Check in was quick and we got a room even though we were 4 hour before check-in time. Grabbed a burger on our way out from the 24 hour snack shop that was surprisingly good

The service is here is always excellent. They often email before and after the stay to check on if I need(ed) anything. On my last trip they knew it was recently my birthday and left me a card and chocolate in the room

Wow! I was extremely impressed by this hotel. It was very big and nice looking, the rooms were nice, I was particularly impressed by the bar on the 39th floor. The views from up there were spectacular

Flight crews, Aussie tourists, families, business travelers—they are all here. If you like that type of hotel, and I do, then this is a great spot for you. This means other things are big too

Very convenient location, easy to go different places. Hotel gave certain amount cash to buy snacks drinks or fruits, which was very good for me. So I can use it for breakfast and coffee.

Breakfast was overrated and pricey. Cons: There is no microwave in rooms or lobby to use. The guide channel line up seems to be all wrong so you really don’t know what you are watching

I came to San Francisco to have a small vacation. The customer service has been outstanding, before I checked in through leaving. I asked if there was a chance of getting in early and they were able to accommodate

Parc 55 is a very standard hotel that just needs an update. The rooms are quite dated; you can tell the beds are old, as well as all the furniture and bathroom fixtures

A fantastic value in a not-so-great location, but close enough to walk to nearby attractions, and it's certainly easy to catch an Uber anywhere else in the city

The mattress could be better!! I actually had to flip it the first night to have some cushion to be comfortable my stay

Doormen opened doors in perfectly pressed attire, yet would joke with you about anything if you wanted to and we’re always ready with directions

There was a happy hour everyday from 4-7pm and they had free drinks and charcuterie. The pool and gym were clean and in good condition too. Only downside was the hot tub was pretty tepid and not really hot

But the hotel is lovely, historic and smells amazing inside! They have a lovely indoor pool too! Hopefully the staff on strike will recieve what they need and all can go back to normal

I came to a meeting with my colleagues from the company. The hotel is located in the city center and the room is larger than I expected. The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is also relatively safe.

The lobby is very nice, and the afternoon tea in the palace-style flower room is very good, but the food is very ordinary. Needless to say, the room is just average, just experience it

A room key card is required to go up past the 1st floor. There is parking in basement, but there is a separate charge for parking. Stay here and you can walk easily to the piers of San Francisco easily

Location is good closevto warf. Checking in is slow with a long line. Parking on site is not good if you have a large SUV...park somewhere else. No Spa but would still stay again.

The service and amenities are good, but we had a first floor room facing the street and it was quite noisy at times due to the poor noise isolation where you could hear people talking outside on the street quite clearly

Nice hotel in good location to walk about to the piers for any trips would like to go on. Big breakfast hall with everything you could want. Highly recommended

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away by foot to Fisherman's Wharf. Lombard Street and Chinatown are both accessible by foot, as well as the trendy Russian Hill/Polk St area with many bars and restaurants

They provide great customer and Bell service. The room is always clean and they provide robes for you to use. There is a small little cafe in the lobby near the check in desk. There are 3 elevators so your not waiting

I would have given 5 stars but for a few niggles - for example the fridge is 95% taken up with the minibar leaving not enough space even for a reasonably sized bottle of milk and/or fruit juice (meaning we had to resort to an improvised bathroom bin + ice = refrigerator)!

- Location was excellent, close to Powell Street station (BART ride to the airport in ca. ) All connections a travel to SF would want: Street Car, Bus, CableCar, BART, Metro. - People at the reception are very kind

- Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved for a hotel of this price (one handle was greasy). The room layout was nice but nothing special.  The pool was very nice, so was the gym. Dining options could be better

-Overall: recommended for a business traveller who need not worry about the price; for tourists (esp. families) to SF there are probably better options

I like this hotel very much. The room is large, quiet and clean. The view outside the window is good, you can see the sea, and the high floor is preferred. You can get mineral water at the front desk every day.

The hotel is next to the conference center. You can take a bartender in a few minutes. There are some small discounts for registering IHG members at the front desk. Otherwise, it is a normal five-star hotel

One of the best hotels in California, really enjoyed the stay and the staff is very friendly and willing to help with every little thing you might have q's with. The bar, pool and gym are updated and very clean

We had a smaller gathering for drinks and small bites at the restaurant before heading to a bigger celebration on the 1st floor. Restaurant service was great and they accommodated our every request

AMAZING! I recently visited San Francisco on business and stayed here. My view was amazing and their Sunday Brunch is unbelievable. They had everything and anything someone could ever want.

I didn't stay there but was given a voucher by my wine club for a free wine tasting. The ambiance exudes elegance. If you stay, please visit the tasting room in the lobby. It's amazing.

The ceremony took place in the courtyard and the reception in a big event room. Great organization, beautiful rooms and everything was very accessible even for parents with strollers

Beautiful property very close to Chinatown. Very easy to miss since on the outside it looks like many of the other buildings. Once you get inside tho its breathtakingly beautiful.

Rooms are a bit small but comfortable, and front desk staff were very friendly. Immediate surroundings were somewhat crowded by SF’s homeless, which made walking near the hotel feel unsafe at times

I wish there was a channel guide in the room for the TV but if that's literally the only negative thing I can think of, that means I had a pretty good stay

My family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the common areas downstairs and the grab and go food/drinks. The heated pool area is very nice! You could not get a better location

It was very clean and looked very nice inside and out. The location is perfect and the parking was very nice and easy to use. Anyone who has a car and needs parking should stay here. The bed was very nice and comfortable

The wifi was quality as we were both working remote with no problems. I will note the complimentary bikes they lend out are beach cruisers, which is not recommended in a hilly place like San Francisco

Our party of 15 stayed here for 2 nights. Hard to beat the location if you are a tourist like we were. Found our room to be spacious and clean and the bed (king) was comfortable

Hotel Caza was a godsend after our original "hotel" turned out to be very dangerous. We received excellent service; the room was very nice and the view was beautiful

Bathroom was clean but the lighting was a little too dim for our liking. Bath linens were changed daily, a must have for us. There was no coffee maker in the room

There is also a sports bar called the Brick & Beam attached to the hotel that is a decent spot to grab a quick bite or cocktail before heading out to explore SF. Pillows were a little flat for my needs but bed was good

Loved staying here, its in a great spot!! Only problem we had was with our 24lb pup, who is a sweetheart. The women cleaning our room never did so because of our dog, and never had someone else come and clean

They don't have a spot for the dogs to use the bathroom. Maybe add a spot of fake grass somewhere just in case. There's not exactly anywhere close by that would be reasonable for a dog to go, except the sidewalk

The food was top notch, we had so many healthy choices all during the morning through the evening. Wonderful place for any event and the breakfast in The Wardroom was also very good, lots of choices from the buffet

Quiet at night so you can sleep well and very clean. The market place was a bit over priced on most all the items and there is only one microwave over in the entire building, none in the rooms

Unfortunately, the hotel does not include breakfast, not even a buffet breakfast, so you have to order it yourself. There is no homeless around the hotel, so it feels very safe. I will stay at Four Seasons next time

We ate dinner at MKT restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel. The lobby was cleaned with beautiful wood late throughout the hotel. Who would had a lively bar once you went upstairs in the lobby

The room was very clean and the facilities were new. We booked a suite and received welcome fruit and an exclusive card. The service was very attentive

It should be OK by the standard of ordinary five-star hotels, but if it is the standard of Four Seasons, it should be the worst Four Seasons hotel I have ever stayed in.

The location is great and near an abundance of wonderful shopping and restaurants. There was no pool for our kids, despite photos on the website that showed a pool

The front desk was not on the first floor and you had to take the elevator. Turn right and walk 800 meters to the Moscone Exhibition Center, which was very convenient for business travel

Boardgames are also available to rent. One minor thing - there was a used and stained plastic fork inside the microwave that was sent to our room upon request. Would come back to stay again

Resort fee (there is a resort fee, pay attention while booking) includes $15 per day restaurant credit, coffee on the morning and free marshmallows in the evening (they have nice fireplaces in the courtyard, but pretty busy)

The Junior King Suite was a little smaller than expected, but was clean and cozy. Parking with Valet only, at $65. Getting our car was fast and easy. Free 1-hour bike rental available

They have a vanity outside of the room with the only bathroom switch which I thought was weird. I requested a quiet room and I got exactly that so beggars can’t be choosers

All in all it’s a good hotel especially when you are out and about in the City

The hotel is in a great location. Seconds from public transport and all the shopping that you like and an easy uber ride to anywhere. The room was beautifully decorated and calm

The location is very good, very safe and convenient. When I checked in, I gave my child a 🦭 doll. My child loves it very much and takes it with him every day. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic

Make sure the TV is operating correctly. Bring your own extension cord if you bring electronics. Great pool. Strong shower water but small bathroom. Would only come back on a deal.

The always gracious staff are genuinely glad you are there and it shows in their smiles. Upon registering and headed up to the rooms, you'll find an unexpected oasis complete with palm trees

The rooms are done in a mod-60's style that is clean and inviting without being kitschy. Many rooms are awash in light from the center-facing full-wall windows (that remind me of fishbowls)

Restaurant staff was ever so attentive and my 4 year old nephew was quite content with his meal. The outdoor pool is immaculate

Great Hotel This is a lovely boutique hotel with antique furniture. There’s a nice wine bar and a tapas place on the first floor. They valet your car too!

We loved the central location of the hotel, we were able to walk to several areas from there, i. Japantown, Embarcadero, Chinatown, etc

Staff is friendly and helpful. Valet parking is worthy and close to a lot of places for shopping. A good experience:))

The number of homeless people in the area is unfortunate, however we did not feel threatened by their presence

Very friendly and helpful staff with a cute little room. Just because of their location, there is a lot of late night noise outside and homeless. The TV in my room was just in a really weird spot and the shower was tiny

Charming boutique hotel, with good prices. Wonderful neighborhood, incredibly kind staff. The linens were rather impressive and the pillows we're equally pleasing

I was passing by to play Pokemon at this hotel. By playing this game here actually met new friends that had the same interest as myself

It was a great place to hang out and have conversations with people with similar interest. I don't mind coming back to this hotel again because there's a lot of wild Pokemons to catch

It is home feel.. there is NO claw foot bath tub, NO control of ur heat, Love the antique furniture but doesn't match. It could use a small face lift, and could use a bell boy concierge to take luggage upstairs.
