Great location. Easy access to a lot of places. Get a high floor for a view. Pool is on the 16th floor.
When I ran a towel over it, it came right off. The nightstands hadn't been dusted and it was obvious. I know things happen and no hotel is perfect
Rooms were great for our price. The hotel was close to everything. One tip would be to avoid the parking costs at the hotel and park across the street in one of the parking lots there. 24 hour price will save you $20
They are very generous with upgrades for HHonors members, provide a wait free check-in with the digital key option, through the app, and were very attentive to my needs via text
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on here and they had the cheapest rates around. Great stay here a couple of weekends back
What could be more convenient than that? It's also in a great location in the city, very close to car rental facilities, should you decide to drive to the coast or wine country

Don't let the 70's exterior facade fool you - this place is as up to date as any hotel. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient and central, too
Love Marriot! Wonderful experience from the minute the doorman open the door! Check in staff was friendly and very helpful. Ken in the bar is very personable and the service is great
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and had a wonderful time. Super friendly staff from the front desk to the bar to the breakfast crew, we were always greeted with a smile and sincerity
Great hotel. Nice central location. Close to a lot of shopping. Just walk down Powell St and you will be shopping in no time. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Best stay ever!
We had one of the recently renovated rooms and have zero complaints. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to San Francisco!
The mattress and pillows were wonderful! Room was well cleaned

This is the most luxurious hotel in the world! It was a flawless, sparkling environment. It is suitable for both large parties and dates. For me it was a wonderful place to heal. We've had a good time so far
You'll need a decent vantage point to see the entire area
The service is here is always excellent. They often email before and after the stay to check on if I need(ed) anything. On my last trip they knew it was recently my birthday and left me a card and chocolate in the room
Wow! I was extremely impressed by this hotel. It was very big and nice looking, the rooms were nice, I was particularly impressed by the bar on the 39th floor. The views from up there were spectacular
Flight crews, Aussie tourists, families, business travelers—they are all here. If you like that type of hotel, and I do, then this is a great spot for you. This means other things are big too
The hotel's location was also very nice and convenient. I would love to stay there again. This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in to this date

I did though! I took the Trolley (Easy to get on right in Front of the Westin at the Corner) to Fisherman's Wharf, and the Train at Union Square to the Giants game! I definitely recommend The Westin St
Would give it a 10 if I could. THE place to stay in SF… worth every penny. Clean and staff is super friendly. The cafe has an excellent selection and very convenient if you have hote credits to spend
I had an Exceptional Experience thanks to the Excellent Customer Service provided by Elaine at the Front Desk! My room was extraordinary! It had a view of Union Square! It was so perfect that I didn't want to leave
The cafe downstairs also serves delicious pasta (much to my surprise!) Definitely will be back. The pricing is comparable to the Hilton but this hotel is much much better in my opinion
Beautiful hotel with great service! We were in a junior suite on the union square side and it was absolutely gorgeous. The service was great and room service was fast

It was a wonderful surprise to know the parking was part of my stay, breakfast was perfect, and the coffee was outstanding. The location couldn't be better for shopping and dining. Only a block from Union Square
I made a quick trip to San Francisco to see some friends play live music. Franck was extremely helpful with all the information I could need, and the woman at the front desk was marvelous
The room was quaint, bathrooms nicely updated and the view was perfect. The windows open ALL THE WAY! A rare find in hotels these days. And the fresh air was welcomed
Delicious homemade croissants for breakfast, sparkling clean rooms, friendly service in a beautiful French accent. We’ll come back over and over again
Considering my stay was during Covid, I felt safe the entire time with everyone taking the necessary measures and precautions
Super cute hotel on Nob Hill. Hand Painted art & walls. Quiet neighborhood and lovely hotel & rooms. We had a cozy Queen room, well equipped bathroom. Our heater was broken so it was a little chilly.

The linens and towels caused me to break out in hives all over my body. We asked for fresh towels and the woman at the front desk gave us attitude about it
If you're after luxury, remortgage your home and get one of the ridiculously expensive hotels - but if you're looking for a perfectly decent hotel in a great location in San Francisco for a reasonable price, I think you will find this hotel hard to beat
The room was nice and clean but smelled slightly like cigarette smoke. We went to hang towels on the towel rack and the rack came completely out of the wall
I stayed here for a business trip and really enjoyed it. I appreciated the vintage feel and actually prefer that experience to a "fancy" hotel. The bed was comfy! The staff were very friendly and helpful
Wine hour was a GREAT addition and would be a reason I'd stay there again. It's close to many of the places you'll want to visit. China Town, Financial District, Nob Hill, shopping, etc
Hotels in San Francisco are very expensive, so although this hotel wasn't exactly cheap, as far as San Francisco hotels are concerned it was very good value for money

Great clean rooms at an affordable price! Staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Also left my airpods after the stay and they held it for me at the location so I could pick it up. 10/10 would recommend.
This hotel is always featured on the big name hotel booking sites and typically the rooms can get down to 50% of the original price Great for a cheap stay with moderate amenities but there are more exciting places in better locations in San Francisco
Easy to access, right off freeway, and in a safe area. Arrived and my room wasn't clean yet, but they cleaned it well. Rooms weren't gross or smelly, and front desk was helpful
If you are local to the area and need a reasonably priced clean place to say then this is for you
GOOD PARKING, in a gated lot with security guards. This is my 3rd time using this motel
We stayed a night here. Rooms were clean and tidy. There wasn't much walking distance but we were able to uber to most tourist places for $5-10. There was a cool food cart area a short walk away.

This place was the most amazing place in the world. The room, the staff, the pool are just amazing. The breakfast was to die for and the coffee is rich and divine
Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. This site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area
I have been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure will love it I'm sure! Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast included with the room has a lot of variety
My partner and I visited here for the first time in June 2021. The room was great, the location was perfect, valet parking made driving in the city easy, and the whole stay was excellent
Ruben at the front desk was also very helpful and made us feel welcome. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in SF. We will be going back for sure! Thanks for a lovely visit

One of the best hotels in California, really enjoyed the stay and the staff is very friendly and willing to help with every little thing you might have q's with. The bar, pool and gym are updated and very clean
We had a smaller gathering for drinks and small bites at the restaurant before heading to a bigger celebration on the 1st floor. Restaurant service was great and they accommodated our every request
AMAZING! I recently visited San Francisco on business and stayed here. My view was amazing and their Sunday Brunch is unbelievable. They had everything and anything someone could ever want.
I didn't stay there but was given a voucher by my wine club for a free wine tasting. The ambiance exudes elegance. If you stay, please visit the tasting room in the lobby. It's amazing.
The ceremony took place in the courtyard and the reception in a big event room. Great organization, beautiful rooms and everything was very accessible even for parents with strollers
Beautiful property very close to Chinatown. Very easy to miss since on the outside it looks like many of the other buildings. Once you get inside tho its breathtakingly beautiful.

Since there are bums galore in SF, regardless of which hotel you stay in, the homeless sleeping outside never bothered us. We've stayed at much fancier hotels and were more afraid to walk outside than this little gem
Rooms are good and the service is quite good actually. On the other hand, the lobby, the outside part and corridors are scary. The elevator was also broken by the time I was in the hotel
In terms of pricing, is good in comparison with other hotels in the area, but as I said, don't expect too much if you decide to go to this hotel. Not recommended for families with kids
Everything said, I would repeat the experience. If you need something they'll be glad to help you, and that's what I'm looking for when I'm in a city for the first time and alone
If you need a room to store your suitcases and a comfortable bed to sleep on for under $100 per night, than this is the place for you! Minus one star for aesthetic purposes
Despite the way it looks on the outside, the inside of the rooms are totally cute! You can tell the owner/operator has made an effort to make the rooms clean and comfy

Towels were plentiful & fluffy. Internet was terrible though, kept dropping out or signal was just 1 bar. Couldn't get wifi on laptop at all, just phones. Had to go down to the lobby to use laptop - not good for business
This hotel is worth every penny you spend on a room and experiences you have while staying at this property! Worth it, so do it!!
It also has an heated indoor pool that offers respite to the cold San Francisco weather. I would definitely go back to Hotel Nikko
Nice hotel. Text service is awesome. Great location. One watch out: amazing pool and patio is not included with some rooms. Also, early check-in has a fee and wifi is bad. But lots to love.
Great hotel, very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that hotel loading/unloading is located on 180 Ellis. Google maps took me to another entrance, that did not have a loading/unloading zone
Room was immaculate, comfortable, and gorgeous. The restaurant and bar were stellar. The staff was helpful and friendly. I couldn't recommend Hotel Nikko more and I look forward to returning in future

They provide great customer and Bell service. The room is always clean and they provide robes for you to use. There is a small little cafe in the lobby near the check in desk. There are 3 elevators so your not waiting
A room key card is required to go up past the 1st floor. There is parking in basement, but there is a separate charge for parking. Stay here and you can walk easily to the piers of San Francisco easily
I’ve stayed here multiple times. I’ve taken my children with me on a few occasions and it is very kids friendly. It’s located right near many restaurants and a CVS if have a quick shopping need
I have stayed here many times and never had a bad experience
The rooms and halls are pretty basic and parking in the ramp was expensive, but being able to leave your car in a spot all day not having to worry about paying several times and trying to find spots to park all over, let alone towing, was worth it
Really nice hotel in a perfect location near the wharf area. Staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. The only issue is having to walk through a cloud of cigarette and cigar smoke when you enter and leave the hotel

Our Stay at Four Seasons was absolutely perfect!!! Gabriela at Front desk was very helpful and courteous. The bedding was amazingly comfortable. Surprisingly they call you by your name everytime they see you
Our stay at The Four Seasons Hotel at Embarcadero was flawless. Location was great, close to many attractions in the city and in a relatively safer/better area of SF downtown. From the time we checked in to check out
We unfortunately only had one day in san francisco and had quite a task to try to experience as much as possible with the time constraints. The concierge took care of that for us
We were given a route and a few suggestions that helped us explore and remove the stress of planning. The room was impeccable and well appointed with a grand view of the bay
When we come back, there isn't a question of where we will be choosing to rest. My reference point of a great stay has been set here
Staff were all friendly, polite and accommodating to all of our requests. I recommend rooms with bay to bay, panoramic view and a higher floor. I got exactly what I was looking for when I booked

I work in Event Technology and I have to say, the staff here has been amazing. And the hotel is clean and gorgeous. I would highly recommend the on-site AV staff if you need to schedule and event here
Made the mistake of coming to the financial district during a holiday and everything was closed. But this hotel was really great. I could talk about the staff all day long because they were the best
Rates were good (WITH A COUPON - without a coupon they were ridiculous). Room was great! Service was spectacular. Food was expensive but delicious. Definitely consider Omni for your next SF visit.
The reception is very friendly, they welcome you in bottles and give you great insight. The rooms are wonderful and the showers are phenomenal!
Great penthouse room, at first I didn't like the tiny dormer windows but they are growing on me. Since my view is of a building across the street large windows aren't necessary anyways
Beautiful hotel, perfect location. Great staff and clean rooms. I will stay here again next time

The views are great since you are on top of the hill. I did not get to see the pool area but Friends said it was quite good
Great location on top of Nob Hill! We stayed for a concert at the Masonic. From the moment we stepped in, we felt taken care of. The only trouble I had was with the garage next door but they are not owned by the hotel
While everything is far from affordable the value really isn't bad at all for what you're getting, which is a four and a half star experience. We also used the spa during our stay which was an unbelievable experience
The facility is absolutely gorgeous and our "aroma-soul experience" massage was life-affirming. We will definitely be returning to that spa as soon as we can save up for it, hopefully for the 1 year anniversary!
Big 4 was perfect for a holiday dinner. Terrific food (outstanding french onion soup) and service. Quiet enough for a lovely conversation in a group of 6. Highly recommend for a special occasion like Christmas.

Bathtub was awesome! Breakfast was always great! Bernie was amazing especially when I was in a hurry one morning! I was also needing a refrigerator for my medication‘s at the time, and they were very good at bringing me one as soon as possible! Same with the ice! All very friendly staff and very clean place! I love the location as well! And my rooms view was amazing! If, and when I’m back in San...
Amazing and very creative food, on a very upscale setting. The service was impeccable, the presentation was great, the drinks and wines were also amazing. Highly recommend this place for a memorable dinner experience!
This place was awesome! Not only is it close to the convention center but it also felt safe which right now in San Francisco let’s face it safety is number one priority! They knew my face every day like I was family
I was welcomed with a warm towel and some credits for breakfast, etc. The room was also really nice. Very spacious for San Francisco
A comfortable hotel in a great location, literally on Union Square. The hotel is not big, but it has an exceptional charm. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly
The rooms were great, and housekeeping was excellent with great attention to detail. The fantastic hospitality extended to the restaurant as well with wonderful servers at both breakfast and dinner

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay here due to the clearance of our car (unrelated to club quarters- a SF parking garage issue). However, Brian was amazing and extremely helpful for the time we were there
Had a solid time here - we arrived way too early (like 6 hours early) and were still able to get checked in for free. The location is amazing, the rooms are OK - you can read the other reviews about that
It's right close to chinatown but towards the safer part. It's close to most areas of the city so you are central to everything. They were quick to answer any questions and get us anything we needed
After a long drive from Mt Shasta, a busy Bay Bridge on a Saturday afternoon, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of the room, especially being in the Financial District
Excellent experience overall! Got into the city a bit sooner than expected, but Liz let us check-in early at no additional cost. Fantastic price point for staying in SF and great location
However, for the price this was phenomenal. Perfect for just crashing and sleeping while doing stuff throughout the day since it's so central. I'd come back and would recommend

There is also a sports bar called the Brick & Beam attached to the hotel that is a decent spot to grab a quick bite or cocktail before heading out to explore SF. Pillows were a little flat for my needs but bed was good
Loved staying here, its in a great spot!! Only problem we had was with our 24lb pup, who is a sweetheart. The women cleaning our room never did so because of our dog, and never had someone else come and clean
They don't have a spot for the dogs to use the bathroom. Maybe add a spot of fake grass somewhere just in case. There's not exactly anywhere close by that would be reasonable for a dog to go, except the sidewalk
The food was top notch, we had so many healthy choices all during the morning through the evening. Wonderful place for any event and the breakfast in The Wardroom was also very good, lots of choices from the buffet
Quiet at night so you can sleep well and very clean. The market place was a bit over priced on most all the items and there is only one microwave over in the entire building, none in the rooms
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. This hotel did an absolutely wonderful job hosting our event

A ton of shops and cafes around the sort. Rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy! staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking charge is pretty fair in comparison to the others in the area
There is a $25/day urban fee which covers amenities like the wifi, morning coffee/tea and a voucher for a complimentary glass of rosé. The lobby is cozy and the rooms were quite roomy
I found the walls to be quite thin though, with being able to hear the neighbouring guests opening their doors and drawing their blinds so loudly that it actually sounds like it’s coming from right inside our own room
The front desk staff and the door man were also very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and if we are in San Francisco again we will stay here again!
Loved the location and staff! The pillows were not great and even though we were on the highest (4th) floor we could hear a good bit of street noise each evening so bring ear plugs if that will bother you
Love that there was a Trader Joe’s a block nearby as well as a Starbucks and the Powell/Mason Cable Car turnaround

-We didn’t have to wait for the bathroom or the shower at all. The bathroom and shower were clean and maintained! Location was great, we were able to ride bird scooters almost everywhere
I must say the shared bathrooms at first sounded really scary but it ended up being a better experience than I thought. Each floor has their own bathroom to share
We had NO issues parking whatsoever. (I highly suggest parking in the alleys nearby, it’s safe & FREE!) Room was very clean & the staff was great
