much privacy whenever the door that being like that it wasn’t a big deal just would...
This was the best Marriott room I recall staying in. Spacious, contemporary and comfortable. Since I was traveling solo, I appreciated being within a mini town of shops and restaurants. The lobby was very, very busy with multiple functions.

No complaints. Rooms are very clean. Friendly staff. The only suggestion I have is to upgrade the shower faucets.
Great place to stay, clean and rooms and great service at the Bistro!! Lila is super friendly and my margarita was awesome!!! I really had a good time
Decently easy walk to Legacy for conferences. Service is amazingly courteous, friendly & always helpful. The newish cafeteria in the lobby is good enough but an eye sore. I remember when they use to have free breakfast here. I just need complementary coffee to get going. The rooms as others have said are severely outdated, the carpet smells of sweaty flooding & the outlets & faucets need repairs. Ask...
This hotel has a great location and wonderful staff. The front desk person name Ni is excellent. She welcomes everyone with a smile and checks-in guests quickly. She is very pleasant to talk to. She told me she is going to UNT and majoring in hospitality area. I think based on her personality and line of study she is going to do very well in her career. Overall this is a great hotel to stay and is...
Great location. Rooms are a bit outdated. Excellent customer service. Ni met us with a warm welcome and checked me in quickly. We had a slight issue with our room and Sergio was MR. FIX it! Sergio was patient and assuring. Marriott, there is a good team here in Legacy Park....take care of them;)
Had a great experience here at the hotel with the Front Desk woman, Bianca. Very professional and very easy to talk to. When I needed something, I was out at ease at how easy she was to talk to. Loved it here.

Was charged the $100 deposit. It cleared my account instead of coming off. Was told that was their policy when I called, that you are charged the deposit and then refunded 2-5 days later. This contradicted what I was told when I checked it and the way all other hotels do their deposit hold. I have not yet received the $100 back. Waiting to see. Rooms were clean, but breakfast was sub par. Would not...
Having a wonderful experience here. Front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, room was clean and cozy, I missed breakfast (my fault!) but they still had things out for guests. Showed up later than my requested check-in time due to a flight delay and it was no problem at all; very kind staff and beautiful lobby and rooms, and a great price! Internet was occasionally spotty, and bathroom vent didn...
Old rooms and a breakfast that could be improved. Won't stay here again: there are plenty of newer & better options in the area.
Staff was pleasant and decor is beautiful! Breakfast could use more hot items to choose from. The beds are pillow top BUT very hard. I was feeling the spring coils. The cable channels are just the basic. To watch a movie you pay $20.00 then have unlimited movie for one month which is useless if not going to stay for a month. The pool is very small as well as the jacuzzi. The wall seemed to be...
I live here five days a week, forever. The rooms are modern and comfortable. It's quiet and the owner and his staff are all top notch. Rosie, the hotel manager is a joy, everyday, and takes very good care of me, i assume she treats every guest as if they are the only guest. World class customer service! I may be their only resident but my circumstances are kind of unique. It is my home away from...

I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel to be updated and very clean. The rooms a good size and everything worked great no broken things and both reception and housekeeping very friendly, helpful and professional. Located in a convenient area close to restaurants and grocery stores. Staff is very nice always makes you feel welcome. Rooms are nice and spacious not to mention one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at higher paying hotels with bad rooms but this one the price is lower and you can tell the staff takes guest security very seriously and take pride in their work. I would...
I travel a lot for work therefore I spend more time then not in hotels. After staying at a Comfort Suites not too far up the road and having a bad experience i skeptically decided to give this quality a chance. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised at how the lobby floors were so shiny you could almost see your reflection in them. Thereafter I stayed three work weeks here in four different rooms...
Always an excellent staff that is always willing to go the extra mile. Only complaint this time (which i never usually have) is the soda machine had no Dr p. I'm addicted and couldn't get my fix.
Best hotel I have stayed at in the area. The outside may want to turn you away, but once you get inside everything changes. They have a bar area with lounge chairs and tables for relaxation during the afternoons, vending machines, a fitness center, you name it! The building smelled normal, not too over filled with cleaning products or over ran with smoke at all. The room I stayed in had two beds and...

Motel 6 Plano and Central expressway is really great! The rooms are high quality, the service is friendly and there are interesting fun and valuable locations nearby like the DART rail station, different restaurants and Bank of America. And the heating and air conditioning in the rooms is really good too and the TVs have a lot of channels and good screens. Those refrigerator and a microwave in there...
Stayed here for a night with my bf. It was surprisingly very clean and modern. The only issue I had was with customer service. We called to reserve the room and charged our card over the phone. When we got there we were told they were out of the room we literally just reserved on the phone and waited for confirmation for about 20 mins…to make sure that room was available… cuz the lady said there was...
I love this motel it was cleaned very very well. The man who was working the front desk was very nice. They also have night security Guard on the premises. I would definitely go back.
The GM (David) & his associates Roger, Carl, etc went out of there way to make my Stay at Motel 6 N.E. Plano very nice. I ‘ll certainly be back as this was my 2nd stay at this Corporate Property..definitely not my last! My only suggestion would be if Motel 6 could develop a Customer Loyaty Rewards program.. I VERY Strongly feel it this property is an excellent home away from home! Best Regards David...
Not my favorite Motel 6 stay, but not my worst. I didn't like that my room was behind everything in kind of a dark alley type situation. Once I saw the area in the daytime, as I arrived at night, it was fine, but it was pretty creepy before that. It was quiet and I slept well. If I stayed here again I would request being more in the front of the complex.
I wasn't staying for luxury, it was for a one night business trip, and it met all the important expectations. Room and bathroom were clean, the cold air worked, the doors locked, the bed was comfortable, and the cable worked. The only things I didn't like was 1: the wifi wasn't great, and wasn't free. 2: There wasn't a fridge or microwave, but they did have a menu for "room service". It was more of...

Great hotel, I stayed here for a month in a suite with kitchen. I had great time. All staff is very helpful and friendly from front desk to housekeeping, very modern updated room and extremely clean. The price is also very reasonable. If you every need a hotel in Plano, this one is the way to go, strongly recommended.
This hotel had a quiet clean room with adequate kitchen facilities for Extended Stay. The housekeeper and the manager were friendly but the front desk lady and daytime staff were invisible. I was here with a family member for 9 days who was on bed rest so the quiet and comfort was important. We had the suite with two bedrooms. The hotel allows pets which is lovely except we didn't have pets and our...
This is the absolute BEST Extended Stay that I've resided at. The Manager and her Staff provides excellent customer service unlike the ESA on Vantage Point in Dallas! Armand, one of the CSR's at this location is super cool and is very professional. A staff is only as good as their leader!!! You would appreciate staying at this location.
Currently here now so far excellent customer service. Young man that works the night shift super amazing! Rooms cleanliness on a scale 1-5 I'd give it a 3.5 because my towels weren't clean. Seemed like towels that were left over from previous guest. Breakfast on a scale 1-5 is definitely a 1. All they offer is mini muffins and coffee. No juice. Every thing was smooth sailing. Our room was nice and clean. We were there for a football tournament and the ladies at the front desk were really nice and made sure we were accommodated. The continually checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We offered...
The stay was very good and the hotel was very clean. Only bad things to note was that the pool was never warm or even room temperature. It was constantly cold, even on 90 degree days. The gym water cooler is also not working. I brought this up to front desk.
A very nice hotel! The room was clean and the bathroom was very modern and spacious. I loved the layout of the room I had. Hotel staff was very nice and informativeof what was near the hotel for restaurants and places to go. Pool area was quiet and relaxing. I didn’t eat at the hotel but there is a few good food options a few minutes away. I suggest trying a place less than a mile away called Hot Pancakes
One of my best Marriott stays to date. Staff was friendly, rooms were beautiful and clean and the new elevator was awesome. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Dallas

The property is VERY well kept. We checked in this afternoon and the 3 staff members I have encountered so far have been welcoming and professional. This was a great extended stay hotel. The rooms were clean though a tiny bit small and the layout did not perfectly work for my family it still was a very clean room and everything worked fine. Perfect stay for the money we spent. We weren't asking for much, but they delivered on all the important pieces. The only thing that bothered me was that the area around the hotel had a lot of litter and food trash, which wasn't great when I took my dog out for exercise in the morning. They do have a dog exercise area, and that is kept clean, so I think the hotel is doing everything it needs to....
Great value for the price. Close to a lot of great restaurants. We stayed with our dog and it was convenient; we had a ground-floor room. The area around the hotel is sort of messy, with litter that made walking our dog a little precarious (she likes to eat trash, if we're not watching carefully). But everything else was perfectly serviceable.
The staff on site is professional and easy to start a conversation with. I stayed for 2 weeks it was enjoyable, with plenty of options for food around it. A Wal-Mart and gas station are also located near the location.
Stayed here with my parents and siblings for Fan Expo 2018 Pros: Clean Rooms after Check In Working TV with Spectrum Working Wi-Fi Friendly Service Right next to freeway for easy access Cons: Breakfast is only cereal, fruit, muffins, OJ, coffee, and milk. This place was different, not high class, but was nice. I felt comfortable and slept well here. Staff was helpful from beginning to end I would recommend this place.
Its not an elegant hotel by any means, it is however comfortable. They let you keep one pet there for free, which was great for me and my family. I stayed here for three nights and four days. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked for toothpaste and they supplied it. Clean bathroom and a clean room. This place is the best bang for your buck as far as I can tell in the area. If I ever come back, most likely I'll come back to this same hotel.
Attended a small seminar. The conf room was functional/adequate/non-descript, but the lobby, reception area, bar, and dining area were very nice, modern, and quite impressive! I will admit. I am big on reading reviews before I book a room. There were a few reviews about this hotel that kind of had me guessing if I wanted to book. This hotel is seriously underrated. The rooms are big and are practically suites. The hot.is beautifully designed, has a good bar and provides good breakfast. Parking is available for free. Easy access to freeway. Would rather stay at Wyndham than at kimpton.
Awesome hotel. Great bang for your buck since all the rooms are suites. The staff is responsive and amazing. We hosted a national conference here for a week and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would come back and stay as a regular guest because they were just that awesome. Beautiful hotel and all staff was amazing. Bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. I had to sleep in chair and my hubby didn't have a chair to go to. Very nice hotel, comfortable and beautiful. The same hotel of this chain is also located in the very center of the city. The hotel has 20 floors. We stayed in a room on the 15th floor. Pleased with the view from the windows. Good hearty breakfast.
I would really love to give a five-star based on its good service, nice environment, amazing bed, and the unbeatable price. Beside the setbacks upon checking in and the not so pleasant staff while dining upon our arrival the weekend here turned out pretty nice. I understand there were two large conventions that arrived to the hotel at the same time and we took over a lot of rooms and space at one time. Than you for a great weekend Westin Inn and pulling through with great service!
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great hotel! Rooms are large with comfy beds and very nice showers. I'm a snob when it comes to hotels since I travel A LOT and hold every hotel to a very high standard regardless of the star rating. Overnight stay for a road trip: The location was easy to find. There is ample parking, and the parking garage connected to the hotel felt secure. There is pool side service, if you catch them on a good night they will still bring the food out to you even when the time is over. The beds were very comfy, showers and everything. You also get a complimentary Starbucks drink, which is also very nice. The food is very...
Yes 5 star service from this place. Lena, LENA, LEE-Nah, the young lady who served us for breakfast EVERY morning...FANTASTICAL IN ALL HER SERVICE .She made our last morning blessed with her service and well wishes for an anniversary and fellowship within our group. A true gem in an unlikely place. THANKS to the MARRIOTT for a wonderful stay, beautiful rooms, fruit water, chocolate covered pretzels...

Room was good not great. We didn't get the full Embassy experience because there are still some restrictions in place. It could use some updating in the pool area - paint chipping off wall missing ceiling tiles. For the price you pay you should get great
We visited in the middle of July 2021, yet the restaurant and the bar inside are still closed, which left us a little disappointed. They are serving breakfast at least. I guess I should have called first, but Embassy Suites are known for their excellent service. Everything was clean and up to expectations. I had thought about upgrading to the premium room if it would have had a nicer bathroom with...
Sunny who was attending the front desk is awesome. She took care of all my needs. Sunny was very courteous and very helpful. Hotel is clean and nice. Really enjoying my stay Other staff members friendly friendly as well.
I love the Embassy Suites. And normally I enjoy my stay. However, this location had an issue with their heat in the lobby , on one of the coldest days of the year, which was also NEW YEARS EVE. It was FREEZING... ALL throughout the evening reception and breakfast, which are usually the highlight of my stay. Not to mention, the workout room was so cold, I had to leave because it was so uncomfortable...
The location is very Central to the attractions of the area and very easy to find. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The pullout couch was horrific and so very uncomfortable, I would highly suggest that you sleep on the floor instead. Also, there are two live swans who were raised in the hotel and know nothing else, which struck me as an extremely sad life for two beautiful birds. On the plus side...
Great place to stay. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always good. I ate an omelet every day. The rooms were clean and up to date. Beds were great. The owner must have an obsession with swans. There were real swans in the common area and swan decor everywhere you look but it wasn't necessarily a bad thing.

During both ice storms I stayed at the hotel once for 9 months and I am here now for the 2nd flood of my condo. I met a lot of friends here including many of the staff who ran to me and hugged me when I walked in the door. Since I am currently handicapped with bad knees and I'm waiting for surgery I have needed a lot of help this time. I live in a lot of pain and even the medication I take doesn't...
Perfect hotel. This Residence Inn is attached to the AC Hotel and the two hotels share some of their amenities, including a lobby. The lobby of the AC hotel is beautiful and extremely pleasant to enter the hotel from. Much nicer than a typical Residence Inn. The Residence Inn rooms are furnished in a very modern and functional way. It was really enjoyable to stay for 4 nights. The staff was warm...

The staff and the hotel quality made this visit excellent. They care and it shows. The staff wants you to know how important you are and they are definite about it. Your room is mere steps to the mall which opens onto the hotel. Your stay will be marvelous.
Large rooms, great location, clean and nice atmosphere. The service in the lobby can feel a bit too "put on" instead if genuine. That said, there was nothing lacking.
A very nice room. A little more upscale than what I'm used to. However, there is no free Wi-Fi in your room. The lighted mirror in the bathroom didn't light. There is no complimentary breakfast. The business center requires fees. And having been used to low-flow shower heads most of my life, the 81 orifice Square shower head in the shower seemed really wasteful to me. But, it was quite luxurious. The...
This place was great. Room was very comfortable with a spacious walk in shower. Staff were very friendly and definitely went above and beyond during our visit. I wish we didn't have to pay for parking, but we parked with the mall's garage a few feet away. Will look forward to a future visit.
This hotel offered a really good experience. Most of the people there seemed to be business travelers, so the employees there are really good at anticipating needs. I didn't love the parking situation. If you wanted to avoid paying exorbitant valet costs, you had to park in a deck and then walk back. While not terrible, this wasn't ideal either. Nevertheless, this is a pretty good value and location

Copper is a top of the line clinic, fitness center, hotel, and research institute. The staff and facilities are first rate and there is something for everyone. Come in for an assessment or get fit with one of their professional trainers. Highly recommend!
The room was wonderful. All of the furniture and beds were brand new and super comfortable. Everyone working on the property was helpful and addressed any issues immediately. I will definitely be back and recommend the Cooper Hotel to friends visiting Dallas.
Unique hotel on a lovely health campus. Was only here for 1 night business. Didn't take advantage of all the health amentities. But room was great, very comfortable bed, good value that includes breakfast.
Great little boutique hotel tucked away on an AMAZING campus with running trails, ponds, and access to one of the nicest gyms in Dallas. The rooms are very nice and come with complimentary continental breakfast. The surrounding area has a bunch of great restaurants and things to do as well. This is one of the hidden gems of Dallas.
Very nice and quaint hotel. I was staying for a week to attend a conference so also experienced quite a bit of the food. The food was very good and well prepared. The room was nice and well kept. Staff was always acimidating and friendly. I did not use to much of the centers amenities so can not comment on them.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... I went to a business event at this hotel. Its okay but not 4 Star Worthy. There was no ice on our floor had to go to the other floor to get that. Room was clean. A lot of activity the weekend I visited but overall a pleasant stay. Parking is $20.00 per day which we were not told, but you can park off street. That will be a good walk though.
Very beautiful place with pool spacious rooms. No microwave or similar appliances and no mini refrigerator or similar. Coffee maker and great room service. Paid parking a little pricey, but definitely staying in style. I highly recommend for business and small family stays. Plenty to do in the immediate surrounding area.
The room that I had was clean. However, the bathroom was small and I kept bumping into the toilet every time I made a movement. Also, I thought the room was fairly dark. I prefer if there were more or brighter lights in the room. The staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast options and the room was spacious and clean throughout. We have booked to stay here again in the near future.
Used to stay in this property many times before Covid and it was a good deal for the money. Rooms were clean , staff were always willing to help. The little lounge was a good one but not a lot of options . Breakfast was fair one. Location was perfect and parking was always available. I recall the first time when I got to used the green choice was this hotel and it was so cool to collect those extra...
My wife and I enjoyed our stay this past week! Overall it was a great experience. We benefited greatly from the location and the staff was very friendly. I would say the only thing keeping this from being a five star review was the shower situation (it was smaller than our shower in our one bedroom apartment), the cost of their breakfast options considering what we got (pancakes were $17…), and the...
The staff was so kind and courteous from the person cleaning the bathroom to the front desk help. They were all happy to be there and cared and about my needs. I even got handed water before I asked. Now that's service! I will definitely stay here again.
Why do hotels not have hot tubs? I would LOVE to soak in one. Eh have an ok view, I had to go two floors up to get some ice I’m on the 8th floor so it’s not bad. The room was super clean when we came in. I’m not going to lie I can and can’t live in a hotel but I think it would be kind of interesting. Service was amazing!! The ladies at the front desk were just amazing!! I can only do 4 stars because...
Really a nice revamping of the entire building. Have a great breakfast menu. In the room service is second to none. There is a great View of the North Dallas Skyline. You're very close to the local high end shopping. An extra incentive is the close proximity to both of Dallas' Premier airports.

i loved the indoor pool and the safe was so amazing! every need was actually meet, when i stayed at this hotel! i have no complaints at all!!
The rooms are spacious and really comfortable. We stay there everytime we go to Dallas. The location is good, a very quiet neighborhood. Great place for business travel.
The accommodations were decent. I think we had the worse room in the hotel. Firstly, they changed my reservation from a double to king. Than placed us next to the meeting room and breakfast area and ice machine. As well a room of kids tramping all night above us. Needless to say getting any rest was not an option during our stay. The meetings started early as did breakfast. The guests stayed up...
The front desk clerk was so helpful and welcoming. His name is Herman and he was very professional and helpful. He check us in quickly and asked if we needed anything. The hotel was clean. I will definitely be booking with them again.
The rooms are clean and a decent value for the money. The mattresses in the beds I had were a little old but they had clean sheets. The indoor pool and exercise room are small. They have a good complementary continental breakfast and free parking. The location is not too bad, there's the Galleria mall near by and plenty of good restaurants for you to eat at. One of my favorite restaurants near by...
Wonderful service at the front desk. Breakfast was hot, lots of choices, and constantly restocked. Room was very nice, clean, and way more than I expected for the price. If the price was doubled, it would still be an excellent value. This place hits above its weight and goes far beyond expectation. I will definitely be back.

Can't be mad for the price. It was a great location, right down the street from a very trendy shopping center with good restaurants and bars. It's close to gas steins and a CVS. The reviews on here are odd to me. This is not a new hotel but it’s very clean. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels & travel soaps. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Freaking love it here don't remember if I had a pool or not. I was swimming alone in my own mind scratching digging trying so hard to find a way to stay out of trouble away to be more defined. In the end if you drink you won't understand and may have to think and Rewind and watch again.
Excellent rooms and service. Can't wait for my next invite to enjoy my complementary room .I simply inspect, and observe. These folks run a great establishment. Very friendly and courteous. Always available for help. Can't say enough. Thanks again you guys , how about July 16-17th?🤷 Works for you lmk . I'll keep em booked up.😎💯💥🦾
Most impressive thing- they had a box of toy plastic military figures that said "Thank our Troops, Take a Figure". So awesome!
Good nightly prices. Friendly staff. Too many druggies and dealers but given the neighborhood, its inevitable.

Great place for fun or for business trips. Kind of crowded throughout the day due to construction work but overall great place to visit.
We have enjoy our stay , staff is very friendly and helpful. But breakfast area is too crowded. This morning an elderly man feel against the sharp corner of the fireplace cutting his leg. It was crowded and very hard to get around the tables and chairs. The manager took a report and tried to assist the gentleman. But that fireplace has very sharp corners and it is too crowded
Hyatt House Lincoln Center looks great after the recent remodel. The rooms are fully updated including new larger sectionals , a larger desk/dining table with stools. The kitchen is equiped nicely enough someone could easily live here for a long period of time without feeling cramped. My favorite update is the stand up shower with floor to ceiling glass doors they installed in place of the garden tub...
The front desk was extremely friendly. The room was very cozy with a nice sectional. The parking garage is cool, but cost $17 a day. Not outragous, but not great. The free breakfast is amazing. Next time I am in Dallas, I will be staying here again no question
I've stayed here a few times when in Dallas for work, and I've always had a good experience (generally true at all Hyatt House hotels). This one is fairly calm and quiet despite being right off of the highway, and its location makes it central to many things in the city. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, the breakfast good, and the garaged parking plentiful. The only drawback has been...
