San Francisco, 950 Mason Street 🧭 Map
I love it here. The location is wonderful, nothing beats creating Nob Hill to arrive at your hotel. I love hotels with history and this place has it in spades. If you’re looking for the best in contemporary hotel room design, go somewhere else. But I reckon that’s not why you’re here. The rooms are spacious and the views from the tower are exceptional.
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights on our way home from a months holiday abroad. We were looking forward to the luxury and comfort. Unfortunately, our stay didn't start well with the front desk giving away our adjoining room to another guest. The hotel was very honest with the mistake and took it seriously to fix the error and make sure that we were placed in a different set of rooms and even...
I had no idea there were hotels with such incredible views! I am literally planning my next trip already because I want to just relax in the room and take photos for days! The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained and rich with history. We stayed for an event at Grace Cathedral and it was a lovely short stroll over and back.
Wow!! We travel often and try our best to pick luxurious hotels at a family-friendly rate. This place was AMAZING!! Wish we would remember every staff member’s names that helped us but Emmanuel did stand out at check in. He was kind, helpful and quick! Gave us an extremely helpful recommendation to get a last minute reservation at the Tonga restaurant inside (MUST DO WITH KIDS) and we got in on a Saturday...
One of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. We spent four nights here and were fortunate enough to enjoy their buffet breakfast, which was outstanding ( it was only available during holidays). The hotel's location was convenient for everywhere we needed to go. Parking right in front of the hotel is available at a much cheaper rate (no need to navigate hills, just across the park). The cleaning...

- Impressive interior design - Very comfortable rooms, especially the bed - food was pretty good
Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure will love it I'm sure! Rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable to stay in...
This place was the most awesome place ever. The room, the staff, the pool are all simply amazing. The breakfast was to die for and the coffee rich and divine. The bath and soaps were exquisite, the pillow bed was like sleeping on a magic cloud of love. The decor , the convenience and the simple luxurious touches were worth every cent.

My partner and I visited here for the first time in June 2021. We had a lovely time. The room was great, the location was perfect, valet parking made driving in the city easy, and the whole stay was excellent. Ruben at the front desk was also very helpful and made us feel welcome. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in SF. We will be going back for sure! Thanks for a lovely visit.

The staff is awesome. My room was a disappointment. Paid for suite. Got a "large" room with multiple sofas. Tub only no separate shower. Marriott is better.
It's the Ritz, so you can expect it to be beautiful. I really want to call Rita at the front desk. Absolutely amazing customer service and made my kids feel like superstars!
One of the best hotels in California, really enjoyed the stay and the staff is very friendly and willing to help with every little thing you might have q's with. The bar, pool and gym are updated and very clean. You definitely need to love this place.
I went to Ritz for a wedding. The ceremony took place in the courtyard and the reception in a big event room. Everything was beautiful. Great organization, beautiful rooms and everything was very accessible even for parents with strollers.
Beautiful property very close to Chinatown. Very easy to miss since on the outside it looks like many of the other buildings. Once you get inside tho its breathtakingly beautiful.
Elegant hotel but I expected more classiness. Check-in experience a bit lacking. Our room was spacious and comfortable but not spectacular. Bathroom big and well maintained. Ordered breakfast up to the room - was good but not great. Nothing really wrong but I expected more.

San Francisco, 222 Mason Street 🧭 Map
Comfy, clean and with excellent service. Stayed for 3 nights in January on a business trip. Area can bit noisy at night on occasion but everything inside the hotel was on point
This hotel is worth every penny you spend on a room and experiences you have while staying at this property! Worth it, so do it!!
Hotel Nikko is a 4 star hotel that deserves all of the stars it got. The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast buffet spread was impressive, and the room was clean and modern in its layout. It also has an heated indoor pool that offers respite to the cold San Francisco weather. I would definitely go back to Hotel Nikko.
Yuppp
Great hotel, very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that hotel loading/unloading is located on 180 Ellis. Google maps took me to another entrance, that did not have a loading/unloading zone
Very pleasant stay. Room was immaculate, comfortable, and gorgeous. The restaurant and bar were stellar. The staff was helpful and friendly. I couldn't recommend Hotel Nikko more and I look forward to returning in future.
Restaurants & bars surrounding the hotel streets, lots of shopping within 10mins walk (Macys, Neiman Marcus, electronics, Victoria's Secret, Westfield, CVS & Wallgreens). All transport (cable cars, trolley cars, buses, Metro) 5mins walk from hotel. Bed very comfortable, room size ok, luxurious bedding, TV in room, table with chairs, wardrobe, fridge, bathroom with Japanese style cleaning toilet, huge...

For a five star hotel this was disappointing. First room had a broken tv, they moved me to a smaller room which had stains in the comforter and a broken tub, with no additional compensation offered. I'm sure they will make a token claim that I should contact them, but seeing that I am writing this during my stay, it would seem if they actually wanted to rectify anything, they would. In addition, inexplicable...
Besides great service, great food, concierge Daniel Rey went above and beyond with his services. I had an emergency and needed to see a notary on Sunday! Daniel said he would call me and let me know when I would be in San Francisco. Daniil found a mobile notary within an hour! Couldn't have asked for better service! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here in San Francisco.
Great views and rooms. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I'll definitely be back
One of the best places to spend your nights in SF
The food and service was amazing. Our waiter, Kent, was extremely attentive and super polite. The salad we had was extremely fresh and everyone made our dining experience as pleasant as we had hoped it would be.
The facility was a gorgeous and nicely sized space for my company's annual meeting. The food was rather exceptional and the service set a new high bar. At no time did we run out of water, coffee, or soda. The AV worked flawlessly throughout multiple presentations. I would recommend this space to any company looking for a great experience for their business events.

Location was great! A short walk to Union Square and to Chinatown as well.
There isn't a comparison to the excellence that we have experienced with the staff during our stay. From the moment driving up, the valet was immediately there welcoming us and taking care of check-in. We unfortunately only had one day in san francisco and had quite a task to try to experience as much as possible with the time constraints. The concierge took care of that for us. We were given a route...
Our Stay at Four Seasons was absolutely perfect!!! Gabriela at Front desk was very helpful and courteous. The bedding was amazingly comfortable. Surprisingly they call you by your name everytime they see you ... 🙂 can't wait to come back...
Our stay at The Four Seasons Hotel at Embarcadero was flawless. Location was great, close to many attractions in the city and in a relatively safer/better area of SF downtown. From the time we checked in to check out. Staff were all friendly, polite and accommodating to all of our requests. I recommend rooms with bay to bay, panoramic view and a higher floor. Views are incredible. I got exactly what...
Every time I visit a Four Seasons property, it is such a special experience. I have stayed in countless five star hotels all over the world, one thing that always sets apart Four Seasons from the rest of the hotels is their top notch service. I was quite pleased with my room, everything was as visually appealing as it was comfortable. I think this property has some of the best views of San Francisco...
This hotel is an absolute gem. I am no expert in the hotel business by any stretch of the imagination, but I can recognize when a business is run like a well-oiled machine. From the moment we walked into the front doors it was nothing but smooth interactions, delicious cocktails, and a wonderful room with a breathtaking view of the city. They claim to have the best views of any hotel in the city, and...

Great service and staff. 5 stars spa. Amenities awesome... but the view, oh my god the view!
Perfect location and yet the room rate is reasonable. With the view of Bay Bridge and the Ferry Building, this is one of the best hotels to stay at in San Francisco.
Overall a nice hotel with good breakfast.. But some small things were off. The front desk staff that I delt with weren't as accommodating as expected for a hotel of this price. Small detail, but my room was overlooking the bridge but the window was so dirty I couldn't see anything. I should've complained but I didn't.. And now I'm that person writing it as a comment
I stayed here during a recent business trip and was mostly impressed. I had an inside-facing king room. They were not kidding when they said no view... it literally faced the other side of the hotel. While the view was lacking , the room itself was nice. It was very spacious for one person and was clean. The front desk staff was very kind. I arrived quite early and did not expect to be able to check...
Stayed for a company event. The space was great and the food was delicious. The bar is a great to spot to meet up and grab a few drinks.
Went to happy hour at Americano. Great food and drink selection and plenty of space if you go on a Monday evening :)

one of my favorite hotels. live the pool as well
Absolutely gorgeous old historic hotel right atop Nob Hill. The location is lovely, right across from Nob Hill Park and offering wonderful views of pretty much the whole city. We spent two nights here for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. Service is top-notch, extremely prompt and courteous but not obtrusive at all. While everything is far from affordable the value really isn't bad at all for what...
Spent the weekend at this amazing hotel! It's a beautiful, classic building. Rooms are well done, comfortable, big, and have great views thanks to the hotel's vantage point on the top of Nob Hill. The restaurant on site is great. Staff are wonderful. The location is great and very central to many sights in San Francisco. I'll definitely be back!
Great location on top of Nob Hill! We stayed for a concert at the Masonic. From the moment we stepped in, we felt taken care of. The only trouble I had was with the garage next door but they are not owned by the hotel. The room was comfy and spacious and looked out over the Masonic, Grace cathedral and the city. Lovely view though the window was a bit dirty.
First time in SF and this was the perfect place to stay. Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Location was great, rooms are spacious, beds are super soft, and the bar was great!! Will stay here again if ever in SF.
The Scarlett is a beautiful boutique hotel on Nob Hill. Our suite was extravagantly appointed and had every luxury you could hope for. The close proximity to Grace Cathedral and Huntington Park was a plus, as well, as walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Big 4 restaurant was excellent ! I did not utilize the Spa this trip, but definitely will the next...

it’s homy and the staff is excellent. love the Molton brown products and love the mattress, very comfortable.
It's a beautiful hotel, the staff are very friendly and the location is easy to Uber in and out of. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars across the board was that the room had a pungent stale odor and the air conditioning takes a REALLY long time to cool the room down. I'd absolutely stay again though as well as encourage everyone to book a stay here!
A comfortable hotel in a great location, literally on Union Square. The hotel is not big, but it has an exceptional charm. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. Concierges are always at your service to help you with organizing excursions, purchasing tickets and any kind of assistance. Even if it is located in the very center of the city, there is no problem...
This place was awesome! Not only is it close to the convention center but it also felt safe which right now in San Francisco let’s face it safety is number one priority! They knew my face every day like I was family. I was welcomed with a warm towel and some credits for breakfast, etc. The room was also really nice. Very spacious for San Francisco. Bathtub was awesome! Breakfast was always great! Bernie...
I'd give 6 stars if I could. The high calibre of service here was absolutely outstanding! Over our 3 night stay, we were kindly greeted by the door man and the front desk staff every time we arrived/departed. The rooms were great, and housekeeping was excellent with great attention to detail. The fantastic hospitality extended to the restaurant as well with wonderful servers at both breakfast and dinner...

Absolutely beautiful old mansion with well-appointed, individually decorated rooms with art and antiques that you won’t find anywhere else in SF. The main issue is that there really isn’t anything to do nearby that is reasonably walkable. It’s nice that breakfast is included, but with the bar/restaurant still closed, it’s extremely basic. Also, there’s nowhere to wind down the evening with a drink...
Omar and staff were excellent- warm and welcoming and incredibly helpful with airport transportation and anticipating our needs. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely welcome plate of fruit, snacks, fresh water, and a nice turndown service with slippers at the bedside and chocolates on the pillows. Location was great, you can reserve a parking spot for $54 which is more than reasonable in...
This was a perfect experience. We had a mother daughter weekend. The service was amazing. Omar was there to greet us whenever we came home. Amanda was wonderful also and makes a great latte! Everything about this place was a 5 star experience!
Very unique setting. Beautiful antiques all over. I highly recommend.

excellent location and service great gym downstairs
Large and clean room with quiet great view of the city. Staff are friendly and helpful, convenient location with lots of commercial area around.
We went there for a brunch with family and friends for my birthday and expected to have a great treat for the celebration. However, the interior decor and seating area was just OK (a bit old and worn-out) and ambiance and the food were all just mediocre. The view we got from our dining table was facing a narrow street and not much to see. Overall, we felt that the brunch celebration experience was...
Had a great corner room, very large, well equipped. Staff extremely helpful as you would expect. Pricey but you are in downtown San Fran!
This hotel is five stars all around. The Market Street location is perfect for those taking BART, but they do have valet service if you don't mind paying. It's walking distance to many nearby bars, restaurants and shopping. I came here for holiday parties on different occasions and the decor, service and food were on point. The rooms were well maintained and had a modern, luxurious feel that makes...
I came to the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco to grab a drink at their bar. It is a beautiful space and the ambiance is very laid back. The volume was low enough so that you could carry out a conversation with your guests with normal indoor voices, but still lively enough. My experience was fantastic.

The place was beyond all my expectations. Everything was perfect or even better))) If I come to San Francisco once again I will choose this place without even thinking!
Stopped in quickly while out at the square. We had a quick drink. Friendly service and nice atmosphere.
What's not to love about a world renown chocolate factory. Beautiful Oceanside view plenty of space to relax and move around and they give tons of free sample! ?
Very nice place, friendly staff. Didn't stay long, but definitely would return
Stopped by for an ice cream dessert after dinner at Fisherman's Wharf. Great service, and of course, the chocolate was wonderful.
The suite is amazing. Our balcony is right in giardelli square and the room itself is beautiful!
