Greenwich Inn

Stayed for three nights last week. This was the second time for us. My husband and I like the location, easy to access to anywhere in San Francisco, and we really enjoyed during our stay.
There are lots of nice restaurants and café in walking distance.
More importantly, the rate is much reasonable than other hotels in S.F and save money . Also I like cleaning services , room is small , but clean and cozy . The only complaint was that after checked in, we tried to take a nap, but , the employees were talking loudly and that would disturb us.
Other than that, we are satisfied with Greenwich Inn. We ‘ll stay next time .

Super nice hotel, perfect location in San Francisco! The decorating/furniture are modern, the hotel offers (industrial) pastries every morning, we will come back!

This place is awesome! Manny the boss is fantastic and makes everything so simple. I’m a flight attendant so I’ve seen many different types of hotels in my time and this one is more like a 3 start due to the cleanliness and upgraded decor, it’s simple but has everything you need. The location is outstanding. I’ll be staying again when I need a home away from home.

Spent three days here visiting family. I was expecting San Francisco to be unsafe due to recent media reports, however it was quite the opposite. The city seems to be doing very well, in fact things seem better than the last time I visited several years ago.
The motel facilities are located in an upscale neighbourhood with lots to do. My room was clean and the staff was courteous. I definitely recommend these accommodations for your next trip to San Francisco.

This is an older, economy hotel but it has location on its side in a big way. Its part of the marina district, well located to many SF sights. Price point was very fair. There has been some remodeling to keep the rooms looking up to date and clean. They are well appointed with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. A small danish and coffee breakfast service is available from 8-10a. Staff were very cordial and helpful with information about visiting the area. Ubering to pier 39 area was a great tip! Parking is limited and first come, first served. This was challenging. The bed was hard for those who like it that way. Noisy in the early evening. I would stay again if I made a return visit. Several food options are walkable within one block including the iconic Mels drive in and Amici NY Style Pizzeria (brick oven). Both tasty choices.

Checkin slow room was not ready at 4pm and took 2 hour to clean. Clean new remodelled rooms bit small. To expensive for value.

I came to SF for an extended weekend and stayed at Greenwich Inn. Me personally, I loved it. Nice clean room with no frills. I didn't plan to spend a bunch of time in my room so I got exactly what I wanted, a bed, shower, little fridge and a coffee maker. The area was nice with a convenient little grocery mart right across the street. Walking distance to the marina and all it has to offer and a trendy area around Lombard and Chestnut Streets. I would definitely stay here again.
