The room is nice and the restaurant is very beautiful. Although the fee is high, it is worth it. I couldn't find the order when I checked in, so I waited for 20 minutes. After checking out, I waited for almost 30 minutes to send my luggage. It was a little disappointing.

I came to a meeting with my colleagues from the company. The hotel is located in the city center and the room is larger than I expected. The surrounding area of ​​the hotel is also relatively safe.

Stayed here many many times, always great! However this time there was a strike going on, very loud outside, and in the room early in the morning. The room facilities are old. Although breakfast is included, each room is USD75/day, but if you want to eat a full meal on the menu, it will cost at least USD45.00. If two people are together, they need to pay more than USD35. This breakfast is really a rip-off.

The quality of Four Seasons is as good as ever

It should be OK by the standard of ordinary five-star hotels, but if it is the standard of Four Seasons, it should be the worst Four Seasons hotel I have ever stayed in.

The location in the city center is good, but the hotel facilities are a bit old, but everything else is good.

The price is very expensive, the twin beds are very small, the decoration is very old, and the restaurant is terrible!

Hotel is beautiful. Check in was quick and we got a room even though we were 4 hour before check-in time. Grabbed a burger on our way out from the 24 hour snack shop that was surprisingly good. Ended the night at the cityscape bar on the top floor of the hotel with floor to ceiling windows and the most beautiful views of the entire city. Definitely check it out if you stay here.

Wow! I was extremely impressed by this hotel. It was very big and nice looking, the rooms were nice, I was particularly impressed by the bar on the 39th floor. Everything was really good. The only trouble we ran into was having to deal with a very large event that was going on during our stay. There should have been an employee helping guests with the elevators when the conferences got out. We literally waited 20-25 minutes for elevators once, while other waits we're averaging 10 minutes. One of six elevators for non-conference guests would have been ideal...

Lovely hotel! The newly renovated room was really nice and modern. The top floor rotating club was incredible. We spent hours in there enjoying the view and the food. When booking and paying room fees through the Ctrip platform, hotels sometimes charge additional fees such as city service fees, and the platform will clearly list additional conditions when booking. Like the platform! In the last two checkouts, I found that the hotel had duplicate bills. Although the customer service of Ctrip successfully returned the bills, I still saw the loopholes in the hotel...

Main lift was not working so had to take service lift for my stay but manageable. Ambience is good and front desk was very helpful. The women cleaning our room never did so because of our dog, and never had someone else come and clean. They don't have a spot for the dogs to use the bathroom. Hotel looks elegant and new. Checked in was quick. Room is big and clean. Near to Union Square and Chinatown. The only negative point is rain shower water pressure is weak. No hand held shower head and no bidet spray. Everything else is perfect.

The location is very convenient, there are many places to eat, drink and have fun around, and the subway is also very convenient

The service is OK, but the soundproofing is not good. I booked an extra day and was not given a refund because it was too late. I couldn't refund one day in advance either. I wasted two thousand dollars in vain. . . .

We stayed here during our visit to San Francisco. Located very near to Union Square. Many shopping options nearby. Restaurants are nearby. All the tour operators have stop near this hotel that’s added benefit. We checked late night, got some issue with the shower door, we were immediately moved to a new room. I have to say the one gentleman at the concierge was very good. He often remembered our names which is an outstanding touch. Rooms were nothing special. Interior is a bit conservative and reminiscent of 80s style hotels

Had a one night stay here while in town for work and it was a wonderful hotel and experience from check in to check out. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and very clean, with nice amenities. Bed was also comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you are in town for a couple of nights.

Perfect for solo and business travelers. They leave you alone. It’s clean and quiet and extremely affordable. No pet fee, which is really nice. Option for self-service check-in/out. Free laundry machines, really great vending machines, fabulous Yemenese coffee shop across the street.

The hotel is in a great location, next to Chinatown and Union Square. It's also very convenient to eat at the restaurant downstairs. The only problem is that breakfast is not buffet style, but a la carte style, with fewer choices and no fruit. The service was good, and I will stay here again next time I come to San Francisco.

Very value for money! Prefer staying in this neighborhood compared to the union square area as it is relatively more quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the Ferry Building.

The location is very good and safe, but it is a bit noisy near the street and the sound insulation is average. The hotel provides free water dispensers, which is really cost-effective overall!

The house keepers were awesome! The front desk was very helpful. But bathroom water always hot even though they put a letter in the room but cold water was very tiny and hard to remain temperature consistent.

Very pretty interior and nice antique touch, views on the Top of the Mark to die for. Rooms were spacious, which was nice to see. However, not having a breakfast buffet was a tad disappointing, as somebody who likes having a wide array of choices in hotels of this standard. The location is quite steep up in the Nob Hills, so it will get quite the workout out of you! 😄 Overall, a pleasant experience

Hotel and staff were wonderful. The rooftop bar is a great place to have drinks at night to see the city lit up. The room and the decor were super nice for a small room. The huge huge drawback is the hundreds of homeless that congregate outside. My guess is COVID made it much worse. My family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We loved the common areas downstairs and the grab and go food/drinks. The heated pool area is very nice! You could not get a better location. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay here again for sure!

The rooms were clean and met all our needs. The lobby bar had a great bartender who gave us some insights on where to go for the night in San Fran. Hotel Caza was a godsend after our original "hotel" turned out to be very dangerous. We received excellent service; the room was very nice and the view was beautiful.
