They did a fantastic job with the recent renovation. Rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. Great location near SMU/Park Cities.
They are updating the hotel so there is tremendous interior construction happening on the floors - my room was completed but I heard drilling on the floor above me. No coffee pots in the room and do not plan to provide them.
Wish they would have told me. Made my trip very difficult.
Don’t you think a hotel should compensate It’s guests who have fully paid in advance or offered to move them to another quieter part of the building? I will never stay here again, nor do I recommend it for anyone. Can I attach photos to show the lack of hygiene?
The only saving grace was the location.
