Great location. Easy access to a lot of places. Get a high floor for a view. Pool is on the 16th floor.

When I ran a towel over it, it came right off. The nightstands hadn't been dusted and it was obvious. I know things happen and no hotel is perfect

Rooms were great for our price. The hotel was close to everything. One tip would be to avoid the parking costs at the hotel and park across the street in one of the parking lots there. 24 hour price will save you $20

They are very generous with upgrades for HHonors members, provide a wait free check-in with the digital key option, through the app, and were very attentive to my needs via text

What could be more convenient than that? It's also in a great location in the city, very close to car rental facilities, should you decide to drive to the coast or wine country

The service is here is always excellent. They often email before and after the stay to check on if I need(ed) anything. On my last trip they knew it was recently my birthday and left me a card and chocolate in the room

This is the most luxurious hotel in the world! It was a flawless, sparkling environment. It is suitable for both large parties and dates. For me it was a wonderful place to heal. We've had a good time so far

Flight crews, Aussie tourists, families, business travelers—they are all here. If you like that type of hotel, and I do, then this is a great spot for you. This means other things are big too

Two floors, tons of modern cardio equipment, free weights and machines. The M club is also expansive and the food is good with about a billion power outlets if you have to get work done

You'll need a decent vantage point to see the entire area

Wow! I was extremely impressed by this hotel. It was very big and nice looking, the rooms were nice, I was particularly impressed by the bar on the 39th floor. The views from up there were spectacular

I did though! I took the Trolley (Easy to get on right in Front of the Westin at the Corner) to Fisherman's Wharf, and the Train at Union Square to the Giants game! I definitely recommend The Westin St

Would give it a 10 if I could. THE place to stay in SF… worth every penny. Clean and staff is super friendly. The cafe has an excellent selection and very convenient if you have hote credits to spend

I had an Exceptional Experience thanks to the Excellent Customer Service provided by Elaine at the Front Desk! My room was extraordinary! It had a view of Union Square! It was so perfect that I didn't want to leave

The cafe downstairs also serves delicious pasta (much to my surprise!) Definitely will be back. The pricing is comparable to the Hilton but this hotel is much much better in my opinion

Beautiful hotel with great service! We were in a junior suite on the union square side and it was absolutely gorgeous. The service was great and room service was fast

I came to San Francisco to have a small vacation. The customer service has been outstanding, before I checked in through leaving. I asked if there was a chance of getting in early and they were able to accommodate

The neighborhood has homeless as many cities do but if common sense is used, I don’t feel there would be a problem. There is a Trader Joe’s pretty close which was nice

Kassandra was wonderful as was all of the others. I asked to have a microwave put in the room and that was done. The room was very clean and comfortable

Parc 55 is a very standard hotel that just needs an update. The rooms are quite dated; you can tell the beds are old, as well as all the furniture and bathroom fixtures

A fantastic value in a not-so-great location, but close enough to walk to nearby attractions, and it's certainly easy to catch an Uber anywhere else in the city

The mattress could be better!! I actually had to flip it the first night to have some cushion to be comfortable my stay

I would have given 5 stars but for a few niggles - for example the fridge is 95% taken up with the minibar leaving not enough space even for a reasonably sized bottle of milk and/or fruit juice (meaning we had to resort to an improvised bathroom bin + ice = refrigerator)!

The poached duck Brest was the best duck I've ever had, no doubt I'd highly recommend this place, either for special occasions, or for a casual romantic dinner with your better half

Great food, and amazing service. Our server was incredibly attentive, and friendly, which made for a fantastic dinner experience

Stayed here many many times, always great! However this time there was a strike going on, very loud outside, and in the room early in the morning

There was a happy hour everyday from 4-7pm and they had free drinks and charcuterie. The pool and gym were clean and in good condition too. Only downside was the hot tub was pretty tepid and not really hot

But the hotel is lovely, historic and smells amazing inside! They have a lovely indoor pool too! Hopefully the staff on strike will recieve what they need and all can go back to normal

During our three-night stay, housekeeping services were limited, and fresh towels were delivered early evening. Dining options on-site were restricted to a single venue, and there was no room service

The large Christmas tree in the lounge was beautiful. The only demerits I would give is for the elevator issue: the whole time we were there only one of the three worked. That should’ve been fixed sooner

The rooms and halls are pretty basic and parking in the ramp was expensive, but being able to leave your car in a spot all day not having to worry about paying several times and trying to find spots to park all over, let alone towing, was worth it

They provide great customer and Bell service. The room is always clean and they provide robes for you to use. There is a small little cafe in the lobby near the check in desk. There are 3 elevators so your not waiting

A room key card is required to go up past the 1st floor. There is parking in basement, but there is a separate charge for parking. Stay here and you can walk easily to the piers of San Francisco easily

I’ve stayed here multiple times. I’ve taken my children with me on a few occasions and it is very kids friendly. It’s located right near many restaurants and a CVS if have a quick shopping need

Really nice hotel in a perfect location near the wharf area. Staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. The only issue is having to walk through a cloud of cigarette and cigar smoke when you enter and leave the hotel

Restaurants & bars surrounding the hotel streets, lots of shopping within 10mins walk (Macys, Neiman Marcus, electronics, Victoria's Secret, Westfield, CVS & Wallgreens)

Towels were plentiful & fluffy. Internet was terrible though, kept dropping out or signal was just 1 bar. Couldn't get wifi on laptop at all, just phones. Had to go down to the lobby to use laptop - not good for business

Nice hotel. Text service is awesome. Great location. One watch out: amazing pool and patio is not included with some rooms. Also, early check-in has a fee and wifi is bad. But lots to love.

This hotel is worth every penny you spend on a room and experiences you have while staying at this property! Worth it, so do it!!

It also has an heated indoor pool that offers respite to the cold San Francisco weather. I would definitely go back to Hotel Nikko

Club lounge was a great spit to watch the world series and offers a fantastic view of the city. Beer, wine and appetizers offered nightly and continental breakfast in the morning make club level a worthwhile upgrade

My only gripe was that dinner choices were pretty bad and limited but there are plenty of restaurants around and while breakfast was really good with lots of choice I thought it was expensive ($30) and it was a struggle to ask for a Continental style breakfast (still $20)

Great hotel and service, was impressed from start to finish. We were given two adjoining rooms after pre requesting and were surprised to be given rooms on a high floor with a fantastic view of San Francisco

Excellent service,location, and view. I liked having a workout area. Are rental car felt safe in the parking garage. It was easy to get in and out with ticket. Staff very friendly towards all guests

For where the hotel is situated there is not much bad to say. Your right off a cable car stop, a whole foods, and a Starbucks. So if your a business traveler it has the necessity in a quick walk

I have been coming to this particular Holiday Inn since 1998. It has always and yes nearly 24 years after my first stay it has been the best value for the dollar visit in SF

Remarkable service experience! My brother really likes to stay at this hotel since we were kids. He deeply loves the atmosphere and the great interior all over the place

The staff is always accommodating and the rooms are nice, the beds sleep well. The downside is the daily destination fee of $30. Seems to be obscene Marriott thing they tack on whether in town for business or pleasure

Front desk is welcoming and warm and Maria in the club lounge is the loveliest. She seems to recognize just about everyone who stops in and stops what she's doing to welcome them in

it was just plain 4 hot platters buffet, with the scrambled eggs completely watery, store-bought drinks, and terrible coffee. I don't think I've ever ate such a terrible breakfast anywhere in the world

lobby receiptionists were really friendly and helpful, and I was really satisfied. now the negative side: breakfast was completely disgusting. I didn't know one could mess up a simple thing as eggs

It can be used as a credit to the breakfast or bar area but is still a strong arm tactic to force you to dine there once a day. While the food is good the drinks at the bar are insanely priced

and the price was absurd - 30$ before taxes and tip! other then that - there are protests outside the lobby who are shouting, screaming and drumming from early morning to late evening

One of the best hotels in California, really enjoyed the stay and the staff is very friendly and willing to help with every little thing you might have q's with. The bar, pool and gym are updated and very clean

We had a smaller gathering for drinks and small bites at the restaurant before heading to a bigger celebration on the 1st floor. Restaurant service was great and they accommodated our every request

AMAZING! I recently visited San Francisco on business and stayed here. My view was amazing and their Sunday Brunch is unbelievable. They had everything and anything someone could ever want.

I didn't stay there but was given a voucher by my wine club for a free wine tasting. The ambiance exudes elegance. If you stay, please visit the tasting room in the lobby. It's amazing.

The ceremony took place in the courtyard and the reception in a big event room. Great organization, beautiful rooms and everything was very accessible even for parents with strollers

Beautiful property very close to Chinatown. Very easy to miss since on the outside it looks like many of the other buildings. Once you get inside tho its breathtakingly beautiful.

Rooms are a bit small but comfortable, and front desk staff were very friendly. Immediate surroundings were somewhat crowded by SF’s homeless, which made walking near the hotel feel unsafe at times

I wish there was a channel guide in the room for the TV but if that's literally the only negative thing I can think of, that means I had a pretty good stay

It's right close to chinatown but towards the safer part. It's close to most areas of the city so you are central to everything. They were quick to answer any questions and get us anything we needed

Had a fantastic stay, myself and the wife stayed here for 5 nights on our honeymoon, we arrived to a welcome basket in our room, complimentary breakfast each morning that was not part of our package and a personal call from the hotel manager welcoming us to the city

Well located within Union Square, the hotel is within walking distance from the BART station, bus and cable car stops. The front desk was very accommodating when we arrived at the hotel in the morning

Travel Agent Review **** I booked for a stay in March 2018 for my brother and his family which had included my nephew's birthday. They stayed in the newly renovated rooms which are very spacious for a family of 4

Service with the front counter was exceptional. Ordered late room service to their room after their late arrival which they loved and arrived promptly

There is also a sports bar called the Brick & Beam attached to the hotel that is a decent spot to grab a quick bite or cocktail before heading out to explore SF. Pillows were a little flat for my needs but bed was good

Loved staying here, its in a great spot!! Only problem we had was with our 24lb pup, who is a sweetheart. The women cleaning our room never did so because of our dog, and never had someone else come and clean

They don't have a spot for the dogs to use the bathroom. Maybe add a spot of fake grass somewhere just in case. There's not exactly anywhere close by that would be reasonable for a dog to go, except the sidewalk

The food was top notch, we had so many healthy choices all during the morning through the evening. Wonderful place for any event and the breakfast in The Wardroom was also very good, lots of choices from the buffet

Quiet at night so you can sleep well and very clean. The market place was a bit over priced on most all the items and there is only one microwave over in the entire building, none in the rooms

There are electric scooters outside the hotel; I recommend using Lime and getting a day pass. The hotel was great, with a pool table, TVs, games, and more in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful

My family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the common areas downstairs and the grab and go food/drinks. The heated pool area is very nice! You could not get a better location

Pool tables, arcade games, Giant Connect 4 and other fun games for the whole family. Surprise plus were the water and ice stations. Great location for the marina/North Beach. Easy to park and drop off items

The wifi was quality as we were both working remote with no problems. I will note the complimentary bikes they lend out are beach cruisers, which is not recommended in a hilly place like San Francisco

Loved the location and staff! The pillows were not great and even though we were on the highest (4th) floor we could hear a good bit of street noise each evening so bring ear plugs if that will bother you
