I love it here. The location is wonderful, nothing beats creating Nob Hill to arrive at your hotel. I love hotels with history and this place has it in spades. If you’re looking for the best in contemporary hotel room design, go somewhere else. But I reckon that’s not why you’re here. The rooms are spacious and the views from the tower are exceptional.
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights on our way home from a months holiday abroad. We were looking forward to the luxury and comfort. Unfortunately, our stay didn't start well with the front desk giving away our adjoining room to another guest. The hotel was very honest with the mistake and took it seriously to fix the error and make sure that we were placed in a different set of rooms and even...
I had no idea there were hotels with such incredible views! I am literally planning my next trip already because I want to just relax in the room and take photos for days!
The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained and rich with history.
We stayed for an event at Grace Cathedral and it was a lovely short stroll over and back.
Wow!! We travel often and try our best to pick luxurious hotels at a family-friendly rate. This place was AMAZING!! Wish we would remember every staff member’s names that helped us but Emmanuel did stand out at check in. He was kind, helpful and quick! Gave us an extremely helpful recommendation to get a last minute reservation at the Tonga restaurant inside (MUST DO WITH KIDS) and we got in on a Saturday...
One of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. We spent four nights here and were fortunate enough to enjoy their buffet breakfast, which was outstanding ( it was only available during holidays). The hotel's location was convenient for everywhere we needed to go. Parking right in front of the hotel is available at a much cheaper rate (no need to navigate hills, just across the park). The cleaning...
I went there for the Tonga room and the Christmas decorations. The ginger bread house is amazing. I love the decor great photo opportunity with the family. The Tonga room drinks were super awesome. Loved it.

Stayed here many many times, always great! However this time there was a strike going on, very loud outside, and in the room early in the morning. But the hotel is lovely, historic and smells amazing inside! They have a lovely indoor pool too! Hopefully the staff on strike will recieve what they need and all can go back to normal. You definitely noticed the regular staff was not there!
Really really great experience at Palace Hotel. The service was amazing, the rooms were clean and room service provides dental kits, shaving kits, slippers at request, all high quality. There was a happy hour everyday from 4-7pm and they had free drinks and charcuterie. The pool and gym were clean and in good condition too. Only downside was the hot tub was pretty tepid and not really hot.
We stayed here 3 nights, during a labor strike. The strikers start at 7am sharp and go until 10pm, not just chanting but drums, whistles, and horns, continuously. I do want to extend kudos to the staff that was working, they did a great job considering the circumstances.
But that aside, the rooms and building were very nice and clean, well kept. The large Christmas tree in the lounge was beautiful...
We recently stayed at the Palace Hotel during a challenging time when staff were on strike. The main entrance was hectic because striking employees used loud instruments and made raucous noises upon our arrival.
During our three-night stay, housekeeping services were limited, and fresh towels were delivered early evening. Dining options on-site were restricted to a single venue, and there was no room...
I've been to the Palace twice now and I won't stay anywhere else! It is extremely well located to public transit, and the staff are incredible.
I will share that my most recent visit was during the Palace staff's union strike. The management and those noble enough to continue working went way above and beyond. They even left me a kind note! I was genuinely impressed with how on top of things they were...
Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure will love it I'm sure!

Hotel Nikko San Francisco
San Francisco, 222 Mason Street 🧭 Map
Comfy, clean and with excellent service. Stayed for 3 nights in January on a business trip. Area can bit noisy at night on occasion but everything inside the hotel was on point
This hotel is worth every penny you spend on a room and experiences you have while staying at this property! Worth it, so do it!!
Hotel Nikko is a 4 star hotel that deserves all of the stars it got. The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast buffet spread was impressive, and the room was clean and modern in its layout. It also has an heated indoor pool that offers respite to the cold San Francisco weather. I would definitely go back to Hotel Nikko.
Great hotel, very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that hotel loading/unloading is located on 180 Ellis. Google maps took me to another entrance, that did not have a loading/unloading zone
Very pleasant stay. Room was immaculate, comfortable, and gorgeous. The restaurant and bar were stellar. The staff was helpful and friendly. I couldn't recommend Hotel Nikko more and I look forward to returning in future.
We had a spectacular and relaxing stay. Room was extremely spacious and beautifully appointed. Bathtub is extra deep for soaking. Club lounge was a great spit to watch the world series and offers a fantastic view of the city. Beer, wine and appetizers offered nightly and continental breakfast in the morning make club level a worthwhile upgrade. Service may be the best in the city. Has moved up to my...

The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco
San Francisco, 600 Stockton at California Street 🧭 Map
The staff is awesome. My room was a disappointment. Paid for suite. Got a "large" room with multiple sofas. Tub only no separate shower. Marriott is better.
It's the Ritz, so you can expect it to be beautiful. I really want to call Rita at the front desk. Absolutely amazing customer service and made my kids feel like superstars!
One of the best hotels in California, really enjoyed the stay and the staff is very friendly and willing to help with every little thing you might have q's with. The bar, pool and gym are updated and very clean. You definitely need to love this place.
I went to Ritz for a wedding. The ceremony took place in the courtyard and the reception in a big event room. Everything was beautiful. Great organization, beautiful rooms and everything was very accessible even for parents with strollers.
Beautiful property very close to Chinatown. Very easy to miss since on the outside it looks like many of the other buildings. Once you get inside tho its breathtakingly beautiful.
Elegant hotel but I expected more classiness. Check-in experience a bit lacking. Our room was spacious and comfortable but not spectacular. Bathroom big and well maintained. Ordered breakfast up to the room - was good but not great. Nothing really wrong but I expected more.

San Francisco, 125 Third Street 🧭 Map
For a five star hotel this was disappointing. First room had a broken tv, they moved me to a smaller room which had stains in the comforter and a broken tub, with no additional compensation offered. I'm sure they will make a token claim that I should contact them, but seeing that I am writing this during my stay, it would seem if they actually wanted to rectify anything, they would. In addition, inexplicable...
Besides great service, great food, concierge Daniel Rey went above and beyond with his services. I had an emergency and needed to see a notary on Sunday! Daniel said he would call me and let me know when I would be in San Francisco. Daniil found a mobile notary within an hour! Couldn't have asked for better service! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here in San Francisco.
Great views and rooms. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I'll definitely be back
The food and service was amazing. Our waiter, Kent, was extremely attentive and super polite. The salad we had was extremely fresh and everyone made our dining experience as pleasant as we had hoped it would be.
The facility was a gorgeous and nicely sized space for my company's annual meeting. The food was rather exceptional and the service set a new high bar. At no time did we run out of water, coffee, or soda. The AV worked flawlessly throughout multiple presentations. I would recommend this space to any company looking for a great experience for their business events.
The staff here is on point with their service and you get that five start experience that you're paying for. The lounge on the first floor is beautiful with comfortable seating for small or large groups. Love when we can grab a spot in front of the gas look through fireplace. There are definitely old guys looking for young girls vibes going on so just have fun watching it all happen while catching...

San Francisco, 8 Mission Street 🧭 Map
Perfect location and yet the room rate is reasonable. With the view of Bay Bridge and the Ferry Building, this is one of the best hotels to stay at in San Francisco.
Overall a nice hotel with good breakfast.. But some small things were off. The front desk staff that I delt with weren't as accommodating as expected for a hotel of this price. Small detail, but my room was overlooking the bridge but the window was so dirty I couldn't see anything. I should've complained but I didn't.. And now I'm that person writing it as a comment
I stayed here during a recent business trip and was mostly impressed.
I had an inside-facing king room. They were not kidding when they said no view... it literally faced the other side of the hotel. While the view was lacking , the room itself was nice. It was very spacious for one person and was clean.
The front desk staff was very kind. I arrived quite early and did not expect to be able to check...
Stayed for a company event. The space was great and the food was delicious. The bar is a great to spot to meet up and grab a few drinks.
Went to happy hour at Americano. Great food and drink selection and plenty of space if you go on a Monday evening :)
A wonderful boutique hotel right by the historic San Francisco Embarcadero and piers. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I only stayed for two days, but they recognized me after one. The only issue I had while there was trying to get a courtesy toothbrush from the front desk, which took about an hour. Other than that everything was great.

Large and clean room with quiet great view of the city. Staff are friendly and helpful, convenient location with lots of commercial area around.
We went there for a brunch with family and friends for my birthday and expected to have a great treat for the celebration. However, the interior decor and seating area was just OK (a bit old and worn-out) and ambiance and the food were all just mediocre. The view we got from our dining table was facing a narrow street and not much to see. Overall, we felt that the brunch celebration experience was...
Had a great corner room, very large, well equipped. Staff extremely helpful as you would expect. Pricey but you are in downtown San Fran!
This hotel is five stars all around. The Market Street location is perfect for those taking BART, but they do have valet service if you don't mind paying. It's walking distance to many nearby bars, restaurants and shopping. I came here for holiday parties on different occasions and the decor, service and food were on point. The rooms were well maintained and had a modern, luxurious feel that makes...
I came to the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco to grab a drink at their bar. It is a beautiful space and the ambiance is very laid back. The volume was low enough so that you could carry out a conversation with your guests with normal indoor voices, but still lively enough. My experience was fantastic.
One of the best discreet places to meet friends for breakfast, happy hour or celebrations! It is so cozy and the food and wine selection divine. I love their lux breakfast options. A must if you want to impress someone or just have a heart to heart with a dear friend.

There isn't a comparison to the excellence that we have experienced with the staff during our stay. From the moment driving up, the valet was immediately there welcoming us and taking care of check-in. We unfortunately only had one day in san francisco and had quite a task to try to experience as much as possible with the time constraints. The concierge took care of that for us. We were given a route...
Our Stay at Four Seasons was absolutely perfect!!! Gabriela at Front desk was very helpful and courteous. The bedding was amazingly comfortable. Surprisingly they call you by your name everytime they see you ... 🙂 can't wait to come back...
Our stay at The Four Seasons Hotel at Embarcadero was flawless. Location was great, close to many attractions in the city and in a relatively safer/better area of SF downtown.
From the time we checked in to check out. Staff were all friendly, polite and accommodating to all of our requests. I recommend rooms with bay to bay, panoramic view and a higher floor. Views are incredible. I got exactly what...
Every time I visit a Four Seasons property, it is such a special experience. I have stayed in countless five star hotels all over the world, one thing that always sets apart Four Seasons from the rest of the hotels is their top notch service. This hotel is an absolute gem. I am no expert in the hotel business by any stretch of the imagination, but I can recognize when a business is run like a well-oiled machine. The Fairmont Heritage Place Ghirardelli Square
San Francisco, 900 North Point Square 🧭 Map
The place was beyond all my expectations. Everything was perfect or even better)))
If I come to San Francisco once again I will choose this place without even thinking!
Stopped in quickly while out at the square. We had a quick drink. Friendly service and nice atmosphere.
What's not to love about a world renown chocolate factory. Beautiful Oceanside view plenty of space to relax and move around and they give tons of free sample! ?
Stopped by for an ice cream dessert after dinner at Fisherman's Wharf. Great service, and of course, the chocolate was wonderful.
I went with a friend to the Ghirardelli Square and we explored the Ghirardelli shop. The chocolate ice cream there was delicious, as was the option to buy as many chocolate bars as we could fit in a $10 usd box. It was a lot of fun and I'd recommend you go there and check it out at night
Loved the vicinity of Ghirardelli Square. Took the cable car here (loved the cable cars) and then walked around. Definitely recommend!

· The croissants were dry. I paid for breakfast directly at the hotel, there was no record of it. We sorted this out at the front desk and were embarrassedly turned away at the restaurant. It was sorted at the end. The room was quite warm
Great location. Easy access to a lot of places. Get a high floor for a view. Pool is on the 16th floor.
Strange problem - do not provide a Shuttle service to the airport. Otherwise all good, rather the opposite - very well, you feel like a Man!
Excellent property. They are very generous with upgrades for HHonors members, provide a wait free check-in with the digital key option, through the app, and were very attentive to my needs via text. This is the most luxurious hotel in the world! It was a flawless, sparkling environment. It is suitable for both large parties and dates. For me it was a wonderful place to heal. We've had a good time so far. You'll need a decent vantage point to see the entire area. You did an amazing job!
Cozy lobby full of books, welcome any time of day and night. Huge event spaces under ground and above.
Wow! I was extremely impressed by this hotel. It was very big and nice looking, the rooms were nice, I was particularly impressed by the bar on the 39th floor. The views from up there were spectacular. The hotel's location was also very nice and convenient. I would love to stay there again. This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in to this date.
Everything was really good. The only trouble we ran into was having to deal with a very large event that was going on during our stay. There should have been an employee helping guests with the elevators when the conferences got out. We literally waited 20-25 minutes for elevators once, while other waits we're averaging 10 minutes. One of six elevators for non-conference guests would have been ideal...

Very good location and aspects of the service were good. The lobby area, whilst nice and floral, is confusing as to where the check in/out counters are. Enter from the main entrance and you'll realise there are two lines, which over the 4 nights I was there I saw caused lots of frustration with guests. Once at the desk, service was above average.

What an awesome hotel. Would give it a 10 if I could. THE place to stay in SF… worth every penny. Clean and staff is super friendly. The cafe has an excellent selection and very convenient if you have hote credits to spend.
Right in the centre of town so you expect to pay the big bucks (even if SFO is in a bit of a slump) but to be fair, it really is a great location. Parc 55 is a very standard hotel that just needs an update. The rooms are quite dated; you can tell the beds are old, as well as all the furniture and bathroom fixtures. Great staff and quick communication, they were so accommodating during my stay with any request or work needs (my company hosted an event here). Very comfortable rooms and beds. Pretty standard upscale hotel in the heart of San Francisco's business district. Rooms are nicely spacious for the area. It's about what you'd expect of a Hyatt. The fitness center is compact, but not really what I'd call small.

You can stream Netflix etc to your TV.
Close to Chinatown. McDonald's is next door for breakfast.

Nice hotel, with a great morning view. Make sure you not getting a room next to cleaners door, cause they start walking back and forth at around 7am and it becomes really noisy. Mine was 2312 and it was not great. Other than that, good hotel!

Great food, and amazing service. Our server was incredibly attentive, and friendly, which made for a fantastic dinner experience. The food was also amazing. The poached duck Brest was the best duck I've ever had, no doubt I'd highly recommend this place, either for special occasions, or for a casual romantic dinner with your better half.
Although this hotel is relatively new (2008), the rooms and hallways already look very dated. Another guest was there when we checked into our room, and they offered free breakfast as an apology
Nice and clean hotel which is expected for the rate; however, couple things need to be addressed:
1) I am quite capable of getting my own luggage from the room. When I went to get the luggage cart, a valet guy stood in front of me like he was playing daddy and told me I couldn’t use it. I would have given it 5 stars but the parking was an absurd $70 night. That's just a ripoff. Go across the street or down the street in its $30 night. The location is excellent. It's directly across the street from fisherman's wharf. Rooms are very nice. I have seen complaints about the bedding but we thought the bed was very comfortable. There is a fair amount of construction/remodel going on but...
The gentleman that checked me in (Tommy) was excellent. Helpful, friendly and very professional. He took care of me quickly and efficiently even though I had some questions.
Hotel is good, room was surprisingly small. Two beds in that room was very "cozy" but not in a good way. Grounds to be well kept, clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel! The rooms are well decorated and make you feel like you are in a boutique hotel instead of a large chain. Good location and walking distance to pretty much anything. The staff was nothing but nice and extemerly helpful.
Great value for the quality of service, the central location, and the quality of the rooms. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and check-in is very quick. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the location is hard to beat.
The breakfast was great for the price (~$20) but this has been closed for renovations I believe for quite some time.
The hotel restaurant is good with helpful staff...
Room feels big. It's quiet and clean. The location downtown is nice. I've never had many requirements for a hotel so overall this is everything I could ask for - helps that I'm here on business so am not paying out of pocket.
They recently renovated every room and now they are NICE. They're also pretty big. Fun decor, comfy bed, nice touches like USB ports along with wall outlets next to the bed. The shower is big, nice, and clean.
You can get a fair amount of street noise, trucks backing up, etc. But you're in the middle of downtown San Francisco so you have to kind of expect it.
The staff are friendly. It was pouring...
Best area hotel, not your regular courtyard property. Well done, renovated, super well managed, rooms good size for downtown US city. Good lobby chill out space. Good pricing for that city. Location 10 minutes to virtually anything you need.
Certainly not the place to come to if you are on a tight budget. Parking is $64 a night. The room was very nice. We got one of the newly renovated ones. Very modern and clean.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a room. This website will compare countless hotel sites and will usually have prices that are much lower than others! Thanks later! This hotel has the best rating in the area. I've been coming here for many years. If you stay a few nights, you definitely won't regret it. It was wonderful to stay in San Francisco again! W San Francisco is a great place for a quick getaway. Don't expect everything to be open, but if you're looking for quality service and a great overnight stay, W SF is a great option. Santiago did a great job greeting my fiancé and I upon arrival. Our room had a great view of the city and we really appreciated that. We look forward to heading...
To ensure the safety of its visitors, the hotel has taken all necessary measures. They even cleaned the place every day. It was an exciting place.
The price was also very good. And especially their employees, who valued their client. Whatever they want, they give it to you. They also served great food. Overall, I give them a thumbs up! Five star rating for this hotel. I will definitely come here again.
The lounge has some nice music in the evenings. If you’re here for a convention - know that this is where networking happens.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
Nice place to go and party for cool events if the scene is right on some days. Never ate they at all for restaurant style but looks nice for food. Looks like you can host any type of events or have a good time meeting people and net working and have a good time. Nice music...

Shower was amazing the bed was very comfortable, lovely bright room plenty of space.
The hotel gave us a late checkout, and the food in the bar was very tasty.
We spent a birthday weekend in San Francisco and decided to stay at this hotel. The location is perfect and the staff are top notch. They have a very good pub and restaurant inside with great bartenders and staff. The morning breakfasts and coffee were also very good. The grounds are clean and very safe, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Exceptional service. Booked through Hot Wire. Big shout out to Roger and Ray. We had our car broken into outside a restaurant and they were so exceptionally accommodating in arranging a complimentary valet service to keep an eye out on the burgled car overnight. Spacious, expansive rooms. Clean. Free coffee til noon in lobby. Lovely gym. Huge bathrooms. Definitely recommend.
This place is excellent from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by a guy named Todd, who was extremely nice and upgraded our room to the top floor. The room was excellent clean the beautiful, hotel smells wonderful and just an all-around nice feeling to the property. The valet was very prompt and professional and so far our stay has been excellent. I will recommend this to friends and family...
This is a lovely hotel with lovely staff especially Daniel who was such a nice guy he was always there to help you get a taxi tell how to get the cable car and places to go to. Many thanks Daniel from Brian and Breda from Ireland who stayed 5 days. The hotel upgrade us for free when we arrived which meant we go a buffet breakfast for free which was excellent. But on the down side the food in the bar...
Room really large, with a great bathroom area. View over the bay were amazing. It is at the top of a huge hill, but the turning circle makes drop off really easy. SF has some interesting areas and residents - this is close enough to everything but really safe and away from some not-so-great areas

Rooms are standard Marriott level of cleanliness and modern aesthetic, but the doors to the bathrooms are heavy doors that automatically close loudly. The noise isolation between rooms isn't great either.
We were woken up every 30-50 min from doors closing in adjacent rooms.
I usually stay at the Marriott Marquis, and I don't think I'll be staying at the Union Square location again.
It's a nice clean, secure hotel, located in San Fran. Short walk to the piers, ferry building, China Town, Union square Park and more. The restaurant serves quality food. The staff is always accommodating and the rooms are nice, the beds sleep well. The downside is the daily destination fee of $30. Seems to be obscene Marriott thing they tack on whether in town for business or pleasure. It can be...
I'll start on the positive side: room is perfect - king size bed, clean, lots of space including a large working station.
the view is amazing, and the location is pretty nice as you can walk around to most attractions.
lobby receiptionists were really friendly and helpful, and I was really satisfied.

I've been staying at this hotel for years and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Rooms are great (I took off one star because the AC was unusually loud), location is terrific and the staff is wonderful. Front desk is welcoming and warm and Maria in the club lounge is the loveliest. She seems to recognize just about everyone who stops in and stops what she's doing to welcome them in.
Love Marriot! Wonderful experience from the minute the doorman open the door! Check in staff was friendly and very helpful. Ken in the bar is very personable and the service is great. The mattress and pillows were wonderful! Room was well cleaned.
The room we stayed in was remodeled for a nice modern--but still very comfortable--interior. The shower was awesome and the bed was a dream. We had a great view of the bay and Coit Tower. I would definitely recommend the place for a night in the city that won't break the bank.

No continental food, It's by each order. Room is spacious, comfortable, but there is no central control for light . It's generally a very nice hotel, but need little bit tech upgrade.
We just spent three days here on the first leg of a family vacation and I must say we are impressed. From the moment we arrived the staff were exemplary. Every request was met with professionalism and courtesy. From the counter to the valet five star service. Spacious rooms and excellent location we recommend.
We would like to extend a special thanks to Albert for his professionalism and kindness...
The overall experience at the Clift was great. Staff were friendly, pretty good lobby bar, great location, clean room, etc. There were only 2 things that stopped me from giving this a 5 star. 1) The bathrooms are old and dated. 2) The walls in the bedrooms are very thin. I could here the conversation in the next room. (Side note to the guy in room 427, if your girlfriend moved out and told you she...
Absolutely amazing! I loved the entire atmosphere! The hotel looks to be built on the 1960s based on the exterior and room design, however, the lobby and rooms are decorated in an eccentric yet classy style. The rewood room is incredibly gorgeous and a great lounge. The staff were extremely courteous and helped with all my needs. 10/10 would stay again!
Beautiful hotel, we stayed for a few nights before our wedding (even though we are San Francisco locals) and it was a beautiful experience. The staff were so nice and thoughtful, the suite was large and spacious, an extremely comfortable bed and a dink g area big enough it have the family around for a meals to celebrate together. The staff are very attentive and the hotel feels very secure.

This is a very central location near enough to Embarcadero, and for its location, you will find not even a close match in value for the spaciousness of the rooms here. The Clift is a boutique hotel which has a lovely selection of bars and dining options. It’s not a big hotel, but the furnishings are tasteful and classy. Only downside was that there is no central control for the lighting in the rooms...

We stayed here during our visit to San Francisco. Located very near to Union Square. Many shopping options nearby. Restaurants are nearby. All the tour operators have stop near this hotel that’s added benefit.

Staff were welcoming and helpful...
I have to say the one gentleman at the concierge was very good. He often remembered our names which is an outstanding touch. Rooms were nothing special. Interior is a bit conservative and reminiscent of 80s style hotels
Had a one night stay here while in town for work and it was a wonderful hotel and experience from check in to check out. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and very clean, with nice amenities. Bed was also comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you are in town for a couple of nights.
The room was something out of the ordinary. The bathroom area had its own hallway that led to an open foyer with not one but two vanities , huge shower, private toilet and 2 large closets. Well designed no wasted space. Very appealing.
Enjoyed this hotel, the rooms were updated recently. We had the pleasure of staying in a two queen room which had plenty of space! The bathroom and shower was absolutely massive and had more space than we needed. You are next to Union Square so you are generously situated in a great shopping and restaurant area. I was happy being just a 5minute walk from halal guys!
I would stay here again!
Amazing service. I was upgraded to a junior suite and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the shower. Nice touch to have a digital scale in bathroom. Coffee was excellent and truly, superb service.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay here due to the clearance of our car (unrelated to club quarters- a SF parking garage issue). However, Brian was amazing and extremely helpful for the time we were there. If we could stay again without the parking debacle, we would. Thank you again to club quarters and Brian!
Excellent experience overall! Got into the city a bit sooner than expected, but Liz let us check-in early at no additional cost. Fantastic price point for staying in SF and great location. The hotel is very close to a Muni 1 Bus line, and has some good dining options nearby. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in SF!
Loved the location. It's right close to chinatown but towards the safer part. It's close to most areas of the city so you are central to everything. The service was really good. They were quick to answer any questions and get us anything we needed. We were allowed an early check-in, and they held our luggage for us. The rooms were clean and quiet.
Had a solid time here - we arrived way too early (like 6 hours early) and were still able to get checked in for free. The location is amazing, the rooms are OK - you can read the other reviews about that. However, for the price this was phenomenal. Perfect for just crashing and sleeping while doing stuff throughout the day since it's so central. I'd come back and would recommend.
After a long drive from Mt Shasta, a busy Bay Bridge on a Saturday afternoon, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of the room, especially being in the Financial District. The car park was literally around the corner too at a price of $37 per day, which is super cheap.

Loved staying here, its in a great spot!! Only problem we had was with our 24lb pup, who is a sweetheart. The women cleaning our room never did so because of our dog, and never had someone else come and clean. They don't have a spot for the dogs to use the bathroom. InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco, an IHG Hotel

You guys are so amazing. We got in early and our room was ready. We literally walked in just to check our bags with the bellman and you checked us in. So beyond that! Our stay was wonderful! Clean, cozy, friendly people. One of my favorite hotels. The opening windows were also a definite plus.
The service at Top of the Mark was lovely and the view fantastic. Drinks were predictably expensive, but well worth it. We were seated quickly (party of 4, arrived around 7 on a Friday evening just as the sun was setting). Stayed until about 9. It was a fantastic place to catch up and have old friends see so much of San Francisco.
As an Intercontinental, I was underwhelmed. But the bed was very comfy and the towels were great. Poor on paper goods, like tissues and toilet paper - felt like a low end motel. Why are there steps up to the front doors? = awkward to get my wheeled luggage to the doors. The Old mail chute at the elevators is cool. The lobby is underwhelming - again, for an Intercontinental. I would maybe rate them...
I was there for a week long business trip. The hotel has a well worn feel to it but others may call that character. For what you are paying though it is pricey and doesn't have all you'd expect such as in hotel convenience store, first floor bar etc. There was mention of one on the top floor but as they say, out of sight, out of mind. Laundry is eye wateringly expensive, breakfast is around 35 bucks...
For the price of the rooms are small but quite nice. It has very good views from the windows and the staff is very attentive. My family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the common areas downstairs and the grab and go food/drinks. The heated pool area is very nice! You could not get a better location. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay here again for sure!
I loved the service was amazing- I had a delayed flight and they were helpful in making sure I still had a room, and the atmosphere in the community areas. I appreciated how they held our bags for us the morning of checking out when we went to go check out Alcatraz. Great location to walk along the wharf sea area
Hotel Caza was a godsend after our original "hotel" turned out to be very dangerous. We received excellent service; the room was very nice and the view was beautiful. The wifi was quality as we were both working remote with no problems.

Our party of 15 stayed here for 2 nights. Hard to beat the location if you are a tourist like we were. Found our room to be spacious and clean and the bed (king) was comfortable.
