The hotel is very convenient, 1 min to union square. Also, next to it is the car rental centre. Very beautiful and spacious room as well. It is safe.

The hotel is very close to the Union Square station. Housekeeping is good.

I enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel 4 nights. This is an heritage building where they well preserved the original features.the rooms are very nicely decorated,quote and clean. The staff is very professional and friendly and they always try to help guests. The hotel does not have breakfast room: but in the surroundings there are several option for a good breakfast. Just on ground floor is located “ Corzetti” an italian restaurant open for lunch and diner and always busy: considering we are in USA - where average food is pure poison- you can have a decent meal at Corzetti. . I will return in this hotel anytime in San Francisco

Flexible time and friendly staff

The location is good, just beside Union Square. The room facing the street is good, but since the window is not that big, the room is not that bright. The space at the front desk was a little bit gloomy and the floor was broken and not very clean, so the vibe was not very good. The staff was nice.

2. Warm and friendly hotel staff

The attitude of the hotel staff is a highlight of this hotel. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the warm welcome from the staff. The front desk receptionist always had a smile, the check-in process was efficient and fast, and he patiently answered our various questions about hotel facilities, surrounding attractions, and city transportation. They also provide a lot of useful travel advice, such as which attractions are best visited during specific time periods, and which restaurants are cost-effective and where you can taste authentic local cuisine. Throughout our stay, both the room service staff we encountered in the corridors and the staff serving us in the restaurant were extremely polite and friendly, making us feel as if we were at home. If there are any needs, they will always respond immediately and try their best to satisfy them. This proactive service attitude is really touching.

3. Simple but practical room

The hotel rooms are designed in a simple style. Although the room layout is simple, it is very practical. The space layout of the room is reasonable, and the bedding is comfortable and clean, allowing people to get a full rest after a day of travel. Although the facilities in the room do not have too many gorgeous decorations, the basic facilities are all available, such as TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, etc., and they are all working normally and the signal is good. The bathroom is also very clean, the shower facilities have stable water flow and sufficient hot water supply. This simple design concept actually meets the needs of modern travelers without excessive red tape. The focus is on providing a comfortable and convenient living experience.

Overall, Hotel G San Francisco provides travelers with a very cost-effective accommodation option with its excellent location, friendly staff, and simple and practical rooms. If I have the opportunity to come to San Francisco again next time, I will definitely choose this hotel.

This is a great hotel with large rooms and comfortable environments. Check in was quick and easy and some good tips and advice were shared. We had chosen a larger room and this was definitely worth the small amount extra that it cost as it contained a desk and a couch allowing plenty of space during our stay.
