Hilton Union Square Hotel, San Francisco1 / 34

San Francisco, 333 O'Farrell Street 🧭 Map
Extremely rubbish location, several homeless people outside the hotel doors, use of ***** seems legal outside the hotel. Strong smell as soon as u leave the hotel. can’t feel safe. DO NOT GO OUT IN THE EVENING. Staff not very helpful and seems arrogant.
Mediocre at best. Service was nonexistent, the staff probably didn't give a xxxx. Nobody wanted to be there, and I mean nobody, the guest and staff alike. Lots of ******* outside the hotel, so be careful at night. Old hotel, not justifying the price tag.
Second time to be here and will be more if I hqve to go to SF. I love this hotel. The staffs are so helpful.
Fantastic Hotel, however the magnitude and presence of the homeless in the adjacent area have really spoilt this area. Sadly until this addressed the tourism and hospitality industry will be severely affected. Business associations need to rally together to eradicate this situation.
I love the sky deck and the proximity to restaurants
Got free room upgrade for HHonor member. Nice room with view. Gym is great. Front desk is very friendly. Close to shopping

This is the most luxurious hotel in the world! It was a flawless, sparkling environment. It is suitable for both large parties and dates. For me it was a wonderful place to heal. We've had a good time so far. You'll need a decent vantage point to see the entire area. You did an amazing job!
Very beautiful place, downtown San Francisco
Go to the View Bar on top floor and enjoy the view. Be ready for high prices on drinks though.
Cozy lobby full of books, welcome any time of day and night. Huge event spaces under ground and above.
Wow! I was extremely impressed by this hotel. It was very big and nice looking, the rooms were nice, I was particularly impressed by the bar on the 39th floor. The views from up there were spectacular. The hotel's location was also very nice and convenient. I would love to stay there again. This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in to this date.
Everything was really good. The only trouble we ran into was having to deal with a very large event that was going on during our stay. There should have been an employee helping guests with the elevators when the conferences got out. We literally waited 20-25 minutes for elevators once, while other waits we're averaging 10 minutes. One of six elevators for non-conference guests would have been ideal...

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin St Francis. It exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it. The hotel and suite itself were amazing, but more importantly, it was the service that really impressed us. 5 Star service and we were so grateful for how helpful all the staff were. Particularly Luis who checked us in and was very kind. Also, a special thank you to Bikram who was most helpful...
Loved this hotel for Pride! It was right down the street from the Parade, and walking distance from the civic center. It’s a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.
Checking in was seamless but the room area only have lamps.. feels dam wired
Rooms are neat and clean, and the hotel is elegant and noble, it’s the famous Westin near the Union Square, great location
A very historical hotel. Excellent location and room is beautiful, clean and spacious room. The check-in is smooth and staff is so nice here.
Great location. The hotel is in downtown San Francisco and with cable cars just outside the front door. There was a strike ongoing by the workers. The workers protesting outside and banging drums. The hotel looks old but the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Hilton Parc 55 Union Square Hotel, San Francisco1 / 50
San Francisco, 55 Cyril Magnin Street 🧭 Map
Excellent location right above the Powell BART and handy access to all other public transportation.
The hotel was nice. It’s in the heart of a lot of things to do and places to eat. I would say be careful at night time. Jonah was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. He’s very professional and has a warming personality. Breakfast was overrated and pricey. Cons: There is no microwave in rooms or lobby to use. The guide channel line up seems to be all wrong so you really don’t know what you are watching...
Parc 55 is a very standard hotel that just needs an update. The rooms are quite dated; you can tell the beds are old, as well as all the furniture and bathroom fixtures. It was unbelievable dusty in our room and the air circulation was very poor. A fantastic value in a not-so-great location, but close enough to walk to nearby attractions, and it's certainly easy to catch an Uber anywhere else in the...
I came to San Francisco to have a small vacation. The customer service has been outstanding, before I checked in through leaving. I asked if there was a chance of getting in early and they were able to accommodate. Kassandra was wonderful as was all of the others. I asked to have a microwave put in the room and that was done. The room was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has homeless as...
Great staff and quick communication, they were so accommodating during my stay with any request or work needs (my company hosted an event here). Very comfortable rooms and beds. Location is easy to get around on public transportation - it is only a block or two from a seedier area so there's a lot of late night street noise and unhoused population and drug use, but the hotel itself felt very safe....
Just off of Star Ratings it's a 5. They do a great job ensuring it is a safe welcoming environment. We stayed for 3 days and had a chance to go to Club55, good drinks. The hotel is clean, rooms are clean and spacious. A little on the older side make sure you bring a plug in charger they don't have USB ports. The surrounding of the hotel is City Center, expect high levels of homelessness and Police...

We recently came back from a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco and enjoyed every moment of it. Agnes and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special for our engagement! We enjoyed the location of the hotel and it's proximity to the ferry building, food, and transportation/BART. Food on site was great and the hotel room was very clean. I would stay here again and recommend...
Love the location and atmosphere. The room was clean and had amenities. Bell man was and valet parking personnel were very attentive and professional. The front desk not only checked me in but also recommended some restaurants around the area and were good. A cafeteria is located in the lobby area. 100 % recommended.
Beautiful hotel. The atrium/lobby is extremely impressive and made riding the glass elevators very fun. Rooms were updated and very comfortable. We had a King Bay View and had a great view out of the windows. Very close to transit as well to help get around the city. Highly recommend staying here.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco and had a great experience. The hotel is beautifully located with stunning views of the bay and city, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Alan at the reception deserves special mention - he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. He was incredibly helpful in arranging the requested room and organising all the extra options I...
Lovely hotel! The newly renovated room was really nice and modern. The top floor rotating club was incredible. We spent hours in there enjoying the view and the food. The feelings just hit different when you get to watch the city waking up beneath you bathed in morning sunshine while you have warm delicious breakfast buffet. I can't wait to stay here again in the coming months when SF gets warmer....
Wonderful view if you get lucky. Perfect location in front of the bay. Large and clean rooms.

Price a bit high compared to the services.
The hotel was nice. Breakfast was not included but free as a globalist. It was pretty good. Gets busy and has a small dinning area so arrive early. Texting the staff was the best way to get info. They responded very fast.
This was the most affordable yet still somewhat upscale option for us when I was planning a trip around a concert at the Warfield. It's clean, it doesn't smell, you can open a window in the room to air it out, the bathrooms aren't mildewy. There are 24/7 doormen keeping the place safe and also making me feel fancy by holding open the doors for us. They gave us complimentary water on check in. The housekeepers...
This hotel is fantastic to stay at if you are in San Francisco! The check-in desk was very helpful and upon request gave me a high floor city view that made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel where the conference was held, but there was a bug between the agent and the hotel. One room could not be checked in. After a long communication, the front desk service attitude was not very good, and the back-end phone could not be reached. Fortunately, it was well negotiated with Ctrip. The room is relatively small and the settings are relatively old. After all, it is a century-old hotel...
The location is really excellent You can see the Golden Gate Bridge from the hotel type The room is clean and the lobby smells good The service staff are friendly and polite😊😊
We enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont hotel, it was beautifully decorated and festive for the holidays.
Beautiful hotel with lovely views of the city. Reception staff could have been a bit friendlier. The sky garden is a great place to relax as well.
I love it here. The location is wonderful, nothing beats creating Nob Hill to arrive at your hotel. I love hotels with history and this place has it in spades. If you’re looking for the best in contemporary hotel room design, go somewhere else. But I reckon that’s not why you’re here. The rooms are spacious and the views from the tower are exceptional.
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights on our way home from a months holiday abroad. We were looking forward to the luxury and comfort. Unfortunately, our stay didn't start well with the front desk giving away our adjoining room to another guest. Everything was ok , just small room in my opinion .
The room is nice and the restaurant is very beautiful. Although the fee is high, it is worth it. I couldn't find the order when I checked in, so I waited for 20 minutes. After checking out, I waited for almost 30 minutes to send my luggage. It was a little disappointing.
The reason why it is expensive is because of the historical heritage of the city and this 150-year-old building. The lobby is very nice, and the afternoon tea in the palace-style flower room is very good, but the food is very ordinary. Needless to say, the room is just average, just experience it. I feel that these hotel brands in San Francisco are similar, all of which use historical buildings as...
I love this hotel! The staff are the friendliest! I also love how they hire differently-abled people. Very inclusive hotel!
I came to a meeting with my colleagues from the company. The hotel is located in the city center and the room is larger than I expected. The surrounding area of the hotel is also relatively safe.
Stayed here many many times, always great! However this time there was a strike going on, very loud outside, and in the room early in the morning. But the hotel is lovely, historic and smells amazing inside! They have a lovely indoor pool too! Hopefully the staff on strike will recieve what they need and all can go back to normal. You definitely noticed the regular staff was not there!

It’s OK. The outside of the windows are dirty and a floor lamp did not work. I payed to have breakfast included and it was a very nice experience with good service. The room was a little extra for the wonderful views.
I really just popped in for an evening so I can't speak to any of the amenities or services or anything like that, but generally it was a pleasant experience. Room was clean but the building definitely felt a little bit dated. I booked a room in the 21st floor and it was as expected, though a bit on the smaller side for two people. I liked the Peter Thomas Roth toiletries. I was notified earlier in...
Hotel was in a great location and a good value. The rooms were clean but no frills. The view was awesome but the windows were so dirty I couldn't see out very well. The elevator always seemed to be busy and I often waited several minutes for a ride. Overall it was a decent stay and I would recommend staying here.
A bit outdated, but very swanky. They have a restaurant and a couple of bars in the lobby, and offer room service. Close to Chinatown (across the street!). Also close to Little Italy and the business district. We had a good size room and bathroom, with an excellent bay view. Thank you Marina for the good service.
Comfortable rooms. Building looks ugly from outside but it has good view. No microwave and fridge available. All tourist spots are reachable . Big bus and other hop on and hop off buses stops here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Note : no lock for bathroom. Sliding door is given. Just in case you are sharing room with friend , you need to set some rules :)
Excellent hotel. Comfy beds, nice rooms, extra amenities were nice. Beautiful location. Had input to the TV for computers, which was very convenient. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic stay!

Nice hotel in good location to walk about to the piers for any trips would like to go on. Big breakfast hall with everything you could want. Highly recommended
Great location and service. Breakfast is good but the same thing everyday. Lots of street parking available around hotel but read the signs carefully.
Room is clean at time of visit, Location is near Pier 39 Near to Golden Gate Bridge

- Location was excellent, close to Powell Street station (BART ride to the airport in ca. 40 mins.) All connections a travel to SF would want: Street Car, Bus, CableCar, BART, Metro.. in walking distance. - People at the reception are very kind. - Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved for a hotel of this price (one handle was greasy).  -Facilities were also ok. The room layout was nice but nothing...
The room overlooks the sea. The hotel is next to the conference center. You can take a bartender in a few minutes. There are some small discounts for registering IHG members at the front desk. Breakfast is $40 per person. The package is byredo. Otherwise, it is a normal five-star hotel. It is not good, but you can consider it when the price is favorable. The neighborhood is safe.
I like this hotel very much. The room is large, quiet and clean. The view outside the window is good, you can see the sea, and the high floor is preferred. You can get mineral water at the front desk every day.
The big French windows offer a great view when the weather is good. The breakfast is not very varied but filling. InterContinental is a relatively stable brand with a good location.
There is a department store near the hotel, which is very convenient for dining, shopping, and travel. There are not many homeless people in this block, and the view from the room is very good. The scenery from the window is quite good

Great value for the quality of service, the central location, and the quality of the rooms. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and check-in is very quick. Room feels big. It's quiet and clean. The location downtown is nice. I've never had many requirements for a hotel so overall this is everything I could ask for - helps that I'm here on business so am not paying out of pocket.
They recently renovated every room and now they are NICE. They're also pretty big. Fun decor, comfy bed, nice touches like USB ports along with wall outlets next to the bed. Although the counter is not big, the bed is very comfortable. Overall it is quite good. The location of the hotel is quite good and it doesn't feel dangerous. It is very close to moma and it is quite convenient to call a taxi. It is a good choice for first-time travelers to San Francisco
The location is convenient for attending the conference. I had planned to book other hotels before, but the price increased too much. After comparing the surrounding areas, I found that this hotel has a higher cost performance. It is still okay.
Very close to Moscone convention centre. Convenient for those attending conferences. Typical W style. Room is clean and quite big.
Great view on the corner room and great deal for the welcome bundle!
When booking and paying room fees through the Ctrip platform, hotels sometimes charge additional fees such as city service fees, and the platform will clearly list additional conditions when booking. One of the best hotels in California, really enjoyed the stay and the staff is very friendly and willing to help with every little thing you might have q's with. The bar, pool and gym are updated and very clean. You definitely need to love this place.
I went to Ritz for a wedding. The ceremony took place in the courtyard and the reception in a big event room. Everything was beautiful. Great organization, beautiful rooms and everything was very accessible even for parents with strollers.
Beautiful property very close to Chinatown. Very easy to miss since on the outside it looks like many of the other buildings. Once you get inside tho its breathtakingly beautiful.

We stayed here December of 2019. The Hotel was Clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. The Hotel is older, and out of Date. It’s situated in a good area, for tourist. The area isn't the best but the hotel itself, the service and the staff were all excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish there was a channel guide in the room for the TV but if that's literally the only negative thing I can think of, that means I had a pretty good stay.
The rooms themselves were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was top notch, Livia, who checked me in was fantastic. But the floor I was on had a door that looked like it had been busted in, with a gaping whole covered by tape. Which made it feel unsafe. The room was also very bare. I would stay here again. Excellent location very safe and friendly environment. If room has 2 chair will be better.

Very value for money! Prefer staying in this neighborhood compared to the union square area as it is relatively more quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the Ferry Building.
Unfortunately, we were unable to stay here due to the clearance of our car (unrelated to club quarters- a SF parking garage issue). However, Brian was amazing and extremely helpful for the time we were there. If we could stay again without the parking debacle, we would. Thank you again to club quarters and Brian!
